Abstract

A delivery information providing method according to example embodiments may include identifying a plurality of zones, identifying first information associated with an item delivery request of each of the plurality of zones and second information on a number of delivery agents corresponding to a zone, determining an additional reward amount corresponding to each zone based on the first information and the second information, and providing a first page displaying reward amount information corresponding to at least part of each zone to a terminal of a delivery agent.

Description

Method and device for providing item delivery information and non-temporary computer-readable storage medium

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing delivery information of an item. More specifically, the present invention proposes a method for improving delivery efficiency by adjusting the supply and demand of delivery agents in each zone and matching a delivery agent to deliver an item from the supplier of the item to the orderer (purchaser).

Recently, consumption patterns are changing from buying large quantities of goods in a large supermarket to buying only necessary quantities of daily necessities (including fresh food), whether online or offline.

With the development of e-commerce technology, online food orders are also increasing. In the case of online food ordering, fast delivery is very important. Therefore, there is a need for delivery agents who can quickly obtain and match food for delivery. Moreover, considering all the needs of users (such as ordering time, delivery time, delivery cost and ordered items), interest in a service for ordering and delivering food is increasing. In this regard, reference may be made to previous documents such as KR20200102277A (2020.08.31).

One aspect of the present invention is to provide a method and device for providing delivery information of an item.

According to one embodiment, a method for providing delivery information executed by an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: identifying a plurality of zones; identifying first information associated with an item delivery request for each of the plurality of zones and second information about a number of delivery agents corresponding to a zone; determining an additional reward amount corresponding to each zone based on the first information and the second information; and providing a first page displaying at least a portion of the reward amount information corresponding to each zone to a terminal of a delivery agent.

Here, the remuneration amount information corresponding to each band can be determined based on a basic remuneration amount corresponding to each band and the additional remuneration amount corresponding to each band.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may include a map, and the reward amount information may be indicated at a location corresponding to each zone on the map.

Furthermore, according to an exemplary embodiment, if the reward amount information of a first zone is greater than or equal to a specific amount, information indicating that the reward amount information is high may be further indicated at a position corresponding to the first zone on the map.

In addition, according to the exemplary embodiment, in response to an input signal from the delivery agent regarding the first zone displayed on the map, a second page displaying delivery information corresponding to the first zone may be provided to the terminal of the delivery agent.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information providing method may further include: identifying a location of the terminal of the delivery agent; and providing information about a delivery request to the terminal of the delivery agent based on the location of the terminal of the delivery agent.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the provision of the information about the delivery request may include: identifying active available bands within a specific distance range from the location of the terminal of the delivery agent among the plurality of bands; selecting a first band from the active available bands based on band reward amounts of the active available bands; and providing information about moving from the location of the terminal of the delivery agent to the first band.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery information providing method may further include: identifying a delivery request corresponding to the first zone; and transmitting a second page displaying information about the delivery request to a terminal of a first delivery agent. The second page may display information about the reward amount information of the delivery request. The reward amount may be determined based on a basic reward amount corresponding to the zone corresponding to the delivery request and a location of the terminal of the first delivery agent.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the second page may further include delivery route information of the delivery request and a first interface for accepting the delivery request.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the second page may further display a second interface for rejecting the delivery request, and the delivery information providing method may further include providing a third page for receiving a reason for rejecting the delivery from the delivery agent in response to an input signal on the second interface.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may further include information indicating a delivery task selected based on an input signal of the first delivery agent, and selecting the first zone may include selecting a delivery request associated with a fulfillment condition of the selected delivery task.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the selection of the first delivery request may include selecting a delivery request corresponding to a zone having the highest zone reward amount among the available zones for the activity.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the identification of the first information and the second information may include identifying a requested amount of item delivery in the plurality of zones during a peak time period after the current time and a number of terminals of the delivery agent located in each zone.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device can match the delivery requests to the delivery agents by flexibly analyzing the breadth of the delivery requests and the number of delivery agents to induce the delivery agents to move to an area with a high demand for the delivery requests, which makes it easy to control the supply and demand of the delivery agents.

According to an exemplary embodiment, by adaptively setting the reward of the task according to the demand for delivery requests (order demand) and the number of terminals of the delivery agent, the electronic device can induce the delivery agent to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery work.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device provides a task for participating in the delivery of items and guarantees rewards to make the delivery work interesting, which induces a more active delivery service.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device provides information about available tasks to participate in, wherein a progress is increased when a specific delivery request is completed, and provides an interface for participating in the corresponding task, which helps the delivery agent to actively perform or participate in the task and ultimately increases the motivation to transport items.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device induces the delivery agents to move to a zone with a high demand for delivery requests, thereby providing the delivery agents with information about an optimal location for performing delivery work, which improves the efficiency of the delivery work.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device provides the delivery agent with information that visually indicates a location suitable for performing delivery work, thereby improving the efficiency of the delivery work and ensuring a high income for the delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can match the delivery requests to the delivery agents by flexibly analyzing the breadth of the delivery requests and the number of delivery agents to induce the delivery agents to move to an area with a high demand for the delivery requests, which makes it easy to control the supply and demand of the delivery agents.

FIG. 1 illustrates an example of internal components of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the internal components of the electronic device 100 are not limited to the components illustrated. The electronic device 100 may include at least one of a processor 110, a transceiver 120, and a memory 130.

The processor 110 may process a series of operations for executing a method for providing shipping information of various items of the present invention. The processor 110 may control other components of the electronic device 100. Meanwhile, in an exemplary embodiment, a product may be used as a term to refer to a specific item, and the item may be sold to a user in a service associated with the electronic device 100.

In a service related to the electronic device 100, an item may be sold to a purchaser, a terminal of a delivery agent may be searched, queried and identified to deliver the item to the purchaser of the item, and the delivery information of the item may be provided to the terminal of the identified delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device needs to query and search for a terminal of an optimal delivery agent in order to transmit the item delivery information generated according to an item order of a buyer (orderer) to the terminal of the delivery agent. In this case, the electronic device can check the location of the terminal of the delivery agent, and can select and match a delivery agent that can provide an optimal delivery service based on the location of the orderer, the location of the item provider (e.g., supplier, seller, etc.), and the location of the terminal of the delivery agent.

Meanwhile, delivery agents may be densely distributed only in a specific zone, and in some zones, the order quantity of orderers may be high, while delivery agents are sparsely distributed. Therefore, in a zone where the order quantity is high but the delivery agents are sparsely distributed, it is difficult to provide an optimal delivery service to orderers. Alternatively, in a zone where the order quantity is low but the delivery agents are densely distributed, as the frequency of matching delivery requests decreases, delivery agents may be less willing to perform deliveries.

Therefore, according to the exemplary embodiment, the electronic device comprehensively analyzes the number of terminals of the delivery agents in the zone, the number of orders, the delivery capabilities of the delivery agents, etc., and provides a task to the delivery agents to move the delivery agents to areas with high delivery demand and significantly improve the delivery efficiency of the delivery agents.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a task may refer to, for example, a scheme in which a reward is provided when a delivery agent performs a work related to delivery according to a specific condition. For example, a task may include condition information about achieving the task and reward information provided to the delivery agent when the condition is met. The electronic device may provide a list of tasks that can be performed by the delivery agent, and the delivery agent may select tasks from the list of tasks to perform. The conditions for achieving the task may include, for example, a zone in which the task is participated and performed (for example, a zone in which an orderer's location is located, a zone in which a goods supplier (seller, etc.) is located, etc.), a time zone in which the task is participated and performed (for example, night delivery, early morning delivery, etc.). The reward information provided to the delivery agent may be, for example, money or a gift.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device comprehensively analyzes the number of terminals of delivery agents in the zone, the number of orders, the delivery capacity of the delivery agents, etc., and can provide information to move the delivery agents to adjust the order requirements and the number of delivery agents for each zone. For example, when there are few delivery requests in zone A but a large number of delivery agents, or when there are many delivery requests in zone B but a small number of delivery workers, it is possible to induce the terminal of the delivery agent in zone A to move to zone B. In order to induce movement, the electronic device can provide the terminal of the delivery agent in zone A with information about zone B, task information about zone B, and information leading to movement to zone B.

Therefore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the processor 110 may perform the following: identify a plurality of zones; identify first information associated with an item delivery request for each of the plurality of zones and second information about a number of delivery agents corresponding to each zone; determine an additional reward amount corresponding to each zone based on the first information and the second information; and provide a first page displaying reward amount information corresponding to at least some of the zones to the delivery agent's terminal.

A program or computer-readable instruction executed by the processor 110 may be pre-stored in the memory 130, or the program or computer-readable instruction may be received from the outside via the transceiver 120. The processor 110 may provide the first page to a display of the electronic device 100.

The transceiver 120 can perform the function of transmitting information stored in the memory 130 of the electronic device 100 or information processed by the processor 110 to another device or receiving information from another device to the electronic device 100.

The memory 130 is a configuration implemented in a predetermined storage space of the electronic device 100. The memory 130 may include a database in which functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing or adding data can be freely executed. For example, the memory 130 may have fields or elements for processing functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing or adding data. The memory 130 may store data related to the electronic device 100 executing the information providing method. For example, the memory 130 may store instructions or data for an execution operation of the processor 110. According to an exemplary embodiment, the memory 130 may include a database for storing information about an item, etc.

In the following, an example of the operation of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment will be described in detail.

FIG. 2 illustrates a method for providing ongoing task information and executable task information of a delivery agent by an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG. 2 shows a task management page 200 (hereinafter, the task management page is also referred to as a first page 200) provided by an electronic device to a terminal of a delivery agent. According to an exemplary embodiment, some or all of the operations shown in FIG. 2 may be performed by an electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device receives identification information about the delivery agent from the terminal of the delivery agent. The electronic device identifies task information corresponding to the delivery agent based on the identification information about the delivery agent. The task information corresponding to the delivery agent may include, for example, ongoing task information (ongoing task list) indicating tasks currently being performed by the delivery agent and information about tasks available for participation (executable task list) indicating that the delivery agent can continue to perform (participate in).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first page 200 may contain: a first area 201 and a second area 202, the first area displays ongoing task information (ongoing task list) indicating the tasks currently being performed by the identified delivery agent, and the second area displays information about available tasks (executable task list) indicating that the delivery agent can continue to perform (participate in).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first area 201 displays information about the tasks currently being performed by the delivery agent (a list of tasks in progress), which are selected by the delivery agent's selection input. For example, the first area 201 may contain a detailed area corresponding to each task, and each detailed area may contain, for example, information about the corresponding task (e.g., remaining task time, task progress, task achievable zone (area) etc.).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the second area 202 may display information about tasks that the corresponding delivery agent can continue to perform (participate in) and that can be participated in (a list of executable tasks). The second area 202 may contain a detailed area for each executable task, and each detailed area may contain, for example, information about the corresponding task (e.g., a task achievable zone (area), a reward after the task is completed, etc.). Each detailed area may further contain a participation interface for the corresponding delivery agent to participate (continue to perform) the corresponding task. That is, according to the exemplary embodiment, when the delivery agent participates in a specific task using an input signal of the participation interface through the delivery agent's terminal, the corresponding task can be added to the ongoing task information (ongoing task list) that can be displayed in the first area 201.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a second page 210 containing detailed information about the corresponding task to the terminal of the delivery agent in response to an input signal (e.g., a click) about each detailed area of the task included in the first area 201 or the second area 202. The second page 210 may contain, for example, the available period for participating in the corresponding task, the reward (bonus amount, etc.) of the corresponding task, the participation zone (area) of the corresponding task, additional information about the corresponding task, etc.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the second page 210 may further contain information about executable tasks associated with the ongoing task. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may contain information about executable tasks that are highly relevant to the corresponding task on the second page 210 associated with the ongoing task. The executable tasks that are highly relevant to the corresponding task may include, for example, a task having the same participation zone as the corresponding task, a task having the same time zone as the corresponding task, and a task having a similar reward level as the corresponding task.

FIG3 illustrates a method for providing delivery information to a delivery agent via an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG. 3 shows a method for determining whether a delivery request is received from an electronic device in a terminal device of a delivery agent and identifying the corresponding delivery information immediately after receiving the delivery request. FIG. 3 shows a third page 300 for identifying the delivery information provided in the terminal of the delivery agent according to an exemplary embodiment. According to an exemplary embodiment, some or all of the operations shown in FIG. 3 can be performed by the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment. That is, the third page 300 according to the exemplary embodiment can be transmitted from the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment to the terminal of the delivery agent.

Referring to FIG. 3 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 300 may contain activation interfaces 300a and 301a for determining whether a delivery agent has received a delivery request from the electronic device. For example, when the activation interfaces 300a and 301a according to the exemplary embodiment are disabled based on an input signal from the delivery agent (300a), the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may not transmit a delivery request for an item according to an order of an orderer to the terminal device of the delivery agent. That is, the electronic device may match the delivery request to another delivery agent instead of the terminal of the delivery agent. On the other hand, when the activation interfaces 300a and 301a according to the exemplary embodiment are activated based on the input signal of the delivery agent (301a), the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can transmit the delivery request of the item according to the order of the orderer to the terminal device of the delivery agent. That is, the electronic device can match the delivery request by selecting a delivery agent from the delivery agent of the terminal device of the delivery agent.

Referring to FIG. 3 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 300 may contain a third area 300b showing information about the accumulated income of the delivery agent. According to the exemplary embodiment, the accumulated income may refer to, for example, an amount including the income generated from the work associated with delivery and the reward for performing the tasks associated with delivery of the corresponding delivery agent during a time period of each specific cycle.

Referring to FIG. 3 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 300 may further display a map 302 illustrating a location of the delivery agent's terminal or a zone corresponding to the location of the delivery agent. According to an exemplary embodiment, when a delivery request is matched to the delivery agent's terminal according to an order from an orderer, the electronic device may mark a moving route for executing delivery on the map 302 displayed on the third page 300 provided to the delivery agent's terminal.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 300 may further include a hot zone interface that notifies a zone lacking delivery agents executing delivery requests, a zone with active delivery requests, etc. based on the number of delivery requests and the number of delivery agent terminals in each of one or more zones.

FIG. 4 illustrates a method for providing reward amount information for each zone by an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG. 4 shows an example of a third page 400, in which, according to an exemplary embodiment, reward amount information for each zone provided from an electronic device is indicated on a map in a terminal device of a delivery agent. FIG. 4 shows a third page 400 for identifying delivery information provided in a terminal of a delivery agent according to an exemplary embodiment. According to an exemplary embodiment, some or all of the operations shown in FIG. 4 may be performed by an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment. That is, the third page 400 according to an exemplary embodiment may be transmitted from an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment to a terminal of a delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 400 may contain an area illustrating a map indicating one or more zones. According to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 400 may display an overlay 401 indicating each zone in the area of the map illustrated therein.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 400 may display 401 each of one or more zones and a fourth zone for indicating reward information for each zone. According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth zone may display reward amount information for each zone. The reward amount information may mean, for example, information about a basic reward amount for a delivery request set for each zone or a delivery agent and the sum of an additional surcharge for each zone.

Here, additional surcharge information for each zone can be flexibly generated based on information indicating the number of terminals of delivery agents in the zone and information indicating the breadth of delivery requests in the zone (information related to delivery). For example, the electronic device can set a high additional surcharge in a zone with a large number of order requests but a small number of delivery agents during lunch time. Moreover, the basic remuneration amount information can be, for example, basic fee information flexibly set for each zone.

Meanwhile, according to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may set basic fee information for each delivery agent in different ways. For example, the basic fee information may vary depending on whether or how much information about the delivery agent is provided by the delivery agent. For example, if the delivery agent is set to periodically provide real-time location information to the electronic device, the real-time location may be provided by the delivery agent to the purchaser during the delivery process. In this case, a high reward may be provided to the delivery agent. Therefore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may set a high basic reward amount for the delivery agent. On the other hand, if the delivery agents share neither a location nor a delivery method, a low basic reward amount may be set.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth area displayed on the third page 400 may further display information 400b for each of one or more zones, the information 400b indicating whether the number of delivery requests (or the number of delivery agent terminals) corresponding to the zone is large or small, or whether the reward amount corresponding to the zone is large or small.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 400 may display 401 each of one or more bands, and may further display the remuneration amount information 400a for each band in the fourth zone of each band. Here, in the fourth zone, the remuneration amount information 400a calculated for each band may be compared with the remuneration amount information of other bands. When the remuneration amount information 400a is higher than the remuneration amount information of other bands by a specific ratio or more, information 400c indicating that the remuneration amount of the corresponding band is high may be further displayed.

FIG5 illustrates a method for providing reward amount information for each zone by an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG. 5 shows examples 500a and 500b of a third page, in which, according to an exemplary embodiment, the reward amount information for each zone provided from the electronic device is indicated on a map in a terminal device of a delivery agent. FIG. 5 shows third pages 500a and 500b for identifying delivery information provided in the terminal of the delivery agent according to an exemplary embodiment. According to an exemplary embodiment, some or all of the operations shown in FIG. 5 can be performed by the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment. That is, the third pages 500a and 500b according to the exemplary embodiment can be transmitted from the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment to the terminal of the delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the third pages 500a and 500b may respectively contain activation interfaces 500a and 501a for determining whether a delivery agent has received a delivery request from the electronic device, as described above in FIG. 3. According to an exemplary embodiment, when activation interfaces 500a and 501a are activated in response to an input signal received from a terminal of the delivery agent (501a), the electronic device may identify a delivery request corresponding to the location of the terminal of the delivery agent among the received delivery requests, and provide the identified delivery request to the terminal device of the delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may display at least one of the executable tasks corresponding to the delivery agent or the ongoing tasks corresponding to the delivery agent 502b on the third pages 500a and 500b. Referring to FIG. 5 , according to an exemplary embodiment, when the delivery agent automatically switches the disabled state 500a of the interface 500a and 501a to the enabled state 501a based on an input signal, the electronic device can provide the delivery information to the delivery agent's terminal based on the received delivery request information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when the electronic device matches the delivery request information to the delivery agent's terminal, the electronic device may provide a fourth page 502 containing at least one piece of delivery request information and allowing a decision on whether to accept the delivery request.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 502 may contain a map showing, for example, an order location of an orderer associated with a delivery request, a location of a supplier (seller, etc.) of an item, and a location of a corresponding delivery agent. FIG6 illustrates a method for an electronic device to request a reason for rejection from a shipping agent according to an exemplary embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 6 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 600 may further display a sixth area 600a including an interface for rejecting the delivery request displayed on the fourth page 600 , as described above in FIG. 5 . For example, when the delivery agent inputs or clicks the rejection interface 600b of the sixth area, the electronic device may not be able to match the delivery request to the delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when the delivery agent's terminal rejects the delivery request through the rejection interface 600b, the electronic device or the delivery agent's terminal may provide the delivery agent's terminal with a fifth page 601 for receiving the rejection reason from the delivery agent.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fifth page 601 may display, for example, one or more selectable items 601a associated with a rejection reason, and may further include a submission interface 601b for transmitting the rejection reason to an electronic device after selecting the item. In addition, the fifth page 601 may also include a text input interface 602a for directly receiving the rejection reason from the delivery agent and transmitting the rejection reason to the electronic device.

Referring to FIG. 7 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the third page 700 may display a fourth area 700a indicating a delivery reward amount for each zone. The fourth area 700a may be displayed, for example, on a map displayed on the third page 700 or on a list indicating information for each zone.

In the fourth zone 700a shown in FIG. 7 , the electronic device may further provide a fifth page 701 illustrating detailed information about the corresponding zone in response to an input signal input (e.g., a click) from the delivery agent's terminal.

The fifth page 701 may indicate detailed information about the corresponding zone. For example, the fifth page 701 may further contain at least one or more of the following items: cost information 701a of the average instant delivery request in the corresponding zone; information 701b indicating the status of the instant delivery order in the corresponding zone; heat map information 702 illustrating the instant delivery order in the corresponding zone in a heat map form; and delivery detail information 703 indicating the instant delivery details of the corresponding zone.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the delivery detail information may include, for example, information about the delivery request matched to other delivery workers, information about the reward amount for the delivery request matched to other delivery workers, and information associated with the delivery route for the delivery request matched to other delivery workers.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fee information 701a displayed on the fifth page 701 may mean, for example, the reward amount information corresponding to a delivery request. The reward amount information may mean, for example, an amount obtained by adding an additional surcharge associated with the delivery to the reward amount information corresponding to the corresponding zone.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the remuneration amount information may be an amount that varies according to the additional additional fee. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, when the number of delivery agents in the corresponding zone is small, the additional additional fee for the corresponding zone may be increased. According to an exemplary embodiment, the second page (e.g., the fifth page of FIG. 7 ) may further display a second interface for rejecting a delivery request, and the method for providing delivery information may further include providing a third page for receiving an input of a reason for rejecting delivery from a delivery agent in response to an input signal on the second interface.

A method for providing delivery information executed by an electronic device, the method comprising: identifying a plurality of zones; identifying first information associated with a delivery request for an item in each of the plurality of zones and second information about a number of delivery agents corresponding to a zone; determining an additional reward amount corresponding to each zone based on the first information and the second information; and providing a first page displaying at least a portion of the reward amount information corresponding to each zone to a terminal of a delivery agent, wherein the reward amount information corresponding to each zone is determined based on a basic reward amount corresponding to each zone and the additional reward amount corresponding to each zone, wherein the method for providing delivery information further comprises: determining an additional reward amount corresponding to each zone based on the first information and the second information; Selecting a first zone from the plurality of zones based on the reward amount information corresponding to each zone; and providing a second page to the terminal of the delivery agent, the second page displaying information about a delivery request corresponding to the first zone, wherein the first page further includes information indicating a delivery task selected based on a selection input signal of the delivery agent among delivery tasks that the delivery agent can participate in, and the delivery request corresponding to the first zone includes a delivery request associated with a fulfillment condition of the selected delivery task, and wherein detailed information of the selected delivery task and information on participating in the delivery task associated with the detailed information of the selected delivery task are provided on a third page. A method for providing delivery information as in claim 1, wherein the first page includes a map, and the reward amount information is indicated at a position corresponding to each zone on the map. In the method for providing delivery information as in claim 2, if the reward amount information of a first zone is greater than or equal to a specific amount, information indicating that the reward amount information is high is further indicated at a position corresponding to the first zone on the map. The method for providing delivery information as claimed in claim 3 further comprises: in response to an input signal from the delivery agent regarding the first zone displayed on the map, providing a fourth page displaying delivery information corresponding to the first zone to the terminal of the delivery agent. The method for providing delivery information as in claim 1, wherein the selection of the first zone further includes: identifying a location of the terminal of the delivery agent. The method for providing delivery information as in claim 5, wherein the selection of the first zone further includes: identifying active available zones within a specific distance range from the location of the terminal of the delivery agent among the plurality of zones; selecting a first zone from the active available zones based on the zone reward amounts of the active available zones; and providing information about moving from the location of the terminal of the delivery agent to the first zone. The delivery information providing method of claim 6, wherein the second page displays the reward amount information for the delivery request, and the reward amount is determined based on a basic reward amount corresponding to a zone corresponding to the delivery request and a location of the terminal of the delivery agent. As in the method for providing delivery information of claim 7, the second page further includes delivery route information of the delivery request and a first interface for accepting the delivery request. The method for providing delivery information as in claim 7, wherein the second page further displays a second interface for rejecting the delivery request, and the method for providing delivery information further includes: providing a fifth page for receiving a reason for rejecting a delivery from the delivery agent in response to an input signal on the second interface. The method for providing delivery information as in claim 1, wherein the identification of the first information and the second information includes identifying a request volume for item delivery in the plurality of zones during a peak time period after the current time and a number of terminals of the delivery agent located in each zone.
