Abstract

Description

Method and device for providing delivery person task information

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing task information to a delivery person. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for generating tasks to efficiently execute a delivery task of a delivery person and selecting tasks to provide to the delivery person when matching a delivery person to deliver an item from a supplier of the item to an orderer (purchaser).

Recently, consumer spending patterns have been changing from buying large quantities of goods in large shopping malls to buying only the necessary amount of daily necessities, including fresh food, regardless of whether the purchase is made online or offline.

With the development of e-commerce technology, online food orders are increasing. With online food orders, fast delivery is crucial. Therefore, there is a need to quickly secure and match delivery personnel for food delivery. Furthermore, considering all user needs (such as order time, delivery time, delivery cost, and ordered items), interest in food ordering and delivery services is growing. In this regard, reference may be made to previous documents such as KR20200102277A (August 31, 2020).

[Technical Goals]

One aspect of the present invention addresses the aforementioned issues and provides a method and electronic device for providing a delivery person with task information. [Technical Solution]

According to one aspect, a method for providing task information for a delivery person is provided, the method comprising: identifying information about the delivery person, the information about the delivery person comprising delivery history information of the delivery person and location information of a terminal of the delivery person; selecting one or more available tasks from a plurality of available tasks based on the delivery history information of the delivery person and the location information of the terminal of the delivery person; and providing a first page displaying a first list comprising the selected one or more available tasks.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may further display a second list, which includes at least one ongoing task that can be selected from the one or more available tasks included in the first list based on an input signal from the delivery person.

Additionally, the selection may include selecting at least one available task corresponding to an available activity area including a first area where the delivery person is located from the plurality of available tasks based on the location of the terminal of the delivery person.

In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may further display reward information for a task available for participation in the first list.

FIG1 illustrates an example of internal components of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

The processor 110 in the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can process a series of operations for executing a method for providing delivery person task information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The processor 110 can control other components of the electronic device 100. Meanwhile, in an exemplary embodiment, a product can be used as a term to refer to a specific item, and the item can be sold to a purchaser in a service related to the electronic device 100. A terminal of a delivery person used to deliver the item to the purchaser can be searched, queried, and identified, and the delivery information of the item can be provided to the terminal of the identified delivery person.

Specifically, an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment needs to query and search for an optimal delivery person's terminal in order to transmit item delivery information generated based on an item order from a purchaser (an orderer) to the delivery person's terminal. In this case, the electronic device can check the location of the delivery person's terminal and select and match a delivery person who can provide the best delivery service based on the location of the orderer, the location of the item provider (e.g., manufacturer, seller, etc.), and the location of the delivery person's terminal.

At the same time, delivery drivers may be densely distributed only in a specific area. In some areas, the number of orders from customers may be high, while delivery drivers may be sparsely distributed. Therefore, in an area with a high order volume but a sparse distribution of delivery drivers, it is difficult to provide optimal delivery service to customers. Alternatively, in an area with a low order volume but a dense distribution of delivery drivers, delivery drivers may be less active in making deliveries due to the reduced frequency of matching delivery requests.

Therefore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment comprehensively analyzes the number of delivery terminals of delivery personnel in an area, the number of orders, the delivery capacity of delivery personnel, etc., and provides a task to delivery personnel so that the delivery personnel can move to areas with high delivery demand and significantly improve the delivery efficiency of delivery personnel.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a task may refer to, for example, a scheme in which a reward is provided to a delivery person when the delivery person performs a task associated with the delivery according to a specific condition. For example, a task may include information about the conditions for achieving the task and information about the reward provided to the delivery person when the conditions are met.

The electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can store information about a plurality of tasks that a delivery person can perform. The information about the plurality of tasks can be stored in the memory 130 according to an exemplary embodiment, or can be stored in a database included in the memory 130.

At the same time, when the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment provides and recommends such tasks to individual delivery persons, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of each delivery person and should be able to provide the delivery person with an incentive to perform the delivery task.

For example, for a delivery person located in a specific area (e.g., Gangnam District, Seoul), it is necessary to provide tasks that can be fulfilled in Songpa District and Seocho District, which are adjacent to Gangnam District, in addition to Gangnam District (i.e., tasks with a fulfillment condition in a region).

For example, in the case of a delivery person who has just started a delivery service, a strong delivery incentive is needed. Therefore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can consider the delivery person's historical information to provide tasks with a high level of rewards or tasks that are easy to achieve.

Therefore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can select tasks that the delivery person can perform from a plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130, and can provide a first list including the selected tasks to the delivery person's terminal.

In other words, in order to promote the deliveryman's enthusiasm for performing tasks and ultimately improve the deliveryman's enthusiasm for delivery, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may need to appropriately select tasks that the deliveryman can perform from the plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130.

Therefore, the processor 110 in the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may perform the following operations: identifying information about a delivery person; selecting one or more available tasks from a plurality of available tasks based on the delivery person's delivery history information and location information of a terminal of the delivery person; and providing a first page displaying a first list containing the selected one or more available tasks. Here, the information about the delivery person may include the delivery person's delivery history information and the location information of the delivery person's terminal.

The transceiver 120 may transmit information stored in the memory 130 of the electronic device 100 or information processed by the processor 110 to another device or receive information from another device to the electronic device 100 .

Memory 130 is a configuration implemented in a predetermined storage space of electronic device 100. This configuration may include a database that can freely execute functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, or adding data. For example, memory 130 may have fields or elements for processing functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, or adding data. Memory 130 may store data related to the information provision method executed by electronic device 100. For example, memory 130 may store instructions or data used by processor 110 to execute an operation. According to an exemplary embodiment, the memory 130 may include a database for storing information about an item, information about a delivery person, information about a plurality of tasks, etc.

Hereinafter, an example of the operation of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment will be described in detail.

FIG2 illustrates a method for providing a delivery person's ongoing task information and information about available tasks in an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG2 shows a task management page 200 (hereinafter, the task management page will also be referred to as a first page 200) provided by an electronic device to a delivery person's terminal. Some or all of the operations shown in FIG2 according to the exemplary embodiment can be performed by the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device receives identification information about a delivery person from the delivery person's terminal. Based on the identification information about the delivery person, the electronic device identifies task information corresponding to the delivery person. The task information corresponding to the delivery person may include, for example, ongoing task information (ongoing task list) indicating the task(s) the delivery person is currently performing, and information about available tasks (available task list) indicating that the delivery person can continue to perform (participate in).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first page 200 may include a first area 201 displaying ongoing task information (ongoing task list) indicating the task(s) that the identified delivery person is currently performing and a second area 202 displaying information about the available tasks (available task list) that the delivery person can continue to perform (participate in).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first area 201 displays information about the task(s) currently being performed by the delivery person, as selected by the delivery person's selection input (a list of ongoing tasks). For example, the first area 201 may include a plurality of detailed areas corresponding to each task, and each detailed area may include information about the corresponding task (e.g., remaining task time, task progress, and the area (region) where the task can be performed).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the second area 202 may display information (a list of available tasks) indicating that the corresponding delivery person can proceed (participate). The second area 202 may include a detailed area for each available task, and each detailed area may include, for example, information about the corresponding task (e.g., the area (region) where the task can be completed, the reward upon completion of the task, etc.). Each detailed area may further include a participation interface for the corresponding delivery person to participate (continue) in the corresponding task. That is, when the delivery person participates in a specific task through an input signal of a participation interface of the delivery person's terminal, the corresponding task can be added to the ongoing task information (ongoing task list) that can be displayed in the first area 201 according to the exemplary embodiment.

In response to an input signal (e.g., a click) in each detail area regarding a task included in the first area 201 or the second area 202, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment can provide the delivery person's terminal with a second page 210 containing detailed information about the corresponding task. The second page 210 may include, for example, the available time period for the corresponding task, the reward (e.g., reward amount) for the corresponding task, the participating area (region) for the corresponding task, and additional information about the corresponding task.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the second page 210 may further include information about available tasks associated with the ongoing task. For example, the electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment may include information about (a number of) available tasks that are highly relevant to the corresponding task on the second page 210 associated with the ongoing task. Available tasks that are highly relevant to the corresponding task may include, for example, a task with the same participation area as the corresponding task, a task with the same time zone as the corresponding task, and a task with a similar level of reward as the corresponding task.

FIG3 illustrates a method for providing a delivery person's task information in an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG3 shows a first page 30 provided by an electronic device to a terminal of a delivery person. The first page 30 shown in FIG3 may be the first page 200 of FIG2. Some or all of the operations shown in FIG3 according to the exemplary embodiment may be performed by the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment.

3 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page 30 may include a first area displaying a list of ongoing tasks (ongoing task list) and a second area displaying a list of available tasks (available task list), as described above. The first area may include a first detailed area 300 displaying the delivery driver's ongoing tasks, selected by the delivery driver or set by the system. The first detailed area 300 may include, for example, at least one of the name of the corresponding task, a reward level 300a for the corresponding task, a region where the corresponding task can be achieved, a remaining time to achieve the corresponding task 300b, and information 300c indicating the progress of the corresponding task.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can determine the reward level for each task. Furthermore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can determine the reward level for each task in each region based on the number of orders (or delivery requests) and the availability of delivery personnel in each region. For example, if a particular region has a large number of orders (delivery requests) but a small number of delivery personnel terminals, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can set a high reward level for a task with the corresponding region as a condition for task completion. Also, for example, when the number of orders (delivery requests) in a specific area is small but the number of delivery personnel's terminals is large, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may set a low level reward for a task having the corresponding area as a task achievement condition.

When a specific area has a small number of orders (delivery requests) but a large number of delivery terminals, the electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can provide a delivery terminal located in the corresponding area with tasks corresponding to the area with a large number of orders (delivery requests) but a small number of delivery terminals as a list of tasks available for participation. Conversely, when a specific area has a large number of orders (delivery requests) but a small number of delivery terminals, the electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can provide a delivery terminal located in the area with a small number of orders (delivery requests) but a large number of delivery terminals as a list of tasks available for participation.

That is, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can determine reward information about a particular ongoing mission based on the region corresponding to the ongoing mission, the delivery demand in the region, and the number of terminals of delivery personnel located in the region.

With this configuration, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery personnel to actively perform the task and ultimately complete the delivery task by adaptively setting the task reward according to the demand for delivery requests (order demand) and the number of delivery personnel's terminals.

Referring to FIG. 3 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the second area may include a list of tasks that a delivery person can perform, i.e., a list of available tasks (available task list). According to an exemplary embodiment, the second area may include a second detailed area 301 displaying an available task. Second detailed area 301 may include the name of the corresponding task and a participation interface 301a for participating in the corresponding task. Participation interface 301a may refer to the participation interface shown in FIG. 2 .

After receiving an input signal (e.g., a click) from the delivery person's terminal with respect to the participation interface 301a, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may delete the available task corresponding to the participation interface 301a from the available tasks and add it to the ongoing task list. Therefore, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may display the corresponding available task in the first area 301b and add the corresponding task to the ongoing task list.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may determine which tasks are available for participation, for example, based on information about the delivery person.

For example, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may determine, based on the delivery person's current location (i.e., the location information of the delivery person's terminal), a task for which fulfillment of a delivery request (i.e., delivery of an order placed in that location) is a condition for task fulfillment as a task available for participation. Specifically, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may determine, from among the plurality of tasks stored in memory 130, a task for which fulfillment of a delivery request (i.e., delivery of an order placed in that location) is a condition for task fulfillment.

Furthermore, for example, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may select one or more tasks as tasks to participate in from a plurality of tasks stored in the memory based on the average income of the delivery person attributable to deliveries, the delivery person's proficiency in performing delivery tasks, the delivery person's delivery history information (for example, information about areas with a high frequency of delivery tasks among the areas where the delivery person performs deliveries, the categories of items frequently delivered by the delivery person, etc.), and the delivery evaluation information of the delivery person. For example, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may identify a region with a high frequency of delivery tasks among the regions where the delivery person has performed deliveries based on the delivery person's delivery history information, and may select a task to be performed in the region with a high frequency (e.g., a task with a corresponding region as a task fulfillment condition). Furthermore, for example, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may view the delivery time zone information of the delivery person based on the delivery person's delivery history information, and may select a task to be performed in a time zone with a high frequency of delivery by the delivery person (e.g., if early morning delivery, morning delivery, etc. are included as a task fulfillment condition).

Specifically, an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment may identify one or more available tasks based on information about a delivery person. Here, the delivery person information may include information indicating the location of the delivery person's terminal, and the one or more available tasks may include a task that can be performed at the location of the delivery person's terminal. Furthermore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the one or more available tasks may be determined based on the delivery person's delivery history information included in the delivery person information, and the delivery history information may be determined based on the number of deliveries performed by the delivery person within a specific time period.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can maximize the efficiency of the deliveryman and encourage delivery by comprehensively considering information about the deliveryman to select tasks and provide them to the deliveryman's terminal.

In addition, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment provides a task of participating in the delivery of items and guarantees an attractive reward for performing the delivery task, which induces a more active delivery service.

FIG4 illustrates a method for selecting task information in an electronic device to provide to a delivery person according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG. 4 illustrates a method in which an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment identifies a location of a terminal of a delivery person and selects task(s) having an area matching the identified location of the delivery person as a condition for task fulfillment, so as to select a task to provide to the delivery person.

FIG4 shows a third page 400 provided to a delivery driver's terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. The third pages 400 and 401 may include, for example, activation interfaces 400a and 401a for determining whether the delivery driver has received a delivery request from an electronic device, third areas 400b and 401b for displaying the delivery driver's accumulated income information, fourth areas 400c and 401c for displaying information about the delivery driver's ongoing tasks, and a map for displaying the location of the delivery driver's terminal or the delivery driver's location, respectively.

Activation interfaces 400a and 401a may be fixedly positioned at specific locations on third pages 400 and 401. When a delivery person deactivates activation interface 400a using an input signal, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may not provide a delivery request (delivery information) to the delivery person's terminal. If the delivery person activates activation interface 400b using an input signal, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may provide a delivery request (delivery information) to the delivery person's terminal. In other words, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may provide the delivery request information to the delivery person's terminal only if the delivery person decides to accept the delivery request and perform the delivery task.

The third areas 400b and 401b may display the corresponding delivery driver's accumulated income information. The accumulated income information may be, for example, the accumulated income amount earned by the delivery driver while performing delivery tasks. The third areas 400b and 401b may display the accumulated income within a specific time period (e.g., a day, a week, or a month).

The fourth area 400c and 401c may display information about the delivery person's ongoing tasks. For example, the fourth area may display at least one ongoing task from the ongoing task list 201 of FIG. The fourth area may display at least one ongoing task selected from the delivery person's ongoing task list 201 based on the delivery person's location.

Depending on whether the delivery driver is currently delivering a product, fourth areas 400c and 401c may display different tasks. For example, when the delivery driver is not currently delivering a product (i.e., offline, which may include situations where the delivery driver has deactivated the activation interface using an input signal), fourth area 400c may display information about a task unrelated to delivery (e.g., viewing safety training content). For example, when the delivery driver is currently delivering a product (i.e., online, which may include situations where the delivery driver has activated the activation interface using an input signal), fourth area 401c may display information about a task related to delivery.

The map displayed on the third pages 400 and 401 may include an indicator 400d for indicating the location of the delivery person's terminal. In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the map may further display the division of one or more regions 400d-1 and 400d-2.

At the same time, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment is required to provide a task for the corresponding delivery person to participate in, from among the plurality of tasks stored in memory 130. For example, if the delivery person is in a first location, a task associated with a first region corresponding to the first location is required to be provided (for example, when the region-specific condition in the task fulfillment conditions includes the first region). Furthermore, when the delivery person is in the first location, the electronic device is required to provide one or more tasks corresponding to the first region and one or more adjacent regions.

Therefore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may first identify a location 400d of the delivery person's terminal. Next, the electronic device may identify a first area 400d-1 corresponding to the delivery person's identified location 400d, and may also identify an available area 400d-2 that is adjacent to the first area 400d-1 or is located within a specific distance from the first area. The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may identify at least one task corresponding to the identified available areas 400d-1 and 400d-2 that include the first area 400d-1 from a plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can select at least one task from the tasks corresponding to the available activity area and store it in the list of tasks available for participation. For example, the electronic device can select a task from the tasks corresponding to the available activity area that a delivery driver is very likely to participate in. In addition, the electronic device can consider the delivery demand in the area, the number of delivery drivers in the area, and the locations of the delivery drivers to select (or several) tasks corresponding to the area suitable for balancing the supply and demand of delivery drivers, or (or several) tasks suitable for balancing the supply and demand of delivery drivers, and store them in the list of tasks available for participation. For example, in an area with many business districts, delivery requests may be frequent during lunch hours. Therefore, a task associated with a delivery request occurring during lunch time in the corresponding area can be provided to the terminal of a delivery person near the corresponding area, and such task can be added to the list of available tasks of the corresponding delivery person.

In other words, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can select at least one available task corresponding to the available activity area including the first area where the delivery person is located from a plurality of available tasks based on the location of the delivery person's terminal.

The electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment may further select one of the available tasks corresponding to the available activity area from a plurality of available tasks based on the delivery person's income information. For example, the electronic device may view the delivery person's income information and the reward information for each of the available tasks corresponding to the available activity area. The electronic device may select one of the available tasks suitable for the delivery person based on the income information and the reward information. Information about the delivery person may be stored in the memory 130 or a database in the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment, which may further include the delivery person's income information.

For example, if the income information of a corresponding delivery driver (e.g., accumulated income within a week) is less than the income information of other delivery drivers, the reward information of each available task corresponding to the available activity area is identified, and a task with a high reward is selected and provided to the delivery driver's terminal, thereby actively inducing the delivery driver to participate in the task. For example, when the income information of the corresponding delivery driver is less than or equal to a specific value, the electronic device may select an available task with reward information greater than or equal to the specific value and provide the selected task to the corresponding delivery driver's terminal.

In addition, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can select a recommended task from the available tasks included in the available tasks list based on the delivery history information included in the delivery person's information, and provide the selected recommended task to the terminal of the corresponding delivery person.

With this configuration, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery task.

In addition, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to perform the delivery task without losing motivation by analyzing the task information most suitable for the delivery person based on the information about the delivery person.

At the same time, the electronic device according to this exemplary embodiment can further provide delivery personnel with distribution map information to encourage them to move to areas (or specific areas within these areas) where product suppliers are densely distributed and to areas (or specific areas within these areas) where order requests from product suppliers are frequent. According to this exemplary embodiment, the distribution map information can be, for example, an indicator composed of a semi-transparent area superimposed or displayed on the map according to this exemplary embodiment.

With this configuration, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment allows delivery persons to easily find an area where deliveries frequently occur, and can induce delivery persons to voluntarily move to an area where there is a high demand for delivery persons.

FIG5 illustrates a method for matching and providing delivery information to a delivery person in an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG5 illustrates a method for providing a delivery request or delivery information to a delivery person's terminal using an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment. FIG5 shows third pages 500 and 501 for identifying delivery information provided on the delivery person's terminal according to an exemplary embodiment. Some or all of the operations shown in FIG5 according to an exemplary embodiment may be performed by the electronic device and the delivery person's terminal according to an exemplary embodiment.

5 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the third pages 500 and 501 may include startup interfaces 500a and 501a for determining whether a delivery request from an electronic device is received by a delivery person, third areas 500a and 500b for displaying the delivery person's accumulated income information, and a map showing an area corresponding to the delivery person's location or the location of the delivery person's terminal, as described above in FIG. 4 .

5 , according to an embodiment, the map on the third pages 500 and 501 may further include information 500d indicating an average reward level for tasks in the corresponding region (e.g., tasks in the corresponding region with an achievement condition set as an achievement condition), and a target interface 500e providing scheduling information of ongoing tasks to achieve the delivery person's ongoing tasks.

When the delivery person clicks on the target interface 500e, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may provide a target page that identifies the delivery person's ongoing tasks, determines the order based on the due date of the ongoing tasks and the region corresponding to the ongoing tasks, and displays the tasks in the determined order.

5 , when the delivery person switches activation interfaces 500a and 501a from the deactivated state 500a to the activated state 501a based on an input signal, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can provide delivery information to the delivery person's terminal based on the received delivery request information.

When the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment matches the delivery request information to the delivery person's terminal, it may provide a fourth page 502, which includes at least one piece of delivery request information and allows a decision on whether to accept the delivery request.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 502 may include, for example, a map showing an order location of an orderer associated with a delivery request, a location of a supplier (seller, etc.) of an item, and the location of the corresponding delivery person. According to an exemplary embodiment, the map displayed on the fourth page 502 may provide route information from the delivery person's location, via the location of the supplier (seller, etc.) of the item, to the order location of the orderer. For example, the route information may be information indicating a method of moving from the delivery person's location, via the location of the supplier (seller, etc.) of the item, to the order location of the orderer, and this information may be displayed on the map on the fourth page 502.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 502 may further include a fifth area 502a displaying at least one piece of delivery information corresponding to the matched delivery request. The fifth area 502a may include, for example, at least one of a delivery reward amount, a location of an orderer, and a location of a provider of an item included in the corresponding delivery information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fifth area 502a may further include information about ongoing tasks whose progress increases upon delivery request completion, information about available tasks whose progress increases upon delivery request completion, and information about the courier's accumulated income upon delivery request completion. Furthermore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the fifth area 502a may further include an interface for participating in and continuing the available tasks whose progress increases upon delivery request completion.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 502 may further include an acceptance interface 502b for accepting a matched delivery request. According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may match the delivery request to the delivery person based on the delivery person's input signal corresponding to the acceptance interface 502b (e.g., the delivery person's input signal including direction information).

By adaptively setting the reward for the task based on the demand for delivery requests (order demand) and the number of delivery personnel's terminals, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery personnel to actively perform the task and ultimately complete the delivery task.

In addition, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment provides a task of participating in the delivery of items and guarantees an attractive reward for performing the delivery task, which induces a more active delivery service.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment provides information about available tasks that increase progress upon completion of a specific delivery request and an interface for participating in the corresponding tasks, which helps delivery personnel actively perform or participate in the tasks and ultimately increases their enthusiasm for delivering items.

FIG6 illustrates a method for requesting a reason for rejecting a delivery from a delivery person in an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, FIG6 shows an example of a sixth area 600a of the fourth page for rejecting the delivery information provided on the fourth page 502 according to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG5 and a fifth page 601 or 602 for receiving a rejection reason when rejecting the corresponding delivery request. Some or all of the operations shown in FIG5 according to the exemplary embodiment can be performed by the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment and the delivery person's terminal.

6 , according to an exemplary embodiment, the fourth page 600 may further display a sixth area 600a including an interface for rejecting a delivery request displayed on the fourth page 600, as described above in FIG5 . For example, when a delivery person enters or clicks on the rejection interface 600b in the sixth area, the electronic device may not match the delivery request to the delivery person.

When the delivery person's terminal rejects the delivery request through the rejection interface 600b, the electronic device or the delivery person's terminal according to the exemplary embodiment may provide the delivery person's terminal with a fifth page 601 for receiving the rejection reason from the delivery person.

The fifth page 601 may display, for example, one or more selectable items 601a associated with a rejection reason, and may further include a submission interface 601b for transmitting the rejection reason to an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment after selecting the item. Furthermore, the fifth page 601 may also include a text input interface 602a for directly receiving the rejection reason from the delivery person and transmitting it to the electronic device.

An electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can receive rejection reason information from a delivery driver's terminal, including an item related to the rejection reason or text containing the rejection reason. The electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can analyze the rejection reason and filter order (delivery request) information to be matched with the delivery driver to prevent the rejection reason from appearing. Specifically, the electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment can categorize delivery driver rejection reasons to minimize delivery request rejections by delivery drivers, and based on the categorization results, can filter delivery request information to be provided to the delivery driver.

FIG. 7 is a flow chart illustrating a process of an electronic device selecting task(s) to be provided to a delivery person from a plurality of tasks according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, Figure 7 shows an example of a method in which an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment identifies tasks corresponding to the available activity area of a delivery person from a plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130 and selects (several) tasks from the identified tasks to be provided to the delivery person as tasks available for participation, as described above in the paragraph with reference to Figure 4 in the specification.

In operation 700, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may identify information about a plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130. After identifying the information about the plurality of tasks in operation 700, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may determine whether to recommend and provide a task to a corresponding delivery person in operation 701. Operation 701 may be, for example, an operation to confirm whether the delivery person is online (i.e., when activating the activation interface according to the exemplary embodiment).

If the corresponding delivery person is offline, an offline task (e.g., a task not related to delivery) may be provided to the delivery person's terminal in operation 702. If the corresponding delivery person is online, information about at least one recommended task selected from a plurality of tasks may be provided to the corresponding delivery person's terminal.

For example, if the corresponding delivery person is online, then in operation 703, the electronic device identifies (or selects) tasks corresponding to the delivery person's location (or available activity area) based on the delivery person's terminal location information 703a. The delivery person's terminal location information 703a can be, for example, information obtained from the delivery person's terminal.

In operation 704, based on the current time information 704a, the electronic device may identify (or filter) tasks corresponding to the available activity area, where the current time falls within a task-available time range. For example, if the current time is lunchtime (e.g., 11:00 to 1:00 PM), in operation 704, the electronic device may identify (or filter) tasks that can be performed during the corresponding time period.

Additionally, the electronic device can identify information 705a about the delivery person and, based on one or more pieces of information included in the delivery person information, determine a task reward range as a criterion for selecting a task at operation 705. The delivery person information 705a can include, for example, the delivery person's cumulative income within a specific period (cycle), detailed delivery information (history, etc.), and the delivery person's delivery frequency. For example, if the delivery person's cumulative income information is significantly lower than the average cumulative income information of delivery persons (or less than a specific value), the electronic device can determine the task reward range at operation 705 to select a task with a high reward.

According to the exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can analyze the demand for delivery requests in each region and the number of delivery terminals of the delivery personnel to provide a task suitable for the delivery personnel to effectively control the supply and demand of delivery in each region, thereby greatly reducing the error in delivery time.

If the electronic device determines a task reward range but there are no feasible tasks within the range (if no in operation 706), the task reward range may be expanded in operation 707 so that a task available for participation is selected. If the electronic device determines a task reward range and selects a task available for participation with a task reward within the range (if yes in operation 706), the corresponding task(s) or at least one of the corresponding tasks may be selected and added to the list of available tasks.

With this configuration, by providing information about the task in consideration of the delivery worker's delivery work method and the delivery worker's available activity area, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery worker to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery task.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to perform the delivery task without losing motivation by analyzing the task information most suitable for the delivery person based on information about the delivery person.

FIG8 is a flowchart illustrating a process of an electronic device selecting task(s) to be provided to a delivery person from a plurality of tasks according to an exemplary embodiment.

Specifically, Figure 8 shows an example of a method in which an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment identifies tasks corresponding to the available activity area of the delivery person from a plurality of tasks stored in the memory 130 and selects (several) tasks from the identified tasks to be provided to the delivery person as tasks available for participation, as described above in the paragraph with reference to Figure 4 in the specification.

In operation 800, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may identify information about a plurality of tasks stored in memory 130. After identifying the information about the plurality of tasks in operation 800, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may determine in operation 801 whether to recommend and provide a task to a corresponding delivery person. Operation 801 may be, for example, an operation to confirm whether the delivery person is online (i.e., when activating the activation interface according to the exemplary embodiment). For example, operations 800 to 803 of FIG. 8 may correspond to operations 700 to 703 of FIG. 7 .

After identifying tasks corresponding to the available activity area in operation 803, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may identify (or filter) tasks corresponding to the task recommendation area from among the identified tasks.

Here, the task recommendation area may indicate, for example, an area recommended for a delivery driver to perform a task. The task recommendation area may be determined, for example, based on the demand for delivery requests and the number of delivery drivers in the area. For example, if the number of delivery drivers is small in an area where many delivery drivers are needed (e.g., an area with many businesses during lunch time, an area with many restaurants, etc.), delivery drivers located in a nearby area may need to be induced to move to the corresponding area. Therefore, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may select an area where delivery drivers are needed as a task recommendation area from among the available areas for delivery drivers based on the demand for delivery requests and the number of delivery drivers in operation 804, and identify the task corresponding to the task recommendation area. Thus, in operation 804, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may filter (or identify) tasks corresponding to the task recommendation area based on the item delivery request information and the information about the number of delivery personnel in the available activity area stored in the memory 130 or the database.

According to the exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can analyze the demand for delivery requests in each region and the number of delivery terminals of the delivery personnel to provide a task suitable for the delivery personnel to effectively control the supply and demand of delivery in each region, thereby greatly reducing the error in delivery time.

In operation 805, the electronic device according to the embodiment may further select one or more tasks from the filtered tasks according to (several) additional conditions. For example, operation 805 may include operations 704 to 708 of Figure 7.

In operation 806, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment may provide one or more tasks or some of them identified or screened in operation 804 or operation 805 as tasks available for participation (or recommended tasks) to the delivery person's terminal.

With this configuration, by providing information about the task in consideration of the delivery worker's delivery work method and the delivery worker's available activity area, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery worker to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery task.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to perform the delivery task without losing motivation by analyzing the task information most suitable for the delivery person based on information about the delivery person.

Furthermore, the electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment may provide information for inducing the delivery person to move in order to implement a task identified or recommended by some or all of the operations shown in Figure 8. For example, when the electronic device selects a recommended task based on some or all of the operations shown in Figure 8, it may determine a recommended alternative location where the corresponding task can be effectively implemented and provide information for inducing movement to the corresponding location (e.g., route information on a map, address information, etc.).

According to an exemplary embodiment, the recommended alternative location may indicate an area where item suppliers (e.g., stores providing prepared foods, etc.) are densely distributed in an area corresponding to the task recommended to the delivery person (the task identified or recommended by some or all of the operations shown in FIG. 8 ), a location of a specific item supplier with frequent order requests, or an average location of item suppliers with frequent order requests.

Since the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment provides an indicator that allows delivery persons to easily find an area where deliveries frequently occur, delivery persons can be induced to voluntarily move to an area where there is a high demand for delivery persons.

Here, according to an exemplary embodiment, reward information may be determined based on the number of terminals corresponding to the region available for participating in the mission, a delivery demand in the region, and the number of delivery personnel located in the region.

Referring to FIG. 9 , at operation 902, an electronic device according to an embodiment may display a first page showing a list of available tasks including one or more selected available tasks. According to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may further display an ongoing task list including at least one ongoing task selected from one or more available tasks included in the list based on an input signal from a delivery person. Furthermore, according to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may further display reward information for the available tasks included in the first list.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the first page may include an ongoing task list including the delivery person's ongoing tasks and a first interface for moving at least one of the available tasks included in the available task list to the ongoing task list. The first page may further include at least one of information indicating the progress of the ongoing tasks included in the ongoing task list and information indicating the remaining time for the ongoing tasks.

In addition, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can provide a recommended task from among the available tasks included in the first list based on the delivery history information.

The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery task.

By providing information about the task by considering the delivery person's delivery work method and the delivery person's available activity area, the electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment can induce the delivery person to actively perform the task and ultimately perform the delivery task.

Claims (11)

A method for providing task information of a delivery person performed by an electronic device, the method comprising: identifying information about the delivery person, the information about the delivery person including location information of a terminal of the delivery person; selecting one or more tasks to be participated in from a plurality of tasks to be participated in based on the location information of the terminal of the delivery person; identifying reward information of each of the one or more tasks to be participated in; and providing a display including the one or more tasks to be participated in and the reward information of the one or more tasks to be participated in. The method further comprises: assigning a first task to the delivery person; transmitting information about the first task to the delivery person's terminal; receiving information about a rejection of the first task and a rejection reason from the delivery person's terminal; and filtering the one or more available tasks based on the rejection reason information. The method of claim 1, wherein the first page further displays a second list, the second list including at least one ongoing task selected from the one or more available tasks included in the first list based on an input signal from the delivery person. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting includes selecting at least one available task corresponding to an available activity area including a first area where the delivery person is located from the plurality of available tasks based on the location of the delivery person's terminal. The method of claim 3, wherein the information about the delivery person further includes income information of the delivery person, and wherein the selection comprises selecting at least one available task from the available tasks corresponding to the available activity areas based on the delivery person's income information and reward information of each of the available tasks corresponding to the available activity areas. The method of claim 4, wherein the selection includes selecting one of the reward information having a specific value or more for participation in the task when the income information of the delivery person is a specific value or less. The method of claim 1 further comprises: providing a recommended task from the one or more available task options included in the first list based on the delivery history information of the delivery person. The method of claim 1, wherein the reward information is determined based on a region corresponding to the one or more regions available for participating in the task, a delivery demand in the region, and a number of terminals of the delivery personnel located in the region. The method of claim 1, wherein the first page includes a second list of tasks currently being performed by the delivery person and a first interface for moving at least one of the available tasks included in the first list to the second list. The method of claim 8, wherein the first page further includes at least one of information indicating a progress of the ongoing task included in the second list and information indicating a remaining time for the ongoing task. An electronic device for providing task information for a delivery person, comprising: a memory storing at least one program; and a processor configured to identify information about the delivery person, the information about the delivery person including location information of a terminal of the delivery person, select one or more available tasks from a plurality of available tasks based on the location information of the terminal of the delivery person, identify reward information for each of the one or more available tasks, and provide a display including the one or more available tasks and the reward information for the one or more available tasks. A first page of a first list of reward information for each of one or more available tasks is displayed, wherein the reward information is determined based on delivery demand information for a region corresponding to each of the one or more available tasks; wherein the processor is further configured to: assign a first task to the courier; transmit information about the first task to the courier's terminal; receive information from the courier's terminal indicating a rejection of the first task and a rejection reason; and filter the one or more available tasks based on the rejection reason information. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising: a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein when the computer-readable instructions are executed by a processor, the processor is configured to: identify information about a delivery person, the information about the delivery person including location information of a terminal of the delivery person; select one or more available tasks from a plurality of available tasks based on the location information of the terminal of the delivery person; identify reward information for each of the one or more available tasks; and provide a display including the one or more available tasks. A first page of a first list of available tasks and reward information for each of the one or more available tasks, wherein the reward information is determined based on delivery demand information for a region corresponding to each of the one or more available tasks; wherein the processor is further configured to: assign a first task to the delivery person; transmit information about the first task to the delivery person's terminal; receive information rejecting the first task and rejection reason information from the delivery person's terminal; and filter the one or more available tasks based on the rejection reason information.
