Description

Buffer packaging material structure and packaging box structure

The present invention relates to a buffer packaging material structure and a packaging box structure, and in particular to a buffer packaging material structure and a packaging box structure which are easy to use and can effectively fix target objects.

The packaging materials used in products not only have the function of transportation protection, but also help to promote marketing and increase sales. In view of the rise of environmental awareness, plastic-free packaging materials made of non-plastic materials have gradually become the mainstream trend of related industries.

In order to solve the above problems, cushioning packaging materials made of paper materials have gradually been applied to product packaging to reduce the impact of discarded plastic packaging materials on the environment. However, paper materials themselves have certain thickness specifications. Directly applying commercially available paper materials to product packaging cannot completely fill or fit the gap between the target item and the outer box, resulting in space between the target item and the outer box, causing the target item to shake and rub during transportation, which may cause damage.

In view of this, the development of a buffer packaging material structure that takes into account both environmental protection and commercial appeal and can effectively fix the target items has become the goal of the relevant industry's research.

The present invention provides a buffer packaging material structure and a packaging box structure. It can be effectively inserted and filled in the gap between the target object and the box body to prevent the target object from shaking and rubbing during transportation. When the target object is to be taken out of the box body, the user can take out the buffer packaging material structure by pulling the base plate to provide the user with an operating space to take the target object out of the box body, making it easier to take and put the target object. Therefore, the buffer packaging material structure and the packaging box structure of the present invention not only have excellent protection and buffering effects, but also have excellent convenience of use, and have application potential in related markets.

First embodiment>

101。Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a buffer packaging material structure 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a box 10 including a receiving space 11 to which the buffer packaging material structure 100 of FIG. 1 is applied. The buffer packaging material structure 100 is applied in the receiving space 11 and inserted and filled in the gap between the target object (not shown) and the box 10 to prevent the target object from being damaged by shaking and friction during transportation, and the buffer packaging material structure 100 includes a base plate 110, a lower plate 120, and a first foldable area 101.

The substrate 110 has a connecting side 111 and two pairs of sides 112 , wherein the connecting side 111 is connected to the two pairs of sides 112 respectively, and the two pairs of sides 112 are opposite to each other.

The lower plate 120 is connected to the connecting side 111. Specifically, the maximum width of the lower plate 120 is A1, and the maximum width of the base plate 110 is A2, which satisfies the following condition: A1 ≤ A2. By satisfying the above conditions, the sizes of the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 have an appropriate ratio, making the buffer packaging material structure 100 more convenient to use and able to exert a buffering effect of absorbing external forces.

The first foldable area 101 is disposed on the base plate 110 , wherein the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 are used to bend relative to each other along the first foldable area 101 , so that the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 are substantially vertical.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the accommodating space 11 has an inner length B1, an inner width B2, and an inner height B3, and when the maximum length of the base plate 110 is A3 and the maximum length of the lower plate 120 is A4, the following conditions are satisfied: A2 ≤ B2; A3 ≤ B1; and A4 ≤ B3. By satisfying the above conditions, the lower plate 120 of the buffer packaging structure 100 can be smoothly inserted into the gap between the target object and the box 10, preventing the target object from shaking in the accommodating space 11 during transportation and causing damage.

Furthermore, the maximum width A1 of the lower plate 120, the maximum width A2 of the base plate 110, the maximum length A3 of the base plate 110, the maximum length A4 of the lower plate 120, the inner length B1, the inner width B2 and the inner height B3 may not simultaneously satisfy the following conditions: A1 = A2; A2 = B2; A3 = B1; and A4 = B3. In this way, the buffer packaging material structure 100 of the present invention, the accommodating space 11 and the target object can leave an appropriate space margin to avoid the buffer packaging material structure 100 being difficult to place in the gap between the target object and the box body 10 when in use, or being unable to be effectively taken out of the box body 10, thereby making the use of the buffer packaging material structure 100 more efficient, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1 , in the buffer packaging material structure 100, the substrate 110 may be provided with a notch 113 at its periphery, and the edges of the substrate 110 and the lower plate 120 may also be rounded or blunted to facilitate the placement and removal of the buffer packaging material structure 100, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the material of the substrate 110 and the lower plate 120 may include natural fibers such as cellulose and lignin, or other tough materials may be selected, and the present invention is not limited to a specific material.

Thus, by bending the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 relative to each other along the first foldable area 101, and the base plate 110, the lower plate 120 and the accommodating space 11 satisfying a specific size ratio, the buffer packaging material structure 100 of the present invention can be effectively inserted and filled in the gap between the target object and the box body 10 to prevent the target object from shaking and rubbing during transportation. Therefore, the buffer packaging material structure 100 of the present invention has excellent convenience of use and has application potential in related markets.

Second embodiment>

100。Please refer to FIG. 3 , which is a schematic diagram of a packaging box structure 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The packaging box structure 200 includes a box body 10 and at least one buffer packaging material structure 100.

The box body 10 has a containing space 11, wherein the containing space 11 has an inner length B1, an inner width B2 and an inner height B3. In the packaging box structure 200, the box body 10 may be the box body 10 of FIG. 2, so the structural details thereof are described in FIG. 2 and will not be described again.

The buffer packaging material structure 100 can be separately disposed in the accommodating space 11, and at least one buffer packaging material structure 100 is located between at least one target object 20 and the box body 10.

In the packaging box structure 200, the buffer packaging material structure 100 is the buffer packaging material structure 100 of FIG. 1, so its structural details are described in FIG. 1 and will not be repeated here. The number of the buffer packaging material structures 100 is two, and the two buffer packaging material structures 100 can be separately disposed in the accommodating space 11 and correspond to the two sides of the target object 20 respectively. Since the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 of the buffer packaging material structure 100 are bent relative to each other along the first foldable area 101, the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 are approximately perpendicular to each other, so that the buffer packaging material structure 100 is approximately L-shaped in appearance. At this time, each buffer packaging material structure 100 will be inserted between the target object 20 and the box body 10 with its lower plate 120, and the base plate 110 will be located between the target object 20 and the upper cover 12 of the box body 10 after the box body 10 is sealed, so as to provide a buffering effect in another direction. In this way, the buffer packaging material structure 100 can stably fix the target object 20 in the box body 10 to prevent the target object 20 from being damaged by shaking and friction during transportation. In addition, when the user wants to open the upper cover 12 of the box body 10, the buffer packaging material structure 100 covering the target item 20 can further prevent sharp materials such as scissors and blades from accidentally damaging the target item 20, thereby further improving the protective effect of the packaging box structure 200 of the present invention on the target item 20.

Furthermore, when the target object 20 is to be taken out of the box 10, the user can adjust the base plate 110 to bend it along the first foldable area 101 in the direction opposite to the lower plate 120. At this time, the two surfaces (not shown) of the base plate 110 will not be covered by other components and can be grasped and pulled by the user. The lower plate 120 will be simultaneously detached from the gap between the target object 20 and the box 10 due to the displacement of the base plate 110, so as to provide the user with operating space to take the target object 20 out of the box 10, making it easier to take and put the target object 20.

Thus, the packaging box structure 200 of the present invention includes the buffer packaging material structure 100, the base plate 110 and the lower plate 120 of the buffer packaging material structure 100 are bent relative to each other along the first foldable area 101, and the base plate 110, the lower plate 120 of the buffer packaging material structure 100 and the accommodating space 11 of the box body 10 meet a specific size ratio. The buffer packaging material structure 100 can be effectively inserted into the gap between the target object 20 and the box body 10 to fix the position of the target object 20 in the box body 10 to prevent the target object 20 from shaking and rubbing during transportation. Furthermore, the packaging box structure 200 of the present invention can be used to install or remove the buffer packaging material structure 100 in the box body 10 through simple operations, so that the packaging box structure 200 of the present invention has excellent convenience and has application potential in related markets.

Third Embodiment>

302。Please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 simultaneously. FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a buffer packaging material structure 300 of the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the buffer packaging material structure 300 of FIG. 4 after being folded. The buffer packaging material structure 300 is applied to a containing space 11 and inserted and filled in the gap between the target object (not shown) and the box 10 to prevent the target object from shaking and rubbing during transportation and causing damage. The buffer packaging material structure 300 includes a base plate 310, a lower plate 320, a first foldable area 301, a first side plate 330, a first connecting plate 340, a second side plate 350, a second connecting plate 360 and at least two second foldable areas 302.

The substrate 110 has a connecting side 311 and two pairs of sides 312 , wherein the connecting side 311 is connected to the two pairs of sides 312 respectively, and the two pairs of sides 312 are opposite to each other.

The lower plate 320 is connected to the connecting side 311, wherein the lower plate 320 includes a lower plate body 321, at least one lower plate side piece 324, and at least one fold line 325. The lower plate body 321 is connected to the base plate 310, the lower plate side piece 324 is connected to the lower plate body 321, the fold line 325 is disposed between the lower plate body 321 and the lower plate side piece 324, and the lower plate side piece 324 is used to bend toward the lower plate body 321 along the fold line 325.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , in the buffer packaging material structure 300, the lower plate body 321 includes a first portion 322 and a second portion 323, the first portion 322 is located between the second portion 323 and the substrate 310, wherein the number of the lower plate side pieces 324 is two, the number of the folding lines 325 is two, the two lower plate side pieces 324 are respectively connected to the two sides of the first portion 322, and the two folding lines 325 are respectively disposed between the first portion 322 and the two lower plate side pieces 324. Specifically, when the two lower plate side pieces 324 are bent toward the first portion 322 along the two folding lines 325, as shown in FIG. 5 , the two lower plate side pieces 324 will be connected to the lower plate body 321 in a side-free manner. When the buffer packaging material structure 300 is inserted into the gap between the target object and the box 10, the two lower plate side pieces 324 can be pressed against the target object or the box 10 to further buffer the external force during the transportation process, thereby providing excellent protection and fixing effects.

The first foldable area 301 is disposed on the base plate 310, wherein the base plate 310 and the lower plate 320 are used to bend relative to each other along the first foldable area 301, so that the base plate 310 and the lower plate 320 are substantially perpendicular. As shown in FIG. 5, when the base plate 310 and the lower plate 320 are bent relative to each other along the first foldable area 301, the buffer packaging material structure 300 will be substantially L-shaped in appearance, so that the buffering and fixing effects in different directions can be provided to the target object.

The first side plate 330 is connected to the substrate 310, wherein the first side plate 330 has a first free edge 331, and the first free edge 331 is located on a side of the first side plate 330 away from the substrate 310, wherein the maximum length of the substrate 310 is A3, and the length of the first free edge 331 is D2, which can meet the following condition: D2 ≤ A3. Thus, by making the length of the first free edge 331 of the first side plate 330 less than or equal to the maximum length of the base plate 310, the buffer packaging material structure 300 can be prevented from abutting against overlapping plates (not shown) at the corner connection in the accommodating space 11 of the box body 10. This will facilitate the placement and placement of the buffer packaging material structure 300 and enhance the effect of the buffer packaging material structure 300 in locating target items.

The first connecting plate 340 is connected to the first side plate 330 , wherein the first side plate 330 is connected to an opposite side 312 of the substrate 310 through the first connecting plate 340 .

The second side plate 350 is connected to the substrate 310, wherein the second side plate 350 has a second free edge 351, and the second free edge 351 is located on a side of the second side plate 350 away from the substrate 310, wherein the maximum length of the substrate 310 is A3, and the length of the second free edge 351 is D5, which can meet the following condition: D5 ≤ A3. Thus, by making the length of the second free edge 351 of the second side plate 350 less than or equal to the maximum length of the substrate 310, the buffer packaging material structure 300 can be prevented from abutting against the overlapping plates at the corner connection in the accommodating space 11 of the box body 10, which will facilitate the placement and placement of the buffer packaging material structure 300 and enhance the effect of the buffer packaging material structure 300 in locating the target object.

The second connecting plate 360 is connected to the second side plate 350 , wherein the second side plate 350 is connected to the other opposite side 312 of the substrate 310 through the second connecting plate 360 .

At least two second foldable areas 302 are respectively disposed on the first connecting plate 340 and the second connecting plate 360 , and the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350 are respectively used to bend relatively along the at least two second foldable areas 302 . In detail, in the buffer packaging material structure 300, the second foldable area 302 may include at least one folding line (not shown). Taking the second foldable area 302 on the first connecting plate 340 as an example, the folding line of the second foldable area 302 may be located at least on one of the side of the first connecting plate 340 close to the substrate 310 and the side of the first connecting plate 340 close to the first side plate 330, so that when the first side plate 330 is bent along the second foldable area 302, the first connecting plate 340 is simultaneously driven to bend toward the substrate 310, but the present invention is not limited to this.

The accommodating space 11 has an inner length B1, an inner width B2, and an inner height B3, and when the maximum width of the lower plate 320 is A1, the maximum width of the base plate 310 is A2, the maximum length of the base plate 310 is A3, and the maximum length of the lower plate 320 is A4, it satisfies the following conditions: A1 ≤ A2; A2 ≤ B2; A3 ≤ B1; and A4 ≤ B3. By satisfying the above conditions, the lower plate 320 of the buffer packaging structure 300 can be smoothly inserted into the gap between the target object and the box 10, preventing the target object from shaking in the accommodating space 11 during transportation and causing damage.

When the maximum width of the lower plate 320 is A1, the width of the first portion 322 is A11, the length of the first portion 322 is A41, the length of the second portion 323 is A42, the width of the lower plate side panel 324 is C1, and the accommodating space 11 has an inner height B3, the following conditions can be satisfied: A11 ≤ A1; A41 ≤ B3/2; A42 ≤ B3; and C1 ≤ A11/2. Thereby, the first portion 322 and the second portion 323 of the lower plate 320 and the box body 10 have a proper size ratio, so that the lower plate 320 can provide an excellent buffering effect. When the first portion 322 of the lower plate 320 and the two lower plate side panels 324 have a proper size ratio, the two lower plate side panels 324 can be further prevented from abutting against and stacking each other after being bent toward the first portion 322, thereby affecting the buffering effect.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, when the first side panel 330 and the second side panel 350 are bent relative to each other along at least two second foldable areas 302 so that the second side panel 350 is overlapped on the first side panel 330, the substrate 310, the first side panel 330 and the second side panel 350 form a first frame 303. By configuring the first frame 303 formed by the substrate 310, the first side panel 330 and the second side panel 350, when an external force is applied to the buffer packaging material structure 300, the first frame 303 can be deformed in a reversible manner in response to the external force, thereby buffering the external force and reducing the possibility of damage to the target item. Furthermore, the first frame 303 can also provide a space for placing accessories such as instructions on the buffer packaging material structure 300, so that the application range of the buffer packaging material structure 300 of the present invention is wider.

When the maximum width of the substrate 310 is A2, the length of the first side plate 330 is D1, the width of the first connecting plate 340 is D3, the length of the second side plate 350 is D4, the width of the second connecting plate 360 is D6, and the thickness of the substrate 310 is T (not shown), the following conditions can be met: D1 = A2 - T; D4 = A2 + T/2; and D6 = D3 + T. Thus, by satisfying the above conditions, the size ratio of the substrate 310, the first side plate 330, the first connecting plate 340, the second side plate 350, the second connecting plate 360 and the substrate 310 is appropriate, so that the substrate 310, the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350 can be bent together to form a first frame 303 with a stable structure, and can effectively fill the gap between the target object and the box body 10, thereby improving the use efficiency of the buffer packaging material structure 300 of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the buffer packaging material structure 300 may further include an end plate 370, and the end plate 370 is connected to the first free edge 331. As shown in FIG. 5 , when the first frame 303 is formed, the end plate 370 will be against the second connecting plate 360, wherein the width of the end plate 370 is D7, the width of the first connecting plate 340 is D3, and the thickness of the substrate 310 is T, which can meet the following condition: D7 = D3 - T. In this way, the structural stability of the first frame 303 can be further improved.

In addition, the buffer packaging material structure 300 may further include at least one plug-in 381 and at least one slot 382. The at least one plug-in 381 is disposed on one of the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350, and the at least one slot 382 is disposed on one of the substrate 310, the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350. As shown in FIG. 5 , when the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350 are bent relative to each other so that the second side plate 350 is overlapped on the first side plate 330 and the first frame 303 is formed, the at least one plug-in 381 is correspondingly inserted into the at least one slot 382 to prevent the first side plate 330 and the second side plate 350 from being restored to an unfolded state, and the structural stability of the first frame 303 can be improved.

Furthermore, the second side plate 350 may further include at least one clip 383 and at least one through hole 384, wherein one clip 383 covers one through hole 384. Specifically, the second side plate 350 may be formed by a cutting process to form the clip 383 and the through hole 384, wherein the through hole 384 may have an outwardly convex arc-shaped area 385, and the user may insert the tip of a finger into the outwardly convex arc-shaped area 385 of the through hole 384 to support the clip 383, and at the same time, insert a card or a thin accessory between the clip 383 and the through hole 384 and then remove the finger to clamp the card or the thin accessory on the second side plate 350, thereby increasing the application breadth of the buffer packaging material structure 300. Furthermore, in the buffer packaging material structure 300, the number of the clips 383 can be four, and the number of the through holes 384 can also be four, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 , in the buffer packaging material structure 300, the substrate 310 may be provided with a notch 313 at its periphery, and the edges of the substrate 310 and the lower plate 320 may also be rounded or blunted to facilitate the placement and removal of the buffer packaging material structure 300, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the material of the substrate 310 and the lower plate 320 may include natural fibers such as cellulose and lignin, or other tough materials may be selected, and the present invention is not limited to a specific material.

Fourth embodiment>

300。Please refer to FIG. 6 , which is a schematic diagram of a packaging box structure 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The packaging box structure 400 includes a box body 10 and at least one buffer packaging material structure 300.

The box body 10 has a containing space 11, wherein the containing space 11 has an inner length B1, an inner width B2 and an inner height B3. In the packaging box structure 400, the box body 10 may be the box body 10 of FIG. 2, so its structural details are described in FIG. 2, which will not be described again.

The buffer packaging material structure 300 can be separately disposed in the accommodating space 11, and at least one buffer packaging material structure 300 is located between at least one target object 20 and the box body 10.

In the packaging box structure 400, the buffer packaging material structure 300 is the buffer packaging material structure 300 of FIG. 5, so the structural details thereof are referred to the description of FIG. 5, and will not be described again here. The number of the buffer packaging material structures 300 is two, and the two buffer packaging material structures 300 can be separately arranged in the accommodating space 11 and correspond to the two sides of the target article 20 respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, the buffer packaging material structure 300 is inserted between the target article 20 and the box body 10 by its lower plate 320, and the two lower plate side pieces 324 face the side wall of the box body 10 (not shown in the figure). After the box 10 is sealed, the two lower side panels 324 will abut against the side walls of the box 10, and the first frame 303 will be located between the target object 20 and the upper cover 12 of the box 10 to provide a buffering effect in another direction, thereby stably fixing the target object 20 in the box 10 to prevent the target object 20 from being damaged by shaking or friction during transportation. In addition, since the buffer packaging material structure 300 is wrapped around the target item 20, when the user wants to open the upper cover 12 of the box body 10, the first frame 303 of the buffer packaging material structure 300 can prevent sharp materials such as scissors and blades from accidentally damaging the target item 20, thereby further improving the protection effect of the packaging box structure 400 of the present invention on the target item 20.

As shown in FIG. 6 , the buffer packaging material structure 300 is placed in the box 10 in such a way that the second side panel 350 is away from the target object 20. At least two second foldable areas 502 are respectively disposed on the first connecting plate 540 and the second connecting plate 560, and the first side plate 530 and the second side plate 550 are respectively used to bend relatively along at least two second foldable areas 502. In detail, in the buffer packaging material structure 500, the number of second foldable areas 502 can be four, two of which are respectively disposed on the first connecting plate 540 and the first turning piece 533, and the other two second foldable areas 502 are respectively disposed on the second connecting plate 560 and the second turning piece 553.

As shown in FIG. 8 , when the first side plate 530 is bent along the second foldable area 502 on the first connecting plate 540, the first set of sheets 532 is bent along the second foldable area 502 on the first turning sheet 533 toward the first connecting plate 540, and the first free edge 531 is abutted against the first connecting plate 540, so that the first set of sheets 532, the first turning sheet 533, the first connecting sheet 534 and the first connecting plate 540 form a second frame 504. In addition to providing space for placing accessories such as instructions, the second frame 504 can also be deformed in a reversible manner in response to the external force when an external force is applied to the buffer packaging material structure 500, thereby buffering the external force and reducing the possibility of damage to the target item.

As shown in FIG. 8 , when the second side plate 550 is bent along the second foldable area 502 on the second connecting plate 560, the second set of sheets 552 is bent along the second foldable area 502 on the second turning sheet 553 toward the second connecting plate 560, and the second free edge 551 is abutted against the second connecting plate 560, so that the second set of sheets 552, the second turning sheet 553, the second connecting sheet 554 and the second connecting plate 560 form a third frame 505. In addition to providing a space for placing accessories such as instructions, the third frame 505 can also be deformed in a reversible manner in response to the external force at the same time as the second frame 504 when an external force is applied to the buffer packaging material structure 500, thereby buffering the external force and reducing the possibility of damage to the target item.

In addition, the second foldable area 502 may include at least one folding line (not shown). Taking the second foldable area 502 on the first connecting plate 540 as an example, the folding line of the second foldable area 502 may be located at least on one of the side of the first connecting plate 540 close to the substrate 510 and the side of the first connecting plate 540 close to the first side plate 530, so that when the first side plate 530 is bent along the second foldable area 502, the first connecting plate 540 is driven to bend toward the substrate 510 at the same time, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

By satisfying the above conditions, the lower plate 520 of the buffer packaging material structure 500 can be smoothly inserted into the gap between the target object and the box body 10, preventing the target object from shaking in the accommodating space 11 during transportation and causing damage.

Figure 112145489-A0305-12-0020-5
A2/2-T。 When the width of the first connecting plate 540 is D3, the width of the second connecting plate 560 is D6, the width of the first set of sheets 532 is D11, the width of the first turning sheet 533 is D12, the width of the first connecting sheet 534 is D13, the width of the second set of sheets 552 is D41, the width of the second turning sheet 553 is D42, the width of the second connecting sheet 554 is D43, the thickness of the substrate 510 is T, and the maximum width of the substrate 510 is A2, the following conditions can be met: D3=D6; D11=D41; D12=D42; D13=D43; D41=D43-T; D42=D6-T; and D43
Figure 112145489-A0305-12-0020-5
A2/2-T. Thus, the size ratio of the substrate 510, the first side plate 530, the first connecting plate 540, the second side plate 550, the second connecting plate 560 and the substrate 510 is appropriate to form the second frame 504 and the third frame 505 with a stable structure, thereby improving the structural stability of the buffer packaging material structure 500 of the present invention.

Furthermore, the buffer packaging material structure 500 may further include at least one plug-in 581 and at least one slot 582. The at least one plug-in 581 is disposed on one of the first side plate 530 and the second side plate 550, and the at least one slot 582 is disposed on one of the substrate 510, the first side plate 530 and the second side plate 550. As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the number of the plug-in 581 in the buffer packaging material structure 500 is two, and the number of the slot 582 is two, and the two plug-ins 581 are disposed on the first side plate 530 and the second side plate 550, respectively. When the second frame 504 and the third frame 505 are formed, a plug-in 581 is correspondingly inserted into a slot 582 to prevent the first side panel 530 and the second side panel 550 from being reset to an unfolded state, thereby improving the structural stability of the second frame 504 and the third frame 505.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7 , the substrate 510 may have a recess 513 formed around its periphery, and the edges of the substrate 510 and the lower plate 520 may also be rounded or blunted to facilitate the placement and removal of the buffer packaging structure 500, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the material of the substrate 510 and the lower plate 520 may include natural fibers such as cellulose and lignin, or other tough materials may be selected, and the present invention is not limited to a specific material.

In addition, although not shown in the figure, the number of the second foldable areas can also be adjusted according to needs. For example, when the second side panel does not include the second set of panels, the second turning panel and the second connecting panel, the number of the second foldable areas can be three, and the three second foldable areas are respectively arranged on the first connecting panel, the second connecting panel and the first turning panel. When the buffer packaging material structure is folded, it will present a configuration with a second frame but no third frame, and the second side panel can be covered on the second frame, but the present invention is not limited to this.

Sixth Implementation Example>

500。Please refer to FIG. 9 , which is a schematic diagram of a packaging box structure 600 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. The packaging box structure 600 includes a box body 10 and at least one buffer packaging material structure 500.

The box 10 has a containing space 11, wherein the containing space 11 has an inner length B1, an inner width B2 and an inner height B3. In the packaging box structure 600, the box 10 can be the box 10 of FIG. 2, so its structural details are described in FIG. 2, which will not be repeated here.

The buffer packaging material structure 500 can be separately disposed in the accommodating space 11, and at least one buffer packaging material structure 500 is located between at least one target object 20 and the box body 10.

In the packaging box structure 600, the buffer packaging material structure 500 is the buffer packaging material structure 500 of FIG. 7, so its structural details are described in FIG. 7 and will not be described again. There are two buffer packaging material structures 500, and the two buffer packaging material structures 500 can be separately disposed in the accommodating space 11 and correspond to two sides of the target object 20 respectively. As shown in FIG. 9 , the buffer packaging material structure 500 has a lower plate 520 inserted between the target item 20 and the box 10, and the two lower plate side pieces 524 face the side wall of the box 10. After the box 10 is sealed, the two lower plate side pieces 524 will abut against the side wall of the box 10, and the second frame 504 and the third frame 505 will be located between the target item 20 and the upper cover 12 of the box 10 to provide a buffering effect in another direction, thereby stably fixing the target item 20 in the box 10 to prevent the target item 20 from being damaged by shaking or friction during transportation. In addition, since the buffer packaging material structure 500 is wrapped around the target item 20, when the user wants to open the upper cover 12 of the box body 10, the second frame 504 and the third frame 505 of the buffer packaging material structure 500 can prevent sharp materials such as scissors and blades from accidentally damaging the target item 20, thereby further improving the protection effect of the packaging box structure 600 of the present invention on the target item 20.

In summary, the buffer packaging material structure of the present invention can be effectively inserted and filled in the gap between the target item and the box body by bending the base plate and the lower plate relative to each other along the first foldable area, thereby preventing the target item from shaking and rubbing during transportation.
