Abstract

Disclosed is a method of distributing an item to a plurality of fulfillment centers in an electronic apparatus, the method including acquiring prediction information including a result of a prediction of a quantity of the item required to be supplied to each of the plurality of fulfillment centers, acquiring information of a basic quantity of the item to be secured for each of the plurality of fulfillment centers based on the prediction information, identifying a quantity of the item supplied by a vendor for the plurality of fulfillment centers, and determining a quantity of the item to be distributed to each of the plurality of fulfillment centers based on the basic quantity and the quantity of the item supplied by the vendor.

Description

Electronic device and method for providing content information

The present invention relates to an electronic device and method for providing content information. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for providing a user with a detail page including link information for providing a plurality of content information associated with a service provided by a store and providing a page including the plurality of content information to the user when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user and an electronic device using the method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a field for providing various services such as shopping. A customer can shop online without going to a shopping mall or a market in person, order takeout online without going to a restaurant in person, and call a taxi online without leaving home. Items purchased by a customer online can be delivered to an address of the customer and a service requested by a customer can be provided at a location requested by the customer.

As e-commerce has expanded, the overall demand for item delivery has increased, and the number of items to be delivered has increased as a result. As various types of items that require fast delivery (such as fresh food) are sold online, fast delivery becomes an important factor in service provision.

Thus, customer convenience has been greatly improved by providing a service online. However, there is also a limitation in that providing services online limits the information provided to customers compared to when customers actually go to a store (such as shopping malls, markets, and restaurants). Specifically, because a screen of a mobile terminal has a limited size, the information to be provided may be further limited than the information in a terminal such as a desktop personal computer (PC).

A method of providing information in stages through several pages may be an optional option. However, since this may result in a cost waste in terms of mobile data, a terminal computing amount, a time or the like, allowing customers to receive various information while suppressing consumption of an excessive cost may be an important consideration associated with online service provision.

[Technical objectives]

One aspect provides an electronic device and method, wherein the electronic device: obtains a request from a user for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store; provides the user with the detail page including link information for providing a plurality of pieces of content information associated with the service provided by the store; and when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, provides the user with a page including the plurality of pieces of content information based on the input information, wherein the plurality of pieces of content information include content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store.

However, the objectives to be achieved by the exemplary embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objectives and other objectives can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments. [Technical Solution]

According to one aspect, a method for providing information in an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: obtaining a request from a user for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store; providing the user with the detail page including link information for providing a plurality of pieces of content information associated with the service provided by the store; and when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, providing the user with a page including the plurality of pieces of content information based on the input information, and the plurality of pieces of content information include content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store.

At least a portion of the plurality of content information may include image information.

On the page provided based on the input information, multiple pieces of content may be displayed based on priorities, and the priorities may be set so that the content information provided by the store has a priority higher than the priority of the content information provided by the multiple customers.

On the page provided based on the input information, a priority of the content information provided by the store can be set based on an order provided on the detail page and whether the content information provided by the store is one or more of the content information provided in the detail page.

On the page provided based on the input information, a priority of the content information provided by the plurality of customers may be set based on one or more of information about a time interval in which the plurality of customers provided the content information and evaluation information associated with the content information provided by the plurality of customers.

The content information provided by the store may include one or more of content information designated by the store as representative content and content information including one or more detailed information associated with the service provided by the store.

The content information provided by the plurality of customers may include review information generated by the plurality of customers after the plurality of customers use the service of the store.

When an input corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of content information is received from the user on the page provided based on the input information, the method further includes displaying the content information corresponding to the input from the user in more detail and providing one or more of additional information associated with the content information corresponding to the input from the user.

The method further includes obtaining one or more pieces of information about the user and determining the plurality of content information based on the one or more pieces of information, and the one or more pieces of information may include one or more of personal information about the user and activity information about the user associated with the service of the store.

The plurality of content information may include information about a promotion performed in conjunction with the service of the store.

Type information corresponding to each of the plurality of pieces of content information may further be displayed on a screen of a device of the user.

When receiving an input corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of pieces of content information from the user, the method further includes providing an interface for receiving feedback from the user corresponding to the content information from the input from the user.

The method further includes: determining whether there is a content information group among the plurality of content information pieces whose mutual similarity is greater than a set value; and when the content information group exists, lowering a priority of a remaining content information piece other than the content information included in the content information group among the plurality of content information pieces.

When receiving input information corresponding to predetermined content information from the user on the page provided based on the input information, the method further includes providing the user with link information for providing a service of the store corresponding to the predetermined content information.

According to another aspect, an electronic device for providing information is also provided, the electronic device including a transceiver, a memory storing an instruction therein, and a processor, and the processor is connected to the transceiver and the memory and configured to: obtain a request for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store from a user; provide the user with the detail page including link information for providing a plurality of content information associated with the service provided by the store; and when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, provide the user with a page including the plurality of content information based on the input information, and the plurality of content information includes content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device for providing content information and a method thereof can allow a customer to be provided with various information in a service provided online. Through this, the customer's service utilization satisfaction can be improved, and the customer can be encouraged and prompted to utilize the service.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an information providing system according to an exemplary embodiment.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an information providing system 100 may include an electronic device 110 and a user device 120 and, depending on the exemplary embodiment, further include a store device 130. Depending on the exemplary embodiment, the information providing system 100 may further include a network that supports data transmission and reception between at least a portion of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130.

In addition, the devices included in the information providing system 100 associated with the present invention may vary depending on the exemplary embodiment. For example, in some exemplary embodiments, the information providing system 100 may include one or more devices of a plurality of clients.

Each of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may include a transceiver, a memory, and a processor. In addition, each of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may be a unit that processes at least one function or operation that may be implemented by hardware or software or a combination of hardware and software. Meanwhile, in all exemplary embodiments, each of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 refers to a single device or server, but they may be logically divided structures and at least a portion of them may be implemented as a single function in a single device or server.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may include a plurality of computer systems implemented as network servers or computer software. For example, at least a portion of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may refer to a computer system and computer software that is connected to a low-level device that can communicate with another network server through a computer network such as an intranet or the Internet to receive a request to perform a task, perform the task, and provide a result of the task. In addition, at least a portion of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may be understood as a broad concept including a series of applications that can operate on a network server and various databases built therein. At least a portion of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may be implemented based on an operating system such as, for example, DOS, Windows, Linux, UNIX, or MacOS using a network server program provided in various ways.

The electronic device 110 is a device that obtains various information and provides the obtained information. For example, the electronic device 110 obtains one or more pieces of information and provides content information based on the obtained information. Specifically, the electronic device 110 obtains a request for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store from a user, provides the user with a detail page containing link information for providing a plurality of pieces of content information associated with the service provided by the store, and when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, provides the user with a page containing a plurality of pieces of content information based on the input information. In this regard, the plurality of pieces of content information include content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store.

An example of content information provided by a store may include content information directly provided by an entity operating a store (e.g., pictures of an exterior, an interior, and a menu of a store directly provided by the store), content information designated as representative content, content information including one or more detailed information associated with a service provided by the store (e.g., information about a place of origin whose notification may be given in conjunction with the store's service), or the like. In addition, an example of content information provided by a plurality of customers may include review information and feedback information provided by a plurality of customers after a plurality of customers use the service. However, this is only one example, and there may be various examples associated with content information provided by a store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using the store's service.

Meanwhile, at least a portion of the content information provided by the store may be received through the store device 130. However, this is only one example, and there may be various examples associated with an acquisition method thereof. For example, information stored in advance in the electronic device 110 for each store may be used.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a request from a user may be obtained from the user device 120, and information provided to the user (e.g., a detail page and a page containing multiple pieces of content information) may be provided to the user device 120. Hereinafter, for ease of description, the exemplary embodiment will be described as a reference. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the electronic device 110 may directly receive a request from the user through an input device of the electronic device 110 or display a screen containing information provided to the user through an output device of the electronic device 110. In this case, the user may transmit a request or receive information by personally using the electronic device 110.

Meanwhile, the detail page has been described as including link information for providing a plurality of content information. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and there may be various exemplary embodiments associated with providing a plurality of content information. For example, although the detail page is provided based on a plurality of content information, the plurality of content information may be hidden and not directly displayed on an initial screen, and when there is a user input corresponding to a predetermined icon, the content that has been processed as hidden may be displayed on a screen. In the following, for ease of description, a detail page including a link will be described. However, it should be understood that the following description associated with a page including a plurality of content information provided to a user via a link may be applied to exemplary embodiments in which various content information is additionally provided on the detail page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110 may instead execute a portion of the operations of the user device 120 and the store device 130. For example, as described above, an operation of receiving a request from a user or providing information to a user may be performed through the input and output devices of the electronic device 110, which is the same as the transmission and reception of information with a store.

In addition, two or more of the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may be implemented as a substantially single device. For example, when the electronic device 110 and the user device 120 are implemented as a substantially single device, the operation of the user device 120 to be described later may be performed by the electronic device 110, and an operation of transmitting and receiving information between the electronic device 110 and the user device 120 may be understood as an operation in which information is processed within the electronic device 110.

Details of an operation of the electronic device 110 will be described later with reference to FIG. 2 or the like.

The user may include various entities for receiving services from the store. For example, the user may include an individual ordering food, a company requesting a solution service, or the like.

The user device 120 may include a device operated by a user to receive a service. The user device 120 may play one or more roles or provide one or more functions for the user to receive the service. For example, the user device 120 may receive a request for a detail page associated with the service provision from the user and transmit the request to the electronic device 110. The user device 120 may also receive the detail page from the electronic device 110 and provide the detail page to the user.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, a plurality of content information may include content information provided by a plurality of customers using the services of the store. It should be understood that a plurality of customers have corresponded to the users in the present invention. Conversely, when a user currently using the service provides content information, the content information may be provided by the customer as content information when another user will use the service in the future (in other words, a plurality of customers may include users of another user when using the service in the future). In other words, in order to distinguish an entity currently using the service from an entity that has used the service, the entity refers only to the user and a plurality of customers, respectively. It should be understood that each entity may become a user or a customer as time passes.

At the same time, a plurality of customers may include a user. In other words, when a user has used the services of a store, the content provided by the user (e.g., a review generated by the user) may be provided to the user again. However, there may be various exemplary embodiments associated with this. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, the user's content may not be provided to the user himself.

The store may play a role for providing services when receiving a request from a user. In the present invention, the service of the store may include a cooking and delivery service of food. However, the service of the store may not be limited thereto and may include a sales (and delivery) service for various items. In addition, according to an exemplary embodiment, the service of the store may not be limited to the sale of a tangible product, but may be understood as a broad concept that may include a vehicle sharing service, a solution service, and the like.

The store device 130 may include one or more of a device operated by the store and a device for store management associated with the services provided by the store. The store device 130 may play one or more roles or provide one or more functions to provide services by the store. For example, the store device 130 may provide one or more content information (or basic information for generating content information) to the electronic device 110, and the electronic device 110 may provide a page containing a plurality of content information to the user device 120 based on the information received from the store device 130.

The electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may include a computer device, a mobile communication terminal, a server, or the like. The electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may include an input device (such as a touch pad, a mouse, and a keyboard) for receiving an input or may be connected to the input device. In addition, the electronic device 110, the user device 120, and the store device 130 may include an output device (such as a display, a speaker, and an interface device) for providing information to a utilization entity or may be connected to the output device. In addition, the input devices and output devices of the electronic device 110 , the user device 120 , and the store device 130 may be integrally formed or associated with each other, and for example, an interface for receiving an input may be displayed on at least one of the electronic device 110 , the user device 120 , and the store device 130 .

A series of operations associated with a method for processing information according to various exemplary embodiments may be implemented by a single physical device or may be implemented by a plurality of physical devices that are organically combined. For example, a portion of the components included in the information providing system 100 may be implemented by one physical device, and the remaining components may be implemented as another physical device. For example, one physical device may be implemented as a part of the electronic device 110, and another physical device may be implemented as a part of the user device 120 or a part of an external device. In some cases, the components included in the information providing system 100 may be distributed and configured in different physical devices. Distributed components may be organically combined to perform the functions and operations of the information providing system 100. For example, the electronic device 110 of the present invention may include at least one sub-device. Some operations described as being performed by electronic device 110 may be performed by a first sub-device, and some other operations may be performed by a second sub-device.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an operation of an electronic device providing content information in an information providing system according to an exemplary embodiment.

2 , in operation 210 , the electronic device 110 obtains a request from a user for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store. The request from the user may be received via the user device 120 .

The details page may include one or more details related to the service offering. For example, for a food cooking and delivery service, the details page may include one or more of information about the time it takes for a delivery order to be fulfilled, information about the time it takes for a takeout order to be fulfilled, information about coupons that can be applied in conjunction with an order, and image information about a representative menu of the store.

In operation 220, the electronic device 110 may provide the user with a detail page including link information for providing a plurality of content information associated with the service provided by the store. The link information may correspond to a link for accessing a page including the plurality of content information.

When receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user in operation 230, the electronic device 110 may provide the user with a page containing a plurality of pieces of content information based on the input information in operation 240. The user device 120 may receive an input from the user and send input information about it to the electronic device 110. In addition, the electronic device 110 may provide the user device 120 with a page containing a plurality of pieces of content information or provide the user device 120 with information for configuring a page containing a plurality of pieces of content information. Through this, the electronic device 110 may provide the user with a page and information.

Meanwhile, at least a portion of the plurality of content information may include image information. Image information may be understood as a broad concept that broadly includes a moving image or a dynamic image (e.g., an image in a Graphics Interchange Format (GIF)) and a static image. However, the plurality of content information may not be limited to image information, but may include various exemplary embodiments associated with the present invention. For example, the plurality of content information may include text information or additional link information.

An example of a method for providing content information associated with a service provided by a store is described with reference to FIG. 3. An example of a method of the present invention in which an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment provides a plurality of content information associated with a service provided by a store is described with reference to FIG. 4. Component symbol 310 of FIG. 3 shows a detail page of a service provided by a store "AA Sushi". Component symbol 320 shows an order page of Taijuan, which is a menu provided by the store "AA Sushi". The sections for displaying content information exist at the upper and lower parts of a screen, but the number of pieces of content information that can be displayed is greatly limited due to a space limitation (for example, in an example of component symbol 310, one piece of content information can be displayed in each of the upper and lower parts of a screen, and in an example of component symbol 320, one piece of content information can be displayed in an upper part of a screen). Content information can be further displayed through an additional input from a user, but in view of the user's effort, the benefit compared to a required cost is not considered very high, but more content is hidden in the upper part of the screen (for example, in the example of component symbol 310, a total of 3 pieces of content information can be provided in the upper part, and in the example of component symbol 320, a total of 2 pieces of content information can be provided in the upper part).

In contrast, in an example of FIG. 4 of a method according to the present invention, a detail page of a service provided by the store "AA Sushi" is illustrated by element symbol 410. The detail page may include link information 411 for providing a plurality of content information. In this regard, link information 411 may not be limited to a link address in the form of a text, but may be provided in the form of an icon depicted as a link.

When receiving an input corresponding to link information from a user, the electronic device 110 may provide a page containing multiple content information to the user. An example thereof may be the same as element symbol 420. Thus, multiple content information may be provided through a separate page. Through this, a space for displaying content information may be increased, and therefore more content information may be displayed (e.g., 12 content information in an example of FIG. 4 ). Thus, a page containing multiple content information may be provided to the user based on the input information from the user. Through this, a sufficient amount of content may be provided when the user desires, while suppressing the consumption of an excess cost to provide a detail page. Therefore, the user's satisfaction with the service utilization may be improved, while inducing the user's service utilization.

In addition, a function that makes it easier for users to identify multiple pieces of content information, such as a function of filtering or classifying content information, can be provided by allowing multiple pieces of content information to be provided on a single page. For example, when receiving a user input on a section of store content 421 in an upper portion of a screen shown by element symbol 420, content information provided by the store can be provided to the user.

According to an exemplary embodiment, type information corresponding to each of a plurality of content information can be displayed on a screen of a user device 120, such as on the upper portion of the screen illustrated with element symbol 420. In an example of element symbol 420, store content (corresponding to content information provided by a store) and customer content (corresponding to content information provided by a plurality of customers) are illustrated as types. However, in addition to this, a plurality of content information may also include various types of content (e.g., information about a promotion or the like to be described later). In this case, other corresponding type information may be additionally displayed on the screen. In addition, in the example of element symbol 420, an example in which types are selected and classified in the upper portion of the screen has been described. However, in addition to this, there may be various methods, such as displaying a corresponding type by allocating a separate space to each piece of content information or displaying each type of image by applying different colors to each type. The present invention is not limited to a method of classifying by selecting a type in the upper part of the screen.

Thus, because a method of displaying content types is not limited to an example of providing classification information in the upper part of the screen, the function of filtering or classifying content information is not limited to filtering or classifying performed depending on a type of content information. There may be various exemplary embodiments, and for example, classification of content information may be performed based on an acquisition time of each piece of content information or based on the attention of other users to each piece of content information.

Referring back to FIG. 2 , on a page provided based on input information from a user, multiple pieces of content may be displayed based on priority. As can be seen in an example of FIG. 4 , because multiple pieces of content information may be provided to a user, which content is displayed first may be an important factor. In this regard, priority may be associated not only with an order in which content is provided but also with whether content is provided. For example, when the maximum available number of content provided on a page is 150, content with a priority lower than the 150th priority will not be provided on the page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, priority may be determined based on a type of content information. For example, priority may be set so that content information provided by a store has a higher priority than content information provided by a plurality of customers. In this regard, content information provided by a store may include one or more of content information designated by the store as representative content and content information including one or more pieces of detailed information associated with a service provided by the store (e.g., menu information, store information, and information about a place of origin). In addition, content information provided by a plurality of customers may include review information generated by a plurality of customers after the plurality of customers use the store's services.

To describe the above-mentioned exemplary embodiment again, according to one example, content information designated by a store as representative content, content information including one or more detailed information related to the services provided by the store, and the like can be provided in a page in priority to review information generated by multiple customers after multiple customers use the services of the store.

At the same time, a description of what type of information is included in content information can be interpreted broadly. For example, when providing opinion information, evaluation information about a service, and image information associated with the service when a customer generates a review, and when providing image information included in a review from a customer on a page containing multiple pieces of content information, it should be understood that the above scenario corresponds to a situation in which review information generated by a customer is included on a page containing multiple pieces of content information, but evaluation information and opinion information are not included.

The meaning of "content information includes review information" may include a situation in which the content information includes image information uploaded by the customer when the customer generates a review (in other words, includes specific opinions in the review generated by the customer).

According to an exemplary embodiment, on a page provided based on input information from a user, a priority of content information provided by a store can be set based on an order provided on a detail page and whether the content information provided by the store is one or more of the content information provided in the detail page. More specifically, because a limited amount of content information is provided in a detail page, the content provided in the detail page is likely to correspond to the main content information. Therefore, the content information provided in the detail page can be configured to have a priority higher than the priority of content information not provided in the detail page. Even among multiple content information provided in the detail page, a higher priority can be set for content information that is displayed more preferentially.

However, the content information included in the details page may not be all included in the page provided based on the input information from the user, and there may be various examples. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, the content information included in the details page may be regarded as content information recognized in advance by the user and may not be included in the page provided based on the input information from the user. In addition, among the content information included in the details page, only the content information that does not require a separate user input to be displayed (for example, in the element symbol 410 of FIG. 4, the food image information in the upper end and the review image information in the lower end that are provided without the user sliding) may not be included in the page provided based on the input information from the user. Furthermore, although at least a portion of the content information included in the detail page is not completely excluded from being a candidate for display on a page provided based on input information from the user, a priority provided thereto may be set even lower than that of content information not provided in the detail page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, on a page provided based on input information, the priority of content information provided by a plurality of customers can be set based on one or more of information about a time interval at which the plurality of customers provided the content information and evaluation information associated with the content information provided by the plurality of customers. For example, the priority of content information provided by a plurality of customers can be set so that when a time point at which a customer provides content information is later or when an evaluation associated with the content information provided by a customer is higher, a priority is higher. In this regard, the time interval for providing content information may include an earliest time point when a client provides content (e.g., a time point when a comment is published on a comment page) or an earliest time point when content provided by a client is provided on a page provided based on input information (e.g., a time point when a comment is provided earliest on a page providing multiple pieces of content). In addition, there may be various exemplary embodiments for determining the time interval for providing content information.

In addition, the evaluation information associated with the content information provided by the customer may include index information about how positive a review provided by a customer is or index information about an evaluation of the content information provided by the customer by other entities (e.g., other customers). For example, the evaluation information associated with the content information provided by the customer may include rating information given by a customer using a review or information about an evaluation of a review generated by a customer by other customers (e.g., the number of people who judged the review to be reliable, the number of people who judged the review to be useful, or the like).

In addition to the above exemplary embodiments, there may be various exemplary embodiments for determining the priority between multiple pieces of content information. The present invention is not limited to one specific method for determining the priority between multiple pieces of content information. For example, according to the exemplary embodiments, at least a portion of the above exemplary embodiments may be combined to ultimately determine the priority.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when receiving an input corresponding to at least a portion of a plurality of content information from a user on a page provided based on input information, the electronic device 110 (or the user device 120, depending on the exemplary embodiment) may perform one or more of an operation of displaying the content information corresponding to the input from the user in more detail and an operation of providing additional information associated with the content information corresponding to the input from the user. In this regard, further referring to an example of FIG. 5 , when receiving an input regarding predetermined content information among the plurality of content information on a page 420 of FIG. 4 including the plurality of content information, the content information may be displayed in more detail by enlarging and displaying the content information (such as with element symbol 510). However, an operation of displaying content information in more detail is not limited to an operation of enlarging and displaying content information, but various exemplary embodiments may exist. For example, on a page containing multiple pieces of content information, only a portion of the multiple pieces of content information may be displayed and the remaining pieces may be hidden (for example, only a portion of an image is displayed), and the remaining pieces may be hidden together when receiving an input about predetermined content information from the user.

In addition, further referring to the example of FIG. 6 , when an input regarding predetermined content information among a plurality of content information is received on the page 420 of FIG. 4 including a plurality of content information, location guidance information associated with the content (e.g., information regarding a tip for finding a store) may be additionally provided, such as element symbol 610. In addition, information describing the content (e.g., information describing a menu) may be additionally provided, such as element symbol 620. In addition, a detailed review provided by a customer or a source of a review (e.g., an opinion and rating information regarding a service) may be additionally provided, such as element symbol 630.

Meanwhile, in an example of element symbol 630, the content provided on an original page may include image information included in a review by a customer. It should be understood that when there is an additional input from a user regarding image information, opinion and rating information regarding the service may be provided in addition. As described above, it can be broadly interpreted that even a situation in which a page only includes a portion of the information included in a customer's review corresponds to a situation in which multiple pieces of content include review information generated by a customer.

In addition, in connection with an operation of displaying content information in more detail or providing additional information, the operation itself may be performed in a method of displaying a separate pop-up window on the same page, and a specific method of performing the operation of displaying content information in more detail or providing additional information may also be variously determined. For example, a screen may be anchored to a position where corresponding content exists after moving to an original page where additional information or the like exists, and information may be provided (for example, the screen may be moved to a predetermined position on a page where a customer review exists and may be displayed). Alternatively, link information for providing one or more of detailed information or additional information may be provided earlier when an input is received from a user, and one or more of detailed information or additional information may be provided last when an input regarding a corresponding link is received from the user.

Referring back to FIG. 2 (e.g., as in the examples of FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 ), in addition to providing detailed information or additional information based on an input from a user, various functions for improving a user experience based on an input from a user may be provided. According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110 may further provide a function for receiving feedback from a user on content information on a page provided based on input information from the user. In addition, the electronic device 110 may reset the content information displayed on a page and its display order based on feedback provided by the user by using the function. For example, when an input from a user corresponds to feedback indicating that the reserved content information is useless, a priority of the content information displayed on the page can be lowered, and when an input from a user corresponds to feedback indicating that the reserved content information is bad content information (such as malicious information or information unrelated to a service of a store), the content information can be processed and deleted.

Meanwhile, in association with the function for receiving feedback, when receiving an input corresponding to content information from a user, the electronic device 110 according to an exemplary embodiment may provide an interface for receiving feedback of content information from a user. It should be understood that the interface itself corresponds to an example of the function for receiving feedback.

In addition, upon receiving input information corresponding to the predetermined content information from the user, the electronic device 110 may provide the user with link information for providing a service of a store corresponding to the predetermined content information. For a more specific example, upon receiving input information about content information representing a predetermined item from the user, the electronic device 110 may provide link information supporting quick purchase of the item. A user using a corresponding link may immediately perform a purchase through the link information supporting quick purchase without having to go through a series of procedures of moving to detailed information about the item, adding the item to a shopping cart, and entering a purchase request in a shopping cart page. In this case, according to an exemplary embodiment, in order to compensate for the omission of information attributed to supporting quick purchase, additional information about item purchase may be provided when link information is provided or after receiving an additional input about the link from the user, which may be performed by covering and displaying the additional information on a page. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

As described above, the plurality of pieces of content information include content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using the store's services. However, in addition to this, the plurality of pieces of content information may include various types of information that may be broadly interpreted. For example, the plurality of pieces of content information according to an exemplary embodiment may include information about a promotion performed in conjunction with the store's services, and the information about the promotion itself may include information about a promotion provided by a service entity operating the electronic device 110 or information about a promotion provided by the store.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110 may adaptively determine the plurality of content information provided on a page (or adaptively determine the priority of the plurality of content information) in view of one or more factors. For example, the electronic device 110 may determine the plurality of content information in view of a characteristic of the user. More specifically, the electronic device 110 may obtain one or more pieces of information corresponding to the user and determine the plurality of content information based on the one or more pieces of information corresponding to the user. In this regard, the one or more pieces of information may include personal information about the user and activity information about the user associated with the services of the store. However, it is only one example, and various examples may exist. For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, information about the user's activities that are not directly related to the service may be additionally included, or information about determining which promotion is applicable to the user (e.g., information about determining whether a welcome coupon is applicable to the user) may be included.

As another example of adaptively determining a plurality of pieces of information, the electronic device 110 may determine a similarity between the plurality of pieces of information and adaptively determine the plurality of pieces of information to be provided or adaptively determine their priorities based on the similarity. For a more specific example, the electronic device 110 may determine whether there is a content information group among the plurality of pieces of content information in which a similarity between them is greater than a set value, and when there is a content information group, reduce a priority of a remaining piece of content information among the plurality of pieces of content information except for the content information included in the content information group (or exclude the remaining piece of content information).

FIG. 7 is a flow chart of a method for providing content information according to an exemplary embodiment.

7 , in operation 710 , the electronic device 110 according to an exemplary embodiment obtains a request from a user for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store. The request from the user may be received via the user device 120 .

In operation 720, the electronic device 110 provides the user with a detail page including link information for providing a plurality of content information associated with the service provided by the store. The link information may correspond to a link for accessing a page including the plurality of content information.

In operation 730, when receiving input information from the user, the electronic device 110 provides the user with a page containing a plurality of content information based on the input information corresponding to the link information. The plurality of content information includes content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store.

FIG8 is a block diagram illustrating an example of an electronic device for providing content information according to an exemplary embodiment.

8 , the electronic device 110 may include a transceiver 810, a processor 820, and a memory 830. The electronic device 110 may be connected to the user device 120, the store device 130, and other external devices through the transceiver 810 to perform data exchange.

The processor 820 may include at least one of the devices described above with reference to Figures 1 to 7 or execute at least one of the methods described above with reference to Figures 1 to 7. The memory 830 may store information for executing at least one of the methods described above with reference to Figures 1 to 7. The memory 830 may be a volatile memory or a non-volatile memory.

The processor 820 may execute a program and control the electronic device 110 for providing information. The program code executed by the processor 820 may be stored in the memory 830.

Additionally, in an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110 may further include an interface for providing information to a user.

Claims (15)

A method for providing information in an electronic device, the method comprising: obtaining a request for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store from a user; providing the user with the detail page including link information for providing content information associated with the service provided by the store; when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, determining a plurality of content information to be provided to the user based on the input information; and providing the user with a page including the plurality of content information, wherein the plurality of content information is provided to the user. The determination of the plurality of content information includes: determining whether there is a candidate content information group in which a similarity between the plurality of candidate content information is greater than a set value; and when the candidate content information group exists, determining a part of the plurality of candidate content information included in the candidate content information group to be excluded from the plurality of content information, wherein the plurality of content information includes content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store, and wherein the page and the detail page are provided separately. As in the method of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the plurality of content information includes image information. The method of claim 1, wherein on the page provided based on the input information, multiple content is displayed based on priorities, and the priorities are set so that the content information provided by the store has a priority higher than the priority of the content information provided by the multiple customers. The method of claim 1, wherein on the page provided based on the input information, a priority of the content information provided by the store is set based on an order provided on the detail page and whether the content information provided by the store is one or more of the content information provided on the detail page. The method of claim 1, wherein on the page provided based on the input information, a priority of the content information provided by the plurality of customers is set based on information about a time interval between the plurality of customers providing the content information and one or more of evaluation information associated with the content information provided by the plurality of customers. The method of claim 1, wherein the content information provided by the store includes one or more of content information designated by the store as representative content and content information including one or more detailed information associated with the service provided by the store. The method of claim 1, wherein the content information provided by the plurality of customers includes review information generated by the plurality of customers after the plurality of customers use the service of the store. As in the method of claim 1, when receiving an input corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of content information from the user on the page provided based on the input information, the method further includes one or more of the following: displaying the content information corresponding to the input from the user in more detail; and providing additional information associated with the content information corresponding to the input from the user. As in the method of claim 1, the determination of the plurality of content information further includes: obtaining one or more pieces of information about the user; and determining the plurality of content information based on the one or more pieces of information, wherein the one or more pieces of information include one or more of personal information about the user and activity information about the user associated with the service of the store. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of content information includes information about a promotion performed in conjunction with the service of the store. As in the method of claim 1, type information corresponding to each of the plurality of content information is further displayed on a screen of a device of the user. As in the method of claim 1, when receiving an input corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of content information from the user, the method further includes providing an interface for receiving feedback from the user corresponding to the content information input from the user. As in the method of claim 1, when receiving input information corresponding to predetermined content information from the user on the page provided based on the input information, the method further includes providing the user with link information for providing a service of the store corresponding to the predetermined content information. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium comprising a computer program for executing a method as claimed in claim 1. An electronic device for providing information, the electronic device comprising: a transceiver; a memory in which an instruction is stored; and a processor, wherein the processor is connected to the transceiver and the memory and is configured to: obtain a request for a detail page associated with a service provided by a store from a user; provide the user with the detail page containing link information for providing content information associated with the service provided by the store; when receiving input information corresponding to the link information from the user, determine a plurality of content information to be provided to the user based on the input information; and provide the user with the information. A page including the plurality of content information is provided, wherein the processor determines the plurality of content information by: determining whether there is a candidate content information group in the plurality of candidate content information, wherein a similarity between the plurality of candidate content information is greater than a set value; and when the candidate content information group exists, determining a part of the plurality of candidate content information included in the candidate content information group to be excluded from the plurality of content information, wherein the plurality of content information includes content information provided by the store and content information provided by a plurality of customers using a service of the store, and wherein the page and the detail page are provided separately.
