A management system, especially a person relationship management system.

In the financial industry, if employees, based on their understanding of the mechanisms and regulations within financial institutions, engage in financial fraud or crime, such as money laundering, stealing customer identities, stealing customer data, etc., this is a behavioral risk for financial enterprises.

In order to prevent employees from taking advantage of their positions to commit financial crimes against customers, thereby affecting customer rights and interests and causing severe damage to the company's reputation and credit, financial companies must analyze potential corporate risks from multiple aspects such as the relationship between employees and customers, the promotion of financial products, the operation of the corporate system, and corporate culture to prevent possible criminal acts.

Employees are the front-line personnel who directly handle the business entrusted by customers and have the closest dealings with customers. Therefore, the control of the relationship between employees and customers is particularly important in behavioral risk analysis. However, the current behavioral risk analysis system lacks the integration and management mechanism of person-related data. The relationship between people is complex and ever-changing. If managers want to refer to person-related relationships for behavioral risk analysis, it will take a lot of time and cost, thus affecting the efficiency of analysis.

In view of this, the present invention provides a person relationship management system, which establishes a person relationship map through person relationship data, so that managers can analyze person relationships more intuitively and clearly, thereby improving the efficiency of behavioral risk analysis.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the character association management system of the present invention comprises: a storage device; a server, connected to the storage device, comprising: a character profile module, connected to the storage device, comprising a character description page and a character association page; the character profile module receives a character description data through the character description page, and receives a character association data between a first character and a second character through the character association page, and stores each character description data and each character association data in the storage device; a character data integration module, connected to the storage device, and receives each character description data and each character association data from the storage device; the character data integration module generates a character profile according to the character description data and The character association data related to the character is generated to generate a character data overview page of the character; a character association module is connected to the storage device and receives each character description data and each character association data from the storage device; the character association module generates a character association graph of the character according to each character description data and each character association data related to the character; wherein, when the character association module creates a character association graph of a character, the character association module defines the character as a main character, and defines other characters with character association data of the main character as associated characters; each character association graph displays the profile blocks of the main character and the associated character, and different profile blocks are connected by at least one associated line segment.

In the character association management system of the present invention, the character archiving module receives each character description data and each character association data of each character, and the character data integration module integrates each character description data and each character association data of each character to generate each character data overview page, and the character association module builds a character association graph for each character based on each character description data and each character association data of each character. Compared with the prior art, the present invention archives each character association data, and presents all the association relationships of a character through the character data overview page and the character association graph, so that users can more conveniently browse character associations through lists and diagrams during risk analysis, thereby improving analysis efficiency.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , the character association management system 1 of the present invention includes a storage device 10 and a server 20, and the character association management system 1 is connected to a plurality of user devices 2 via network communication.

The storage device 10 stores multiple description type data and multiple cash flow data; the multiple description type data includes description items of personal information such as communication address, birthday, department name, department code, job title, email, gender, number, etc.; the multiple cash flow data includes each transfer income, transfer expenditure, online banking income, online banking expenditure, mobile payment income, mobile payment expenditure, cash income, cash expenditure between a first person and a second person, as well as cash flow information such as cash flow type, purpose, time, etc. of each cash flow, wherein the storage device 10 can be an electronic device with data storage function such as a hard disk and a memory.

The server 20 is connected to the storage device 10, and the server 20 includes a character profile module 30, a character data integration module 40, a character association module 50 and a character cash flow association module 60.

2 to 4 , the character profile module 30 is connected to the storage device 10 and receives the plurality of description category data from the storage device 10 , and the character profile module 30 includes a character data page 31 , a character description page 32 and a character association page 33 . As shown in FIG. 2 , the character data page 31 displays a plurality of character data fields 311 for inputting corresponding character information. The character profile module 30 creates a character basic data of a character through the character information of the plurality of character data fields 311 of the character data page 31 and stores the character basic data in the storage device 10 to complete the character data profile. The plurality of character data fields 311 include a name field, an account field, an ID number field, etc.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the character description page 32 displays a description category field and a description content field 322. The character profile module 30 generates multiple description category options of the description category field according to the multiple description category data. The description content field 322 corresponds to the description category field, that is, the input content of the description content field 322 corresponds to a description category option selected in the description category field. The character profile module 30 receives a character description data of a character through the description category field and the description content field 322 of the character description page 32, wherein each character description data corresponds to one of the description categories.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the character association page 33 displays a plurality of first association data fields 331 of a first character, a plurality of second association data fields 332 of a second character, a association start time field 333, and an association end time field 334. The character profile module 30 receives character association data between a first character and a second character through the plurality of first association data fields 331, the plurality of second association data fields 332, the association start time field 333, and the association end time field 334 of the character association page 33, wherein: The plurality of first associated data fields 331 include the name field of the first person, the serial number field of the first person, the associated field of the first person corresponding to the second person, and the associated description field of the first person; the plurality of second associated data fields 332 include the name field of the second person, the serial number field of the second person, the associated field of the second person corresponding to the first person, and the associated description field of the second person; the associated start time field 333 and the associated end time field 334 are used to record the duration of the association between the first person and the second person.

When each user is connected to the character association management system 1 through a corresponding user device 2, each user can browse the character data page 31, the character description page 32 and the character association page 33 through the user device 2. Each user device 2 inputs a character's basic data through the multiple character data fields 311 of the character data page 31 for the character profile module 30 to receive; further, each user device 2 inputs a character description data of a character through the description type field and the description content field 322 of the character description page 32 for the character profile module 30 to receive; each user device 2 inputs a character description data of a character through the character association page 33 3, inputs a character association data between a first character and a second character for the character profile module 30 to receive; the character profile module 30 transmits each received character basic data, each character description data and each character association data to the storage device 10 for storage.

5 and 6, the character data integration module 40 is connected to the storage device 10 and the character profile module 30, and receives the basic character data, the character description data and the related character-related data of the same character from the storage device 10. The character data integration module 40 generates the basic character data, the character description data and the related character-related data of the same character according to the basic character data, the character description data and the related character-related data of the same character. A character data overview page 41 of a character, the character data overview page 41 displays a character data block 42, a character description block 43 and a character association block 44, the character data block 42 displays each character basic data of the character, the character description block 43 displays the character description data of the character in each description type, and the character association block 44 displays each character association data related to the character.

In addition, the character description block 43 is provided with a new button 45, and the new button 45 is connected to the character description page 32 of the character profile module 30, that is, when the new button 45 is triggered, the user can create a new character description data of the character through the character description page 32; the character association block 44 is also provided with a new button 45, and the new button 45 is connected to the character association page 33 of the character profile module 30, that is, when the new button 45 is triggered, the user can create a new character association data related to the character through the character association page 33.

Please refer to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 , the character association module 50 is connected to the storage device 10, and receives each character's basic data, each character description data, and each character-related data from the storage device 10. The character association module 50 includes a character query page 51, and the character query page 51 displays a query block 52, a character query result block 53, and a correlation diagram display block 54. The character association module 50 compares a query request inputted in the query block 52 with each character's basic data, and selects each character related to the query request. A person and the corresponding basic information of the person, the person association module 50 generates a query result list in the person query result block 53 according to each person and the corresponding basic information of the person related to the query request, wherein the query request may include a partial or complete number, name and/or ID number, etc.; the query result list may include the number, name and ID number of the person, etc.

As shown in FIG8 , the character association module 50 can establish a character association graph for each character in the query result list according to each character's basic data, each character description data and each character's related data, and display it in the association graph display block 54. When the character association module 50 establishes a character association graph for a character, the character association module 50 defines the character as the main character, and defines other characters with character-related data as related characters. Each character association graph includes a profile block 55 of the main character and a profile block 56 of each related character, and the profile block 55 and each profile block 56 are connected by at least one association line segment 57.

The character association module 50 generates the introduction block 55 through the basic data of each main character and the description data of each character, and presents the corresponding basic data of each character and the description data of each character in the introduction block 55; similarly, the character association module 50 generates the corresponding introduction block 56 through the basic data of each related character and the description data of each character, and presents the corresponding basic data of each character and the description data of each character in the introduction block 56; the character association module 50 establishes the association line segments 57 between the introduction block 55 of the main character and the introduction block 56 of each related character according to the character association data between the main character and each related character, and annotates the corresponding character association data on each association line segment 57.

Please refer to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. In a preferred embodiment, the query request further includes a specified time. The association graph display block 54 establishes a character association graph for each character at the specified time based on the specified time in the query request, using each character's basic data, each character's description data, and each character's association data that still exists at the specified time.

Please refer to Figures 5, 6 and 8. For example, when the designated time in the character association block 44 is January 1, 2013, the character association module 50 creates a character association graph of character A based on the basic data of character A, the description data of character A, and the character association data that still have association with character A on January 1, 2013. As shown in Figure 8, in the character association graph, character A has associations with character B, character C, character D, character E, and character F on January 1, 2013.

Further referring to FIG. 9, when the designated time in the character association block 44 is January 1, 2021, the character association module 50 establishes a character association graph of character A based on the basic data of each character, the character description data, and the character association data of character A that still exists on January 1, 2021. As can be seen from FIG. 9, in the character association graph, character A has associations with character B, character C, character D, character E, and character G respectively on January 1, 2021.

Comparing the character association graph in FIG8 with the character association graph in FIG9, according to the character association data of character A, since the classmate relationship between character A and character F only exists from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014, the classmate relationship between character A and character F has ended on January 1, 2021, so the character association graph in FIG8 does not include the relationship between character A and character F; similarly, according to the character association data of character A, since the colleague relationship between character A and character G started on January 1, 2021, the colleague relationship between character A and character G had not started on January 1, 2013, so the character association graph in FIG7 does not include the relationship between character A and character G.

The character cash flow association module 60 generates a character cash flow association page 61 according to each character's basic data, each character description data and the plurality of cash flow data. Furthermore, the character query result block 53 includes at least one money flow graph display button 531, each money flow graph display button 531 corresponds to each character in the query result list, and when the user presses one of the money flow graph display buttons 531, the character money flow association module 60 displays the character money flow association graph of the corresponding character in the character money flow association graph block 63.

When the character cash flow association module 60 creates a character cash flow association graph for a character, the character cash flow association module 60 defines the character as the main character, and defines other characters with relevant cash flow data as related characters. Each character cash flow association graph includes a profile block 55 of the main character and a profile block 56 of each related character, and the profile block 55 of the main character and the profile block 56 of each related character are connected by at least one cash flow line segment 64.

The character money association module 60 generates the main character's profile block 55 through the basic data of each main character and the description data of each character, and presents the corresponding basic data of each character and the description data of each character in the profile block 55; similarly, the character money association module 60 generates the related character's profile block 56 through the basic data of each related character and the description data of each character, and presents the corresponding basic data of each character and the description data of each character in the profile block 56; the character money association module 60 generates the main character's profile block 55 through the basic data of each related character and the description data of each character, and presents the corresponding basic data of each character and the description data of each character in the profile block 56; The cash flow association diagram establishes cash flow segments 64 between the profile block 55 of the main character and the profile block 56 of each associated character according to the cash flow data between the main character and each associated character, and labels the corresponding cash flow data on each cash flow segment 64, wherein each cash flow segment 64 can be labeled with the amount of the corresponding cash flow data, and the amount of the corresponding cash flow data is positively correlated with the thickness of the cash flow segment 64, and the profile block 55 of the main character and the profile block 56 of the associated character contain information on the transaction account.

Please refer to FIG. 8 . In a preferred embodiment, the query request further includes a specified time. The character cash flow association graph block 63 establishes a character cash flow association graph for each character at the specified time based on the specified time in the query request, using the basic data of each character, the description data of each character, and the cash flow data that occurred before the specified time.

In the present invention, the character profile module 30 receives each character's basic data, each character description data and each character association data, and then the character data integration module 40 integrates each character's basic data, each character description data and each character association data, and presents the association information related to each character in the character data overview page 41; in addition, the present invention builds a character association graph for each character through the character association module 50, and the character association graph allows users to understand the relationship between characters more intuitively and clearly through the diagram. Compared with the known technology, the present invention archives each character association data, and presents all the association relationships of a character that have been archived through the character data overview page 41 and the character association graph, so that users can more conveniently browse character associations during risk analysis and improve analysis efficiency.

Claims (8)

A character association management system includes: a storage device; a server connected to the storage device, including: a character profile module connected to the storage device, including a character description page and a character association page; the character profile module receives a character description data through the character description page, and receives a character association data between a first character and a second character through the character association page, and stores each character description data and each character association data in the storage device; a character data integration module connected to the storage device, and receives the character data from the storage device. The character data integration module generates a character data overview page of the character according to the character description data and the related character association data; a character association module is connected to the storage device and receives the character description data and the related character association data from the storage device; the character association module generates a character association graph of the character according to the character description data and the related character association data of a character; wherein when the character association module creates a character association graph of a character, the character association module The character is defined as a main character, and other characters with character-related data with the main character are defined as related characters; each character-related diagram displays the profile blocks of the main character and the related characters, and different profile blocks are connected by at least one related line segment; wherein the storage device stores a plurality of description category data; the character description page displays a description category field and a description content field, the character profile module generates a plurality of description category options for the description category field according to the plurality of description category data, and the character profile module generates a plurality of description category options for the description category field according to the description category data on the character description page. The character association page displays a plurality of first association data fields of the first character, a plurality of second association data fields of the second character, a association start time field and a association end time field. The character profile module receives the character association data between the first character and the second character through the plurality of first association data fields, a plurality of second association data fields, the association start time field and the association end time field of the character association page. As described in claim 1, the character association management system includes a character query page, the character query page displays a query block and a character query result block; the character association module receives a query request of the query block, and compares the query request with a character basic data of each character, and selects each character basic data related to the query request. The character association module displays a query result list in the character query result block according to each character basic data related to the query request; wherein the character basic data of each character includes the character description data of the character and each character related data. As described in claim 2, the character query page displays a relationship graph display block, and the query request further includes a specified time; the character association module displays the character relationship graph of each character in the query result list at the specified time in the relationship graph display block based on the specified time in the query request, from each character description data and each character association data that still exists at the specified time. As described in claim 1, the character association management system generates the profile block of the main character through the character description data of the main character, and generates the profile blocks of the related characters through the character description data of the related characters, and the character association module establishes the profile blocks of the main character and the profile blocks of each related character according to the character association data between the main character and each related character. As described in claim 1, the character association management system, the storage device stores a plurality of cash flow data; the character association management system further comprises: a character cash flow association module, connected to the storage device, and receiving each character description data and the plurality of cash flow data from the storage device; the character cash flow association module establishes a character cash flow association graph of the character according to each character description data and each cash flow data of the character; wherein, when the character cash flow association module establishes a character cash flow association graph of a character, the character cash flow association module defines the character as a main character, and defines other characters with cash flow data related to the character as related characters, each character cash flow association graph includes a profile block of the main character and each related character, and the profile block of the main character and each profile block of each related character are connected by at least one cash flow line segment. As described in claim 5, the character cash flow association module generates the profile block of the main character through the character description data of each main character, and generates the profile blocks of each related character through the character description data of each related character, and the character cash flow association graph establishes the cash flow line segments between the profile block of the main character and the profile blocks of each related character according to the cash flow data between the main character and each related character. As described in claim 5, the character cash flow association module includes a character cash flow association page, the character cash flow association page displays a character cash flow association block and a character cash flow association graph block; the character cash flow association module presents the cash flow data of each character in the character cash flow association block, and displays the character cash flow association graph of each character in the character cash flow association graph block. As described in claim 6, the person-related management system, wherein each cash flow line segment label corresponds to the amount and transaction account of each cash flow data, and the thickness of each cash flow line segment is positively correlated with the amount.
