Abstract

A surprise gift bouquet comprises: a plurality of first ornaments; at least one covering element, which covers the periphery of the first ornaments, and the upper section of which is provided with an upper recess for placing the first ornaments and making the upper end of the first ornaments exposed inwardly at the upper end of the covering element, and the center of the upper recess is provided with a through hole; at least one strap, which is tied to the middle section of the covering element and makes the covering element shrink inwardly; and a strap is formed at the center of the front end. A fixing knot; and a bill dispensing device, which is disposed under the perforation. The bill dispensing device includes a box body and a button. One end of the box body has a nozzle corresponding to the perforation. The box body is provided to place a plurality of bills. By pressing the button, each bill is output from the nozzle. In addition, a bill drawing device or an ejection device can be installed under the perforation to provide bill drawing or ejection of a second gift.

Description

Surprise gift bouquet

The present invention relates to a surprise gift-hiding bouquet, in particular to a surprise gift-hiding bouquet equipped with a cash-giving device and a ejection device.

According to common practice, the structure of a bouquet is composed of multiple flowers and multiple wrapping papers. The wrapping papers are used to tie the multiple flowers into a bunch and wrap them, and then they are given to relatives and friends as gifts. Due to the structure of the daily necessities, it can only provide a single function of being held in the hand as a bouquet. The bouquet is limited by the structure, rigid and unable to produce other functions. Not only is the scope of use narrow, but there is no change and interest at all, which greatly reduces its practicality. This is what the industry and consumers are eager to break through.

In view of this, how to eliminate the above-mentioned deficiencies is the technical difficulty that the inventor of this case wants to solve; therefore, based on many years of experience in the relevant industry, the inventor of this case has made painstaking research and tried to improve it, and finally successfully developed and completed this case, and made this invention come into being to enhance the efficacy.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings, the present invention provides a surprise gift bouquet, which includes a plurality of first ornaments; at least one covering element, which covers the outer periphery of the first ornaments, and the upper section of which is provided with an upper recess for placing the first ornaments and making the upper end of the first ornaments exposed inwardly at the upper end of the covering element, and a through hole is provided in the center of the upper recess; at least one tie, which is tied to the middle section of the covering element and makes the covering element shrink inwardly; and a fixing knot is formed in the center of the front end; and a bill dispensing device, which is provided under the through hole, and the bill dispensing device includes a box body and a button, and one end of the box body has a nozzle corresponding to the through hole, and the box body is provided with a plurality of banknotes, and each of the banknotes is output from the nozzle by pressing the button.

The present invention is described in detail below with the accompanying drawings and in the form of an embodiment. The drawings used in the text are only for illustration and auxiliary description, and may not be the actual proportion and precise configuration after the implementation of the present invention. Therefore, the proportion and configuration of the attached drawings should not limit the patent scope of the present invention in actual implementation.

Please refer to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth figures, which are the three-dimensional exploded view of the present invention, the three-dimensional assembled view of the present invention, the cross-sectional view of the present invention, the embodiment view of the present invention in which pressing a button generates a bill, and the embodiment view of the present invention with a light string to generate light and a playback device to play music; the surprise gift bouquet of the present invention in a preferred embodiment includes a plurality of first accessories 1, at least one covering element 2, at least one strap 3, and a bill-dispensing device 5.

The aforementioned one or more first ornaments 1 are one of a group consisting of flowers, grass, leaves, dried flowers, puppets, food and beads or any combination thereof, but this does not limit the present invention (as shown in the first, second and third figures).

The at least one covering element 2 mentioned above is arranged to cover the outer periphery of the first ornament 1, and its upper section is provided with an upper recess 20 for placing the first ornament 1 and exposing its upper end to the upper end of the covering element 2, and a through hole 200 is provided in the center of the upper recess 20 for accommodating and fixing the banknote-giving device 5 described later; in the present embodiment, the covering element 2 can be wrapping paper or wrapping cloth, but this does not limit the present invention. The first ornament 1 is provided with at least one congratulatory plaque 11, and the congratulatory plaque 11 can be text or pattern or a combination of text and pattern, but this does not limit the present invention (as shown in the first, second and third figures), that is, the present invention does not necessarily have to have the congratulatory plaque 11.

Please refer to FIG. 6 , in which at least one first container 21 is further provided on the upper recess 20 , and the first container 21 is provided to hold at least one first gift (not shown in the figure), and the first ornament 1 is placed on the first container 21 to cover the first gift.

The at least one tie 3 mentioned above is fastened to the middle section of the covering element 2 and makes it inwardly contracted and forms a fixed knot 31 at the center of the front end, but this is not intended to limit the present invention; in this embodiment, the tie 3 is a butterfly knot tie, but this is not intended to limit the present invention (as shown in the first, second and third figures).

The aforementioned bill dispensing device 5 is disposed in the covering element 2 through the through hole 200 of the upper recess 20. The front end of the bill dispensing device 5 is provided with a guide plate 50 protruding from the first ornament 1. The bill dispensing device 5 at least comprises: a box body 51 provided with a plurality of bills, a protruding guide wheel 52 provided at the bottom of the box body 51 and having a motor 521, and a pressure cover 53 provided at the upper end of the box body 51 and forming a nozzle 54 therebetween (as shown in the first, second and third figures). The bill dispensing device 5 of the present invention can be replaced by a bill drawing device, that is, bills can be placed in the bill drawing device for drawing (Figure 9), and the bills are connected and curled to each other, that is, the bill dispensing device 5 of the present invention The invention includes but is not limited to a bill-dispensing device 5 or a bill-drawing device, which are all within the scope of protection of the present invention. That is, the bill-dispensing device 5 of the present invention has the function of dispensing money or withdrawing money, which are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.

The encapsulating element 2 of the present invention is provided with a battery box 4, which is provided with at least one battery 41 and connected to a button 42 (as shown in the first, second and third figures), and the cash issuing device 5 is electrically connected to the battery box 4 and the button 42 (as shown in the first, second and third figures).

The battery box 4 is further electrically connected to a signal transceiver module, and the signal transceiver module corresponds to a remote controller or a mobile phone APP, thereby realizing remote control operation.

Please refer to the fourth figure. The present invention utilizes the box body 51 to place a plurality of banknotes and presses them together through the pressing cover 53 so that the banknotes are pressed on the protruding guide wheel 52. The button 42 is pressed to rotate the motor 521, and the guide wheel 52 is used to continuously bring out the banknotes and eject them through the nozzle 54. The guide plate 50 corresponds to the nozzle 54 of the banknote dispensing device 5 to provide a way for banknotes to be guided out of the first ornament 1.

Please refer to FIG. 7 . The box 51 is provided with a plurality of micro-particles. The other end of the box 51 is provided with a fan 43 electrically connected to the battery 41 and the button 42. When the button 42 is pressed, the motor 521 rotates to drive the guide wheel 52 to continuously eject the banknotes and the micro-particles through the nozzle 54. The micro-particles may be micro-styrofoam balls, but are not limited thereto. The ejected micro-particles are used to simulate the visual effect of snowflakes scattering and flying.

Please refer to the fifth figure, the enclosure element 2 of the present invention is provided with but not limited to a playback device 7 inside, the playback device 7 is electrically connected to the battery box 4 and the button 42, the upper end of the enclosure element 2 is provided with but not limited to a light string 6 electrically connected to the battery box 4 and the button 42; by pressing the button 42, the playback device 7 can emit music and the light string 6 can light up, wherein the playback device 7 has a recording module to provide users with self-recording.

In contrast to the effects of the prior art, the present invention includes the first ornament 1, the covering element 2, the strap 3, the battery box 4, and the cash-making device 5; the first ornament 1 is provided with the covering element 2 on the periphery, the strap 3 is provided in the middle of the covering element 2 and has the fixing knot 31 and the middle of the covering element 2 is contracted, the battery box 4 is provided inside the covering element 2 and is electrically connected to the button 42, and the button 42 is placed between the strap 3 and the battery box 4. The fixing knot 31 and the battery box 4 are electrically connected to the money dispensing device 5; thereby, a plurality of bills are placed in the money dispensing device 5, and the bills are ejected through the money dispensing device 5 by pressing the button 42; the first ornament 1 can also be equipped with the playing device 7 for playing music and the light string 6 for emitting light; the versatility and fun of the use are effectively improved, which meets the needs of progress, practicality and users, and its benefits are evident.

Please refer to FIG. 8 , which is another embodiment of the present invention. Since the main structure is the same as the above-mentioned embodiment, the same parts will not be described in detail and will be described first.

In this embodiment, an ejection device 8 is provided in the covering element 2, which includes at least one accommodating space 81 corresponding to the through hole 200, an elastic element 82 provided in the accommodating space 81, and a detachable latch 83. The accommodating space 81 provides for installing a second container 84, and a second gift is installed in the second container 84. By removing the latch 83, the second container 84 is ejected through the through hole 200.

From the above, it can be seen that the present invention has indeed achieved the desired improved effect by breaking through the previous technical structure, and it is not easy for people familiar with the technology to think of. Moreover, the present invention has not been disclosed before the application. Its progressiveness and practicality obviously meet the application requirements for invention patents. Claims (6)

A surprise gift bouquet comprises a plurality of first ornaments; at least one covering element, which covers the periphery of the first ornaments, and the upper section of which is provided with an upper recess for placing the first ornaments and making the upper end of the first ornaments exposed inwardly from the upper end of the covering element, and a through hole is provided in the center of the upper recess; at least one strap, which is tied to the middle section of the covering element and makes the covering element inwardly contracted; and a fixing knot is formed in the center of the front end; and a money-issuing device, which is provided through the through hole, and the money-issuing device comprises a box body, a button, a battery box, a motor and a guide wheel connected to the motor, one end of the box body has a nozzle corresponding to the through hole, one end of the box body is provided with a pressure cover, and the nozzle is formed between the box body and the pressure cover, and the box body A plurality of banknotes and a plurality of microparticles are provided. The battery box is provided with at least one battery and is electrically connected to the motor and the button. One side of the guide wheel protrudes from the box body. The other end of the box body is provided with a fan electrically connected to the battery and the button. Each banknote is pressed by the pressing cover so that each banknote is pressed on the guide wheel. Pressing the button causes the motor to rotate. The guide wheel is rotated to continuously eject each banknote and each micro-particle through the nozzle. A guide plate is provided on the outer side of the banknote ejecting device, and the guide plate corresponds to the nozzle to provide each banknote to be guided out of the first ornament. The battery box is further electrically connected to a signal transceiver module, and the signal transceiver module corresponds to a remote control or a mobile phone APP, thereby realizing remote control operation. As described in claim 1, the surprise gift bouquet, wherein a playback device is provided inside the covering element, the playback device has a recording module, and the playback device is electrically connected to the battery box and the button. As described in claim 1, the surprise gift bouquet, wherein a light string is provided on the upper end of the covering element and is electrically connected to the battery box and the button. As in the surprise gift bouquet described in claim 1, the first ornament is one of a group consisting of flowers, grass, leaves, dried flowers, dolls, food and beads, or any combination thereof. As in the surprise gift bouquet described in claim 1, at least one of the first ornaments is provided with at least one congratulatory plaque, wherein the congratulatory plaque is printed or written with at least one word or at least one pattern, or a combination of at least one word and at least one pattern. As described in claim 1, the surprise gift-hiding bouquet is provided with at least one first container on the upper recess, the first container is provided to hold at least one first gift, and the first ornament is placed on the first container to cover the first gift.
