Abstract

Disclosed is a method of configuring information by an electronic apparatus, the method including identifying, among orders acquired through a service provided by the electronic apparatus, a plurality of orders processed through an external store managing server interlocked with the service, determining processing status information on one or more orders processed through a first external store managing server included in the external store managing server among the plurality of orders, and configuring instruction information associated with order activation for a store corresponding to the first external store managing server on the service based on the processing status information.

Operating method of electronic device for configuring information and electronic device supporting the same

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for configuring information, and more particularly, to a method and electronic apparatus for configuring instruction information associated with order activation of a store on a service.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a shopping field. Customers can buy items online without going to a shopping mall or market in person. The items purchased online are delivered to the delivery destination requested by the customer.

In the case of e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about items has a significant impact on the customer's service satisfaction in a service. Therefore, various methods for providing customers with more detailed and accurate information are under discussion.

In this regard, relevant documents such as KR101756594B1, KR101500849B1 and the like may be incorporated by reference.

According to a method of the present invention, an electronic device can be configured with instruction information associated with order initiation for a store on a service.

The technical objectives to be achieved by the present invention are not limited to the above technical objectives, and those skilled in the art will clearly understand other technical objectives not mentioned in this article from the following description. [Technical Solution]

Various example embodiments may provide a method of operating an electronic device for configuring information and an electronic device for supporting the method.

According to various example embodiments, a method for configuring information by an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: identifying, among orders obtained through a service provided by the electronic device, a plurality of orders processed by an external store management server interlocked with the service; determining processing status information about one or more orders among the plurality of orders processed by a first external store management server included in the external store management servers; and configuring, on the service, instruction information associated with order activation for a store corresponding to the first external store management server based on the processing status information.

The multiple orders can be identified based on determining that information about each order included in the multiple orders is transmitted from a store management server of the service to the external store management server, and a remaining order other than the multiple orders among the orders obtained through the service can be processed through the store management server of the service.

The first external store management server may correspond to a store management server of a first brand group including one or more brands, and the one or more orders may be obtained from one or more stores corresponding to the one or more brands on the service.

The processing status information may include first processing status information about a first order included in the one or more orders, and the first processing status information includes order identification information about the first order, store identification information about a first store corresponding to the first order, brand identification information about a first brand corresponding to the first store, and one of first information indicating that the first order is processed normally and second information indicating that the first order is canceled.

The method may further include: transmitting information about the first order to the first external store management server; and receiving first confirmation response information corresponding to the information about the first order from the first external store management server, and the first information may be configured to be included in the first processing status information based on receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server.

The second information may be configured to be included in the first processing status information based on not receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server.

The method may further include: when receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server, receiving order acceptance information from the first external store management server indicating that the first store accepts the first order based on the first external store management server, and the first information may be configured to be included in the first processing status information based on identifying the order acceptance information in the service.

The method may further include: when the order acceptance information is not identified in the service within a predetermined time period, transmitting an order cancellation request attributable to an acceptance delay of the first order to the first external store management server, and the second information may be configured to be included in the first processing status information based on transmitting the order cancellation request attributable to the acceptance delay.

When the second information is included in the first processing status information based on not receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server or transmitting the order cancellation request due to the acceptance delay, the first order can be identified as a canceled processing order for determining an error status of the first external store management server.

Configuring the instruction information may include: setting one or more conditions for configuring the instruction information based on the processing status information and a monitoring time for monitoring the processing status information for the one or more orders; and configuring the instruction information based on whether the one or more orders meet the one or more conditions.

The one or more conditions may include a first condition that a number of canceled processing orders among the one or more orders is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time.

The predetermined number may be determined based on an average number of orders obtained on the service per day for one or more brands included in a first brand group corresponding to the first external store management server.

The one or more conditions may include a second condition that a ratio of canceled processing orders to the one or more orders is greater than or equal to a predetermined ratio during the monitoring time.

The one or more conditions may include a third condition that a number of stores identified as corresponding to a cancellation processing order among the stores corresponding to the one or more orders on the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time.

The predetermined number may be determined based on a number of stores on the service associated with one or more brands included in a first brand group corresponding to the first external store management server.

Configuring the instruction information may further include: when the one or more orders satisfy all of the one or more conditions, determining an error state of the first external store management server; and when the error state is determined, configuring the instruction information to include first instruction information for canceling the activation of an order of a store on the service corresponding to the first external store management server within a first time period.

Configuring the instruction information may include: obtaining third information including information indicating that the error state has been resolved; and configuring the instruction information based on the third information to include second instruction information for starting an order for a store on the service corresponding to the first external store management server.

Configuring the instruction information may further include: obtaining fourth information including information indicating that the error status is not resolved until the first time period has passed; and configuring the instruction information on the service within a second time period after the first time period based on the fourth information to include third instruction information for canceling the activation of an order for a store corresponding to the first external store management server.

Configuring the instruction information may include: identifying that an order corresponding to a store of the first external store management server is activated on the service after the first time period; and when one or more other orders processed by the first external store management server after the first time period satisfy all of the one or more conditions and the error state of the first external store management server is determined again, configuring the instruction information on the service within a third time period to include fourth instruction information for canceling the activation of an order of a store corresponding to the first external store management server, and the third time period may be set to be greater than the first time period.

According to various example embodiments, an electronic device for configuring information is provided, the electronic device including a processor and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions are configured to control the processor to perform: identifying a plurality of orders processed by an external store management server interlocked with a service provided by the electronic device among orders obtained through the service; determining processing status information about one or more orders among the plurality of orders processed by a first external store management server included in the external store management servers; and configuring instruction information associated with order activation of a store corresponding to the first external store management server on the service based on the processing status information.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an information configuration system for implementing an operating method of an electronic device for configuring information according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the information configuration system according to various example embodiments can be implemented with various types of electronic devices. For example, the information configuration system can be implemented in a server device 100 that provides a service, a user device 200, and an external store management server device 300 associated with the service. In other words, each of the server device 100 that provides the service, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 associated with the service can perform operations according to various example embodiments of the present invention based on an information configuration system implemented in each device. However, the information configuration system according to various example embodiments is not limited to the information configuration system shown in FIG. 1 , but can be implemented with other various types of electronic devices and servers.

The server device 100 providing services according to various exemplary embodiments may be a device that performs wired and wireless communications with a plurality of user devices 200 or a plurality of external store management server devices 300 and includes a large capacity storage. For example, the server device 100 providing services may be a cloud device interlocked with a plurality of user devices 200 or a plurality of external store management server devices 300.

The user device 200 according to various exemplary embodiments may be a device that can be used by an individual user, such as a desktop personal computer (PC), a tablet PC, a mobile terminal or the like. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may be used as the user device 200.

The external store management server device 300 according to various exemplary embodiments may be a device that performs wired and wireless communication with the server device 100 providing services and includes a large capacity storage. For example, the external store management server device 300 may be a cloud device that is interlocked with the server device 100 providing services to transmit and receive information.

The information configuration system according to various examples of implementation may include various operation modules. The modules included in the information configuration system may be computer codes or one or more instructions, which are implemented so that a physical device (such as a server device 100 providing services, a user device 200, and an external store management server device 300) implementing the information configuration system (or included in the physical device) executes an operation assigned to it. In other words, in the physical device implementing the information configuration system, a plurality of modules may be stored in a memory in the form of computer codes. When executed by a computer, a plurality of modules stored in the memory may be configured so that the physical device executes the assigned operations corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a server device and a user device according to various example embodiments.

2 , a server device 100 providing a service, a user device 200 and an external store management server device 300 may each include an input/output component 210 , a transceiver 220 , a storage 230 and a processor 240 .

The input/output component 210 may be various interfaces, various ports or the like for receiving a user input or outputting information to a user. The input/output component 210 may include an input module and an output module. The input module receives a user input from a user. The user input may have various forms of input, including key input, touch input and voice input. Examples of input modules that receive user input may include a traditional keypad or keyboard, a mouse and a touch sensor that senses a user's touch, a microphone that receives an audio signal, a camera that recognizes a gesture or the like through image recognition, a proximity sensor that senses the approach of a user and includes at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor, a motion sensor that recognizes a user's movement through an acceleration sensor or a gyroscope sensor, and various forms of input components that sense or input various forms of user input, and an input module according to an example embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the above-listed devices. Here, the touch sensor may be implemented as a piezoelectric or capacitive touch sensor that senses a touch via a touch panel or a touch film attached to a display panel, an optical touch sensor that senses a touch by an optical method, or the like. In addition, the input module may be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB port, PS/2 port, or the like) connected to an external input device that receives user input, rather than being implemented as a device that self-sensing user input. In addition, the output module may output a number of various information. The output module may include at least one of a display for outputting an image, a speaker for outputting a sound, a tactile device for generating a vibration, and various other forms of output components. In addition, the output module can also be implemented in the form of an output interface of a port type connected to the aforementioned individual output components.

As an example, an output module in the form of a display can display a text, a static image, and a dynamic image. The display can include at least one of a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED) display, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a three-dimensional display, a holographic display, a projector, and other types of devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display can have the form of a touch display configured in an integrated manner with the touch sensor of the input module.

The transceiver 220 can communicate with another device. Therefore, each of the server device 100 providing services, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 can transmit information to another device or receive information from another device via the transceiver 220. For example, the server device 100 providing services, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 can communicate with each other or with another device using the transceiver 220.

Here, communication (i.e., transmission and reception of data) may be performed in a wired or wireless manner. For this purpose, the transceiver may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet or the like via a local area network (LAN), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data, a near field communication module using a wireless local area network (WLAN) series communication scheme such as Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) or a wireless personal area network (WPAN) series communication scheme such as Bluetooth or Zigbee, a satellite communication module using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) such as a global positioning system, or a combination thereof.

The memory 230 can store a number of various pieces of information. The memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, an operating system (OS) for driving the service-providing server device 100 or the external store management server device 300, data for hosting a website, data about a program or application (such as a web application) for generating Braille, or the like can be stored in the memory of the service-providing server device 100 or the external store management server device 300. In addition, the memory can store modules in the form of the above-mentioned computer code.

Examples of the memory 230 may include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), and the like. Such a memory may be provided in a built-in or removable manner.

The processor 240 controls the overall operation of the server device 100, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 that provide services. To this end, the processor 240 can perform calculations and processing of various information and control the operation of the components of each of the server device 100, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 that provide services. For example, the processor 240 can execute a program or application for configuring information. Depending on hardware, software, or a combination thereof, the processor 240 can be implemented with a computer or a device similar thereto. The processor 240 can be implemented in the form of an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions in hardware, and can be implemented in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 240 in software. At the same time, the operations of the server device 100, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 that can be interpreted as being executed under the control of the processor 240, unless otherwise specifically stated in the following description. That is, when the module implemented in the above-mentioned information configuration system is executed, it can be interpreted that the processor 240 controls the server device 100, the user device 200, and the external store management server device 300 to perform the following operations.

In summary, example embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, example embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, a combination thereof, or the like.

In the case of hardware implementation, a method according to various example embodiments may be implemented by one or more application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), digital signal processors (DSPs), digital signal processing devices (DSPDs), programmable logic devices (PLDs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or the like.

In the case of implementation by firmware or software, a method according to various exemplary embodiments may be implemented in the form of a module, a program or a function that performs the functions or operations described below. For example, the software code may be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory may be located inside or outside the processor and may transmit data to or receive data from the processor through various known devices.

The following will describe the example embodiments in more detail based on the above technical ideas. The above content can be applied to various example embodiments described below. For example, operations, functions, terms or the like that are not defined in various example embodiments described below can be performed and described based on the above content.

In the following description, an example embodiment in which the server device 100 providing services performs an information configuration operation will be described. According to various example embodiments, the user device 200 having received information from the server device 100 providing services may output information, or the external store management server device 300 having received information from the server device 100 providing services may transmit a plurality of various information corresponding to the received information. Hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the "external store management server device 300" may also refer to an "external store management server 300".

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an operating method of a server device 100 for configuring information according to various example embodiments.

Referring to Figure 3, in order to execute an operation of configuring information, the server device 100 may identify, in operation 301, a plurality of orders processed by an external store management server 300 interlocked with the service among orders obtained through a service provided by the server device 100, determine, in operation 303, processing status information about one or more orders among the plurality of orders processed by a first external store management server 300 included in the external store management servers 300, and configure, on the service based on the processing status information, instruction information associated with order activation of a store corresponding to the first external store management server 300.

The operation according to the configuration information of the server device 100 of FIG. 3 may be performed on a service provided by the server device 100 or a service related to the server device 100. The service may correspond to a service for mediating an item picking order and a delivery order between each store registered in the service and a plurality of users using the service. In addition, an item whose picking order and delivery order are processed may correspond to a food. Food may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating food-related items, such as a dish, a recipe, or a meal. The store associated with the service associated with the server device 100 may correspond to a store that sells and delivers food, and may be understood to have the same meaning as other various terms indicating a place where food is sold, such as a store, a shop, and a restaurant. That is, through the service provided by the server device 100 for mediating item picking orders and delivery orders, a plurality of users may input an order request to order an item through a store in the corresponding service, and the store may recognize the order request input through the corresponding service and prepare the ordered item according to the order request.

If a store supports a pick-and-place order and a delivery order, then with respect to a pick-and-place order in which a user visits a store to select or pick items based on a user's selection, when the ordered items are ready, the store may input item preparation completion information in a corresponding service, and thereafter, the user may visit the store to pick the items. Alternatively, with respect to a delivery order in which a delivery agent delivers an item to an address of a user based on a user's selection, when the ordered items are ready, the store may input delivery request information in a corresponding service. Upon recognizing the delivery request information, the delivery agent may visit the store, pick the items, and deliver the items to the user's address information. At this time, the user's pick order or delivery order can be set separately through a pick order label or a delivery order label on a store detail page of the store, so that the user can select a desired order. When a pick order is issued, the user's address information and real-time location information can be provided to the server device 100 and managed. When a delivery order is issued, the real-time location information of the delivery person can be provided to the server device 100 and managed. As described above, by separately providing the store's pick order and delivery order through the label in the page, the user can conveniently purchase goods from the store. In addition, when the pick order and delivery order are issued, by providing different information based on the pick order and delivery order, the user can more conveniently order items.

According to various example embodiments, in operation 301, the server device 100 may identify, among orders obtained through a service provided by an electronic device, a plurality of orders processed through an external store management server 300 interlocked with the service.

For example, the plurality of orders identified by the server device 100 in operation 301 may include an order transmitted to an external store management server 300 located outside and interlocked with the service and processed in the external store management server 300 among various orders issued by a plurality of users to request various items through various stores on the service. When the service processes an order requested from a user, the user's order may be received in a store management server constructed by the service and transmitted to a store side. When the store side accepts the order, an acceptance confirmation from the store may be received and transmitted to the user. Through this, the order may be processed.

Some stores registered in the service may be stores associated with a predetermined brand, brand group or alliance, which are registered in the service by an external operator including the predetermined brand, brand group or alliance, and which has its own store management server built for it. In this case, orders received from the corresponding stores can be transmitted to the store management server built for the external operator and processed in the store management server, rather than being processed only in a store management server built for the service. To this end, the service can be configured to interlock with the external store management server 300 of the external operator to autonomously perform order processing. In addition, the service can be configured to identify whether information about each order obtained from each store is processed in the service's store management server or transmitted to an external store management server 300 interlocked with the service and processed in the external store management server 300.

For example, the plurality of orders identified by the server device 100 in operation 301 may be an order processed by the external store management server 300 interlocked with the service, and may correspond to an order obtained from a store associated with a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance and identified as being transmitted to the external store management server 300 constructed by an external operator of the predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance and processed in the external store management server 300. In this example, the plurality of orders identified by the server device 100 in operation 301 may be identified by the server device 100 according to operation 301 based on a situation in which information about each order included in the plurality of orders is determined to be transmitted from the store management server of the service to the external store management server 300. In addition, as described above, the remaining orders among the various orders obtained in the service, except for the multiple orders transmitted to the external store management server 300 and processed in the external store management server 300, can be received by the store management server constructed by the service and transmitted to the store for processing.

For example, a store corresponding to various brands associated with various external operators that have their own external store management servers 300 may be registered in the service. To process an order for the corresponding store, the service may be interlocked with the various external store management servers 300. A predetermined external store management server 300 included in the external store management servers 300 interlocked with the service may be understood to correspond to a store management server constructed by an external operator associated with a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance including one or more brands. In addition, one or more orders on the service identified as being processed through the store management server of the external operator may correspond to an order obtained from one or more stores corresponding to one or more brands on the service.

According to various example embodiments, in operation 303, the server device 100 may determine processing status information about one or more orders among the identified plurality of orders processed by the first external store management server 300 included in the external store management server 300.

For example, the processing status information determined by the server device 100 in operation 303 may include processing status information of each of one or more orders processed by the first external store management server 300. That is, the processing status information determined by the server device 100 in operation 303 may include first processing status information about a first order included in the one or more orders. In this example, the first processing status information may include order identification information about the first order, store identification information about a first store whose first order is obtained, and brand identification information about a first brand corresponding to the first store. In addition, according to a processing status of the first order, the first processing status information about the first order may be configured to include one of first information indicating that the first order is processed normally and second information indicating that the first order is canceled. When the first order is cancelled and the second information is included in the first processing status information, the first processing status information may be configured to further include information about a cancellation reason.

For example, the processing status information determined by the server device 100 in operation 303 may include first processing status information about a first order included in the one or more orders. In this example, the first processing status information may be configured to include one of first information indicating that the first order is processed normally and second information indicating that the first order is canceled based on whether information associated with the first order is normally transmitted and received between the servicing store management server and the first external store management server 300 corresponding to the first order.

For example, when obtaining the first order, the server device 100 may transmit information associated with the first order to the first external store management server 300 and receive first confirmation response information corresponding to the information associated with the first order from the first external store management server 300. In this example, the first confirmation response information received by the server device 100 may include information indicating that the first external store management server 300 normally receives the information associated with the first order. Based on a situation in which the first confirmation response information is received from the first external store management server 300, the server device 100 may configure the first processing status information to include first information indicating that the first order is normally processed. On the contrary, when the server device 100 transmits information associated with the first order to the first external store management server 300 and does not receive the first confirmation response information, the first external store management server 300 may not normally receive the information associated with the first order, and thus the first order is determined to correspond to an order to be canceled. Based on a situation in which the first confirmation response information is not received from the first external store management server 300, the server device 100 may configure the first processing status information to include second information indicating that the first order is canceled.

For example, when receiving the first confirmation response information corresponding to the information associated with the first order from the first external store management server 300, the server device 100 may determine that the information associated with the first order is normally transmitted to the first external store management server 300, and thereafter receive from the first external store management server 300 order acceptance information based on the first external store management server 300 indicating that the first store corresponding to the first order accepts the first order. That is, in the case of an order processed through the own external store management server 300, when an order obtained from the service is transmitted from the store management server of the service to the external store management server 300, an acceptance confirmation indicating that a store accepts the order may be processed in the external store management server 300 and the order acceptance information generated based on this may be transmitted to the store management server of the service. When receiving and identifying the order acceptance information corresponding to the first order on the service, the server device 100 may configure the first processing status information to include first information indicating that the first order is processed normally.

On the contrary, when the order acceptance information corresponding to the first order is not recognized on the service, the server device 100 may wait for the order acceptance information to be recognized on the service within a predetermined period of time. If the order acceptance information is not recognized on the service even after the predetermined period of time has elapsed, the server device 100 may transmit an order cancellation request attributed to an acceptance delay of the first order to the first external store management server 300. When the order cancellation request attributed to an acceptance delay of the first order is transmitted to the first external store management server 300, the first order may be determined to be canceled. The server device 100 may configure the first processing status information to include second information indicating that the first order is canceled based on the situation in which the order cancellation request attributed to the acceptance delay is transmitted.

For example, when the first confirmation response information corresponding to the first order is not received from the first external store management server 300 or when the second information indicating that the first order is canceled is included in the first processing status information about the first order because an order cancellation request due to an acceptance delay of the first order is transmitted, the first order can be identified as a cancellation processing order for determining an error state of the first external store management server 300. That is, when the first order is canceled due to the above reasons, the server device 100 can determine that the first order is not properly transmitted to the first external store management server 300 or a processing delay occurs because the first order is not properly processed by the first external store management server 300 within a predetermined period of time. The server device 100 can identify whether each order is canceled due to the above reasons and determine whether the first external store management server 300 is in an error state.

According to various example embodiments, in operation 305, the server device 100 may configure, on a service basis, instruction information associated with order initiation corresponding to a store of the first external store management server 300 based on the determined processing status information.

For example, based on whether each of the one or more orders processed by the first external store management server 300 corresponds to a canceled processing order corresponding to the aforementioned reason, the server device 100 may determine whether the first external store management server 300 in which the one or more orders are processed is in an error state. Based on a determination related to the error state, the server device 100 may configure instruction information according to operation 305. That is, the instruction information configured by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may correspond to information for instructing order activation or deactivation of a store corresponding to the first external store management server 300 based on a result obtained by determining whether the first external store management server 300 in which the one or more orders are processed is in an error state.

For example, operation 305 in which the server device 100 configures instruction information may be performed based on a situation in which processing status information determined for one or more orders processed by the first external store management server 300 is monitored within a predetermined period of time and whether the one or more orders satisfy a condition for determining that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state is identified. As described with reference to FIG. 4, the operation of the server device 100 may be performed in more detail.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an operation method of configuring command information of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

4 , when the server device 100 identifies one or more orders processed through the first external store management server 300 in operation 401, the server device 100 may set a monitoring time for monitoring processing status information determined for the one or more orders in operation 403. That is, the server device 100 may set a monitoring time for monitoring processing status information about an order processed through the external store management server 300.

In addition, in operation 405, the server device 100 may configure command information for one or more conditions determined for one or more orders based on the processing status information. The one or more conditions set by the server device 100 may be used to identify whether one or more orders satisfy a condition for determining that the first external store management server 300 corresponds to an error state. The server device 100 may determine an error state in the service of the first external store management server 300 based on whether one or more orders satisfy the one or more conditions and configure command information including a command for order activation or deactivation of a store associated with the first external store management server 300.

Thus, the server device 100 can monitor the processing status information of the orders processed through the external store management server 300 within a predetermined period of time and, when one or more orders based on the processing status information satisfy a predetermined condition for determining an error state, configure instruction information for collectively activating or deactivating the orders processed through the external store management server 300. For example, when the orders processed through the external store management server 300 are identified as satisfying the predetermined condition for determining an error state of the external store management server 300 through the operation of FIG. 4 , the server device 100 can determine that the external store management server 300 has an error and thus manage to deactivate an order of a store corresponding to the external store management server 300 by configuring the instruction information.

For example, one or more conditions set by the server device 100 according to operation 405 may include a first condition that a number of canceled orders among one or more orders processed by the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time set by the server device 100 according to operation 403. That is, when the number of canceled orders among the orders processed by the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to the predetermined number during the monitoring time, the server device 100 may determine that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state. In this example, the predetermined number corresponding to a criterion for determining that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state may be a value determined based on an average number of orders obtained on the service per day for one or more brands included in a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance corresponding to the first external store management server 300. That is, the average number of orders per day on the service for stores corresponding to one or more brands of the same category managed by a first external store management server 300 may be identified, and the predetermined number for determining that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state may be determined based on the identification value.

For example, the one or more conditions set by the server device 100 according to operation 405 may include a second condition that a ratio of a canceled processing order to one or more orders processed through the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to a predetermined ratio during the monitoring time set by the server device 100 according to operation 403. That is, when the ratio of the canceled processing order to the order processed through the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to the predetermined ratio, the server device 100 may determine that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state.

For example, one or more conditions set by the server device 100 according to operation 405 may include a third condition that a number of stores identified as corresponding to a cancellation processing order among stores corresponding to one or more orders processed through the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time set by the server device 100 according to operation 403. That is, when the number of stores corresponding to cancellation processing orders among stores corresponding to orders processed through the first external store management server 300 is greater than or equal to the predetermined number during the monitoring time, the server device 100 may determine that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state. In this example, a predetermined number corresponding to a criterion for determining that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state may correspond to a value determined based on the number of stores on a service associated with one or more brands included in a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance corresponding to the first external store management server 300. That is, it may be identified how many stores corresponding to one or more brands of the same category managed by a first external store management server 300 are registered in the service, and the predetermined number for determining that the first external store management server 300 is in an error state may be determined based on the identified value.

For example, the server device 100 may determine an error state of the first external store management server 300 only when one or more orders processed by the first external store management server 300 satisfy all of the one or more conditions.

For example, when determining an error state of the first external store management server 300, the server device 100 may configure the instruction information of operation 305 to include first instruction information for canceling an order corresponding to a store of the first external store management server 300 on the service within a first time period.

For example, when the server device 100 determines an error state of the first external store management server 300 and then obtains information indicating that the error state has been resolved, the server device 100 may configure the instruction information of operation 305 to include second instruction information for restarting an order for the store corresponding to the first external store management server 300 on the service based on the obtained information.

For example, when the server device 100 obtains information indicating that the error state of the first external store management server 300 is not resolved until the end of a first time period during which the order for the store corresponding to the first external store management server 300 is deactivated on the service, the server device 100 may configure the instruction information of operation 305 to include third instruction information for deactivating the order for the store corresponding to the first external store management server 300 on the service within a second time period after the first time period based on obtaining the information.

For example, even if the server device 100 recognizes that the order corresponding to the store of the first external store management server 300 is activated on the service in response to the error status being resolved after the first time period during which the order corresponding to the store of the first external store management server 300 is deactivated on the service, one or more other orders processed by the first external store management server 300 after the first time period may satisfy all one or more conditions for determining an error status to determine the error status again for the first external store management server 300. In this case, the server device 100 may configure the instruction information of operation 305 to include fourth instruction information for deactivating the order corresponding to the store of the first external store management server 300 on the service within a third time period. In this example, in view of the repeated error state of the first external store management server 300, the third time period in which the order is set to be canceled based on the fourth instruction information can be set to be greater than the first time period previously set based on the first instruction information.

As described above, the server device 100 configured with instruction information according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 can recognize one or more conditions related to an error state of one or more orders processed by a predetermined external store management server 300, determine an error state of the predetermined external store management server 300, and instruct activation or deactivation of an order corresponding to a store of the predetermined external store management server 300. In this example, management information can be provided to allow a manager to easily manage the above-mentioned operation of the server device 100, as described with reference to FIG. 5.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing management information associated with order activation or deactivation of a store corresponding to an external store management server 300. As shown in FIG.

The management information may include information about a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance corresponding to the external store management server 300 and information about a store order observer set to correspond to the external store management server 300 to determine processing status information based on one or more orders processed through the external store management server 300, as indicated by element symbol 501. In addition, the management information may include information about one or more conditions for determining that the external store management server 300 is in an error state and a monitoring time for determining one or more conditions for one or more orders based on the processing status information, as indicated by element symbol 503. Furthermore, as indicated by element symbol 505, instruction information for order activation or deactivation configured based on a determination regarding an error state of the external store management server 300 and additional management information related thereto may be included in the management information of FIG. 5 .

For example, in Figure 5, with respect to an external store management server 300 corresponding to a brand A, when a condition that an order cancellation rate of 100% is identified for at least 20 orders within 5 minutes and an order cancellation rate of 100% is identified for 10 or more stores is met, the external store management server 300 corresponding to brand A may be determined to be in an error state, so that an order of a store associated with the external store management server 300 corresponding to brand A may be deactivated on the service within 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in conjunction with determining that the external store management server 300 is in an error state according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the server device 100 may include an external server status manager that continuously checks an error state of the external store management server 300 to effectively manage the external store management server 300. When the external server status manager is provided, when determining that the external store management server 300 is in an error state according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the server device 100 may allow the external server status manager to continuously display information on whether the external store management server 300 is in an error state and configure instruction information for activating or cancelling an order of a store associated with the external store management server 300 based on the information displayed by the external server status manager.

Obviously, the pieces of information transmitted or received when the server device 100 executes the operation method for configuring information according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 may be transmitted and received in various forms through their combination.

3 and 4, the store management server of the service can transmit and receive order-related information by interacting with the external store management server 300 of an external operator that has built its own store management server, and a system for managing and/or transmitting and receiving information about the external store management server 300 and its services can be implemented, as shown in the block diagrams of Figures 6 to 8. It should be understood that various information management and/or transmission and reception operations of the external store management server 300 and the service shown in the block diagrams of Figures 6 to 8 can be performed in more detail based on the operation of the server device 100 described above with reference to Figures 3 and 4.

FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing a store management server and an external store management server transmitting and receiving information in a service.

When an order is obtained in a service, in a store management server of the service, an order obtained in a service domain corresponding to the service may be transmitted to an order management domain (e.g., store_order), as indicated by element symbol 601. Thereafter, from the order management domain in the store management server of the service to the external store management server 300, information about the order may be configured in a form of information suitable for each external store management server 300 and transmitted, as indicated by element symbol 603. In this example, each external store management server 300 may correspond to an external store management server 300 of an external operator including a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance, which has built its own store management server.

When information about each order is transmitted from the order management domain to the external store management server 300, processing status information of each order may be configured, as indicated by element symbol 605. The processing status information may correspond to a Kafka-type message configured based on a distributed data platform in which data items contained in each message are published, signed, stored and processed in real time.

In order to determine an order processing status corresponding to each external store management server 300, a store order observer set for each external store management server 300 may be prepared in the store management server of the service. Each store order observer may identify whether an order processed by each external store management server 300 satisfies an observer policy for determining an error status of each external store management server 300, as indicated by element symbol 607. Each store order observer may operate to instruct activation or deactivation of an order of a store corresponding to each external store management server 300 on the service through information associated with the error status determined for each external store management server 300 or transmit the relevant information to a manager of the service, as indicated by element symbol 609. Based on this, an order corresponding to a store of each external store management server 300 can be activated or deactivated on the service, or the manager of the service can provide feedback on the error status of each external store management server 300.

FIG. 7 is another block diagram illustrating a store management server and an external store management server transmitting and receiving information in a service.

7 , each order management domain (e.g., store_order) operated in a store management server of a service aggregates orders obtained in the service regardless of a predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance corresponding to a store, as indicated by element symbol 701. Thereafter, the orders may be classified based on the predetermined brand, brand group, or alliance corresponding to the respective external store management servers 300, and each of the orders may be transmitted from the order management domain to the respective external store management servers 300, as indicated by element symbol 703.

In this example, as indicated by element symbol 705, processing status information about one or more orders processed to correspond to one external store management server 300 may be configured for each external store management server 300 based on the orders processed through the respective external store management servers 300. In addition, one or more orders processed through each external store management server 300 may be used to determine whether each store order observer set for each external store management server 300 satisfies various conditions for determining an error state of each external store management server 300, as indicated by element symbol 707.

FIG. 8 is another block diagram showing a store management server and an external store management server transmitting and receiving information in a service.

Specifically, referring to Figure 8, 1) information about an order obtained at a service may be transmitted to an external store management server 300 of an external operator including a predetermined brand, brand group or alliance, which has its own built store management server, as indicated by component symbol 801, 2) an order cancellation request corresponding to the order may be transmitted from the store management server of the service to the external store management server 300, as indicated by component symbol 803, 3) an order acceptance confirmation corresponding to the order may be transmitted from the external store management server 300 to the store management server of the service, as indicated by component symbol 805, or 4) an order cancellation confirmation corresponding to the order cancellation request may be transmitted from the external store management server 300 to the store management server of the service, as indicated by component symbol 807. As shown in the block diagram of Figure 8, when information is transmitted or received between an order management domain (e.g., store_order) and an external store management server 300, each external store management server 300 corresponding to a destination to which each order is to be transmitted can be identified, and an endpoint domain can be identified that is further included for configuring information for each order in a form suitable for each external store management server 300.

As indicated by element symbol 801, information about an order obtained in the service may be transmitted to the external store management server 300 through the order management domain and the endpoint domain. In this example, whether a confirmation response information corresponding to the transmitted information about the order is received from the external store management server 300 may be identified by a store order observer. The store order observer may 1) determine that the order is processed normally when the confirmation response information is properly received or 2) determine that the order is not processed normally and identify the order as a canceled processing order for determining an error state of the external store management server 300 when the confirmation response information is improperly received.

As indicated by element symbol 803, an order cancellation request corresponding to an order obtained in the service can be transmitted to the external store management server 300 through the order management domain and the endpoint domain. In this example, the store order observer can identify an order cancellation reason of the order cancellation request. If the order cancellation reason of the order cancellation request is a delayed acceptance, the order can be identified as a cancellation processing order for determining the error status of the external store management server 300.

As indicated by element symbol 805, an order acceptance message corresponding to an order obtained in the service can be received and identified by a service party from the external store management server 300 through the endpoint field and the order management field. In this example, whether the order acceptance message is identified in the service can be identified by the store order observer. If the order acceptance message is identified in the service, the order can be determined as an order that has been properly processed.

As indicated by element symbol 807, an order cancellation confirmation corresponding to the order cancellation request may be received and identified by the service side from the external store management server 300 through the endpoint field and the order management field. In this example, whether the order cancellation confirmation is identified in the service may be identified by the store order observer. If the order cancellation confirmation is identified in the service, the order may be determined to be an order that has been properly processed rather than an order based on an error state of the external store management server 300.

The example embodiments of the present invention disclosed in this specification and the drawings are only specific examples disclosed to easily explain the technical content of the present invention and further promote the overall understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. That is, those skilled in the art will understand that other changes can be made based on the technical ideas of the present invention. Claims (20)

A method for configuring information by an electronic device, the method comprising: identifying, among orders obtained through a service provided by the electronic device, a plurality of orders processed by an external store management server interlocked with the service; determining processing status information about one or more orders among the plurality of orders processed by a first external store management server included in the external store management servers; and configuring, on the service, instruction information associated with order activation corresponding to a store of the first external store management server based on the processing status information , wherein each of the external store management servers included in the external store management servers is configured to correspond to each brand group connected to the service to process an order obtained from a store corresponding to the each brand group, the each brand group includes brands associated with the same alliance, and wherein a determination condition for determining an error state of each external store management server based on brand statistics identified for the each brand group on the service is managed so that the determination condition can be configured differently according to the each brand group. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of orders are identified based on determining information about each order included in the plurality of orders transmitted from a store management server of the service to the external store management server, and a remaining order other than the plurality of orders among the orders obtained through the service is processed through the store management server of the service. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as in claim 1, wherein the first external store management server corresponds to a store management server of a first brand group including one or more brands, and the one or more orders are obtained from one or more stores corresponding to the one or more brands on the service. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as in claim 1, wherein the processing status information includes first processing status information about a first order included in the one or more orders, and the first processing status information includes order identification information about the first order, store identification information about a first store corresponding to the first order, brand identification information about a first brand corresponding to the first store, and one of first information indicating that the first order is processed normally and second information indicating that the first order is cancelled. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 4 further comprises: transmitting information about the first order to the first external store management server; and receiving first confirmation response information corresponding to the information about the first order from the first external store management server, wherein the first information is configured to be included in the first processing status information based on receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as in claim 5, wherein the second information is configured to be included in the first processing status information based on not receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 5 further comprises: when receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server, receiving order acceptance information from the first external store management server indicating that the first store accepts the first order based on the first external store management server, wherein the first information is configured to be included in the first processing status information based on identifying the order acceptance information in the service. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising: when the order acceptance information is not identified in the service within a predetermined period of time, transmitting an order cancellation request due to an acceptance delay of the first order to the first external store management server, wherein the second information is configured to be included in the first processing status information based on transmitting the order cancellation request due to the acceptance delay. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as in claim 8, wherein when the second information is included in the first processing status information based on not receiving the first confirmation response information from the first external store management server or transmitting the order cancellation request due to the acceptance delay, the first order is identified as a cancellation processing order for determining an error state of the first external store management server. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as in claim 1, wherein configuring the instruction information includes: setting one or more conditions for configuring the instruction information based on the processing status information for the one or more orders and a monitoring time for monitoring the processing status information; and configuring the instruction information based on whether the one or more orders meet the one or more conditions. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the one or more conditions include a first condition that a number of canceled orders in the one or more orders is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the predetermined number is determined based on an average number of orders obtained on the service per day for one or more brands included in a first brand group corresponding to the first external store management server. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the one or more conditions include a second condition that a ratio of a canceled processing order to the one or more orders is greater than or equal to a predetermined ratio during the monitoring time. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the one or more conditions include a third condition that a number of stores identified as corresponding to a cancellation processing order among the stores corresponding to the one or more orders on the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined number during the monitoring time. A method for configuring information from the electronic device as in claim 14, wherein the predetermined number is determined based on a number of stores on the service associated with one or more brands included in a first brand group corresponding to the first external store management server. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 10, wherein configuring the instruction information further includes: when the one or more orders meet all of the one or more conditions, determining an error state of the first external store management server; and when determining the error state of the first external store management server, configuring the instruction information to include first instruction information for canceling activation of an order corresponding to a store of the first external store management server on the service within a first time period. A method for configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 16, wherein configuring the instruction information includes: obtaining third information including information indicating that the error state of the first external store management server has been resolved; and configuring the instruction information on the service to include second instruction information for initiating an order for a store corresponding to the first external store management server based on the third information. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 16, wherein configuring the instruction information further includes: obtaining fourth information including information indicating that the error state of the first external store management server is not resolved until the first time period has passed; and configuring the instruction information on the service to include third instruction information for canceling activation of an order of a store corresponding to the first external store management server within a second time period after the first time period based on the fourth information. The method of configuring information by the electronic device as claimed in claim 16, wherein configuring the instruction information includes: identifying an order corresponding to a store of the first external store management server activated on the service after the first time period; and when one or more other orders processed by the first external store management server after the first time period meet all of the one or more conditions and the error state of the first external store management server is determined again, configuring the instruction information on the service within a third time period to include fourth instruction information for canceling the activation of an order corresponding to a store of the first external store management server, and the third time period is set to be greater than the first time period. An electronic device for configuring information, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions are configured to control the processor to perform: among orders obtained through a service provided by the electronic device, identifying a plurality of orders processed by an external store management server interlocked with the service; determining processing status information about one or more orders among the plurality of orders processed by a first external store management server included in the external store management servers; and configuring on the service and corresponding to the first external store management server based on the processing status information. Instruction information associated with order activation of a store of an external store management server, including that each of the external store management servers is configured to correspond to each brand group connected to the service to process an order obtained from a store corresponding to each brand group, each brand group includes brands associated with the same alliance, and wherein, based on brand statistics identified for each brand group on the service, a determination condition for determining an error state of each external store management server is managed so that the determination condition can be configured differently according to each brand group.
