Abstract

A limb cold and hot compress device is suitable for placing a limb and providing a cold and hot compress piece for applying ice/heat to the limb. The limb cold and hot compress device includes a seat plate and a sliding unit. The seat plate defines a placement groove that is recessed downward and extends longitudinally along a first direction and can be used to place the limb. The sliding unit includes two slide rails that are respectively arranged on two opposite long sides of the seat plate, and a supporting mechanism that can be slidably installed on the slide rails along the first direction. The supporting mechanism can be used to place the cold and hot compress piece so that the cold and hot compress piece is placed across the limb. The present invention allows the limb to be placed in the placement groove, and the supporting mechanism allows the cold and hot compress piece to be placed and placed across the limb, so that the user can perform ice/hot compress by himself without the assistance of others.

Description

Limb hot and cold compress device

The present invention relates to a medical rehabilitation device, in particular to a limb hot and cold compress device.

Patients who undergo knee replacement surgery often have postoperative pain. Postoperative treatment is combined with non-drug adjuvant therapy, such as ice compressing the affected area and raising the affected limb to reduce swelling and pain. Traditional leg-raising pillows can only raise the affected limb and are only suitable for lower limb joints. If ice compress is required, caregivers need to assist, or the patient can hold the ice pack with his hands to apply it to the affected area. This is very inconvenient for patients who need to apply ice compress for a long time and needs to be improved urgently.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a limb hot and cold compress device that can overcome at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the limb cold and hot compress device of the present invention is suitable for placing a limb and providing a cold and hot compress component for applying ice/heat to the limb. The limb cold and hot compress device includes a seat plate and a sliding unit.

The seat plate defines a placement slot which is concave downward and extends longitudinally along a first direction and can be used for placing the limb.

The sliding unit comprises two slide rails respectively arranged on two opposite long sides of the seat plate, and a bearing mechanism slidably mounted on the slide rails along the first direction. The bearing mechanism can be provided with the cold or hot compress, so that the cold or hot compress is placed on top of the limb.

The effect of the present invention is that the limb can be placed in the placement groove, and the cold/hot compress can be placed on the supporting mechanism, so that the cold/hot compress can be placed on the limb, and the user can perform ice/hot compress by himself without the help of others.

Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that similar components are represented by the same reference numerals in the following description.

Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, a first embodiment of the limb hot and cold compress device of the present invention is provided. The first embodiment is suitable for placing a limb 8 and providing a hot and cold compress component 9 for applying ice/heat to the limb 8. The first embodiment includes a seat plate 1 and a sliding unit 2. The cross-section of the seat plate 1 is generally U-shaped. The seat plate 1 defines a placement groove 10 that is recessed downward and extends longitudinally along a first direction D1. The placement groove 10 can be used for placing the limb 8. The sliding unit 2 includes two slide rails 21 respectively arranged on two opposite long sides of the seat plate 1, and a bearing mechanism 22 that can be slidably mounted on the slide rails 21 along the first direction D1. Each of the slide rails 21 has a plurality of tooth grooves 210 arranged along the first direction D1. The supporting mechanism 22 has two slides 221 respectively mounted on the slide rails 21 and straddled by the hot and cold compress 9. The slides 221 allow the hot and cold compress 9 to straddle the limb 8. Each slide 221 has a seat 223 and two springs 224 mounted on the seat 223 and releasably snapped on two of the tooth grooves 210. The springs 224 allow the seat 223 to be adjusted and positioned on the corresponding slide rail 21.

It should be noted that the number of the spring pieces 224 is not limited to two, and can be one, three, etc. according to actual needs, as long as the spring pieces 224 can enable the seat body 223 to be adjusted and positioned on the corresponding slide rail 21.

The first embodiment can place the user's affected limb through the design of the placement slot 10, and through the design of the slide seats 221, the cold/hot compress 9 can be placed on the limb 8 and slide to the top of the affected part, so that the user can apply ice/hot compress without the assistance of others.

Referring to FIG. 4 , a second embodiment of the limb hot and cold compress device of the present invention is shown. The structure of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except for the design of the supporting mechanism 22. The supporting mechanism 22 has two slides 221 respectively mounted on the slide rails 21, and a storage bag 222 mounted between the slides 221. The storage bag is located above the placement slot 10 and is used to carry the hot and cold compress 9, so that the hot and cold compress 9 is placed across the limb 8.

Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , a third embodiment of the limb hot and cold compress device of the present invention is shown. The structure of the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the third embodiment further comprises a first leg 3 mounted on the bottom of the left side of the seat plate 1, and a second leg 4 disposed on the bottom of the right side of the seat plate 1 and spaced apart from the first leg 3. The first leg 3 and the second leg 4 can be operated to change between an unfolded position that props up the two ends of the seat plate 1 (as shown in FIG. 5 ), and a folded position that does not prop up the seat plate 1 (as shown in FIG. 6 ). The first leg 3 and the second leg 4 prop up the seat plate 1 at different heights.

Referring to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, in this embodiment, the first leg 3 is a shorter leg, and the height of the seat plate 1 is lower, and the second leg 4 is a longer leg, and the height of the seat plate 1 is higher. However, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first leg 3 may also be a longer leg, and the second leg 4 may be a shorter leg. The present invention is not necessarily provided with the first leg 3 and the second leg 4 at the same time. In other embodiments, only the first leg 3 or only the second leg 4 may be provided. When in use, it is not necessary to unfold the first tripod 3 and the second tripod 4 at the same time. It is also possible to unfold only the first tripod 3 (as shown in FIG. 8 ) or only the second tripod 4 (as shown in FIG. 7 ).

In summary, the limb cold/hot compress device of the present invention can place the limb 8 in the placement slot 10 and the cold/hot compress member 9 in the support structure 22, so that the cold/hot compress member 9 is placed on top of the limb 8. The user can perform ice/hot compress by himself without the help of others, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

The present invention also enables the user to raise the affected part of the limb 8 by means of the first tripod 3 and/or the second tripod 4, place it at a comfortable angle as required, and apply ice/hot compress at the same time, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the patent of the present invention.

Claims (7)

A limb cold and hot compress device is suitable for placing a limb and providing a cold and hot compress piece for applying ice/heat to the limb. The limb cold and hot compress device comprises: A seat plate, which defines a placement groove that is concave downward and extends longitudinally along a first direction and can be used to place the limb; A sliding unit, including two slide rails respectively arranged on two opposite long sides of the seat plate, and a bearing mechanism that can be slidably installed on the slide rails along the first direction, and the bearing mechanism can be provided with the cold and hot compress piece so that the cold and hot compress piece is placed on top of the limb. A limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanism has two sliding seats respectively mounted on the sliding rails and for the hot and cold compress component to be straddled and mounted. A limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanism has two slide seats respectively mounted on the slide rails, and a storage bag mounted on the slide seats and located above the placement slot for carrying the hot and cold compress. A limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 2 or 3, wherein each of the slide rails has a plurality of tooth grooves arranged along the first direction, and each of the slide seats has a base body and a spring plate mounted on the base body and releasably snapped into one of the tooth grooves, and the spring plate can adjust the position of the base body on the corresponding slide rail. The limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 4 also includes a first leg mounted on the bottom of the seat plate, and the first leg can be operated to change between an extended position that props up one end of the seat plate, and a folded position that does not prop up the seat plate. The limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 5 also includes a second leg arranged at the bottom of the seat plate and spaced apart from the first leg along the first direction, and the second leg can be operated to change between an extended position that upwardly supports the other end of the seat plate, and a folded position that does not support the seat plate. A limb hot and cold compress device as described in claim 6, wherein the first leg and the second leg support the seat plate at different heights.
