Description

Column structure and building system having column structure

The present disclosure provides a column structure and a building system including the column structure.

Decorative structures are often seen in buildings, such as decorative columns and decorative exterior walls. Their main purpose is not to bear structural forces, but to balance the overall appearance of the building structure. Precast construction refers to a method of production in a factory, pouring concrete into reusable molds, solidifying and hardening in a controlled environment, and transporting it to the construction site for installation. Factory production has the advantages of a stable environment, no weather effects, low technical labor requirements, and standardized operations. However, the shape of the building structure constructed using the precast construction method is relatively fixed, so after the load-bearing structure is completed, decorative structures can be added to increase the sense of balance of the overall building structure.

In addition, according to the traditional on-site poured reinforced concrete (RC) building construction method, after the structural parts of the beams, columns and floors are completed, the internal floor tiles and external ceramic tiles are laid. According to the current building regulations, scaffolding must be set up when performing exterior wall renovation work to maintain the safety of workers and prevent construction materials from falling and causing injuries to people below. However, the erection of scaffolding will extend the construction period and increase construction costs. In addition, before laying the exterior tiles of the building, the beams and/or columns on the exterior of the building and the exterior wall surface may not be flat, which increases the difficulty of laying the exterior tiles of the building. On the other hand, in the above-mentioned building construction method, when the floor grouting operation is carried out, it is necessary to set up additional templates outside the predetermined position of the floor, and the process of assembling and dismantling these templates will extend the construction period and increase the construction cost. In addition, it is necessary to consider the protection and cleaning issues derived from the slurry flowing from the template joints.

In view of this, the industry is looking forward to providing a precast building structure that can have a decorative additional structure, and a building system including such an additional structure that can avoid the need for scaffolding when laying tiles on the exterior of a building.

The embodiment of the present invention also provides a building system, which includes the plurality of column structures and at least one external beam structure disposed between two adjacent column structures. Each of the at least one external beam structure includes: a beam body having an upper surface, an outer body surface, and two ends, wherein the two ends are disposed on the top surfaces of the two adjacent column structures; an outer extension section extending upward from the upper surface of the beam body, wherein the outer extension section is flush with the outer body surface of the beam body; and a plurality of main bars extending in the beam body along a length direction of the beam body and extending from the two ends of the beam body.

Compared with the prior art, the column structure and building system of the embodiment of the present invention have the advantages of conforming to the appearance of architectural aesthetics, while maintaining excellent structural construction quality, safe and rapid construction, and economical and reasonable construction cost.

Subsequently, the completed structural components are assembled on the construction site through precise transportation management and assembly operations. On the other hand, the names of components including "cast on site" (e.g., cast on site internal beam structure, etc.) correspond to structures that use traditional "cast on site construction methods", which are completed by constructing a steel structure, building a formwork, and pouring concrete on site. In addition, the "exterior" referred to in this disclosure refers to the location closer to the exterior of the building after the building is completed; and the "interior" refers to the location closer to the interior of the building after the building is completed.

FIG. 1 shows a partial schematic diagram of a building system 1 in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a partial top view of a building system 1 in one embodiment of the present invention. A single floor of the building system 1 may include a plurality of column structures (e.g., column structure 10, column structure 20), a plurality of external beam structures 30, and a plurality of internal beam structures 40 (FIGS. 1 and 2 only show one internal beam structure 40), and a concrete structure 50. In one embodiment, the column structure 10, column structure 20, and external beam structure 30 of the building system 1 are made in a precast manner, and the internal beam structure 40 is made in a conventional field casting method. A top surface of the concrete structure 50 is configured to be used as a plane of a first floor. In one embodiment, the column structure 10, the column structure 20 and the external beam structure 30 together constitute the outermost structure of the building system 1. Since the column structure 10 and the column structure 20 of the embodiment of the present invention each include one or more external additional structures (e.g., a first external additional structure 15 and a second external additional structure 25), the external additional structure protrudes outward from the external beam structure 30. The detailed structural features of the column structure 10 will be further described in the following embodiments with reference to FIGS. 3-6, and the detailed structural features of the column structure 20 will be further described in the following embodiments with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. The column structure 20 is arranged at the corner of the building system 1, and the column structure 10 is arranged at the periphery of the building system 1 and between two column structures 20 arranged at the corners of the building system 1.

As shown in FIG3 , the column structure 10 includes a column body 11 and a first external additional structure 15. The column body 11 extends in a vertical direction and includes a top surface 110. The first external additional structure 15 includes one or more wall structures surrounding an external surface of the column body 11 to increase the structural variability of the column structure 10.

113。Specifically, as shown in FIG4 , the column structure 10 includes three outer body surfaces 111, 112, and 113. The outer body surfaces 112 and 113 are located on two opposite sides of the column body 11, and the outer body surface 111 connects the outer edges of the outer body surfaces 112 and 113 and is vertically connected between the outer body surfaces 112 and 113. For the purpose of explanation, the outer body surface 111 will be referred to as the "first outer body surface", the outer body surface 112 will be referred to as the "second outer body surface", and the outer body surface 113 will be referred to as the "third outer body surface".

In one embodiment, the first outer additional structure 15 is substantially a U-shaped structure, including two first wall structures 16, 17 and a second wall structure 18. The two first wall structures 16, 17 are opposite to each other and are vertically fixed to the first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11. The second wall structure 18 is opposite to the first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11 and connects the ends of the two first wall structures 16, 17.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG5 , the bottom surface 159 of the first outer additional structure 15 is substantially flush with the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11. Referring to FIG3 and FIG5 , the top surface 150 of the first outer additional structure 15 is higher than the top surface 110 of the column body 11. Therefore, the area of the first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11 in the vertical direction is completely surrounded by the two first wall structures 16, 17 and the second wall structure 18. The first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11, the two first wall structures 16, 17, and the second wall structure 18 together define a first hollow channel 151. The length of the first hollow channel 151 in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the height of the first outer body surface 111 of the column body 11 in the vertical direction. In addition, the two first wall structures 16, 17 and the second wall structure 18 simultaneously define a filling area 153 above the first hollow channel 151. The filling area 153 has an opening on one side of the top surface 110 of the column body 11 adjacent to the filling area 153 (see FIG. 3), which is not closed by the wall structure.

In one embodiment, the first hollow channel 151 is filled with a filling structure 19. The filling structure can be a styrofoam box, a metal box, concrete or the like. When the filling structure 19 is a non-concrete structure such as a styrofoam box or a metal box, the upper and lower openings of the first hollow channel 151 can be closed by a partition structure 12 to fix the filling structure 19 in the first hollow channel 151. Since the column body 11 has a relatively high strength, it can stably maintain the structural stability of the building system, and the first hollow channel 151 is located at the outermost periphery of the building system and does not need to have a supporting function, the setting of the filling structure 19 will not affect the safety of the building system.

In one embodiment, the column body 11, the first wall structure 16 of the first outer additional structure 15, the first wall structure 17, and the second wall structure 18 are made in one piece by precasting. In an embodiment where the filling structure 19 is a non-concrete structure such as a styrofoam box or a metal box, the filling structure 19 of the first outer additional structure 15 and the steel bars and stirrups of the column body 11 are first placed in a precast mold (not shown), and then the concrete is poured to form an integral precast structure. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 , the column structure 10 further includes a plurality of decorative parts 70, which can be arranged on the outer surface 155 of the first outer additional structure 15 and a portion of the outer surface of the column body 11 (e.g., the second outer body surface 112). The decorative piece 70 can be a ceramic tile, a quartz tile, a decorative piece of other stone or other materials, and is pre-attached to the outer surface of the column structure 10. In this way, when the pre-cast column structure 10 is transported to the construction site for on-site operation, it is not necessary to attach ceramic tiles to the outer surface of the column structure 10, so the step of erecting a scaffold can be omitted or avoided.

Referring again to FIG. 4 , in one embodiment, the column structure 10 includes a plurality of main bars 62 and a plurality of stirrups 63 embedded therein. The main bars 62 extend in the vertical direction of the column body 11, and the stirrups 63 are configured to enclose the main bars 62 disposed in the column body 11, and the configuration of the stirrups 63 is shown in detail in FIG. 4 . In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 , a top end of the plurality of main bars 62 includes a connector 621, which is exposed to the top surface 110 of the column body 11, and a bottom end of the main bar 62 includes another connector 622, which is exposed to the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11. The connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 is configured to allow the vertical bar 61 to be connected to the top surface 110 of the column structure 10, and the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 is configured to allow the vertical bar 61 of the lower floor to be connected to the bottom surface 119 of the column structure 10 of the upper floor. In one embodiment, the connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 has a cylindrical recessed hole, including an internal thread (not shown) formed on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical recessed hole, and one end 611 of the vertical bar 61 has an external thread. The vertical steel bar 61 is detachably screwed to the connector 621 at the top end of the main bar 62 through an external thread, and extends upward from the top surface 110 of the precast column 10. The connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 also has a cylindrical recessed hole, but does not include a thread. After the vertical steel bar 61 of the lower floor is inserted into the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 of the upper floor, the recessed hole of the connector 622 at the bottom end of the main bar 62 is filled with mortar material to be fixed.

Referring again to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 , in one embodiment, the top surface 160 of the first wall structure 16, the top surface 170 of the first wall structure 17, and the top surface 180 of the second wall structure 18 are substantially flush and jointly define the top surface 150 of the first outer extension structure 15. In one embodiment, the top surface 150 of the first outer extension structure 15 differs from the top surface 110 of the column body 11 by a first height H1 (see FIG. 5 ). The first height H1 is substantially equal to the distance between the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11 of the upper floor and the top surface 110 of the column body 11 of the lower floor. On the other hand, the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 disposed on the top surface 110 of the column structure 10 is different from the top surface 110 of the column body 11 by a second height H2. The second height H2 is greater than the first height H1. With this arrangement, when the column body 11 of the upper floor is placed on the column body 11 of the lower floor, the top surface 150 of the first outer side additional structure 15 of the lower floor is against the bottom surface 119 of the first outer side additional structure 15 of the upper floor, but the top end of the vertical steel bar 61 of the lower floor can extend into the concave hole of the connector 622 at the bottom end of the upper main bar 62.

28。It should be understood that the number and shape of the external additional structures can be adjusted according to the design and are not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments. Referring to Figures 7 and 8, in the embodiment where the column structure 20 is a corner column of a building, the column structure 20 includes a column body 11, a first external additional structure 15, and a second external additional structure 25, which are respectively fixed to the first external body surface 111 and the second external body surface 112 of the column body 11. In one embodiment, the second external additional structure 25 has a substantially similar shape to the first external additional structure 15, both of which are "U"-shaped structures, and also includes two first wall structures 26, 27 and a second wall structure 28.

Specifically, as shown in FIG8 , the two first wall structures 26 and 27 are opposite to each other and are vertically fixed to the second outer body surface 112 of the column body 11. The second wall structure 28 is opposite to the second outer body surface 112 of the column body 11 and connects the ends of the two first wall structures 26 and 27. The second outer body surface 112 of the column body 11, the two first wall structures 26 and 27, and the second wall structure 28 jointly define a second hollow channel 251. The length of the second hollow channel 251 in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the height of the second outer body surface 112 of the column body 11 in the vertical direction. In addition, as shown in FIG7 , the two first wall structures 26 and 27 and the second wall structure 28 also jointly define a filling area 253 above the second hollow channel 251. The filling area 253 has an opening on one side of the top surface 110 of the column body 11 and is not closed by the wall structure. Referring again to FIG. 8 , in one embodiment, the second hollow channel 251 is filled with a filling structure 19. The filling structure can be a styrofoam box, a metal box, concrete or the like. The filling structure 19 is arranged in the second hollow channel 251 in a manner similar to the filling structure 19 arranged in the first hollow channel 151, and is not repeated for simplicity of description.

FIG9 shows an exploded view of the column structure 10 and the external beam structure 30 of the building system 1 in one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, the external beam structure 30 includes a beam body 31, an external extension section 32, a plurality of steel bars (such as main bars 35 and stirrups 36), and a plurality of decorative parts 70. The beam body 31 is a rectangular columnar structure, and its two ends in the length direction have two end surfaces 312 and 313 respectively. In addition, the external beam structure 30 has an upper surface 310 and an outer body surface 311. The outer body surface 311 is located outside the external beam structure 30, and the upper surface 310 is located above the beam body 31. The outer extension section 32 is disposed adjacent to the outer body surface 311 and extends upward from the upper surface 310 of the beam body 31 by a predetermined distance, wherein the outer extension section 32 is flush with the outer body surface 311 of the beam body 31. In one embodiment, the predetermined distance is approximately equal to the thickness of the floor, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The predetermined distance may also be approximately greater than the thickness of the floor.

A plurality of main bars 35 extend in the beam body 31 along the length direction of the beam body 31, and both ends thereof extend from the two end surfaces 312 and 313 of the beam body 31, respectively. A plurality of substantially U-shaped stirrups 36 are disposed in the beam body 31 and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the beam body 31. In one embodiment, both ends of each of the plurality of stirrups 36 include a bent hook extending from the upper surface 310 of the beam body 31, respectively, to facilitate the combination with the remaining steel bars and concrete. For other detailed structural features of the external beam structure 30, please refer to the Republic of China invention patent application No. 112141501 filed on October 30, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated into this disclosure by reference.

Please refer to Figures 10-12, which are cross-sectional views showing various stages of the construction process of the building system 1. Please refer to Figures 1, 9, 10-12, and 14. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the assembly method of the column structure 10, the column structure 20, and the external beam structure 30 at the construction site is described as follows:

First, as shown in FIG10 , the column structure 10 and the column structure 20 are hoisted to a predetermined position on the construction site and fixed. The column structure 10 and the column structure 20 can be connected to the vertical steel bar 61 of the lower floor through the connector 622 exposed to the bottom surface 119 of the column body 11 as shown in FIG5 . Then, the external beam structure 30 is hoisted between the adjacent column structures 10 and 20. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG9 , the column body 11 of the column structure 10 or the column structure 20 includes a positioning groove 115 formed on the top surface 110 of the column body 11. By providing the positioning groove 115, the external beam structure 30 can be quickly set at the correct position on the column body 11, thereby reducing the construction time. As shown in Fig. 10, after the external beam structure 30 is disposed on the top surface 110 of the column body 11, the two ends of the external beam structure 30 are adjacent to the top surfaces 110 of the column bodies 11 of the two adjacent column structures 10 and 20. In one embodiment, an internal beam structure 40 and an external beam structure 30 extending perpendicular to the paper surface of Fig. 10 are also disposed on the column structure 10 and the column structure 20, respectively.

Next, as shown in FIG11, a plurality of steel bars 64 are arranged on the upper surface 310 of the outer beam structure 30. Both ends of the steel bars 64 extend from the upper surface 310 of the outer beam structure 30 to the top of the column structure 10 and the column structure 20. An exemplary arrangement of the steel bars 64 is shown in FIG14. Next, as shown in FIG12, concrete is poured to fix the column structure 10, the column structure 20, the outer beam structure 30 and the inner beam structure 40, and the concrete structure 50 is formed after solidification. In one embodiment, since the sides of the column structures 10 and 20 where no external additional structures are provided are connected to the beam structures, the area above the top surface 110 of the column structures 10 and 20 where concrete is to be poured is surrounded by the beam structures and the external additional structures. Therefore, no additional construction formwork is required during the process of pouring concrete, thereby further speeding up the construction time.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 , the concrete structure 50 is completely filled on the top surface 110 of the column body 11 of each column structure 10, 20, on the upper surface 310 of the external beam structure 30, the filling area 153 of the first external additional structure 15, and the filling area 253 of the second external additional structure 25. A top surface 51 of the concrete structure 50 is configured to be a plane of a floor. The plane of this floor is flush with the highest top surface on the column structure and the highest top surface on the beam structure of the periphery of the building. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 12, the top surface 51 of the concrete structure 50 is flush with the top surface 250 of the second outer additional structure 25 of the column structure 20; as shown in Fig. 13, the top surface 51 of the concrete structure 50 is flush with the top surface 150 of the first outer additional structure 15 of the column structure 10; and, as shown in Fig. 14, the top surface 51 of the concrete structure 50 is flush with a top surface 320 of the outer extension section 32 of the outer beam structure 30. Since the outer surface of the floor is completely covered by the column structure 10, 20 or the outer beam structure 30 and is not exposed to the outside of the building, it is not necessary to attach decorative parts to the outer surface of the floor, thereby reducing the procedures and time of on-site construction.
