Description

Beam structure and building system with beam structure

The present disclosure provides a beam structure and a building system including the beam structure.

According to the traditional on-site poured reinforced concrete (RC) building construction method, after the structural parts of the beams, columns and floors are completed, the internal floor tiles and external ceramic tiles are laid. According to the current building regulations, scaffolding must be set up when performing exterior wall renovation work to maintain the safety of workers and prevent construction materials from falling and causing injuries to people below. However, the erection of scaffolding will extend the construction period and increase construction costs. In addition, before laying the exterior tiles of the building, the beams and/or columns on the exterior of the building and the surface of the exterior wall may not be flat, which increases the difficulty of laying the exterior tiles of the building. On the other hand, in the above-mentioned building construction method, when the floor grouting operation is carried out, it is necessary to set up additional templates outside the predetermined position of the floor, and the process of assembling and dismantling these templates will extend the construction period and increase the construction cost. In addition, it is necessary to consider the protection and cleaning issues derived from the vertical flow of mud from the template joints.

In view of this, the industry is looking forward to providing a building system that includes a beam structure with pre-laid tiles on the outside to reduce the need for scaffolding when laying tiles on the outside of the building, when the beam and/or column and the exterior wall surface are not flat and without affecting the strength of the building structure.

In order to solve the problems faced by the above-mentioned prior art, the embodiment of the present invention provides a precast beam structure, which has an outer extension section on the surface of the beam body installed on the floor, and tiles are pre-pasted on the outer surface of the beam body and the outer extension section. In this way, when the precast beam structure is transported to the construction site for on-site operation, it is no longer necessary to paste tiles on the outer surface of the beam structure, so the step of setting up scaffolding can be omitted or avoided. In addition, during the grouting operation of the floor, the outer extension section can also be used as a structure to define the outer shape of the floor, so the outer template required for the grouting operation of the floor can be omitted.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the beam structure includes: a beam body having an upper surface and an outer body surface and an inner body surface located on two opposite sides of the upper surface; an outer extension section extending upward from an upper surface of the beam body by a first predetermined distance, wherein the outer extension section has a first extension surface flush with the outer body surface of the beam body, and an outer upper end surface adjacent to the first extension surface; a reinforcement structure including: a first part disposed on the outer upper end surface; and a second part extending downward from an outer end of the first part and covering a part of the first extension surface; and a plurality of tiles fixed to the outer body surface, the first extension surface, the first part of the reinforcement structure, and the second part of the reinforcement structure.

Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a building system including the above-mentioned beam structure, and the building system includes: a column structure connected to one end of the beam structure; and a floor formed on the upper surface of the beam body, wherein the upper surface of the floor is flush with the second part of the reinforcement structure; wherein the beam body further includes a connecting groove formed on the inner body surface, and the building structure further includes an inner beam structure, one end of which is connected to the inner body surface via the connecting groove.

Compared with the prior art, the beam structure and building system of the present invention have the advantages of excellent structural quality, safe and rapid construction, and economical and reasonable construction cost.

Subsequently, the completed structural components are assembled on the construction site through precise transportation management and assembly operations. On the other hand, the names of components including "cast on site" (e.g., cast on site internal beam structure, etc.) correspond to structures that use traditional "cast on site construction methods", which are completed by constructing steel structures, building formwork, and pouring concrete on site. In addition, the "exterior" referred to in this disclosure refers to the location closer to the exterior of the building after the building is completed; and the "interior" refers to the location closer to the interior of the building after the building is completed.

FIG1 is a schematic diagram of a beam structure 1 in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG1 and FIG2A, the beam structure 1 includes a beam body 10, an outer extension section 20, a reinforcement structure 25, an inner extension section 30, a plurality of main bars 41 and stirrups 42, and a plurality of decorative parts 50. The beam body 10 is a rectangular columnar structure, and has two end surfaces 15 and 16 at both ends of the long axis direction L. In addition, the beam body 10 has an outer body surface 11, an inner body surface 12, an upper surface 13, and a lower surface 14. The outer body surface 11 and the inner body surface 12 are respectively located on the outer side and the inner side of the beam body 10, and are opposite to each other. The upper surface 13 and the lower surface 14 are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the beam body 10 and are opposite to each other. The plurality of decorative parts 50 can be decorative parts made of ceramic tiles, quartz tiles, other stones or other materials.

As shown in FIG. 2A , the outer side of the outer extension section 20 is substantially flush with the outer side of the outer body surface 11 and extends upward from the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10 by a first predetermined distance D1. In an exemplary embodiment, the first predetermined distance D1 is approximately equal to the predetermined thickness of the floor, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The first predetermined distance D1 may also be approximately greater than the thickness of the floor. The relative relationship between the outer extension section 20 and the floor is further described in the following embodiment with respect to FIG. 3 .

The outer extension section 20 has a first extension surface 21, a second extension surface 22, and an outer upper end surface 23. The first extension surface 21 is flush with the outer body surface 11 of the beam body 10. The second extension surface 22 is opposite to the first extension surface 21 and is adjacent to the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10. The outer upper end surface 23 is connected between the upper end of the first extension surface 21 and the upper end of the second extension surface 22.

The reinforcing structure 25 is configured to increase the strength of the corners of the beam structure 1 and to provide a portion of the drainage performance of the beam structure 1. Referring to FIG. 2B , in one embodiment, the reinforcing structure 25 includes a first portion 26 and a second portion 27. The first portion 26 is disposed on the outer upper end surface 23, and the second portion 27 extends downward from an outer end of the first portion 26 and covers a portion of the outer upper end surface 23 adjacent to the first extension surface 21. An inner end of the first portion 26 of the reinforcing structure 25 is flush with the second extension surface 22. An outer surface 271 of the second portion 27 of the reinforcing structure 25 is parallel to the first extension surface 21. In an exemplary embodiment, the length of the second portion 27 extending downward does not exceed half of the first predetermined distance D1 (see FIG. 2A ). For example, the length of the second part 27 extending downward is 20% of the first predetermined distance D1. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B , a top surface 261 of the first part 26 of the reinforcing structure 25 is inclined outwardly relative to the outer upper end surface 23 to facilitate guiding the water flow. Moreover, the second part 27 of the reinforcing structure 25 protrudes outwardly relative to the first extension surface 21. In this way, the water flow can directly fall from the tiles on the second part 27 of the reinforcing structure 25 to the ground, preventing or avoiding the water flow from the second part 27 of the reinforcing structure 25 from flowing along the tiles on the first extension surface 21, causing impurities in the water flow to contaminate the surface of the tiles on the first extension surface 21, or even causing the water flow to enter the building along the surface of the tiles on the first extension surface 21.

Referring again to FIG. 2A , the inner extension section 30 is disposed adjacent to the inner body surface 12 and opposite to the outer extension section 20. The inner extension section 30 extends upward from the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10 by a second predetermined distance D2, and the second predetermined distance D2 is less than the first predetermined distance D1. The inner extension section 30 includes a fourth extension surface 31, a third extension surface 32, and an inner upper end surface 33. The third extension surface 32 is flush with the inner body surface 12 of the beam body 10. The fourth extension surface 31 is opposite to the third extension surface 32 and is adjacent to the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10. In one embodiment, the fourth extension surface 31 is inclined relative to the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10 to facilitate close connection with the floor plate (not shown in FIG. 2A ). The inner upper end surface 33 is connected between the fourth extension surface 31 and the third extension surface 32 , and is located at the top of the inner extension section 30 .

Referring to FIG. 1 again, a plurality of main bars 41 extend in the beam body 10 along the longitudinal direction L of the beam body 10, and both ends thereof extend from the two end surfaces 15 and 16 of the beam body 10, respectively. A plurality of substantially U-shaped stirrups 42 are disposed in the beam body 10, and are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction L of the beam body 10. Referring to FIG. 2A, both ends of each of the plurality of stirrups 42 include a first hook 421 and a second hook 422, respectively. The first hook 421 is adjacent to the outer body surface 11 of the beam body 10, and the second hook 422 is adjacent to the inner body surface 12 of the beam body 10. The plurality of first hooks 421 and the plurality of second hooks 422 each extend from the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10. The outer extension section 20 is located outside the plurality of first hooks 421, and the second hook 422 extends from the inner upper end surface 33 of the inner extension section 30.

27。 A plurality of decorative elements 50 (e.g., tiles, quartz tiles, other stone materials) are fixedly attached to the outer surface of the beam structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2B , the decorative element 50 can be attached to the outer body surface 11, the first extension surface 21, the first portion 26 of the reinforcing structure 25, and the second portion 27 of the reinforcing structure 25 in an appropriate manner (via cement mortar, adhesive, or physical fastener).

In some embodiments, the beam structure 1 is a precast beam structure, wherein the beam body 10, the outer extension section 20, the reinforcement structure 25, and the inner extension section 30 are integrally made by precasting. Moreover, the main reinforcement 41 and the stirrups 42 are embedded in the beam body 10 and the inner extension section 30 during the precasting process of the beam structure 1. In addition, the decorative element 50 is also pre-fixed and attached to the beam body 10 in the precasting factory or around the construction site after (or at the same time) the precasting process of the beam body 10, the outer extension section 20, the reinforcement structure 25, and the inner extension section 30 is completed. Therefore, when the beam structure 1 is transported to the construction site, it can be directly combined with the completed main building structure on site, without the need to set up additional scaffolding for the decorative element 50.

In some embodiments, the beam body 10 further includes one or more connection structures configured to be combined with other building structures. For example, as shown in FIG3, the beam body 10 further includes a connection structure 35 formed on the inner body surface 12 near its middle portion. The connection structure 35 includes a connection groove 351 and a clamping groove 352. The connection groove 351 is recessed inward from the inner body surface 12. The clamping groove 352 is recessed downward from the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10. The clamping groove 352 is located in the connection groove 351 and is connected to the connection groove 351. In one embodiment, the beam body 10 is not provided with an inner extension section 30 (as shown in FIG3) at the location where the connection structure 35 is provided.

Referring to FIG. 4 , according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the building system 70 is constructed, the beam structure 1 is first placed on two column structures 71, 72, wherein the two end surfaces 15, 16 of the beam body 10 are respectively placed above the two column structures 71, 72 to be connected to the steel bars protruding from the column structures 71, 72. Then, the internal beam structure 73 (or small beam) is fixed on the connecting structure 35 of the beam body 10. Specifically, the internal beam structure 73 includes an end 731 and a clamping structure 732 formed on the end 731. When the internal beam structure 73 is combined with the beam body 10, the end 731 of the internal beam structure 73 is engaged with the connecting groove 351, and the clamping structure 732 of the internal beam structure 73 is clamped with the clamping groove 352. By setting up the connecting structure 35, the construction time of joining the internal beam structure 73 and the beam body 10 can be reduced, and the assembly accuracy and stability can be increased.

In some embodiments, the column structures 71 and 72 of the building system 70 are both precast column structures, and the internal beam structure 73 is also a precast internal beam structure. The exposed surfaces of the column structures 71 and 72 may be pre-pasted with decorative parts such as tiles to avoid or reduce the erection of scaffolding, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. In other embodiments, the internal beam structure 73 may be a field-cast internal beam structure.

Referring to FIG. 5 , in some embodiments, the floor 60 of the building system 70 is formed on the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10. Since the outer portion of the beam structure 1 (i.e., including the beam body 10, the outer extension section 20, and the reinforcement structure 25) is thickened to the upper surface 61 of the floor 60, there is no need to attach the decorative member 50 to the outer side of the floor 60. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5 , the upper surface 61 of the floor 60 is flush with the top surface 261 of the reinforcement structure 25. Since the outer surface of the floor 60 is completely covered by the beam structure 1 and is not exposed to the outside of the building, there is no need to attach the decorative member 50 to the outer surface of the floor 60. On the other hand, during the grouting operation of the floor 60, the shape of part of the outer peripheral area of the floor 60 is defined by the beam body 10, the outer extension section 20, and the reinforcement structure 25, wherein the outer extension section 20 defines the shape of the outer vertical surface of the floor 60, so the outer extension section 20 can be used as the outer formwork required for the grouting operation of the floor 60, eliminating the time and labor required for setting up the outer formwork during the grouting operation of the floor 60, and also eliminating the need for additional work of protecting and cleaning the mud overflowing from the joints of the outer formwork.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5 , a portion of the floor plate 60 is disposed in a groove defined between the outer extension section 20 and the inner extension section 30 , thereby increasing the structural strength between the floor plate 60 and the beam structure 1 . On the other hand, since the fourth extension surface 31 of the inner extension section 30 is inclined relative to the upper surface 13 of the beam body 10 , this feature can effectively increase the contact area between the floor plate 60 and the beam body 10 , thereby further enhancing the structural strength between the floor plate 60 and the beam structure 1 .

The disclosed embodiment provides a beam structure and a building system including the beam structure. By thickening the outer side height of the precast beam structure to the floor surface and pre-fixing the decorative parts on the outer side surface of the precast beam structure, the building system does not need to attach decorative parts on its outer side surface after laying the floor, so the manpower and time required for construction can be further reduced, and the construction cost can be further reduced. In addition, the beam structure provided by the disclosed embodiment further strengthens the strength of the corners of the beam structure by strengthening the structure to avoid damage due to collision, and can be configured to enhance the drainage function, thereby reducing or avoiding the dirt generated by water flowing through the external decorative parts of the beam structure.
