Abstract

Disclosed is a method of providing information of an electronic device related to a product sales service, the method including identifying an account type of a customer based on login information of the customer, obtaining a keyword from the customer, and if the account type of the customer is a first type account that is a business account, providing a list of products including products selected from a product group of a first type corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

Method for providing information and electronic device using the method

The present invention relates to a method for providing information and an electronic device using the method.

With the development of devices including smartphones, the number of users using e-commerce service platforms is increasing. Specifically, as shopping trends shift from offline shopping to online shopping, the frequency of ordering large quantities of products on e-commerce service platforms is increasing.

Customers who use the e-commerce service platform are not only general individual customers, but also business operators who operate a business such as a restaurant (for example, business customers who operate a business). Business operators can purchase products used in their business premises in large quantities and consume such products quickly. In addition, with the increasing demand for food delivery services, business operators who guide food delivery-related services may need a service that allows them to quickly purchase a large number of various products used as ingredients.

Meanwhile, Korean Patent No. 10-1870938 not only discloses that an online shopping center system is specifically targeted at purchases by business operators, but also discloses the contents of issuing tax invoices, but fails to disclose a method of recommending a product with a quantity or price different from that recommended to general customers to customers who are business operators.

If a business operator who consumes bulk or large quantities of goods in a short period of time can receive a large quantity of goods at a low price on an e-commerce service platform, he/she can ensure a smooth supply of goods in the business he/she operates.

To solve the problem described above, the present invention provides a method for distinguishing between ordinary accounts and business accounts to provide information about products that meet individual needs through an electronic device operating an e-commerce platform related to a product sales service, and provides an electronic device using the method.

According to one aspect, a method for providing information of an electronic device related to a product sales service is provided, the method comprising: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing a product list including products selected from a first type product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

According to another aspect, an electronic device including a memory and a processor is provided, wherein the processor is configured to: identify an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtain a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, provide a product list including products selected from a first type of product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

According to another aspect, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium is provided, which includes a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions are executed by a processor, and the processor is configured to execute a method of providing information, the method including: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing a product list including products selected from a first type of a product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a business can be smoothly operated by a method that includes identifying an account type of a customer accessing a product sales service, and if the identified account is an account of a business type with a demand for a large number of products, providing information about a type of product with products that are different from those of accounts of a general type.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device can provide a reasonable purchase opportunity to the customer by identifying whether the customer of the business type account subscribes to another service associated with the product sales service and recommending products that may be needed in the other service.

When considering the functions in the present invention, the terms used in the exemplary embodiments are selected from the general terms currently widely used as much as possible. However, the terms may vary depending on the intention of those familiar with this technology or precedents, the emergence of new technologies and the like. In addition, in certain cases, there are also terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant, and in such cases, the meaning will be described in detail in the corresponding description. Therefore, the terms used in the present invention should be defined based on the meaning of the terms and the content of the present invention rather than the simple names of the terms.

Throughout this specification, when a part is described as "including or comprising" a component, it does not exclude another component and may further include another component unless otherwise stated. In addition, terms such as "...unit", "...group" and "...module" described in this specification mean a unit that processes at least one function or operation, which can be implemented as hardware, software, or a combination thereof.

The expression "at least one of a, b, and c" described throughout this specification may include "a alone", "b alone", "c alone", "a and b", "a and c", "b and c", or "all of a, b, and c".

In the present invention, a "terminal" may be implemented as, for example, a computer or a portable terminal capable of accessing a server or another terminal via a network. Here, the computer may include, for example, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and/or a laptop computer equipped with a web browser. The portable terminal may be a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and includes (but is not limited to) any type of handheld wireless communication device, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a communication-based terminal (such as International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE) or the like).

Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that a person skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. However, the present invention can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described herein.

At this point, it will be understood that each block of a flowchart and flowchart combination can be executed by computer program instructions. Computer program instructions can be embodied in a processor of a general purpose computer or a special purpose computer, or can be embodied in a processor of other programmable data processing equipment. Therefore, instructions executed by a processor of a computer or other programmable data processing equipment can produce a portion for performing the functions described in the flowchart blocks. For example, according to a corresponding function, two blocks shown in succession may be executed substantially simultaneously, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in reverse order.

FIG1 is a block diagram of a device for providing a service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to Figure 1, an electronic device 100 and a server 200 can exchange data with different nodes respectively, and these nodes can be connected through a network.

The electronic device 100 may be a device related to a sales service. The sales service may have a platform that provides a predetermined product sales service, and the platform that provides the service may be an e-commerce platform. The electronic device 100 may include a device that manages and operates the sales service platform as a whole, and may be a sales service server.

The electronic device 100 may include a processor, a transceiver, and a memory as internal components, but is not limited thereto. The processor of the electronic device 100 may process a series of operations for executing the method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The processor may control other components of the electronic device 100.

The transceiver of the electronic device 100 can transmit information stored in the memory of the electronic device 100 or information processed by a processor to another device. Alternatively, the transceiver can perform a function of receiving information from another device to the electronic device 100.

The memory of the electronic device 100 is a data structure implemented in a predetermined memory of the electronic device 100, and can freely perform functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, or adding data. For example, the memory may include fields or components for processing functions such as storing, retrieving, deleting, editing, or adding data.

The electronic device 100 can load information related to an account of a customer who uses the service by subscribing to the service from the memory. For example, the information related to the customer's account includes information of a first type of account or a second type of account. For another example, the information related to the customer's account may include the type of account used by the customer to subscribe, the number of accounts, and information about the service used through the account. When a customer subscribes to a service with an account, the electronic device 100 can store information related to the account used by the customer to subscribe to the service in the memory. In this case, the information related to the account used by the customer to subscribe to the service may include identification information for identifying the type of account. The electronic device 100 can determine which type of account the customer is logging into by comparing the identification information with the login information based on the login service. The method by which the electronic device 100 identifies the type of the customer's account is not limited thereto.

The server 200 can provide information for executing the information providing method of the present invention or can provide inventory information of a product for receiving information to the electronic device 100. The server 200 can be a server of a distribution center or a product inventory management server.

A network may refer to a structure in which data is transmitted or received between nodes of each of a plurality of devices and servers. Examples of networks include RF, Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, 5G networks, Internet networks, LoRa networks, local area networks (LANs), wireless LANs, wide area networks (WANs), Bluetooth networks, NFC networks, etc., but are not limited thereto.

FIG. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The flow chart of FIG. 2 is explained based on the following assumption: if a customer's account is a first type account, when a search keyword input by the customer is obtained, a filter is set for products of a first type product group, and a product list is provided.

In operation S210, the electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) identifies the account type of the customer based on the login information of the customer. The customer can use a product sales service through a terminal (e.g., a smart phone) owned by the customer. For example, the customer can be a member of the product sales service. The account type of the product sales service can include a first type and a second type. The first type account can be a business account, and the second type account can be a general account. The first type account and the second type account can be distinguished by the separate identification information included in the login information, and in the electronic device, the customer can generate an account of each type. The electronic device can obtain an input of login information (for example, an input of an account ID and a password) to use the service, and can identify the account type of the logged-in customer based on the obtained login information.

In operation S220, the electronic device obtains a search keyword from a customer. The electronic device may obtain a keyword input to a keyword search window of a product sales service. The keyword may be a search item for searching for a product sold in the product sales service.

In operation S230, if the customer's account type is a first type account, the electronic device provides a product list including products selected from a first type product group on a first page based on the keyword. The first type product group may be a product group corresponding to the first type account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the product corresponding to the first type of account may be a product that can be purchased by a customer of the first type of account. The first type of product group corresponding to the first type of account may be a large number of product groups suitable for a business type. In addition, the product selected from the first type of product group based on the keyword may be a large number of products among the products searched based on the obtained keyword. For example, if a customer of the first type of account searches for "gloves" as a keyword, the electronic device may provide a product list on the search result page, which includes a product selected from the first type of product group among the products searched for "gloves" in the entire product group (for example, a product group including the first type of product group and a second type of product group). The search result page on which the product list is provided may be the first page. The products corresponding to the first type of product group and the products corresponding to the second type of product group may be the same. However, when the products corresponding to the first type of product group contain a larger quantity than the products corresponding to the second type of product group, the price per a predetermined number of products (e.g., one product) may be lower. For another example, if the products corresponding to the first type of product group contain a larger quantity of the same product corresponding to the second type of product group, the price per a predetermined quantity (e.g., 100g) may be lower.

According to an exemplary embodiment, if a keyword of a customer of a first type of account is obtained, the electronic device may provide a product list in a state in which a filter for a first type of product group is set. The state in which the filter for the first type of product group is set may be a state in which only a search result for the first type of product group from a product list of the entire product group is displayed.

In operation S240, if the account type of the customer is a first type account, the electronic device provides a product list including a product selected from a second type product group on a first page based on the keyword. The second type product group may be a product group corresponding to the first type account. For example, the second type product group corresponding to the second type account may be a product group that does not have a large number of products purchased by general customers who do not operate a business. In other words, if a keyword searched by a customer of the first type account is obtained, the electronic device may provide a product list of products matching the keyword in the entire product group including the first type product group and the second type product group on the search result page. According to an exemplary embodiment, if a keyword of a customer of a first type of account is obtained, the electronic device may provide a product list in a state in which a filter for a first type of product group is not set. The state in which a filter for a first type of product group is not set may be a state in which a search result of a product list of the entire product group is set to be displayed.

FIG. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a page provided to a customer of a business account according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 3 may be a screen provided to a customer. When a customer identified as a first type of account logs in and accesses a page for searching a first type of product group, the electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a screen as shown in FIG. 3 .

Referring to FIG. 3 , the electronic device may provide a search page 300 of the first type of account to a customer of the first type of account. For example, the search page 300 of the first type of account may be a page for searching for products included in the first type of product group. For another example, the search page 300 of the first type of account may be a page for searching for products included in the first type of product group and the second type of product group. In other words, if a customer of the first type of account accesses a page to search for products included in the first type of product group, the electronic device may provide the search page 300 of the first type of account.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide a first type identification mark 310. The first type identification mark 310 may be a mark that informs the customer to access the search page 300 of the first type account. For example, if a name of the first type account is a business account, the first type identification mark 310 may be marked as "business". For another example, if the name of the first type account is a business account, the first type identification mark 310 may be indicated as "business operator". In other words, the first type identification mark 310 may be displayed without limitation as long as it can indicate the name of the first type account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a search window 320 for a first type of product group. The search window 320 for the first type of product group may be a search window for the entire product group including the first type of product group and the second type of product group. For example, the search window 320 for the first type of product group may be in a state in which a filter for the first type of product group is set. For another example, the search window 320 for the first type of product group may be in a state in which a filter for the first type of product group is not set. In other words, if a keyword is entered in the search window 320 of the first type of product group, the electronic device can provide a product list corresponding to a result of a product included in the first type of product group or the second type of product group. The page on which the product list corresponding to the keyword search result is provided can be the first page.

FIG. 4a and FIG. 4b are exemplary views of a page on which a product list is provided according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. An electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may obtain a keyword and provide a product list corresponding to the search result on a first page. The screens shown in FIG. 4a and FIG. 4b may be screens of the first page. When the same keyword is obtained, FIG. 4a is a screen 410 of a result of searching a keyword for a first type of product group, and FIG. 4b is a screen 420 of a result of searching a keyword for a product group of all types. FIG. 4b may be an example in which the filtering information is changed from FIG. 4a.

Referring to FIG. 4a, the electronic device may provide a search window 411 for a first type of product group (e.g., the search window 320 for a first type of product group in FIG. 3). FIG. 4a is an example in which "gloves" is entered as a keyword in the search window 411 for a first type of product group.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide a first product list 412 corresponding to the keyword search result. The first product list 412 may be a product list selected from a first type of product group based on the keyword. A second product list 421 may be a product list selected from a first type of product group and a second type of product group based on the keyword. The electronic device may provide the first product list 412 based on the keyword, and the provided product list may be different according to a filtering setting state.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the product list may correspond to a search result of products included in the first type of product group and the second type of product group. Specifically, the first product list 412 is a product list including products selected from the first type of product group corresponding to the first type of account based on keywords. More specifically, in addition to the first product list 412, the second product list 421 is a product list selected from the second type of product group corresponding to the second type of account based on keywords.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a product list may be selected from a first type of product group based on purchase information of customers other than customers of the first type of account. For example, one of the business types of other customers of the first type of account may be the same as or similar to the business type of the customer. For another example, the business type of other customers of the first type of account may correspond to the business type of the customer. When a first type of account is generated as a business account, information about the business type of each account is collected. Customers of the same or similar business type may frequently search for the same or similar products. In addition, customers of the same or similar business type may purchase the same or similar products. The electronic device may provide a product list based on information on products purchased by other customers of the first type of account in the business type corresponding to the customer of the first type of account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may classify information (e.g., purchased product information) of customers of the first type of account (e.g., customers of the first type of account and other customers of the first type of account) according to the business type and store the information in a memory. According to an exemplary embodiment, a product list based on keywords input by customers of the first type of account classified according to the business type may differ depending on the corresponding business type. For example, the electronic device may differently provide a product list based on keywords input by customers of the first type of account classified as the first business type and a product list based on keywords input by customers of the first type of account classified as the second business category.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a setting state of filtering information for a first type of product group and a filtering setting area 414. Referring to FIG. 4a, a state 413 in which a filter for a first type of product group is set may be distinguished by a separate viewing mark (e.g., a V mark) in the filter for the first type of product group. Referring to FIG. 4b, a state 423 in which a filter for a first type of product group is not set may be distinguished because a separate viewing mark is not placed on the filter for the first type of product group.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a first product list 412 in a state 413 in which filtering for a first type of product group is set. According to another exemplary embodiment, the electronic device provides a second product list 421 in a state 423 in which filtering for a first type of product group is not set. When a keyword of a customer of a first type of account is obtained, the electronic device may be configured to provide a product list (e.g., first product list 412) in a state 413 in which filtering for a first type of product group is set.

The filter setting area 414 may be an area for setting a filter for filtering products in the product list. According to an exemplary embodiment, when an input to the filter setting area 414 is obtained, the electronic device may provide an area for selecting a classification of products included in the product list 412 according to a predetermined criterion. An area in which a filter can be selected will be described later with reference to FIG. 7. FIG. 4a is an example in which a first product list 412 is provided in a state 413 in which a filter for a first type of product group is set, and FIG. 4b is an example in which a second product list 421 is provided in a state 423 in which a filter for a first type of product group is not set. In other words, the second product list 421 may include the first product list 412.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an indication 415 of a first type of product may be an indicator provided together with product information corresponding to the first type of product group. For products corresponding to the first type of product group, the indication 415 of the first type of product is provided together with an image, a name, a price, a product star rating, etc. about the product in the product list. The indication 415 of the first type of product may indicate that the displayed product is a product corresponding to the first type of product group. According to an exemplary embodiment, a product corresponding to the first type of product group may be a product of the product group corresponding to the first type of account, and a product corresponding to the second type of product group may be a product of the product group corresponding to the second type of account.

Referring to FIG. 4b, the electronic device may provide product information 422 corresponding to the second type of product group to the second product list 421. The product information 422 corresponding to the second type of product group is not included in the first product list 412 of FIG. 4a. In other words, the electronic device does not provide product information 422 corresponding to the second type of product group in the state 413 in which the filtering for the first type of product group is set.

According to an exemplary embodiment, in response to an input from a customer of a first type of account for selecting a product corresponding to a second type of product group, the electronic device may provide the customer with a product corresponding to the first type of product group that is the same as a product corresponding to the selected product group of the second type as recommendation information. For example, when a selection input of "first gloves" corresponding to the second type of product group is obtained, the electronic device may provide the customer with "first gloves" corresponding to the first type of product group as recommendation information. In this case, the price of "first gloves" corresponding to the first type of product group per predetermined quantity (or a predetermined amount) may be lower than the price of "first gloves" corresponding to the second type of product group.

FIG5 is a schematic flow chart of generating a tax invoice according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG5, a tax invoice may be provided to a customer of a first type account.

In operation S510, the electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) identifies the customer's account type based on the customer's login information. The description of S510 may be replaced by the description of S210.

In operation S520, the electronic device identifies whether the customer of the first type of account purchases a product. The customer of the first type of account may only input information for requesting a tax invoice when purchasing a product.

In operation S530, the electronic device obtains information for requesting the issuance of a tax invoice for a product purchased by a customer of the first type of account. The information for requesting the issuance of a tax invoice may include information of the customer of the first type of account, price information of the purchased product, and information on the request for the issuance of a tax invoice.

In operation S540, the electronic device generates information related to the tax invoice based on the information for requesting the tax invoice. When the information for requesting the tax invoice is identified, the electronic device may generate the information related to the tax invoice and provide it to the customer of the first type of account who purchased the product.

FIG. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a product list screening according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 6 may be another example of a variation process from FIG. 4a to FIG. 4b.

In operation S610, the electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) obtains filtering information for a product list. According to an exemplary embodiment, if a keyword is obtained, the electronic device may provide a product list based on the keyword. The filtering information may be information for selecting a filter for classifying products included in the product list based on a predetermined criterion. In other words, the filtering information may be information indicating whether a filter is selected. Specifically, the filtering information may include information about a filter for selecting at least one of a product corresponding to a first type of product group and a product corresponding to a second type of product group.

In operation S620, the electronic device selectively provides products corresponding to the filtering in the product list based on the filtering information. According to an exemplary embodiment, if the filtering information is obtained, the electronic device may provide products selected from the product list and classified according to a filtering as a product list.

FIG. 7 is an exemplary diagram of filtering a product list according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 7 may be an example of a region 710 in which a filter may be optionally provided when a selection input is obtained for the filter setting region 414 of FIG. 4a.

Referring to FIG. 7 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide an area 710 in which a filter is selectable by overlapping at least a portion of the first page. The filter may differ depending on the products included in the product list.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may obtain a selection input for an area 710 in which a filter is selectable. FIG. 7 corresponds to a state in which a filter 711 for a first type of product group is set in an area 710 in which a filter is selectable. According to an exemplary embodiment, if a selection input is obtained for the filter 711 for a first type of product group of FIG. 7 , the electronic device may change the state so that the filter 711 for the first type of product group is not set. Therefore, the electronic device may change the previously provided product list of FIG. 4a (e.g., the first product list 412) to the product list of FIG. 4b (e.g., the second product list 421) and provide it. In other words, the electronic device may provide a product list including products of the second type of product group and products of the first type of product group.

FIG8 is a flow chart related to providing a product detail page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG8, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG1) provides information for providing a more effective service to customers of a first type of account.

In operation S810, the electronic device obtains an input of a first type customer selecting any one of the products of the second type of product group. This may be an input that the electronic device obtains in the product list shown in FIG. 4b. Even if the products are of the same type, a product of the first type of product group may still be cheaper than a product of the second type of product group of the same quantity.

In operation S820, the electronic device provides a second page in response to the obtained input. The second page may be a page containing detailed information about a product for which a selection input is obtained.

In operation S830, the electronic device provides detailed information of the selected product and information about a substitute product. The second page includes detailed information of the selected product and information about a substitute product of the selected product. The substitute product may be a product of the same type as the selected product and a product of the first type of product group. The electronic device may provide price information of a product of the first type of product group having the same quantity and the same type as the selected product. In this case, the price of the product of the first type of product group having the same quantity and the same type as the selected product may be cheaper than the selected product.

FIG. 9 is an exemplary diagram of a product detail page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 9 , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a second page 900 .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide a second page 900 to a customer of a first type of account in response to an input selecting any one of the products corresponding to the second type of product group. The second page includes detailed information 910 about the selected product and information about an alternative product 920 for the selected product.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a customer of the first type of account may frequently purchase products in large quantities. The electronic device may provide the customer of the first type of account with information about a product of the first type of product group corresponding to the large quantity of products as a substitute product 920. The substitute product 920 may have the same type and the same quantity as the product of the second type of product group selected by the customer of the first type of account. According to another exemplary embodiment, the substitute product 920 may have the same type as the product of the second type of product group selected by the customer of the first type of account, but with a different quantity. Specifically, in the case of different quantities, the substitute product 920 may have a lower price based on a calculation of the same quantity.

FIG. 10 is a flow chart related to providing a product details page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 10 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide information related to a discount for a first type of customer.

In operation S1010, the electronic device obtains an input from a customer of a first type of account by selecting one of the products corresponding to the first type of product group. The operation may be that the electronic device obtains an input from the product list shown in FIG. 4a or the product list shown in FIG. 4b.

In operation S1020, the electronic device provides a third page in response to the input obtained. The third page may be a page containing detailed information about the product for which the selection input was obtained.

In operation S1030, the electronic device provides detailed information of the selected product, exclusive preferential information for the first type of account, and information indicating that the selected product corresponds to the product selected in the first type of product group. The third page includes detailed information of the selected product, exclusive preferential information for the first type of account, and information indicating that the selected product corresponds to the product selected in the first type of product group. In an exemplary embodiment, when a product list is displayed according to a keyword of a customer, identification information for identifying a product group including the corresponding product group may be displayed together in the product list. For example, in the case of a product that is exclusive to a business operator (e.g., a product corresponding to a product group of the first type), identification information indicating that the product is exclusive to the business operator may be displayed in the searched product list.

FIG. 11 is an exemplary diagram of a product detail page provided according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 11 , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a third page 1100 .

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide detailed information of a selected product to a portion of the third page 1100. In addition, the electronic device provides information 1110 indicating that the selected product corresponds to a product selected from a first type of product group. The information 1110 indicating that the product corresponds to a product selected from a first type of product group may correspond to information indicating that the selected product is cheaper than a product of the same type and the same amount among products of a second type of product group.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide exclusive offer information 1120 for the first type of account to a portion of the third page 1100. The exclusive offer information 1120 for the first type of account includes information about special prices, cash back or discount coupons. According to another exemplary embodiment, when a selection input is obtained for an area in which the exclusive offer information 1120 for the first type of account is provided, the electronic device may provide detailed information about the exclusive offer information 1120 for the first type of account on a separate page. The exclusive offer information 1120 for the first type of account may include detailed information about special prices, cash back or discount coupons, and may include other information about offers that a customer of the second type of account cannot receive. In other words, the exclusive preferential information 1120 of the first type of account may include information related to preferential services that a customer of a general account cannot enjoy.

Figures 12a to 12c are diagrams showing a procedure for switching a login account according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The description is based on the following assumption: a customer in Figures 12a to 12c is a customer who subscribes to services using a first type account and a second type account. Figures 12a to 12c can be performed in alphabetical order, and this can correspond to a procedure for logging in by changing from a second type account to a first type account. Figures 12a to 12c can be performed in reverse alphabetical order, and this can correspond to a procedure for changing a first type account to a second type account.

FIG. 12a is a main screen 1210 of a service provided by an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ). When an input is obtained to an area of a customer's account management 1211 provided in the lower portion of the main screen 1210 , the electronic device may provide a page for managing the account.

FIG. 12b corresponds to an exemplary embodiment of a screen on which a customer input is obtained on a page 1220 for managing an account provided by an electronic device. According to an example, if a selection input for account change 1221 (e.g., account switching) is obtained, the electronic device may provide an area 1222 in which the customer can switch the login account. The description of FIG. 12b is based on the assumption that the customer logs in to the service with the second type of account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the area 1222 in which the account can be switched may include an area 1223 for a second type account as a general account, an area 1224 for a first type account as a business account, a management area in which adding or deleting an account can be performed, and an area 1226 for logging into a service with a different account. The area 1223 for the second type account and the area 1224 for the first type account of FIG. 12b reflect a state in which the customer sets automatic login for the two types of accounts. If the customer does not set automatic login, the account information may not be provided to the area 1223 for the second type account and the area 1224 for the first type account of FIG. 12b.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may obtain an input for changing an account. Referring to FIG. 12b, an input for switching an account corresponds to an input for selecting a login area 1225 of a portion of area 1224 corresponding to the first type of account. Unlike FIG. 12b, if the customer logs in to the service with the first type of account, the electronic device provides the login area 1225 in area 1223 for the second type of account rather than in area 1224 for the first type of account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when a selection input is obtained for the login area 1225, the electronic device changes the login information in the customer's name with a first type of account based on the input for changing the account. Unlike FIG. 12b, if the customer logs in to the service with a first type of account, the electronic device changes the customer's login information in the customer's name with a second type of account based on the input for changing the account.

FIG. 12c may be an example of a page 1220 in which the electronic device obtains the input for changing the account in FIG. 12b and changes the customer's login information with the first type account. Referring to FIG. 12c, the electronic device may provide an identification mark 1231 of the first type account to the customer of the first type account. The customer may recognize the identification mark 1231 of the first type account and know that the currently accessed account is the first type account.

According to an exemplary embodiment, if an input selection for account change 1232 is obtained, the electronic device may provide an area where the customer can change the login account.

FIG. 13 is a schematic flow chart of providing a recommended product list to a customer who subscribes to another service associated with a service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 13 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide information for increasing sales in another service to a customer who subscribes to and is using the service. The information for increasing sales may include, for example, discount information about a frequently used product whose expiration date is approaching.

In operation S1310, the electronic device identifies whether a customer of the first type account subscribes to another service associated with the service. The electronic device may store and manage information about the account of the customer who subscribes to the other service and is using the other service, and information about the account of the customer who subscribes to the service and is using the service in a memory. For example, the electronic device may be a platform server that operates and manages not only the service but also the other service associated with the service. The other service associated with the service may include a food delivery intermediary service. Specifically, the electronic device may identify whether a customer of the first type account is a business operator who sells food in the food delivery intermediary service. If the customer of the first type of account is a business operator that sells food, the customer can purchase products that are used as ingredients in food sold in one of the business areas in the service.

In operation S1320, the electronic device provides a product list including a product selected by the customer based on the sales information in the other service. For example, a product selected based on the sales information may include a product used as a food ingredient identified based on the information about the food sold by the customer in the other service.

In operation S1330, the electronic device receives inventory information of a product selected based on sales information from a server (e.g., server 200 of FIG. 1 ). The electronic device may receive inventory information of a product used as a food ingredient from the server. For example, the inventory information may include quantity information and expiration date information of the product selected based on sales information. The electronic device may receive quantity information and expiration date of each item used as a food ingredient.

In operation S1340, the electronic device additionally provides a recommended product list to the customer on the first page based on the inventory information. The recommended product list may be a list containing products having a quantity greater than or equal to a quantity set based on the quantity information. For example, the electronic device may determine information about the quantity of products used as ingredients to be used on an average day based on information about the average daily sales of food by the customer. The set quantity may correspond to the quantity of products used as ingredients to be used on an average day determined by the electronic device. The recommended product list may be a list of products contained within an expiration date set based on the expiration date information. For example, the electronic device may determine the expiration date of a product used as a food ingredient used on an average week basis based on information about the average weekly sales of food by the customer. The set expiration date may be set based on the expiration date of a product used as a food ingredient determined by the electronic device for an average weekly usage.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a recommended product may be priced cheaper than a product of the same type and quantity corresponding to a first type of product group. The electronic device may provide a product corresponding to the first type of product group with an upcoming expiration date as a recommended product on a product list to a customer who consumes a large amount of products used as ingredients within a specific period of time. In this case, with respect to a product of the first type of product group (which is the same type and the same quantity as the recommended product), the product may be more expensive than the recommended product because it has a longer shelf life. Therefore, the recommended product may be provided at a price lower than a product of the same type and the same quantity corresponding to a second type of product group.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a method for providing information of an electronic device related to a product sales service may include: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing a product list including products selected from a first type of product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

Regarding the method of providing information according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention, if the account type of the customer is the first type account, the product list may include products selected from a second type product group corresponding to a second type account as a common account based on the keyword, and the product list corresponding to the first type product group and the second type product group may include identification information corresponding to each product group.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include, if the account type of the customer is the second type account, providing on the first page a product list including a product selected from the second type product group based on the keyword but omitting the first type product group.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the product list can be selected from the product group of the first type based on the purchase information of other customers of the first type of account.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include, if an account of the customer is a first type account and the customer purchases a product, identifying information about a request for issuing a tax invoice for the purchased product.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the product group of the first type may include products that can be purchased by the customer of the first type account, and the method may further include, if the account of the customer is the first type account and the customer purchases a product, generating information related to the tax invoice based on the information about the request for issuing the tax invoice.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the other customers may have a business type corresponding to a business type of the customer.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include obtaining filtering information of the product list, and selectively providing products in the product list corresponding to the filtering information based on the filtering information, wherein the filtering information may include information for selecting at least one of a product corresponding to the product group of the first type and a product corresponding to the product group of the second type.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include obtaining an input of the customer for the first type of account selecting any one of the products corresponding to the product group of the second type, providing a second page as a detail page of the selected product in response to the obtained input, and providing detailed information of the selected product and information about a substitute product of the selected product on the second page, wherein the substitute product may be a product that is the same as the selected product and is a product selected from the product group of the first type.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include obtaining an input of the customer for the first type of account selecting any one of the products corresponding to the first type of product group, providing a third page as a detail page of the selected product in response to the obtained input, and providing exclusive preferential information of the first type of account and separate information indicating that the selected product corresponds to a product selected from the first type of product group on the third page.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include, if an account of the customer is the first type account, obtaining an input for changing an account to log in as a second type account of a common account with a name of the customer, and based on the obtained input for changing an account, changing the login information to the second type account of the name of the customer.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include, if the account of the customer is the first type of account and the customer subscribes to another service associated with the service, providing a product list including products selected based on the sales information of the customer in the other service.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the other service may include a food delivery intermediary service, the customer may be a business operator who sells food in the food delivery intermediary service, and the products selected based on the sales information may include ingredients identified based on the information about the food to be sold.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method of providing information may further include, if the account of the customer is the first type of account and the customer subscribes to another service associated with the service, receiving inventory information of the products selected based on sales information from a server, and providing the customer with a list of recommended products on the first page based on the received inventory information, wherein the inventory information may include quantity information and expiration date information of the products selected based on the sales information.

Regarding the method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the additionally provided recommended product list may include products having a quantity greater than or equal to a quantity set based on the quantity information and within an expiration date set based on the expiration date information, and the prices of the recommended products may be cheaper than products of the same type and the same quantity corresponding to the first type of the product group and products of the second type of the product group.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device may include a memory and a processor, the processor being configured to: identify an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtain a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, provide a product list including products selected from a first type of product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may include a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions may be executed by a processor, the processor being configured to execute a method of providing information, the method comprising: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; and if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing a product list including products selected from a first type of a product group corresponding to the first type account on a first page based on the keyword.

Claims (17)

A method for providing information of an electronic device related to a product sales service, the method comprising: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing a product list including products selected from a first type of product group corresponding to the first type account and products selected from a second type of product group corresponding to a second type account on a first page based on the keyword; and if the account type of the customer is a general account If the second type of account of the second type of account is a pass account, a product list including products selected from the second type of product group corresponding to the second type of account is provided on the first page based on the keyword; wherein the product corresponding to the first type of product group includes at least one of the following: a product with a larger quantity and a lower price per quantity than a product corresponding to the second type of product group, and a product with a larger volume and a lower price per volume than a product corresponding to the second type of product group. The method of claim 1, wherein the product list corresponding to the product group of the first type and the product group of the second type includes identification information corresponding to each product group. The method of claim 2 further includes, if the account type of the customer is the second type account, providing a product list on the first page in which one of the product groups of the first type is omitted. The method of claim 1, wherein the product list is selected from the product group of the first type based on purchase information of other customers of the first type of account. The method of claim 1 further includes, if an account of the customer is a first type account and the customer purchases a product, identifying information about a request for a tax invoice for the purchased product. The method of claim 5, wherein the product group of the first type includes products that can be purchased by the customer of the first type account, the method further comprising, if the account of the customer is the first type account and the customer purchases a product, generating information related to the tax invoice based on the information about the request for issuing the tax invoice. The method of claim 4, wherein the other customers have a business type corresponding to a business type of the customer. The method of claim 2 further comprises: obtaining filtering information of the product list; and selectively providing products in the product list corresponding to the filtering information based on the filtering information, wherein the filtering information includes information for selecting at least one of a product corresponding to the first type of the product group and a product corresponding to the second type of the product group. The method of claim 2 further includes: obtaining an input of the customer for the first type of account selecting any one of the products corresponding to the product group of the second type; providing a second page as a detail page of the selected product in response to the obtained input; and providing detailed information of the selected product and information about a substitute product of the selected product on the second page, wherein the substitute product is a product that is the same as the selected product and is a product selected from the product group of the first type. The method of claim 1 further includes: obtaining an input of the customer for the first type of account selecting any one of the products corresponding to the first type of product group; providing a third page as a detail page of the selected product in response to the obtained input; and providing exclusive discount information for the first type of account and separate information indicating that the selected product corresponds to a product selected from the first type of product group on the third page. The method of claim 1 further comprises: if an account of the customer is the first type account, obtaining an input for changing an account to log in to a second type account with a name of the customer as a regular account, wherein based on the obtained input for changing an account, the login information is changed to the second type account with the name of the customer. The method of claim 1 further includes, if the account of the customer is the first type of account and the customer subscribes to another service associated with the service, providing a product list including products selected based on the sales information of the customer in the other service. The method of claim 12, wherein the other service comprises a food delivery intermediary service, wherein the client is a business operator that sells food in the food delivery intermediary service, and wherein the products selected based on the sales information include ingredients identified based on information about the food to be sold. The method of claim 12 further includes: if the account of the customer is the first type account and the customer subscribes to another service associated with the service, receiving inventory information of the products selected based on sales information from a server; and providing the customer with a list of recommended products on the first page based on the received inventory information, wherein the inventory information includes quantity information and expiration date information of the products selected based on the sales information. The method of claim 14, wherein the additionally provided recommended product list includes products having a quantity greater than or equal to a quantity set based on the quantity information and within an expiration date set based on the expiration date information, and wherein the prices of the recommended products are cheaper than products of the same type and the same quantity corresponding to the first type of the product group and products of the second type of the product group. An electronic device, comprising: a memory; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: identify an account type of a customer based on login information of the customer; obtain a keyword from the customer; if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, provide a product list including products selected from a first type product group corresponding to the first type account and products selected from a second type product group corresponding to a second type account on a first page based on the keyword; if the account type of the customer is a general account as a general account The second type of account of the account, based on the keyword, provides a product list on the first page including products selected from the second type of product group corresponding to the second type of account; wherein the product corresponding to the first type of product group includes at least one of the following: a product with a larger quantity and a lower price per quantity than a product corresponding to the second type of product group, and a product with a larger volume and a lower price per volume than a product corresponding to the second type of product group. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, comprising a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions are executed by a processor, the processor being configured to execute a method of providing information, the method comprising: identifying an account type of a customer based on the login information of the customer; obtaining a keyword from the customer; if the account type of the customer is a first type account as a business account, providing on a first page based on the keyword a product selected from a first type product group corresponding to the first type account and a product selected from a second type product group corresponding to a second type account. a product list; and if the account type of the customer is the second type account as a general account, a product list including products selected from the second type of product group corresponding to the second type account is provided on the first page based on the keyword; wherein a product corresponding to the product group of the first type includes at least one of the following: a product with a larger quantity and a lower price per quantity than a product of the product group corresponding to the second type, and a product with a larger volume and a lower price per volume than a product of the product group corresponding to the second type.
