Abstract
本發明公開一種皮革材料,其適用於貼合於諸如汽車儀表板的觸控顯示面版上。皮革材料包含發泡層及面料層。發泡層經發泡,以提供皮革手感。面料層設置於發泡層上,並且面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現皮革圖案。發泡層及面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、及聚烯烴所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一。皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的可見光穿透率、及不小於10
10Ωcm的電阻率。本發明另公開一種汽車儀表板複合結構。
Description
本發明涉及一種皮革材料,特別是涉及一種適用於貼合於汽車儀表板上的皮革材料。
在現行市面上的汽車儀表板產品中,關於複合合成皮革的設計仍尚未出現。主要原因為一般的合成皮革具有遮蔽性。在合成皮革與汽車儀表板複合後,汽車儀表板所顯示的影像畫面將無法穿透合成皮革。再者,一般的合成皮革也會影響汽車儀表板的觸控特性。
於是,本發明人有感上述缺陷可改善,乃特潛心研究並配合科學原理的運用,終於提出一種設計合理且有效改善上述缺陷的本發明。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種適用於貼合於汽車儀表板上的皮革材料。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種皮革材料,其適用於貼合於一觸控顯示面版上,其特徵在於,所述皮革材料包括:一發泡層,所述發泡層經發泡,以提供一皮革手感;以及一面料層,所述面料層設置於所述發泡層上,並且所述面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現一皮革圖案;其中,所述發泡層的基底材質及所述面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一,並且所述皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的一可見光穿透率、及不小於10
10Ωcm的一電阻率。
優選地,當所述皮革材料貼合於所述觸控顯示面版上時,所述發泡層是貼合於所述觸控顯示面版的一顯示面上,並且所述面料層所呈現的所述皮革圖案是面向於外界環境。
優選地,所述觸控顯示面版為具有觸控顯示功能的一汽車儀表板;其中,當所述觸控顯示面版選擇性地提供一顯示畫面時,所述顯示畫面能依序穿透所述發泡層及所述面料層,以提供一使用者觀看。
優選地,當所述觸控顯示面版未提供所述顯示畫面時,所述皮革材料的所述面料層能遮蔽所述觸控顯示面版,並且所述皮革材料能通過所述面料層而呈現出所述皮革圖案。
優選地,所述發泡層的厚度大於所述面料層的厚度,所述發泡層的硬度小於所述面料層的硬度,並且所述發泡層的可見光穿透率大於所述面料層的可見光穿透率。
優選地,所述發泡層為經過發泡劑發泡的材料;其中,所述發泡層在發泡後的厚度比上在發泡前的厚度的比值定義為一發泡比率,並且所述發泡層的所述發泡比率是介於105%至130%之間;其中,所述發泡層經過發泡後,具有介於50微米至1,000微米之間的所述厚度。
優選地,所述面料層具有介於2微米至200微米之間的所述厚度,所述面料層分散有一顏色染料,並且所述顏色染料是以介於100奈米至800奈米的粒徑尺寸分散於所述面料層中。
優選地,所述顏色染料於所述面料層中的含量範圍不大於40重量百分濃度,並且所述面料層的遠離於所述發泡層的一側表面經過壓花或刻印處理,以使得所述面料層經配色及壓紋而呈現出所述皮革圖案。
優選地,所述皮革材料整體的厚度是介於300微米至3,000微米之間,並且所述發泡層的所述厚度比上所述面料層的所述厚度的一比值範圍是介於5至1,500 間。
優選地,所述皮革材料具有分別位於不同區域上的多個可見光透光率;其中,在多個所述可見光透光率中,所述皮革材料的一最大可見光透光率及一最小可見光透光率之間的一差值不大於1%,以使得所述皮革材料具有均勻的透光率。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中另一技術方案是,提供一種汽車儀表板複合結構,其包括:一汽車儀表板,其具有一顯示面,所述汽車儀表板的所述顯示面經配置選擇性地提供一顯示畫面;以及一皮革材料,其貼合於所述汽車儀表板的所述顯示面上,以覆蓋所述顯示面;其中,所述皮革材料包含:一發泡層,其貼合於所述顯示面上,並且所述發泡層經發泡,以提供一皮革手感;以及一面料層,所述面料層設置於所述發泡層上,並且所述面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現一皮革圖案;其中,所述發泡層的基底材質及所述面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一,並且所述皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的一可見光穿透率、及不小於10
10Ωcm的一電阻率。
優選地,當所述汽車儀表板選擇性地提供所述顯示畫面時,所述顯示畫面能依序穿透所述發泡層及所述面料層,以提供一使用者觀看;其中,當所述汽車儀表板未提供所述顯示畫面時,所述皮革材料的所述面料層能遮蔽所述汽車儀表板,並且所述皮革材料能通過所述面料層而呈現出所述皮革圖案。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的皮革材料及汽車儀表板複合結構,其能通過“皮革材料包含發泡層及面料層;發泡層經發泡,以提供皮革手感;面料層設置於發泡層上,並且面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現皮革圖案”以及“發泡層及面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、及聚烯烴所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一”以及“皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的可見光穿透率、及不小於10
10Ωcm的電阻率”的技術方案,以使得皮革材料適用於貼合於諸如汽車儀表板的觸控顯示面版上、且不會影響觸控顯示面版的影像顯示效果以及觸控特性。

[皮革材料]
請參閱圖1至圖5所示,其為本發明的實施例,需先說明的是,本實施例對應附圖所提及的相關數量與外型,僅用來具體地說明本發明的實施方式,以便於了解本發明的內容,而非用來侷限本發明的保護範圍。
如圖1及圖2所示,本發明實施例公開一種皮革材料E(Leather structure)。所述皮革材料E為一種具有半遮蔽特性的人工合成皮革。所述皮革材料E所採用的基底材質可以例如是聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、或聚烯烴(PO)。所述皮革材料E具有平衡的透光性及遮蔽性。
所述皮革材料E適用於貼合於一觸控顯示面版P上(如圖2)。也就是說,所述皮革材料E能與觸控顯示面版P複合,以使得觸控顯示面版P具有特殊的產品外觀。在本實施例中,所述觸控顯示面版P可以例如是汽車儀表板(如圖3所示),但本發明不受限於此。
當所述觸控顯示面版P啟動而呈開啟狀態時,所述觸控顯示面版P所顯示的畫面能穿透皮革材料E,以呈現出一顯示訊號(如圖5)。其中,所述顯示訊號可以例如是文字訊號、圖形訊號、或人機互動介面訊號,本發明並不予以限制。
再者,當所述觸控顯示面版P未啟動而呈關閉狀態時,所述皮革材料E能對觸控顯示面版P產生遮蔽效果,以呈現出皮革的外觀。
所述皮革材料E所使用的基底材質為軟性材質,其對諸如汽車儀表板的觸控顯示面版P具有良好的貼合性、且不會影響觸控顯示面版P的觸控敏感度。
為了使所述皮革材料E於汽車儀表板的屏幕上同時產生良好的遮蔽性及透光性,本發明的技術關鍵在於,所述皮革材料E的複合結構優化,並且於所述皮革材料E中導入高分散型的色料粒子。
請繼續參閱圖1所示,所述皮革材料E包含有依序堆疊的一發泡層1及一面料層2。其中,所述發泡層1為經過發泡的高分子材料,並且所述發泡層1經過發泡後能使材料變厚及變軟,從而使得皮革材料E具有皮革的手感。再者,所述面料層2是設置於發泡層1上,並且所述面料層2為經過配色及經過壓紋的高分子材料,從而使得所皮革材料E能通過面料層2而呈現出一皮革圖案21。
必須說明的是,本實施例的皮革材料E雖然是以搭配於觸控顯示面版P為例作一說明,但所述皮革材料E的實際應用並不受限於此。舉例來說,所述皮革材料E也可以是獨立販售的產品,並且可應用於其它類型的電子元件上,特別是可以提供顯示光源的電子元件。
根據上述配置,本發明的主要特色之一在於,本發明所提供的皮革材料E具有特殊設計的兩層堆疊結構,以產生平衡的透光性及遮蔽性。
如圖2及圖3所示,當所述皮革材料E貼合於觸控顯示面版P上時,所述發泡層1是貼合於觸控顯示面版P的一顯示面P1上,並且所述面料層2所呈現的皮革圖案21是面向於外界環境。
進一步地說,在本實施例中,所述觸控顯示面版P為具有觸控功能及顯示功能的汽車儀表板。如圖5所示,當所述觸控顯示面版P選擇性地提供一顯示畫面時,所述顯示畫面能依序穿透發泡層1及面料層2,以提供一使用者觀看。也就是說,當所述觸控顯示面版P選擇性地提供顯示畫面時,所述使用者能通過皮革材料E觀看該顯示畫面。值得一提的是,所述發泡層1能對觸控顯示面版P的顯示畫面產生些微的光學擴散效果,以產生氣氛燈光渲染的效果,但本發明不受限於此。
再者,如圖4所示,當所述觸控顯示面版P未提供顯示畫面時,所述皮革材料E的面料層2能用以遮蔽觸控顯示面版P,並且所述皮革材料E能通過面料層2、而呈現出皮革圖案21。也就是說,所述皮革材料E在觸控顯示面版P未啟動的情況下,能產生遮蔽效果。
進一步地說,在所述皮革材料E中,所述發泡層1的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一。再者,所述面料層2的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一。根據上述材料的選擇,所述皮革材料E能具有良好的透光性。
需說明的是,在本文中所使用的術語「基底材質」,是指在該層結構中含量佔據至少五成以上的材料,以使得該基底材質能呈現為連續介質、且能呈現其材料特性(如:透光性)。
所述皮革材料E需要具有良好的透光性,以使得當所述觸控顯示面版P顯示影像畫面時,所述影像畫面能穿透皮革材料E、而具有良好的解析度。在本發明的一實施例中,所述皮革材料E的整體通常具有介於40%至70%之間的一可見光穿透率(visible light transmittance)、優選介於50%至70%之間、且特優選介於50%至65%之間,但本發明不受限於此。
再者,所述皮革材料E需要具有低的電阻率,以使得當所述皮革材料E貼合在觸控顯示面版P上、且一使用者對所述觸控顯示面版P進行觸控操作時,所述皮革材料E不至於對觸控顯示面版P的觸控特性產生影響。在本發明的一實施例中,所述皮革材料E的整體具有不小於10
10Ωcm的一電阻率(resistivity)、優選介於10
10Ωcm至10
12Ωcm、且特優選介於10
11Ωcm至10
12Ωcm,但本發明不受限於此。
進一步地說,為了使得所述皮革材料E具有良好的皮革手感及平衡的透光性及遮蔽性,所述發泡層1及面料層2在材料特性(如:厚度、硬度)上具有一匹配關係。
更具體地說,所述發泡層1的厚度較佳地是大於面料層2的厚度,所述發泡層1的硬度較佳地是小於面料層2的硬度,並且所述發泡層1的可見光穿透率較佳地是大於面料層2的可見光穿透率,但本發明不受限於此。
進一步地說,所述皮革材料E整體的厚度是介於300微米至3,000微米之間、優選是介於600微米至2,000微米之間、且特優選是介於1,000微米至1,500微米之間。
其中,所述發泡層1具有介於50微米至3,000微米之間的厚度、優選介於600微米至2,000微米之間、且特優選介於600微米至1,500微米之間。再者,所述面料層2具有介於2微米至200微米之間的厚度、優選介於50微米至150微米之間、且特優選介於80微米至120微米之間。
進一步地說,所述發泡層1的厚度比上面料層2的厚度的一比值範圍是介於5至1,500之間、優選是介於5至1,200之間、且特優選是介於5至1,000之間。
為了提供良好的皮革手感,所述發泡層1為經過發泡劑(如:PU發泡劑、PVC發泡劑)發泡的材料。
其中,所述發泡層1在發泡後的厚度比上在發泡前的厚度的比值定義為一發泡比率。其中,所述發泡層1的發泡比率是介於105%至130%之間、優選是介於110%至125%之間、且特優選是介於115%至120%之間。藉此,所述發泡層1能夠具有適當的軟硬度,以使得當所述皮革材料E貼合於觸控顯示面版P上時,所述皮革材料E能提供良好的皮革手感、且不會影響觸控顯示面版P的觸控性能。其中,所述發泡層1經發泡後,具有介於50微米至1,000微米之間的厚度。根據上述配置,所述發泡層1能提供提供良好的皮革手感及良好的透光性。
為了使得所述皮革材料E具有皮革的視覺效果,所述面料層2具有介於2微米至200微米之間的厚度。進一步地說,所述面料層2分散有一顏色染料22。其中,所述顏色染料231可以例如是無機色料及有機色料的至少其中之一。
在本發明的一優選實施例中,所述顏色染料22為具有低遮蔽性的顏色染料。在粒徑尺寸方面,所述顏色染料22是以介於100奈米至800奈米的粒徑尺寸分散於所述面料層2中、優選介於400奈米至800奈米、且特優選介於600奈米至700奈米。據此,所述顏色染料22於面料層2具有高的分散性,從而不至於影響顯示畫面的呈現。
於所述面料層2中,所述顏色染料22的含量範圍通常不大於40重量百分濃度、優選介於5重量百分濃度至40重量百分濃度之間、且特優選介於5重量百分濃度至20重量百分濃度之間,但本發明不受限於此。
進一步地說,所述面料層2的遠離於所述發泡層1的一側表面經過壓花或刻印處理,以使得所述面料層2經配色及壓紋而呈現出所述皮革圖案21。根據上述配置,所述面料層2能提供提供皮革的視覺效果及良好的透光性。
另外,在本發明的一實施例中,所述皮革材料E具有分別位於不同區域上的多個可見光透光率。其中,在多個所述可見光透光率中,所述皮革材料E的一最大可見光透光率及一最小可見光透光率之間的一差值不大於1%(優選不大於0.5%),以使得所述皮革材料E具有均勻的透光率。藉此,當所述皮革材料E貼合於觸控顯示面版P上時,所述觸控顯示面版P所顯示的顯示畫面能穿透皮革材料E、而在所述皮革材料E的另一面連續且完整地呈現,並且不會有亮暗不均的情況發生。
[汽車儀表板複合結構]
本發明的上述實施例是提供一種皮革材料E,其為獨立販售的產品。在本實施例中,所述皮革材料E與汽車儀表板也可以形成一複合結構,以成為具有皮革外觀及皮革手感的汽車儀表板。
更具地說,請繼續參閱圖2至圖5所示,所述汽車儀表板複合結構包含一汽車儀表板P及設置於所述汽車儀表板P上的皮革材料E。其中,所述汽車儀表板P具有一顯示面P1,所述汽車儀表板P的顯示面P1經配置選擇性地提供一顯示畫面(如圖5所示)。
所述皮革材料E是貼合於汽車儀表板的顯示面P1上,以覆蓋所述顯示面P1。其中,所述皮革材料E包含一發泡層1及一面料層2。所述發泡層1是貼合於所述顯示面P1上,並且所述發泡層1經發泡,以提供一皮革手感。所述面料層2設置於發泡層1的遠離汽車儀表板P的一側表面上,並且所述面料層2經配色及壓紋,以呈現一皮革圖案21。
其中,所述發泡層1的基底材質及所述面料層2的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一,並且所述皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的一可見光穿透率、不小於10

並且,當所述汽車儀表板P的顯示面P1未提供顯示畫面時,所述皮革材料E的面料層2能遮蔽汽車儀表板,並且所述皮革材料E能通過面料層2而呈現出皮革圖案22。

本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的皮革材料及汽車儀表板複合結構,其能通過“皮革材料包含發泡層及面料層;發泡層經發泡,以提供皮革手感;面料層設置於發泡層上,並且面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現皮革圖案”以及“發泡層及面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、及聚烯烴所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一”以及“皮革材料的整體具有介於40%至70%之間的可見光穿透率、及不小於10

- 一種皮革材料,其適用於貼合於一觸控顯示面版上且所述觸控顯示面版為具有觸控顯示功能的一汽車儀表板,其特徵在於,所述皮革材料包括:一發泡層,所述發泡層經發泡,以提供一皮革手感;其中,所述發泡層為經過發泡劑發泡的材料;其中,所述發泡層在發泡後的厚度比上在發泡前的厚度的比值定義為一發泡比率,並且所述發泡層的所述發泡比率是介於110%至125%之間;其中,所述發泡層經過發泡後,具有介於600微米至2,000微米之間的厚度;以及一面料層,所述面料層設置於所述發泡層上,並且所述面料層經配色及壓紋,以呈現一皮革圖案;其中,所述面料層具有介於2微米至200微米之間的厚度,所述面料層分散有一顏色染料,並且所述顏色染料是以介於400奈米至800奈米的粒徑尺寸分散於所述面料層中;其中,所述發泡層的基底材質及所述面料層的基底材質皆是選自由聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、及聚烯烴(PO)所組成的材料群組的至少其中之一,並且所述皮革材料的整體具有介於50%至70%之間的一可見光穿透率、及介於1010Ωcm至1012Ωcm之間的一電阻率;其中,所述發泡層的可見光穿透率大於所述面料層的可見光穿透率。
