D:如圖13至圖16所示,電眼感應器315釋放信號,第三伺服馬達501啟動並帶動夾墊紙帶動滾輪57沿逆時針方向運動,第一貼靠被動輪58作逆時針運動,第二貼靠被動輪59作順時針運動,墊紙從第一道夾墊紙貼靠點C至第二道夾墊紙貼靠點D並最終停靠於墊紙裁切裝置的控紙橫板塊514的下方並進入裁切刀口F;墊紙制動微調機構中制動機構持續作用使墊紙在暫停的瞬間不易被瞬間扯動,避免拉力拉過頭導致整卷墊紙因拉扯力過大而造成鬆動的情況發生。
E:電眼感應器315釋放信號,第三伺服馬達501停止轉動並帶動夾墊紙帶動滾輪57停轉,從而實現墊紙夾送過程中暫態一停的動作。
F:電眼感應器315釋放信號,墊紙裁切夾送裝置5中的墊紙頭裁切裝置接收到該信號,氣缸518啟動並推動搖擺杆520,其作用力通過牽動連接杆521、上魚目軸承5212、下魚目軸承5211及上裁切刀522相對於下固定刀523張開,由於活動鈕單元524中的彈簧5244提供彈性壓力,且通過設置杠杆壓刀斜度5222,使氣缸518再複位時上裁切刀522發揮杠杆原理壓力使墊紙B裁切成方塊墊紙B1,同時在裁切完成後上裁切刀522和下固定刀523合併在一起。
