The temperature at the time of treatment is not particularly limited, and it is usually sufficient to treat at room temperature. The treatment time is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 5 minutes to 1 hour.

In addition, in order to form a fluorine-containing sealing material with high wear resistance, it is preferable to treat the object to be treated with acetone in order to remove oil from the wall surface of the cavity before treating it with the composition for forming a fluorine-containing sealing material of the present disclosure. , hydrofluoroether, etc., and then dried. Furthermore, in addition to the above-mentioned cleaning, by performing pretreatment with UV ozone, oxygen plasma, etc., the abrasion resistance of the fluorine-containing sealing material can be further improved.

Furthermore, before treating with the composition for forming a fluorine-containing sealing material of the present disclosure, as required, a primer treatment (Primer treatment) is applied to the wall surface of the void, etc., so that the composition for forming a fluorine-containing sealing material can be improved.
