Abstract
本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機裝置,尤其是指一種空氣壓縮機活塞頭板的頂端面設有一進氣阻片,該進氣阻片具有一可與前述活塞頭板頂端平面相結合固定的定位區,鄰近於該定位區並設有一摺曲段,使進氣阻片在該摺曲段旁並且是不屬於定位區的其餘部分共構成一位於活塞空氣通道上方的作用區,該作用區與活塞頭板頂端平面形成一小角度的通氣空間,使活塞頭板被上下貫穿的進氣通道與該通氣空間相連通,在活塞靜止時是讓進氣阻片的作用區保持打開的狀態。
Description
本發明係涉及空氣壓縮機的技術領域,尤其是涉及空氣壓縮機汽缸內可進行上衝及下衝行程的活塞。
空氣壓縮機之主要結構是藉由一馬達驅動一活塞在汽缸內進行往復式之壓縮動作,被壓縮之空氣則可由汽缸輸送至儲氣座內,再由儲氣座上之歧管所連接之傳輸軟管連接至待充氣物品上,習知活塞在活塞頭係設有被上下貫穿之空氣通道,而活塞頭頂平面在空氣通道上覆設有一進氣阻片,在空氣壓縮機於停機的狀態下,該進氣阻片係封閉住活塞頭之空氣通道,當空氣壓縮機在前次運轉後,因活塞頭圓形周邊設置的氣密環以及進氣阻片封閉活塞頭之空氣通道所形成的氣密性,使得殘餘在汽缸內的高壓空氣無法排出,而當空氣壓縮機再次啟動時,活塞在開始壓縮的進程就撞擊殘留在汽缸內的高壓空氣,使其瞬間增加空氣壓縮機的負載及電流竄升,致使空氣壓縮機壽命折損。為求改善習知缺失,是故,本發明人發展出一種在空氣壓縮機於停機的狀態下,該活塞頭之頂端面與進氣阻片之間係形成有一小角度通氣空間,當空氣壓縮機在運作完畢結束後,該殘留在汽缸內的壓縮空氣可由通氣空間經由空氣通道排出,使汽缸中的壓力與周圍大氣平衡,致令空氣壓縮機再次啟動後其活塞於上衝行程時不會有額外的阻力,避免瞬間增加的壓縮負載及電流竄升,致使活塞在汽缸內進行往復運動時能維持順暢的壓縮效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延長其使用壽
命,並能更輕鬆快速地將待充氣物充足氣體。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種空氣壓縮機裝置,特別是空氣壓縮機裝置所安裝的活塞在其活塞頭板安裝有一進氣阻片,該進氣阻片設有一摺曲段,在該摺曲段之一側設為定位區可做為裝設在前述活塞頭板上,另一側則為作用區可覆蓋活塞之空氣通道,前述進氣阻片的作用區與進氣阻片的定位區以摺曲段為界軸線而使進氣阻片之外向面形成一小於180度之鈍角的構造狀態,同時讓進氣阻片的作用區在內向面自然而然與前述活塞頭板頂端平面形成一小角度的開啟狀態,形成一通氣空間,使空氣壓縮機的活塞在停機靜止狀態下,進氣阻片的作用區相對該空氣通道係保持打開的狀態,藉由活塞的空氣通道因暢通而使汽缸中的壓力與周圍大氣平衡,讓空氣壓縮機再次啟動後其活塞於上衝行程時不會有額外的阻力(背壓阻力),致使活塞在汽缸內進行往復運動時能維持順暢的壓縮效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延長其使用壽命,並能更輕鬆快速地將待充氣物充足氣體。
本發明之另一主要目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機裝置,該裝置內所設置在汽缸內運動的活塞上設有一進氣阻片,該進氣阻片在定位區設有圓孔,相對應於所述之圓孔的活塞頭板則設有固定銷,前述進氣阻片在作用區設有一貫穿的貫穿孔,前述活塞頭板在相對應於所述貫穿孔位置設有一限位卡鈎並與該貫穿孔相嵌扣,所述限位卡鈎可因應空氣壓縮機輸出功率之大小而調整其可讓進氣阻片打開的高度,在活塞上衝行程,該進氣阻片的作用區貼合於前述活塞頭板之頂端平面上,使進氣阻片關閉該空氣通道;活塞在下衝行程,該進氣阻片雖然受到外界空氣的推力而趨於加大張開幅度,但因受限於所述的限位卡鈎,可避免進氣阻片無限制性的
張開而容易導致進氣阻片之疲乏受損的現象;活塞在靜止時候,所述進氣阻片的作用區與前述活塞頭板的頂端平面除了保持打開的狀態,所述進氣阻片的貫穿孔則止於前述限位卡鈎。
本發明之再一主要目的,其係提供一種空氣壓縮機裝置,該裝置內所設置在汽缸內運動的活塞上設有一進氣阻片,該進氣阻片在其定位區與作用區之間在阻片上形成一多軌摺曲段,該多軌摺曲段包含有多數個彎摺軌線,即形成一第一彎摺軌線及一第二彎摺軌線,使需具有較大功率的空氣壓縮機因而更具有緩衝能力而能順暢進行上、下衝行程,在靜止狀態該進氣阻片的作用區與前述活塞頭板的頂端平面除了保持打開的狀態,所述進氣阻片的貫穿孔則止於前述限位卡鈎。

請先參閱第五圖所示,本發明之空氣壓縮機10裝置,該空氣壓縮機10係可設置在艙室、盒體1或其工作所在處,如第五圖所示盒體1內即是裝置有空氣壓縮機10裝置,其可做為充氣效用或者與一補膠器相結合(習知技藝圖中未示出)而做補膠充氣之效用,該空氣壓縮機10係包括有一提供馬達12固定之基板11、一結合在該基板11上的汽缸13,而基板11並可設置空氣壓縮機10之傳動機構14,該傳動機構14係連結有一活塞,請同時參閱第一至四圖,該活塞包括有活塞頭板21及底板22,於活塞頭板21及底板22二者外周圍邊安裝有一氣密環24,該氣密環24在空氣壓縮機10的操作中實現圍繞活塞及汽缸13內表面的持續密封,前述活塞頭板21及底板22二者設有一上下貫通之進氣通道23。前述底板22往下延伸一活塞桿5,該活塞桿5下端設有圓孔51而與傳動機構14中之曲軸141相樞固,前述活塞桿5上端則設有一左右側貫穿之空氣通道52,使前述進氣通道23可和空氣通道52相連通。當馬達12的出力軸帶動傳動機構14的曲軸141進行旋轉動作,同時帶動活塞在汽缸13內進行上衝及下衝動作,以產生壓縮空氣進入儲氣座15內,再藉由輸氣歧管的設置,使壓縮空氣可進入壓力顯示錶16,以顯示壓力,經由輸氣軟管之銜接而得以對待充氣的物品進行充氣(圖中未示出),亦可經由輸氣軟管或是閥門開關作用,得以讓輪胎補膠液輸至破損輪胎進行補膠及充足胎壓的補胎功能(圖中未示出),唯其均是目前實施的使用狀態,故不予圖示也不加以贅述細部的構造,在此合先陳明。
本發明之空氣壓縮機10裝置所安裝的活塞在其活塞頭板21安裝有一進氣阻片7,該進氣阻片7設有一摺曲段71,該摺曲段71實體至少設有一彎摺軌線711,在使用上該摺曲段71可設有多數個彎摺軌線以因應空氣
壓縮機之不同大小之輸出功率的需求,當外來壓力作用於進氣阻片7時可將進氣阻片7之應力依循既定的彎摺軌線711(或言軌道)進行上下啟閉動作,在彎摺軌線711之一側設為定位區72可做為裝設在前述活塞頭板21上,亦即活塞頭板21設有二相分離的固定銷211、212,相對於固定銷211、212在進氣阻片7之定位區72則設有相分離之圓孔721、722,利用進氣阻片7之圓孔721、722分別定位在活塞頭板21之固定銷211、212,致令進氣阻片7可牢固地定位在活塞頭板21上。前述進氣阻片7在彎摺軌線711的另一側則為作用區73,該作用區73可覆蓋活塞之進氣通道23,前述進氣阻片7的作用區73與進氣阻片7的定位區72以彎摺軌線711為界軸線而使進氣阻片7之正向面(即上衝動作時之進氣阻片7朝向汽缸13頂的上表面)形成一小於180度之鈍角的構造狀態,同時讓進氣阻片7的作用區73在背向汽缸13頂之背向面自然而然與前述活塞頭板21頂端平面形成一小角度θ的開啟狀態,形成一通氣空間Z,使空氣壓縮機10的活塞在停機靜止狀態下,進氣阻片7的作用區73相對該進氣通道23及空氣通道52係保持打開的狀態,藉由活塞的進氣通道23因暢通而使汽缸13中的壓力與周圍大氣平衡,讓空氣壓縮機10再次啟動後其活塞於上衝行程時不會有額外的阻力(背壓阻力),如第六及七圖,致使活塞在汽缸13內進行往復運動時能維持順暢的壓縮效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延長其使用壽命,並能更輕鬆快速地將待充氣物充足氣體。前述進氣阻片7在作用區73設有一貫穿的貫穿孔731,前述活塞頭板21在相對應於所述貫穿孔731位置設有一限位卡鈎20並與該貫穿孔731相嵌扣,該限位卡鈎20包含有一豎立柱213及一橫向柱214,在活塞上衝行程,該進氣阻片7的作用區73貼合於前述活塞頭板21之頂端平面上,使進氣阻片7關閉該進氣通道23;活塞在下衝行程,該進氣阻片7雖然受到外界空氣的推力而趨於加大張開幅度,但因受限於所述限位卡鈎20所設的橫向
柱214,可避免進氣阻片7無限制性的張開而容易導致進氣阻片7之疲乏受損的現象,限位卡鈎20所設的豎立柱213的長短度可因應空氣壓縮機的功率輸出大小而做適當變長或變短的設計,讓進氣阻片7的運作振幅符合工作原理;活塞在靜止時候,所述進氣阻片7的作用區73與前述活塞頭板21的頂端平面除了保持打開的狀態,即是存有預開角度θ及通氣空間Z,所述進氣阻片7的貫穿孔731則止於前述限位卡鈎20的橫向柱214。本發明之限位卡鈎20所設之豎立柱213係提供進氣阻片7的啟閉張合的路徑,因此可根據空氣壓縮機功率輸出之大小來調整豎立柱213的長度(或言高度)及橫向柱214的設計而得以調整進氣阻片7的初始高度。
本發明進氣阻片7的技術特徵是在阻片本體上設有一摺曲段71,該摺曲段71設有之彎摺軌線711使進氣阻片7在作用區73的片體與前述活塞頭板21的頂端平面共同形成一小角度θ的開啟狀態。基於空氣壓縮機有不同大小功率的需求性,因此進氣阻片7的大小及硬度均需隨著改變,本發明為能使用於較大功率輸出的空氣壓縮機,讓進氣阻片能具有較大上下張合的振幅,因此如前文所述在使用上該摺曲段可設有多數個彎摺軌線以因應空氣壓縮機之不同大小之輸出功率的需求,在此實施例中之摺曲段的結構即為多軌摺曲段94,在多軌摺曲段94實體上設有一第一彎摺軌線941及一第二彎摺軌線942,如第八至十二圖所示,該進氣阻片9仍具有定位區91、定位區91上仍設有圓孔911、912,另一側則為作用區93,該作用區93仍設有一貫穿的貫穿孔931,活塞頭板81相對應於所述貫穿孔931位置設有一限位卡鈎80並與該貫穿孔931相嵌扣,在活塞上衝行程,該進氣阻片9的作用區93貼合於前述活塞頭板81之頂端平面上,使進氣阻片9關閉該活塞的進氣通道89;活塞在下衝行程,該進氣阻片9雖然受到外界空氣的推力而趨於加大張開幅度,但因受限於所述限位卡鈎80,可避免進氣阻片9無
限制性的張開而容易導致進氣阻片9之疲乏受損的現象。本實施例的技術特徵係在該進氣阻片9的定位區91與作用區93相界處設有一多軌摺曲段94,該多軌摺曲段94乃形成一第一彎摺軌線941及一第二彎摺軌線942,前述第二彎摺軌線942往後延伸之定位區91的圓孔911、912可分別穿伸於活塞頭板81頂端平面之上階平台85、86並止於活塞頭板81頂端平面之底階平台87、88,當空氣壓縮機進行大功率輸出,該第一彎摺軌線941抵於活塞頭板81之頂端平面上,使進氣阻片9之作用區93的片體與前述活塞頭板81的頂端平面共同形成一小角度θ的開啟狀態,當空氣壓縮機的活塞在停機靜止狀態下,進氣阻片9的作用區93相對該活塞的進氣通道89係保持打開的狀態,藉由活塞的進氣通道89因暢通而使汽缸13中的壓力與周圍大氣平衡,讓空氣壓縮機再次啟動後其活塞於上衝行程時不會有額外的阻力(背壓阻力),致使活塞在汽缸13內進行往復運動時能維持順暢的壓縮效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延長其使用壽命,並能更輕鬆快速地將待充氣物充足氣體,更由於大功率輸出在進氣阻片9因具有多軌摺曲段94的設計使進氣阻片9整體進行上下振幅的開合動作更具有順暢功能且能保護整個進氣阻片9不受破壞。

Claims (7)
- 一種空氣壓縮機裝置,該空氣壓縮機係具有一可被馬達帶動並在汽缸內上下進行往復運動之活塞,其特徵在於:空氣壓縮機裝置所安裝的活塞在其活塞頭板安裝有一進氣阻片,該進氣阻片設有一摺曲段,在摺曲段之一側設為定位區可做為裝設在前述活塞頭板上,另一側則為作用區可覆蓋活塞之進氣通道,前述進氣阻片的作用區與進氣阻片的定位區以摺曲段為界軸線而使進氣阻片之朝向汽缸頂的上表面形成一小於180度之鈍角狀態,同時讓進氣阻片的作用區在背向汽缸頂之背向面自然而然與前述活塞頭板頂端平面形成一小角度的開啟狀態,形成一通氣空間。
- 如請求項1所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,該摺曲段在使用上可設有多數個彎摺軌線以因應空氣壓縮機之不同大小之輸出功率的需求。
- 如請求項2所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,該摺曲段實體設有一彎摺軌線。
- 如請求項1所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,該活塞頭板設有二相分離的固定銷,相對於固定銷在進氣阻片之定位區則設有相分離之圓孔,利用進氣阻片之圓孔分別定位在活塞頭板之固定銷,致令進氣阻片可牢固地定位在活塞頭板上,前述進氣阻片在作用區設有一貫穿的貫穿孔,前述活塞頭板在相對應於所述貫穿孔位置設有一限位卡鈎並與該貫穿孔相嵌扣,當空氣壓縮機的活塞在停機靜止狀態下,進氣阻片的作用區係與前述相對應的活塞頭板的進氣通道呈現開啟狀態。
- 如請求項4所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,該活塞頭板限位卡鈎包含有一豎立柱及一橫向柱,該豎立柱係提供進氣阻片的啟閉張合的路徑,因此可根據空氣壓縮機功率輸出之大小來調整豎立柱的長度(或言高度)及橫向柱的設計而得以調整進氣阻片的初始高度。
- 如請求項2所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,該進氣阻片在其定位區與作用區之間在阻片上形成一多軌摺曲段,該多軌摺曲段包含有多數個彎摺軌線,即形成一第一彎摺軌線及一第二彎摺軌線,使需具有較大功率的空氣壓縮機更能順暢進行上、下衝行程,該作用區設有一貫穿的貫穿孔,前述活塞頭板相對應於所述貫穿孔位置設有一限位卡鈎並與該貫穿孔相嵌扣,在靜止狀態該進氣阻片的作用區與前述活塞頭板的頂端平面除了保持打開的狀態,所述進氣阻片的貫穿孔則止於前述限位卡鈎。
- 如請求項6所述之空氣壓縮機裝置,其中,前述第二彎摺軌線往後延伸之定位區的圓孔可分別穿伸於活塞頭板頂端平面之上階平台並止於活塞頭板頂端平面之底階平台。
