Abstract
本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,尤其是指一種無需利用螺絲即可將馬達組裝且能穩定固設於主架上的實用技術,該馬達係利用複數個凹穴相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱銷上,且藉由至少一扣件將主架及馬達進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件之一端係卡扣於主架上,而扣件之另一端則卡扣於馬達殼體上,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
Description
本發明係為一種空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,尤其是指一種無需利用螺絲即可將馬達組裝穩定固設於主架上且空氣壓縮機可被裝設在盒體內部的實用技術。
習用的空氣壓縮機包含一主架、結合在該主架上的一汽缸、組裝在該主架上的一馬達及可受該馬達帶動而在該汽缸內作往復運動的一活塞體,透過馬達帶動活塞體在汽缸內作往復運動以完成氣體的吸入、壓縮及加壓氣體的排出,整個空氣壓縮機內臟總成可被置設在一盒體內者。
一般而言,習用空氣壓縮機的馬達大多藉由螺絲鎖固於主架上,而當空氣壓縮機在長期的運作之下,螺絲易會產生脫落或鬆動而造成使用壽命降低,螺絲必須穿過主架本體鎖固在馬達殼體的螺絲孔上,而若因受到空間的限制使鎖固螺絲的工具無法穿過主架本體以及其周邊組件時,即馬達無法利用螺絲順利地鎖固於主架上。本發明人即是有鑑於習知空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,該馬達係利用複數個凹穴相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱銷上,且藉由至少一扣件將主架及馬達進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件之一端係卡扣於主架上,而扣件之另一端則卡扣於馬達殼體上,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
本發明之另一主要目的係提供一種空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,將空氣壓縮機置入盒體內,利用該盒體在內側內壁面所預設的迫緊部將扣件約束在馬達及主架之間,使扣件在空氣壓縮機運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
請先參閱第七圖,本發明中之空氣壓縮機10內臟總成可被置進一盒體8之內空部,同時請參閱第一至四圖所示,本發明空氣壓縮機10包含一主架1、結合在該主架1上的一汽缸2、組裝在該主架1上的一馬達4及可受該馬達4帶動而在該汽缸2內作往復運動的一活塞體5。
主架1,其係具有多數個定位孔,該多數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔11及第二定位孔12,於第一定位孔11可讓一設在馬達4芯端的小齒輪61穿伸而過並將馬達4之內軸承座41容置於第一定位孔11內,於第二定位孔12內裝設一軸承121。前述馬達4係套設一金屬材質之導磁圈45,因導磁圈45具備導磁之作用,當馬達4進行做功時可提升馬達4之效率。
汽缸2係可一體成形地結合在該主架1上,於汽缸2上連通有一儲氣座3,該儲氣座3係設置有至少一歧管30,其可裝設有一輸出氣體用的軟管31及一壓力錶32。
一傳動機構6係包含有一具有重量塊之大齒輪62,該大齒輪62係可與前述小齒輪61相嚙合,該大齒輪62係藉由一偏心曲桿與前述活塞體5之活塞桿51相連結,該傳動機構6係可帶動活塞體5於前述汽缸2內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣。
配合第二至五圖所示,本發明的特徵在於:藉由至少一扣件7將主架1及馬達4進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件7之一端係卡扣於前述主架1上,而扣件7之另一端則卡扣於前述馬達4殼體上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。本發明之一實施例如第二圖所示,該馬達4在殼體之環周面上的二相對稱邊各設有一完全貫穿的散熱口44,該散熱口44可使馬達4殼體之內部及馬達4殼體之外部產生氣流流通外,該等散熱口44同時具有散熱功能。前述馬達4前端面42於內軸承座41外周圍係具有複數個凹穴43,而主架1後方之第一定位孔11外周圍亦相對應前述凹穴43而凸設有複數個柱銷110。當馬達4欲定位於主架1時,其可將馬達4前端面42之複數個凹穴43相對卡合於主架1上的複數個柱銷110上,其可作為馬達4的定位,不必再使用螺絲作為定位,而同時可讓前述馬達4前端面42之內軸承座41容置於主架1上的第一定位孔11內,並藉由前述扣件7定位於馬達4及主架1之二相對稱之外側面進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件7之一端係卡扣於主架1之第三定位孔16,而扣件7之另一端則卡扣於馬達4殼體之環周面所設的散熱口44上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。
本發明以第二圖之實施例作為說明,前述扣件7之一端為一開放端71,而另一端則為一封閉端72,該扣件7之開放端71及封閉端72之末端頭均設有一彎折卡扣部710、720;以傳動機構6位在主架1上之結合狀態作說明,以面向傳動機構6且汽缸2位在上端處作為前側面,前述主架1之左端外側面13及右端外側面14均設置有容納槽15及第三定位孔16;前述扣件7係置納於主架1之容納槽15中,該扣件7之開放端71的彎折卡扣部710係卡扣於主架1之第三定位孔16,而扣件7之封閉端72的彎折卡扣部720則卡扣於馬達4殼體之環周面所設的散熱口44上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上,且因扣件7置納於主架1之容納槽15中,使扣件7不會產生移位鬆脫,如第三圖所示。
請參閱第六及七圖,將空氣壓縮機10置入一盒體8內,利用該盒體8在內側壁面所預設的迫緊部81,該迫緊部81係為盒體8內側壁面所設的內凹槽82,該內凹槽82的壁面即是可將扣件7限制在前述馬達4及主架1之間,使扣件7在空氣壓縮機10運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機10之馬達4結合定位裝置,該馬達4係利用複數個凹穴43相對卡合於主架1上的複數個柱銷110上,且藉由至少一扣件7將主架1及馬達4進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件7之一端係卡扣於前述主架1上,而扣件7之另一端則卡扣於前述馬達4殼體上,使馬達4無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架1上。

Claims (3)
- 一種空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,該空氣壓縮機內臟總成可被置進一盒體之內空部,該空氣壓縮機包含一主架,其係具有複數個定位孔,該複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔;一汽缸,其係結合在主架上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座;一馬達,其係組裝在主架上,於主架之第一定位孔可讓一設在馬達芯端的小齒輪穿伸而過並將馬達之內軸承座容置於第一定位孔內;一傳動機構,其係可帶動一活塞體於汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,其特徵在於:藉由至少一扣件將主架及馬達進行緊配組裝,即是該扣件之一端係卡扣於前述主架上,而扣件之另一端則卡扣於前述馬達殼體上,該馬達在殼體之環周面上設有散熱口,該扣件之一端為一開放端,而另一端則為一封閉端,該扣件之開放端及封閉端之末端頭均設有一彎折卡扣部,以面向傳動機構且汽缸位在上端處作為前側面,前述主架之左端外側面及右端外側面均設置有容納槽及前述第三定位孔;前述扣件係置納於主架之容納槽中,該扣件之開放端的彎折卡扣部係卡扣於主架之第三定位孔,而扣件之封閉端的彎折卡扣部則卡扣於馬達殼體之環周面所設的散熱口上,使馬達無需利用螺絲即可組裝且能穩定固設於主架上。
- 如請求項1所述之空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,其中,該一端設置有小齒輪之馬達前端面於內軸承座外周圍係具有複數個凹穴,而主架後方之第一定位孔外周圍亦相對應前述凹穴而凸設有複數個柱銷,當馬達欲定位於主架時,其可將馬達前端面之複數個凹穴相對卡合於主架上的複數個柱銷上,其可作為馬達的定位,加強抵擋馬達運轉時的旋轉力。
- 如請求項1所述之空氣壓縮機之馬達結合定位裝置,其 中,將前述空氣壓縮機內臟總成置入前述盒體內,利用該盒體在內側壁面所預設的迫緊部,該迫緊部係為盒體內側壁面所設的內凹槽,該內凹槽的壁面即是可將扣件限制在前述馬達及主架之間,使扣件在空氣壓縮機運作過程及不慎落地等外力碰撞時不會造成鬆脫。
