尾門組合13是皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1尾部開合的所有部件的總稱。依照本發明,尾門組合13的主要元件是一ㄇ型尾門框131及一尾門132。ㄇ型尾門框131的外觀近似休旅車尾門的連接框架。實際上,ㄇ型尾門框131的功能也近似休旅車尾門的連接框架,但是多了可以移動的功能。關於ㄇ型尾門框131的型態,請見圖7,該圖為ㄇ型尾門框131、左驅動輪組21及右驅動輪組22的立體圖。ㄇ型尾門框131的下方兩側分別形成一容置凹槽1311,後端形成一ㄇ型突出部1312,該ㄇ型突出部1312下方有一尾門框開口外法蘭1313。尾門132可透過至少一驅動桿133(本實施方式中在左右兩側各使用一個驅動桿133)與ㄇ型尾門框131可開閉地連接。尾門132開啟的狀態如圖8所繪示。和休旅車的尾門一樣,尾門132也具有一第一後車窗134。車主可透過皮卡後方車窗、閉合結構14的一第二後車窗142,看見皮卡後方的情況。在本實施方式中,驅動桿133是電動的,可聯接車用直流電源及車用電腦(未繪示),取得伸展或縮短所需的電力,並受車用電腦控制。更進一步,車用電腦可與手機連線,透過手機安裝的行動應用軟體來控制驅動桿133,以達遙控尾門132開關的目的。為了強化防水性,在接合面上,ㄇ型尾門框131與尾門132可分別設置防水膠條。

如果把皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1比喻成一個額外加諸於皮卡車斗上的車廂,相對於可開啟的尾門,閉合結構14就是車廂的前端部分。依照本發明,閉合結構14安裝底板組合10的一端上方。關於閉合結構14的細部構造說明,請參見圖9,該圖為閉合結構14的立體圖。閉合結構14是各兩面開放的六面體,其中鄰近皮卡後方車窗的一面裝有前述的第二後車窗142。此外,為了收納各ㄇ型調節框及與ㄇ型尾門框131密接,防止外部雨水入侵皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1內部,閉合結構14的前端向內形成一閉合結構開口內法蘭141。為了瞭解閉合結構14如何與ㄇ型尾門框131密接,請見圖10,該圖為皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1處於收納狀態下沿軸向的部分剖面圖。由圖10可以看出,ㄇ型突出部1312申入閉合結構14的前

ㄇ型調節框的目的是在尾門組合13與閉合結構14間,可收納地擴展空間。在本實施方式中,ㄇ型調節框的數量有4個;在其它實施例中,ㄇ型調節框的數量可以是一個以上。如圖2所繪示,每個ㄇ型調節框的外觀近似,差異在大小,每一ㄇ型調節框的尺寸依序遞減。因此,類似俄羅斯套娃,相鄰兩個ㄇ型調節框可以套接。請復見圖5。第一ㄇ型調節框15的外觀尺寸最小,因此於收攏的狀態下可以套接至第二ㄇ型調節框16中。第二ㄇ型調節框16的尺寸小於第三ㄇ型調節框17,因此可以套接至第三ㄇ型調節框17中。同理,第三ㄇ型調節框17的尺寸小於第四ㄇ型調節框18,因此可以套接到第四ㄇ型調節框18中。關於能夠完成彼此套接的技術,其特徵在於每一ㄇ型調節框的周邊設計。雖然彼此在皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1的橫剖面上的尺寸有異,但其在皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1的延伸方向上的長度以及周邊的設計上都相同。茲以第一ㄇ型調節框15為例,請見圖11,該圖為第一ㄇ型調節框15的立體圖。第一ㄇ型調節框15的兩側下方分別形成一連接凸部151,前端形成一調節框開口內法蘭152,後端形成一調節框開口外法蘭153。為了增加水密特性,調節框開口內法蘭152外側可設置一防水膠條154。關於各ㄇ型調節框的運作,請同時參閱圖12與圖14,圖12為伸展狀態下皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1的縱向剖面圖,圖13為圖12中虛線框的放大圖,圖14為圖12中點虛線框的放大圖,圖15為半伸展狀態下皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1的縱向立體剖面圖。由圖13可知,第一ㄇ型調節框15的調節框開口內法蘭152與ㄇ型突出部1312可分離地接合,其調節框開口外法蘭153與第二ㄇ型調節框15的調節框開口內法蘭152可分離地接合(當皮卡車斗空間包覆裝置1處於收納狀態時分離,處於伸展狀態時接合)。第二ㄇ型調節框16的調節框開口外法蘭153可與第三ㄇ型調節框
17的調節框開口內法蘭152可分離地接合(參見圖12描繪)。由此可知,第三ㄇ型調節框17的調節框開口外法蘭153也可與第四ㄇ型調節框18的調節框開口內法蘭152可分離地接合。請見圖14,第四ㄇ型調節框18之調節框的開口外法蘭153與閉合結構開口內法蘭141可分離地接合。在半伸展狀態下,第一ㄇ型調節框15與第二ㄇ型調節框16與第三ㄇ型調節框17彼此間的節框開口外法蘭153與調節框開口內法蘭152處於分離狀態,第一ㄇ型調節框15的調節框開口內法蘭152也與ㄇ型突出部1312可分離地接合,僅剩第一ㄇ型調節框15的調節框開口內法蘭152與ㄇ型突出部1312接合、第三ㄇ型調節框17的調節框開口外法蘭153與第四ㄇ型調節框18的調節框開口內法蘭152接合,以及第四ㄇ型調節框18之調節框的開口外法蘭153與閉合結構開口內法蘭141接合。如果要強化水密性,可在調節框開口外法蘭153與調節框開口內法蘭152的接合處增設對應的防水膠條。
