Abstract

本發明係提供一種閥芯偏置式控水閥,其特點主要包括:一主體,其內部穿流槽周壁相異處形成有進水通道及出水通道;一偏置式轉動閥芯設於穿流槽中,該偏置式轉動閥芯包括轉軸及止水座部,偏置式轉動閥芯相對於穿流槽呈偏置型態,止水座部面向周壁且裝設有止密環,當止水座部隨著偏置式轉動閥芯轉動而對位於進水通道時,係構成止密環與周壁之間抵緊而封閉進水通道的止水模式,轉軸與穿流槽周壁之間界定形成有穿流空間,由進水通道導入的水流須經過穿流空間後從出水通道導出;一撥控件設於主體外部,用以連接帶動偏置式轉動閥芯。

Description

閥芯偏置式控水閥
本發明係涉及一種控水閥;特別是指一種創新閥芯偏置式控水閥結構型態揭示者。
習知的控水閥,其結構設計上通常是在一個圓形閥槽中同心旋設一轉動體(如閥球、閥柱等),並於該轉動體形成有穿流通道,透過該穿流通道與閥槽進出、水孔道的轉動角度對位關係變化,從而達到調節水流啟閉與流量大小狀態的目的。
其中,所述轉動體內形成穿流通道的習知型態設計,除了轉動體基於強度考量而佔據過多容積,從而致使流量受限的問題之外,利用穿流通道與進出水孔道對位方式來達成出水的型態設計,將使得進水通道與出水通道的配置關係,必需與轉動體之穿流通道完全搭配,如此一來,當相關產品的進水通道與出水通道之間具有多種夾角配置關係時,將導致轉動體在製造成型上面臨需要製造多種型式穿流通道才能滿足需求,從而存在製造成本提高的問題與瓶頸。
再則,習知控水閥在某些應用環境中其實還存在一些問題,例如噴水槍,通常是透過扳扣式的機構設計來達到控制出水狀態,然而實際操作時,使用者其實難以穩定控制出水量,且人手 必須持續性地施力控制,造成使用上仍舊太過費力不便的問題與缺憾,實有待再加以改進突破。
是以,針對上述習知控水閥技術所存在之問題點,如何研發出一種能夠更具理想實用性之創新構造,實有待相關業界再加以思索突破之目標及方向者;有鑑於此,發明人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本發明。
本發明之主要目的,係在提供一種閥芯偏置式控水閥,其所欲解決之技術問題,係針對如何研發出一種更具理想實用性之新式控水閥結構型態為目標加以思索創新突破。
基於前述目的,本發明解決問題之技術特點,主要在於該閥芯偏置式控水閥包括:一主體,內部形成有穿流槽,該穿流槽包括周壁,該周壁相異處形成有進水通道及出水通道以導引水流之進出;一偏置式轉動閥芯,設於該穿流槽中,該偏置式轉動閥芯包括一轉軸及凸設於轉軸局部區域之止水座部,偏置式轉動閥芯相對於穿流槽呈偏置型態,止水座部面向周壁,且止水座部裝設有止密環,當止水座部隨著偏置式轉動閥芯轉動而對位於進水通道時,係構成止密環與周壁之間抵緊密合從而封閉進水通道的止水模式,轉軸與穿流槽周壁之間則相對界定形成有穿流空間,由進水通道導入的水流須經過穿流空間後從出水通道導出;一撥控件,設於主體外部,且撥控件用以連接帶動偏置式轉動閥芯。
本發明之效果與優點,主要是透過該穿流槽中的偏置 式轉動閥芯僅封閉進水通道而達成止水模式的型態特徵,使得本發明中的進水通道與出水通道彼此之間的配置關係更加靈活,能夠通用於多種流道配置型態,從而有效節省轉動閥芯的開模及製造成本,故應用面更加廣泛且更符合較佳產業經濟效益;再者,因為該偏置式轉動閥芯為偏置式型態,不會佔據穿流槽的全部容積空間,所以流量方面能夠較習知結構有更好的表現,達到進一步提升出水流量的優點與實用進步性。

請參閱圖1至圖5所示,為本發明閥芯偏置式控水閥之較佳實施例,惟此等實施例僅供說明之用,在專利申請上並不受 此結構之限制。
所述閥芯偏置式控水閥係包括下述構成:一主體10,內部形成有一穿流槽11,該穿流槽11包括一周壁12,該周壁12相異處形成有一進水通道13及一出水通道14以導引水流W之進出;一偏置式轉動閥芯20,設於該穿流槽11中,該偏置式轉動閥芯20包括一轉軸21以及呈徑向圓柱狀凸設於該轉軸21局部區域之一止水座部22,該偏置式轉動閥芯20相對於該穿流槽11呈偏置型態,該止水座部22具有一止水面221係面向該周壁12,該止水面221之外徑大於該進水通道13之孔徑,且該止水座部22之該止水面221裝設有一止密環23,當該止水座部22之該止水面221隨著該偏置式轉動閥芯20轉動而對位於該進水通道13時,係構成該止密環23與該周壁12之間抵緊密合從而封閉該進水通道13的止水模式,該轉軸21與該穿流槽11周壁12之間則相對界定形成有一穿流空間15,由該進水通道13導入的水流W須經過該穿流空間15後從該出水通道14導出,且於該止水模式時,該穿流空間15之徑向截面呈現C字形態樣;一撥控件30,設於該主體10外部,且該撥控件30用以連接帶動該偏置式轉動閥芯20。
如圖3及圖4所示,本例中,該穿流槽11中心虛擬定義出一中心線L1,該轉軸21係定義出一軸心線L2,該軸心線L2位於該穿流槽11中之偏離該中心線L1預定距離處,透過該偏置式轉動閥芯20的偏心配置型態;本例中,當該止水座部22轉動對位於該進水通道13時如圖4所示,係相對構成該止水座部22與該周壁12之間的距離最小狀態,從而構成止密環23與周壁12之間抵緊密合從而封閉進水通道13的止水模式;反之,當止水座部22的位置遠離進水通道 13時如圖6所示,則構成止密環23與周壁12之間留有間隙的狀態,如此一來,因為止密環23並非常態被抵壓,在使用位移過程中能夠獲得彈性釋放,從而具有延長止密環23使用壽命的優點。
如圖2及圖3所示,本例中,該偏置式轉動閥芯20之該轉軸21一端具有一第一側盤座41,該第一側盤座41旋設於該周壁12之一端所形成之一第一承靠環緣121,且該第一側盤座41外周組設有一第一止水環51與該第一承靠環緣121達成可旋動式水密配合關係,又該第一側盤座41一端形成有一第一組合定位部61;該轉軸21另一端具有一第二側盤座42旋設於該周壁12之另一端所形成之一第二承靠環緣122,該第二側盤座42外周組設有一第二止水環52與該第二承靠環緣122達成可旋動式水密配合關係,該轉軸21並形成有一第二組合定位部62以與該第一組合定位部61相互組合定位。(註:本例中的第一承靠環緣121、第二承靠環緣122與轉軸21的軸心線L2為同心圓配置關係,而第一承靠環緣121、第二承靠環緣122與穿流槽11之間則為偏心配置關係。)
如圖1及圖2所示,本例中,該撥控件30具有一第一端腳31以及一第二端腳32,該第一端腳31連接該第一側盤座41,該第二端腳32則連接該第二側盤座42。
如圖2及圖3所示,本例中,該第一組合定位部61與該第二組合定位部62之間為公、母形狀(如圖中所揭凸柱與凹槽配合型態)相互插套配合型態。
如圖7所示,本例中,該穿流槽11中心虛擬定義出一中心線L1,該轉軸21定義出一軸心線L2,該軸心線L2與該中心線L1係為同心配置關係。本例所揭與前述圖3及圖4實施例在使用上的 不同點主要在於:如果本例中的穿流槽11周壁12設成正圓形輪廓,那麼該轉軸21帶動止水座部22位移過程中,該止密環23與周壁12之間會恆常保持相同的抵靠緊密度,此例型態亦在本發明保護限定範圍內。
藉由上述結構組成型態與技術特徵,本發明所揭閥芯偏置式控水閥實際應用上,使用者在操作出水控制時如圖5所示,能夠透過對該撥控件30的施力推撥(如箭號L3所示)而達到無段式轉動控制出水流量的功能;又本發明所揭閥芯偏置式控水閥透過該穿流槽11中的偏置式轉動閥芯20僅封閉進水通道13而達成止水模式的型態特徵,使得本發明中的進水通道13與出水通道14彼此之間的配置關係更加靈活,能夠通用於多種流道配置型態,從而有效節省轉動閥芯的開模及製造成本,故應用面更加廣泛且更符合較佳產業經濟效益,如圖8所示為本發明閥芯偏置式控水閥應用於手持式噴水槍結構上的實施態樣示意;再者,因為該偏置式轉動閥芯20為偏置式型態,不會佔據穿流槽11的全部容積空間,所以流量方面能夠有對比於習知結構更好的表現,達到進一步提升出水流量的優點。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種閥芯偏置式控水閥,包括:一主體,內部形成有一穿流槽,該穿流槽包括一周壁,該周壁相異處形成有一進水通道及一出水通道以導引水流之進出;一偏置式轉動閥芯,設於該穿流槽中,該偏置式轉動閥芯包括一轉軸以及呈徑向圓柱狀凸設於該轉軸局部區域之一止水座部,該偏置式轉動閥芯相對於該穿流槽呈偏置型態,該止水座部具有一止水面係面向該周壁,該止水面之外徑大於該進水通道之孔徑,且該止水座部之該止水面裝設有一止密環,當該止水座部之該止水面隨著該偏置式轉動閥芯轉動而對位於該進水通道時,係構成該止密環與該周壁之間抵緊密合從而封閉該進水通道的止水模式,該轉軸與該穿流槽的該周壁之間則相對界定形成有一穿流空間,由該進水通道導入的水流須經過該穿流空間後從該出水通道導出,且於該止水模式時,該穿流空間之徑向截面呈現C字形態樣;以及一撥控件,設於該主體外部,且該撥控件用以連接帶動該偏置式轉動閥芯;其中該穿流槽中心虛擬定義出一中心線,該轉軸定義出一軸心線,該軸心線位於該穿流槽中之偏離該中心線預定距離處;又當該止水座部轉動對位於該進水通道時,係相對構成該止水座部與該周壁之間的距離最小狀態;當止水座部的位置遠離進水通道時,則構成止密環與周壁之間留有間隙的狀態。
  2. 如請求項1所述之閥芯偏置式控水閥,其中該偏置式轉動閥芯之該 轉軸一端具有一第一側盤座,該第一側盤座旋設於該周壁之一端所形成之一第一承靠環緣,且該第一側盤座外周組設有一第一止水環與該第一承靠環緣達成可旋動式水密配合關係,又該第一側盤座一端形成有一第一組合定位部;該轉軸另一端具有一第二側盤座旋設於該周壁之另一端所形成之一第二承靠環緣,該第二側盤座外周組設有一第二止水環與該第二承靠環緣達成可旋動式水密配合關係,該轉軸並形成有一第二組合定位部以與該第一組合定位部相互組合定位。
  3. 如請求項2所述之閥芯偏置式控水閥,其中該撥控件具有一第一端腳以及一第二端腳,該第一端腳連接該第一側盤座,該第二端腳則連接該第二側盤座。
  4. 如請求項2所述之閥芯偏置式控水閥,其中該第一組合定位部與該第二組合定位部之間為公、母形狀相互插套配合型態。
