Abstract
本發明揭示一種卡緣連接器及其組件,卡緣連接器包括縱長的絕緣本體、固持於絕緣本體的導電端子、收容於絕緣本體的螺母及包覆於絕緣本體外側的蓋體,所述絕緣本體設有貫穿其前端面的用以收容一電子卡一端的卡槽,所述導電端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接觸部及接腳,所述絕緣本體包括位於卡槽上方的固持壁,所述螺母收容於所述固持壁,所述螺母與外部固持件配合以將散熱模組固持至絕緣本體。本發明的卡緣連接器在收容現有電子卡的同時,可適用於拓展模組,以滿足客戶多樣化的需求。
Description
本發明有關一種卡緣連接器及其組件,其能適用於拓展模組。
中國大陸實用新型專利公告第CN2599791號揭示了一種卡緣連接器,其包括絕緣本體及收容於所述絕緣本體的複數上、下端子。所述絕緣本體包括基部及自基部的兩側向前延伸的一對臂部。所述基部具有位於其底面且與主機板接合的安裝面及垂直於安裝面且與子卡接合的接合面。另外,基部還包括上壁、下壁、連接上壁與下壁的一對側壁及連接兩側壁與上、下壁的後壁。上壁、下壁、側壁及後壁共同形成有收容子卡的收容槽。惟,該卡緣連接器功能單一無法滿足日漸趨多的多樣化需求。
鑒於以上問題,實有必要對習知技術進行改進以克服上述缺陷。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題在於:提供一種具有拓展功能的卡緣連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明可採用如下技術方案:一種卡緣連接器,其包括縱長的絕緣本體及固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體設有貫穿其前端面的用以收容一電子卡一端的卡槽,所述導電端子包括凸伸入所述卡槽的接觸部及延伸出所述絕緣本體的接腳,所述絕緣本體包括位於所述卡槽上方的固持壁,所述卡緣連接器還包括收容於所述固持壁內且用於與外部固持件配合以固持外部附加模組的螺母。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明還可採用如下技術方案:一種卡緣連接器組件,其包括卡緣連接器、外部固持件、電子卡及外部附加模組,所述卡緣連接器包括絕緣本體及固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體設有卡槽,所述導電端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接觸部,所述電子卡的一端插入所述卡槽,所述絕緣本體包括位於所述卡槽上方的固持壁,
所述卡緣連接器還包括收容於所述固持壁內的螺母,所述螺母與所述外部固持件配合,所述外部固持件將所述外部附加模組固持至所述絕緣本體。
與習知技術相比,本發明至少具有如下功效:本發明之螺母可藉由外部固持件將外部附加模組固定至絕緣本體,在不增加卡緣連接器體積的情況下,實現電子卡的拓展功能。

第一圖係本發明卡緣連接器組件的立體圖;第二圖係第一圖所示卡緣連接器組件的立體分解圖;第三圖係第一圖所示卡緣連接器組件沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ方向的剖視圖;第四圖係第二圖所示卡緣連接器的立體圖;第五圖係第四圖所示卡緣連接器的立體分解圖;及第六圖係第四圖所示卡緣連接器沿Ⅵ-Ⅵ方向的剖視圖。
請一併參閱第一圖至第六圖,本發明公開了一種卡緣連接器組件100,其包括卡緣連接器200、螺栓300、螺母213、電子卡500及散熱模組400。所述卡緣連接器200安裝於電路板(未圖示)。電子卡500的一端插入卡緣連接器200,從而在電子卡500與電路板之間建立電性連接。散熱模組400與電子卡500大致彼此平行,共同安裝於卡緣連接器200的同一側。所述散熱模組400之底面設有貼片410,所述貼片410貼靠於所述電子卡300表面的一側,用以散發電子卡500工作時產生的熱量。所述貼片410為導熱膠或導熱棉,具有一定的彈性。
請一併參閱第四圖至第六圖,所述卡緣連接器200包括絕緣本體210、固持於絕緣本體210的複數導電端子220、收容於絕緣本體210的螺母213及包覆絕緣本體210外側的蓋體230。所述絕緣本體210設有向前貫穿其前端面的卡槽214,所述電子卡500的一端插入卡槽214。所述導電端子220包括凸伸入所述卡槽214的接觸部2201及接腳2202,所述電子卡500的一端插入所述卡槽214,與導電端子220的接觸部2201形成彈性接觸。本實施例中,所述複數導電端子220呈兩排排列。
所述絕緣本體210包括位於卡槽214上方的固持壁211。所述固持壁211的上方設有突出部212,突出部212設有凹陷部217,所述螺母213位於所述凹陷部217內。所述螺母213用於與螺栓300配合以固持散熱模組400。所述蓋體230係由金屬板材製造而成,其包括頂壁231、自頂壁231向下延伸的兩側壁234及後壁237。該等壁面分別覆蓋於絕緣本體210的對應壁面。所述絕緣本體210的兩側面215分別設有向外突出的卡持槽216。所述蓋體230的兩側壁234分別設有向下延伸的卡持部235。所述卡持部235自上向下插入卡持槽216,從而將蓋體230固持至絕緣本體210。所述頂壁231的前邊緣向下彎折形成豎直壁233,所述豎直壁233包覆於突出部212的前端面。所述兩側壁234的前邊緣分別向內彎折形成包覆部236,所述包覆部236包覆對應絕緣本體210的前端面。所述頂壁231設有通孔232,通孔232與凹陷部217內的螺母213對齊。參閱第一圖,所述散熱模組400具有耳部420,所述耳部420設有固定孔430,所述耳部420位於頂壁231的上方,所述固定孔430與通孔232對齊。所述螺栓300分別穿過所述固定孔430及所述通孔232固定至凹陷部217內的螺母213。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限定本發明之權利範圍。舉凡所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆仍涵蓋於後附之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種卡緣連接器,其包括縱長的絕緣本體及固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體設有貫穿其前端面的用以收容一電子卡一端的卡槽,所述導電端子包括凸伸入所述卡槽的接觸部及延伸出所述絕緣本體的接腳,所述絕緣本體包括位於所述卡槽上方的固持壁,其中所述卡緣連接器還包括收容於所述固持壁內的螺母,所述螺母用以與一螺栓配合而將外部附加模組固定,所述卡緣連接器還包括包覆且固定在所述絕緣本體的蓋體,所述蓋體貼覆在所述螺母頂面的頂壁,所述頂壁設有與所述螺母對應的通孔。
- 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述固持壁的上方設有突出部,所述突出部設有凹陷部,所述螺母位於所述凹陷部內。
- 如請求項2所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述蓋體包括所述頂壁、自所述頂壁向下延伸的兩側壁及後壁,所述通孔與所述凹陷部對齊。
- 如請求項3所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述絕緣本體的兩側面分別設有向外突出的卡持槽,所述蓋體的兩側壁分別設有向下延伸的卡持部,所述卡持部自上向下插入所述卡持槽。
- 如請求項4所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述頂壁的前邊緣向下彎折形成豎直壁,所述豎直壁包覆所述突出部的前端面。
- 如請求項3所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述兩側壁的前邊緣分別向內彎折形成包覆部,所述包覆部包覆對應的所述絕緣本體的前端面。
- 一種卡緣連接器組件,其包括卡緣連接器、螺栓、電子卡及外部附加模組,所述卡緣連接器包括絕緣本體及固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體設有卡槽,所述導電端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接觸部,所述電子卡的一端插入所述卡槽,所述絕緣本體包括位於所述卡槽上方的固持壁,其中所述卡緣連接器還包括收容於所述固持壁內的螺母,所述螺栓穿過所述外部附加模組設有的固定孔而固持至所述螺母。
- 如請求項7所述之卡緣連接器組件,其中所述外部附加模組為散熱模組,所述散熱模組的底面設有導熱棉或導熱膠。
- 如請求項8所述之卡緣連接器組件,其中所述散熱模組具有耳部,所述耳部設有固定孔,所述耳部位於所述固持壁的上方,所述固定孔與所述螺母對齊。
