Description

有利地,由居里溫度在約攝氏60度至約攝氏
200度間之磁性材料形成磁性粒子,可增加另一元件用於電熱氣溶膠產生裝置對氣溶膠形成製品之偵測。例如,裝置可首先藉由偵測氣溶膠形成製品內之磁性粒子之存在,偵測欲用於裝置之氣溶膠形成製品之存在。氣溶膠形成製品之初始加熱後,裝置可繼而偵測磁性粒子性質發生變化時之溫度,該變化指示形成磁性粒子之磁性材料之居里溫度。基於居里溫度,裝置繼而可執行另一行動,如依據偵測到之氣溶膠形成製品之類型執行特定加熱廓線(heating profile)。

製品中之磁性粒子類型,各磁性粒子類型具有不同居里溫度。以此方式,可提供複數個氣溶膠形成製品,各氣溶膠形成製品具有不同類型磁性粒子,以便氣溶膠產生裝置能基於偵測到之居里溫度分辨各氣溶膠形成製品並作相應操作。

磁性粒子可併入氣溶膠形成製品之任何組件
內,包括但不限於:紙張,如包裝紙;濾紙、外層紙(tipping papers)、菸草;菸草包覆紙;塗層;結合劑;固緊物;膠水;墨水;發泡體;中空醋酸鹽管;包裝;以及清漆。
將磁性粒子併入於組件中可採用:於材料製造期間將其加入,例如於乾燥之前將其加入紙漿或膏體中,或將其塗覆或噴濺於組件上。
在一些實施例中,可較佳地於氣溶膠形成基
材中提供磁性粒子,尤其是當採用氣溶膠形成製品之電熱氣溶膠產生裝置包含使用期間插於氣溶膠形成基材中之加熱器及電感器時。於氣溶膠形成基材內提供磁性粒子亦可防止製造期間或消費者處理期間之氣溶膠形成製品之後續處理期間,發生粒子脫離(dislodged)。

磁性粒子之數目平均直徑較佳在約25微米至
約75微米之間。此範圍內之粒子尺寸可允許對已有製造工藝作最小變動即可併入氣溶膠形成製品中。例如,在氣溶膠形成基材包含為菸紙所裹之菸草的實施例中,可於包裹菸草以形成各個氣溶膠形成製品之前,菸草之調節及處理期間,加入磁性粒子並將其混入菸草之中。在氣溶膠形成基材包含鑄型葉薄片形式之菸草的實施例中,直徑小於約75微米之磁性粒子可併入鑄型葉薄片,而無須增加此類薄片之典型厚度。使用直徑至少約25微米之磁性粒子,可防止製品使用期間磁性粒子由氣溶膠形成基材轉移至氣溶膠形成製品其他部分或消費者處。

氣溶膠形成基材可為液體基材,且菸製品可

加熱器元件可採取任何合適之形式。例如,

加熱器元件可藉由傳導方式加熱氣溶膠形成

電感器可包含連接至控制器之導電線圈,以
使控制器能量測電感器之電感。電感器較佳設置於裝置內,以使得當製品插入裝置時氣溶膠形成製品中之磁性材料靠近電感器放置。
較佳地,裝置包括同時充當加熱器元件與電
感器之導電線圈。例如,裝置可包含加熱器葉片,該加熱器葉片包含嵌於非導電性基材內之導電線圈,其中該導電線圈充當電感器與電阻性加熱元件。由單個導電線圈形成加熱器元件及電感器之成本效益高,且簡化了裝置之製造與構造。

溶膠產生系統之方法,該系統包含氣溶膠形成製品、用於加熱該氣溶膠形成製品之加熱器元件、電感器及控制器,其中該控制器經構設以量測電感器之電感並控制加熱器元件之電流供給。該方法包含以下步驟:量測電感器之電感並將測得電感與一或多個預定電感值相比較。
基於測得電感與一或多個預定電感值之比較結果,控制加熱器元件之電流供給。

若裝置可採用不同類型氣溶膠形成製品,則

Claims (11)
- 一種用於電熱氣溶膠產生裝置中之氣溶膠形成製品,該氣溶膠形成製品包含:一嘴件;一氣溶膠形成基材;及複數個磁性粒子,該等磁性粒子包含一種居里溫度(Curie temperature)在攝氏60度至攝氏200度間之磁性材料,其中該等磁性粒子之數目平均直徑在25微米至75微米之間。
- 如請求項1之氣溶膠形成製品,其中該複數個磁性粒子被提供於該氣溶膠形成基材內。
