Description
本發明係關於一種染毛劑組合物及使用其之染毛方法。
染毛劑組合物可根據有無對所使用之染料或黑色素之脫色作用而進行分類。作為染毛劑組合物之代表例,可列舉:二劑型之氧化型染毛劑組合物,其包含含有鹼劑、氧化染料、及任意之硝基染料等直接染料之第1劑、與含有氧化劑之第2劑;或一劑型之非氧化型染毛劑組合物,其包含pH值調整劑(酸或鹼)與酸性染料、鹼性染料、硝基染料等直接染料之至少一種。
作為該等染毛劑組合物中可使用之直接染料,已知有分子內包含解離性之質子,藉由該質子進行解離而進行呈色之解離性偶氮染料(例如專利文獻1)。

本發明提供一種染毛劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)及(B),並且全部組成中之成分(B)相對於成分(A)之質量比(B)/(A)為1以上且100以下,使用時之pH值(25℃)為7.5~12。

進而,本發明提供一種染毛方法,其係將上述染毛劑組合物應用於毛髮,並放置1~60分鐘後進行沖洗。
關於含有直接染料之染毛劑,無論上述劑型為何,於在染毛操作之最後進行之對毛髮上之劑進行沖洗之清洗作業中,均難知終點。因此,若於清洗未結束之狀態下進行乾燥,則直接染料容易自頭髮上褪落,例如存在因於運動時或就寢時之出汗而殘留於毛髮表面之直接染料脫落而弄髒帽子、枕頭等布類之情形。該情況於提高染色性之情形時變得更明顯。
專利文獻1中所提出之包含解離性質子之偶氮染料(解離性偶氮染料)於鹼性環境下解離出質子,而呈現鮮豔之顏色,同時產生與毛髮之相互作用,故而為適合用作染毛劑組合物之偶氮染料。但是,解離性偶氮染料由於與其他直接染料相比可提供更鮮豔之色調,故而關於含有解離性偶氮染料之劑,若未更確實地完成清洗,則有自利用解離性偶氮染料進行染色之毛髮向布類等之移染容易變得明顯之問題。又,解離性偶氮染料由於在染毛劑組合物中之溶解性較低,故而亦有於製
造時或保存時容易引起該染料之再沈澱,而於使用時容易產生由染料之不均勻性所引起之染色不均之問題。
因此,本發明係關於一種染毛性較高,且抑制向布類等之移染,進而使偶氮染料於染毛劑組合物中之溶解性提高之染毛劑組合物。
本發明者等人為了解決上述課題,關注鹼劑並進行研究,結果發現,根據鹼劑之種類,特定之偶氮染料不僅於所期望之較高之染毛性或抑制向布類等之移染方面有差異,於溶解性方面亦有差異。並且,進而發現,相對於偶氮染料以特定比含有2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇作為鹼劑之染毛劑組合物於染毛性方面較高,且於製造時偶氮染料之溶解性較高,又,於染毛後可抑制向布類等之移染,從而完成本發明。
本發明之染毛劑組合物含有選自由下述(A-1)、(A-2)及(A-3)所組成之群中之一種或兩種以上之偶氮染料作為成分(A)。
再者,偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)及(A-3)之pKa分別為6.0、6.0及7.5。因此,於pH值(25℃)為7.5~12之本發明之染毛劑組合物中,該等偶氮染料之大致8成以上係於使質子解離之陰離子性之狀態下存在。於質子進行解離時,(A-1)呈現紅色,(A-2)呈現藍色,(A-3)呈現黃色。
關於全部組成中之上述偶氮染料之總含量,就染毛性較高,且抑制向布類等之移染,進而使於染毛劑組合物中之溶解性提高之觀點而言,較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.03質量%以上,進而較佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.08質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為2.5質量%以下,進而較佳為1.5質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.5質量%以下。再者,於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,亦可併用偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)及(A-3)以外之染料。其中,就不會對成分(A)之染色性產生影響之觀點而言,較佳為偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)及(A-3)之總含量為全部染料中之1質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為20質量%以上且100質量%以下。
關於上述偶氮染料,於染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,可含於第1劑、第2劑、第3劑之任一者中,但就配方組成之穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為含於第1劑或第3劑中,更佳為含於第1劑中。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,於第1劑中,除含有上述偶氮染料以外,亦可含有氧化染料。作為適合本發明之染毛劑組合物之氧化染料,可使用通常染毛劑中所使用之公知之前驅物及成色劑。
作為前驅物,例如可列舉:對苯二胺、甲苯-2,5-二胺、2-氯對苯二胺、對胺基苯酚、對甲基胺基苯酚、鄰胺基苯酚、2,4-二胺基苯酚、N-苯基對苯二胺與該等之鹽等。
又,作為成色劑,例如可列舉:間苯二胺、2,4-二胺基苯氧基乙醇、間胺基苯酚、2-甲基-5-胺基苯酚、2-甲基-5-(2-羥基乙基胺基)苯酚、間苯二酚、1-萘酚、1,5-二羥基萘、對苯二酚與該等之鹽等。
前驅物與成色劑亦可分別單獨使用或組合兩種以上而使用。其於全部組合物中之總含量較佳為不會對上述偶氮染料之染色性產生影響之程度之含量,較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%,進而較佳為2質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.5質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,可進而含有上述偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)、及(A-3)以外之直接染料。於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)、及(A-3)以外之直接染料較佳含於第1劑中。作為該直接染料,可使用可用於染毛劑之公知之酸性染料、鹼性染料、分散染料等。
作為酸性染料,例如可列舉:藍色1號、紫色401號、黑色401號、橙色205號、紅色227號、紅色106號、黃色203號、酸性橙3等。作為鹼性染料,例如可列舉:鹼性藍99、鹼性棕16、鹼性棕17、鹼性紅76、鹼性黃57等。
作為酸性染料及鹼性染料以外之直接染料,例如可列舉:2-硝基對苯二胺、2-胺基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚、3-硝基對羥乙基胺基苯酚、4-硝基鄰苯二胺、4-胺基-3-硝基苯酚、4-羥丙基胺基-3-硝基苯酚、N,N-雙(2-羥基乙基)-2-硝基對苯二胺、分散紫1、分散藍1、分散黑9、HC藍2、HC橙1、HC紅1、HC紅3、HC黃2、HC黃4、HC黃5等。
該等偶氮染料(A-1)、(A-2)、及(A-3)以外之直接染料可單獨使用或組合兩種以上而使用,其於全部組合物中之含量較佳為0.001質量%以上,更佳為0.01質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為2質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.5質量%以下。
本發明之染毛劑組合物含有作為鹼劑之2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇作為成分(B)。
關於全部組成中之成分(B)之總含量,就提高染毛性,且抑制向布類等之移染,進而使成分(A)於染毛劑組合物中之溶解性提高之觀點而言,較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上,又,較佳為10質量%以下,更佳為9質量%以下,進而較佳為8質量%以下,進而較佳為6質量%以下,進而較佳為4質量%以下。
關於成分(B),於染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,可使第1劑、第3劑之任一者含有,但就組分穩定性之觀點而言,較佳含於第1劑中。
關於全部組成中之成分(B)相對於成分(A)之質量比(B)/(A),就提高染毛性,且抑制向布類等之移染,進而使成分(A)於染毛劑組合物中之溶解性提高之觀點而言,為1以上,較佳為2以上,更佳為3以上,進而較佳為5以上,又,為100以下,較佳為90以下,更佳為80以下,進而較佳為60以下,進而較佳為50以下。
關於本發明之染毛劑組合物於使用時之pH值(25℃),於一劑型染毛料之情形時,較佳為8以上,更佳為8.5以上,進而較佳為9以上,又,較佳為11.5以下,更佳為進而為11以下,進而較佳為10.5以下。
又,於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,第1劑之pH值(25℃)較佳為8~12,第2劑之pH值(25℃)較佳為2~5。關於第1劑~第3劑之混合物之pH值(25℃),就染毛效果與皮膚刺激性之方面而言,較佳為8以上,更佳為8.5以上,進而較佳為9以上,又,較佳為11.5以下,更佳為11以下,進而較佳為10.5以下。
再者,於本說明書中,染毛劑組合物之pH值係使用堀場製作所股
份有限公司製造之pH值計F-22,於室溫(25℃)下所測得之值。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,可進而含有成分(B)之2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇以外之鹼劑。於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,係使鹼劑含於第1劑中。作為此種鹼劑,可列舉:氨及其鹽、氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、單乙醇胺、異丙醇胺、2-胺基丁醇等烷醇胺及其鹽、1,3-丙二胺等烷烴二胺及其鹽、碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸氫鈉、碳酸氫鉀、碳酸胍等碳酸鹽等。該等鹼劑之中,較佳為選自由氨及其鹽、以及單乙醇胺及其鹽所組成之群中之至少一種。
成分(B)以外之鹼劑亦可併用兩種以上,關於全部組合物中之含量,就充分之染毛效果之方面而言,較佳為0.01質量%以上,進而較佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,進而較佳為1質量%以上,又,就減少毛髮損傷或頭皮刺激之方面而言,較佳為20質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下,進而較佳為4質量%以下,進而較佳為3質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,可含有界面活性劑。作為界面活性劑,可列舉:陽離子界面活性劑、非離子界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑、及陰離子界面活性劑。該等之中,就配方組成之穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為陰離子界面活性劑、非離子界面活性劑。
作為陰離子界面活性劑,可列舉:烷基苯磺酸鹽、烷基或烯基醚硫酸鹽、烷基或烯基硫酸鹽、烯烴磺酸鹽、烷烴磺酸鹽、飽和或不飽和脂肪酸鹽、烷基或烯基醚羧酸鹽、α-磺基脂肪酸鹽、N-醯基胺基酸鹽、磷酸單或二酯、磺基琥珀酸酯等。作為烷基醚硫酸鹽,可列舉聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽。該等之中,較佳為烷基硫酸鹽、烷基醚硫酸鹽、
飽和脂肪酸鹽、烷基醚羧酸鹽。作為該等陰離子界面活性劑之陰離子性基之抗衡離子,可列舉:鈉離子、鉀離子等鹼金屬離子;鈣離子、鎂離子等鹼土金屬離子;銨離子;具有1~3個碳數2或3之烷醇基之烷醇胺鹽(例如單乙醇胺鹽、二乙醇胺鹽、三乙醇胺鹽、三異丙醇胺鹽等)。
作為陽離子界面活性劑,就對染毛後之毛髮賦予優異之觸感之觀點而言,較佳為氯化單烷基三甲基銨、氯化二烷基二甲基銨、溴化單烷基三甲基銨,其中更佳為氯化硬脂基三甲基銨(Steartrimonium chloride)、氯化鯨蠟基三甲基銨(Cetrimonium chloride)、氯化月桂基三甲基銨(Lauryltrimonium chloride),亦較佳為將兩種以上混合。
作為非離子界面活性劑,可列舉:聚氧伸烷基烷基醚、聚氧伸烷基烯基醚、高級脂肪酸蔗糖酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、高級脂肪酸單或二乙醇醯胺、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、烷基糖類、烷基氧化胺、烷基醯胺氧化胺等。該等之中,較佳為聚氧伸烷基烷基醚、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油、烷基糖類,更佳為聚氧乙烯烷基(12~14)醚、烷基聚葡糖苷。
作為兩性界面活性劑,可列舉:咪唑啉、羰基甜菜鹼、醯胺甜菜鹼、磺基甜菜鹼、羥基磺基甜菜鹼、醯胺磺基甜菜鹼等,更佳為烷基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼、脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼等甜菜鹼界面活性劑,進而較佳為脂肪醯胺丙基甜菜鹼。
關於界面活性劑,於染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,可使第1劑、第2劑、第3劑之任一者含有。
該等界面活性劑可單獨使用任一者或組合兩種以上而使用,關於全部組合物中之含量,就良好之觸感、乳化性能之觀點而言,較佳為0.01質量%,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上,又,較佳為30質量%以下,更佳為25質量%以下,進而較佳為20質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為
5質量%以下,進而較佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為1.5質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,可含有陽離子性聚合物。作為陽離子性聚合物,可列舉:氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨-丙烯酸共聚物、氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨-丙烯醯胺共聚物、氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨-丙烯醯胺-丙烯酸共聚物等二甲基二烯丙基銨鹽系共聚物。該等之中,較佳為含有包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為構成單元之聚合物。
包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為構成單元之聚合物係具有以下之通式(1)或(2)所表示之骨架之聚合物。
[式中,R1及R2可相同亦可不同,表示氫原子、碳數1~18之烷基、芳基(苯基等)、羥烷基、醯胺烷基、氰基烷基、烷氧基烷基或羧基烷氧基烷基,R3及R4可相同亦可不同,表示氫原子、碳數1~3之烷基或苯基,X-表示陰離子(氯化物離子、溴化物離子、碘化物離子、硫酸根陰離子、磺酸根陰離子、甲基硫酸根陰離子、磷酸根陰離子、硝酸根陰離子等)]
關於包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為構成單元之聚合物,就提高毛髮之光澤、整齊度及梳理性之觀點而言,較佳為一分子中含有通式(4)或(5)所表示之構成單元較佳為85~100莫耳%,更佳為90~100莫耳%,
進而較佳為95~100莫耳%。
作為包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為構成單元之聚合物,較佳為二烯丙基四級銨鹽之均聚物、二烯丙基四級銨鹽與丙烯酸之共聚物。作為二烯丙基四級銨鹽之均聚物之具體例,可列舉Merquat 100(Lubrizol Advanced Materials,Inc.公司製造,電荷密度6.2meq/g,重量平均分子量150,000)等,作為二烯丙基四級銨鹽與丙烯酸之共聚物之具體例,可列舉Merquat 295(Lubrizol Advanced Materials,Inc.公司製造,電荷密度6.0meq/g,重量平均分子量190,000)、Merquat 280(Lubrizol Advanced Materials,Inc.公司製造,電荷密度5.0meq/g,重量平均分子量450,000)。
作為二烯丙基四級銨鹽與丙烯酸之聚合物,例如較佳為以下之通式(3)或(4)所表示者。

x與y之比率(x:y)較佳為80:20,更佳為90:10,進而較佳為95:5。
關於陽離子性聚合物之重量平均分子量,就吸附於毛髮而於洗髮時、清洗時不易脫落,並且使泡沫穩定化之觀點而言,較佳為10,000以上,更佳為50,000以上,進而較佳為100,000以上,又,就泡沫之良好之噴出性之觀點而言,較佳為3,000,000以下,更佳為1,000,000以下,進而較佳為200,000以下。
此處,重量平均分子量例如可藉由凝膠滲透層析法(GPC,Gel Permeation Chromatography),於以下之條件下進行測定。

關於陽離子性聚合物之電荷密度,就提高毛髮之光澤、整齊度及梳理性之觀點而言,較佳為5.0meq/g以上,更佳為5.5meq/g以上,進而較佳為6.1meq/g以上,就劑之穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為6.5meq/g以下。此處,所謂陽離子性聚合物之電荷密度係指聚合物每1g之陽離子性基莫耳數×1000(meq/g)。
關於混合液中之陽離子性聚合物之含量,就效果之持續性之觀點而言,較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.8質量%以下。關於陽離子性聚合物,於染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,可使第1劑、第2劑、第3劑之任一者含有。
本發明之染毛劑組合物中,作為pH值調整劑,可使用鹽酸、磷酸等無機酸,檸檬酸、乙醇酸、蘋果酸、乳酸等有機酸,鹽酸單乙醇胺
等鹽酸鹽,磷酸二氫鉀、磷酸氫二鈉等磷酸鹽等。
關於該等pH值調整劑,於二劑型或三劑型染毛劑中,可使第1劑、第2劑、第3劑之任一者含有。又,關於其於全部組合物中之含量,就充分之染色效果之方面、及減少毛髮損傷或頭皮刺激之方面而言,較佳為0.05質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上,又,較佳為15質量%以下,更佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下,進而較佳為3質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型染毛劑或三劑型染毛劑之情形時,可於第2劑中含有過氧化氫。關於全部組合物中之過氧化氫之含量,就充分之染毛效果之方面而言,較佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,進而較佳為1質量%以上,又,就減少毛髮損傷或頭皮刺激之方面而言,較佳為12質量%以下,進而較佳為9質量%以下,進而較佳為6質量%以下,進而較佳為4質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,就改善觸感、穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為含有碳數12以上之高級醇。關於高級醇,於本發明之染毛劑組合物為二劑型或三劑型之情形時,亦可使第1劑、第2劑、第3劑之任一劑含有。
作為高級醇,較佳為碳數為12以上,進而為16以上,又,碳數為30以下,進而為22以下者,具體而言,可列舉:肉豆蔻醇、鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、花生醇、山萮醇、異硬脂醇、2-辛基十二烷醇、油醇等。
高級醇亦可併用兩種以上,又,關於其於全部組合物中之含量,就染毛劑組合物之黏度及穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為3質量%以上,進而較佳為4質量%以上,又,較佳為11質量%以下,進而較佳為9質量%以下。
本發明之染毛劑組合物亦可含有有機溶劑。作為有機溶劑,可列舉:乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇等低級烷醇;苄醇、2-苄氧基乙醇、苯氧基乙醇等芳香族醇;丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、二乙二醇、甘油等多元醇;乙氧基乙醇、乙氧基二乙二醇、甲氧基乙醇等醚醇;N-甲基吡咯啶酮、N-乙基吡咯啶酮等N-烷基吡咯啶酮;碳酸丙二酯等碳酸烷二酯;γ-戊內酯、γ-己內酯等內酯。
該等有機溶劑可單獨使用或組合兩種以上而使用,又,其於全部組合物中之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.5質量%以上,進而較佳為1質量%以上,又,較佳為30質量%以下,更佳為20質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,為了防止使用時之滴落、防止污垢附著於頭皮等,可含有水溶性高分子。再者,於本說明書中,於水溶性高分子中不含上述陽離子性聚合物。作為水溶性高分子,例如可列舉:阿拉伯膠、鹿角菜膠、刺梧桐樹膠、黃芪膠、刺槐豆膠、榅桲籽(榅桲)、酪蛋白、糊精、明膠、果膠酸鈉、海藻酸鈉、甲基纖維素、乙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素(CMC,Carboxy Methylated Cellulose)、羥乙基纖維素、羥丙基纖維素、聚乙烯醇(PVA,Polyvinyl Alcohol)、聚乙烯基甲基醚(PVM,Polyvinyl Methyl Ether)、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮(PVP,Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone)、聚丙烯酸鈉、刺槐豆膠、瓜爾膠、羅望子膠、二烷基二甲基銨硫酸纖維素、黃原膠、改性黃原膠、文萊膠、羥丙基黃原膠(Rhaball gum)、結冷膠、羧基乙烯基聚合物、丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基乙烯基醚/順丁烯二酸酐共聚物之利用1,9-壬二烯所形成之部分交聯物、聚乙二醇、矽酸鋁鎂、膨潤土等。該等之中,較佳為羥乙基纖維素、黃原膠、改性黃原膠。
該等水溶性高分子可單獨使用或組合兩種以上而使用,於全部組成中之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.5質量%以上,又,較佳為10質量%以下,更佳為5質量%以下。
本發明之染毛劑組合物可包含適合用於毛髮之調節成分。調節成分係可溶解或分散於染毛劑組合物中之聚合物或油類,於沖洗染毛劑組合物時,或利用水或洗髮精進行稀釋時會附著於毛髮。
作為本發明之染毛劑組合物中所使用之適宜之調節成分,可列舉:聚矽氧(例如聚矽氧油、陽離子性聚矽氧、聚矽氧膠、聚矽氧樹脂)、有機調節油(例如烴油、聚烯烴、脂肪酸酯)、脂肪族醯胺、聚伸烷基二醇等。
該等調節成分可單獨使用或組合兩種以上而使用,又,其於全部組合物中之含量較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,又,較佳為20質量%以下,更佳為15質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,使用水作為介質。關於染毛劑組合物中之水之含量,較佳為10質量%以上,進而較佳為20質量%以上,進而較佳為30質量%以上,進而較佳為40質量%以上,進而較佳為50質量%以上,又,較佳為95質量%以下,進而較佳為90質量%以下,進而較佳為85質量%以下。
於本發明之染毛劑組合物中,除含有上述成分以外,可添加通常可用作化妝品原料之其他成分。
作為此種任意成分之調配目的,可列舉:珠光化、防腐、金屬封阻、穩定化、抗氧化、紫外線吸收、保濕、製品著色、增香等,作為
具體之任意成分,可列舉:動植物油脂、高級脂肪酸、蛋白質水解物、蛋白質衍生物、胺基酸、植物萃取物、維生素、色素、香料等。
本發明之染毛劑組合物可製成一劑型、二劑型、或三劑型之各種染毛劑而使用。一劑型染毛劑組合物包含含有成分(A)及(B)之單一劑。二劑型染毛劑組合物較佳為包含含有成分(A)及鹼劑之第1劑、及含有過氧化氫之第2劑。三劑型染毛劑組合物較佳為包含含有鹼劑之第1劑、含有過氧化氫之第2劑、及含有成分(A)之第3劑,或包含含有成分(A)及鹼劑之第1劑、含有過氧化氫之第2劑、及含有其他成分之第3劑。作為上述含有其他成分之第3劑,為了提高脫色力,較佳為使用包含過硫酸鹽(過硫酸銨、過硫酸鉀、過硫酸鈉等)等之造粒物之粉末狀氧化劑。
再者,於本發明中,所謂「全部組合物」係指染毛處理之使用時之組合物全體,對於上述二劑型染毛劑而言係指將第1劑與第2劑混合後之混合物,對於三劑型染毛劑而言係指將第1劑、第2劑及第3劑混合後之混合物。
本發明之染毛劑組合物例如可設為以液狀、乳液狀、乳脂狀、凝膠狀、糊狀、慕絲狀等形態使用者,亦可設為氣溶膠形態。該等情形時之全部組合物之黏度較理想為以於塗抹於毛髮時難以滴液之方式進行調整。關於該全部組合物之黏度(25℃),作為藉由附螺旋支架之B型旋轉黏度計(型號;數位黏度計TVB-10,東機產業股份有限公司),使用轉子T-C以10rpm使之旋轉1分鐘後之測定值,較佳為2,000~200,000mPa‧s,更佳為4,000~150,000mPa‧s,進而較佳為6,000~100,000mPa‧s,進而較佳為8,000~80,000mPa‧s。再者,於二劑型或三劑型之情形時係設為於各劑之混合後經過3分鐘後進行測定者。
又,本發明之染毛劑組合物亦可藉由在塗抹於毛髮時自非氣溶膠
型之發泡容器中噴出,或於杯內進行搖動而使之發泡,製成泡沫狀使用。該情形時之發泡前之全部組合物之黏度亦較理想為製成泡沫狀,以於塗抹於毛髮時難以滴液之方式進行調整。關於該全部組合物之黏度(25℃),作為藉由B型旋轉黏度計(型號;數位黏度計TV-10,東機產業股份有限公司),使用轉子No.1以30rpm使之旋轉1分鐘後之測定值(但,於黏度超過160mPa‧s之情形時係以12rpm使之旋轉1分鐘後之測定值),較佳為1~800mPa‧s,更佳為1~600mPa‧s,進而較佳為1~500mPa‧s,進而較佳為1~300mPa‧s。再者,於二劑型或三劑型之情形時係設為於各劑之混合後經過3分鐘後進行測定者。
於使用本發明之染毛劑組合物進行染毛處理時,例如只要將本發明之染毛劑組合物(於二劑型或三劑型之情形時,於即將使用前將第1劑~第3劑混合後)用於毛髮,放置特定時間後,使用水沖洗並進行乾燥即可。較佳為,對毛髮之應用溫度為15~45℃,應用時間為1~60分鐘,進而較佳為5~45分鐘,進而較佳為10~30分鐘。
關於以上所述之實施形態,以下進而揭示本發明之較佳態樣。
<1>一種染毛劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)及(B),並且全部組成中之成分(B)相對於成分(A)之質量比(B)/(A)為1以上且100以下,使用時之pH值(25℃)為7.5~12。
(B):2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇
<2>如上述<1>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中成分(A)之含量於全部組成中較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.03質量%以上,進而較佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.08質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為2.5質量%以下,進而較佳為1.5質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.5質量%以下。
<3>如上述<1>或<2>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中成分(B)之含量於全部組成中較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上,又,較佳為10質量%以下,更佳為9質量%以下,進而較佳為8質量%以下,進而較佳為6質量%以下,進而較佳為4質量%以下。
<4>如上述<1>至<3>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中全部組成中之成分(B)相對於成分(A)之質量比(B)/(A)較佳為2以上,更佳為3以上,進而較佳為5以上,又,較佳為90以下,更佳為80以下,進而較佳為60以下,進而較佳為50以下。
<5>如上述<1>至<4>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其較佳為進而含有界面活性劑。
<6>如上述<5>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中界面活性劑較佳為選自由陰離子界面活性劑、陽離子界面活性劑、非離子界面活性
劑、及兩性界面活性劑所組成之群中之至少一種。
<7>如上述<5>或<6>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中界面活性劑之含量於全部組成中較佳為0.01質量%,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上,又,較佳為30質量%以下,更佳為25質量%以下,進而較佳為20質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下,進而較佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為1.5質量%以下。
<8>如上述<6>或<7>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中陰離子界面活性劑係選自由烷基硫酸鹽、烷基醚硫酸鹽、飽和脂肪酸鹽、及烷基醚羧酸鹽所組成之群中之一種或兩種以上。
<9>如上述<1>至<8>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其較佳為進而含有陽離子性聚合物。
<10>如上述<9>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中陽離子性聚合物較佳為包含二烯丙基四級銨鹽作為構成單元之聚合物。
<11>如上述<9>或<10>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中陽離子性聚合物之重量平均分子量較佳為10,000以上,更佳為50,000以上,進而較佳為100,000以上,又,較佳為3,000,000以下,更佳為1,000,000以下,進而較佳為200,000以下。
<12>如上述<9>至<11>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中陽離子性聚合物之含量於全部組成中較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.05質量%以上,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.8質量%以下。
<13>如上述<1>至<12>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其較佳為進而含有碳數12以上之高級醇。
<14>如上述<13>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中高級醇較佳
為碳數16以上,又,較佳為碳數30以下,更佳為碳數22以下。
<15>如上述<13>或<14>中所記載之染毛劑組合物,其中高級醇之含量較佳為3質量%以上,更佳為4質量%以上,又,較佳為11質量%以下,更佳為9質量%以下。
<16>如上述<1>至<15>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物,其於使用時之pH值(25℃)較佳為8以上,更佳為8.5以上,進而較佳為9以上,又,較佳為11.5以下,更佳為進而為11以下,進而較佳為10.5以下。
<17>一種染毛方法,其係將如上述<1>至<16>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物應用於毛髮,並放置1~60分鐘後進行沖洗。
<18>一種如上述<1>至<16>中任一項所記載之染毛劑組合物之用途,其係用於將毛髮染色。
藉由下述方法製備包含表3及4所示之組成之染毛劑組合物(一劑型染毛劑)。針對所獲得之染毛劑組合物,藉由以下之方法進行染色性、清洗水之色調及染料溶解性之評價。將該等結果一併示於表3及4。
(實施例6及8以外)於水中添加作為成分(A)之偶氮染料(A-1)與作為成分(B)之2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇或氨,並攪拌一定時間,藉此獲得染毛劑組合物。
(實施例6)於水中添加作為成分(A)之偶氮染料(A-1)與作為成分(B)之2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇後,利用鹽酸將pH值調整為10.2,並攪拌一定時間,藉此獲得染毛劑組合物。
(實施例8)於水中添加作為成分(A)之偶氮染料(A-1)與作為成分(B)之2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇與聚四級銨-22,並攪拌一定時間,藉此獲得
染毛劑組合物。
將染毛劑組合物以浴比(劑:山羊毛)=1:1(質量比)塗抹於山羊毛1g之毛束上,於40℃下放置20分鐘後,利用約40℃之水清洗,並利用表1所示之洗髮精進行洗淨、水洗。繼而,於塗抹表2所示之護髮素(hair rinse)後,利用約40℃之水清洗,再利用毛巾擦拭,並利用吹風機使之乾燥。
對所獲得之剛染毛後之毛束之色澤,使用色差計(Konica Sensing公司製造,色彩色差計CR-400),以CIE(Commission International Eclairage,國際照明委員會)表色系統(L*,a*,b*)進行測量,並藉由下述式求出與染色前之色澤之差並設為染色性△E*。△E*越大,表示染色性越優異。
[式中,L* 0、a* 0及b* 0分別表示染色前之毛束之L*、a*及b*之值,L* 1、a* 1及b* 1分別表示剛染色後之L*、a*及b*之值]
將染毛劑組合物以浴比(劑:山羊毛)=1:1(質量比)塗抹於山羊毛1g之毛束上,於40℃下放置20分鐘後,利用約40℃之水清洗。其後,於利用表1所示之洗髮精洗淨後進行清洗。繼而,於塗抹表2所示之潤絲精後,利用約40℃之水清洗,再利用毛巾擦拭,並利用吹風機使之乾燥。
將所獲得之山羊毛浸漬於100g之離子交換水中,使用恆溫振盪水槽(東京理化器械股份有限公司製造,UNI THERMO SHAKER
NTS-1300),於40℃下以100rpm振盪2分鐘。重複該步驟4次後,使用雙面透明半微量一次性比色皿(Semi-micro disposable cell)(比色皿長:1cm)(Nikko Hansen股份有限公司製造)與紫外可見分光光度計(日本分光股份有限公司製造,V-560),測定第4次之溶液之吸光度(521nm),藉此對清洗水之色調進行測定。清洗水之吸光度(521nm)之值越低,表示自山羊毛之染毛劑之移染越少。
染毛劑組合物之染料溶解性之評價係於染毛劑組合物之製備後
根據如下所示之基準藉由目測進行確認。
3:染料容易溶解,且不存在沈澱物
2:雖然不存在沈澱物,但至染料溶解為止需要時間
1:存在沈澱物
藉由下述方法製備包含表5所示之組成之染毛劑組合物(二劑型染毛劑)之第1劑。又,藉由常法製備第2劑。使用以1:1(質量比)將表5所示之第1劑與第2劑混合而成之染毛劑組合物,與上述相同地進行染色性、清洗水之色調及染料溶解性之評價。將評價結果一併示於表5。
於水中調配成分(A)、成分(B)及丙二醇後,於60℃下進行一定時間之攪拌而製備水溶液1。繼而,確認水溶液1之染料溶解性。又,另外於60℃下使月桂醇聚醚硫酸鈉、鯨蠟硬脂醇、肉豆蔻醇、辛基十二烷醇、及油醇溶解,藉此製備油相1。繼而,於水溶液1中調配油相1,並攪拌一定時間後,冷卻至室溫。繼而,添加聚四級銨-22,並攪拌一定時間,藉此獲得第1劑。
Claims (11)
- 一種染毛劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)及(B),並且全部組成中之成分(B)相對於成分(A)之質量比(B)/(A)為1以上且100以下,使用時之pH值(25℃)為7.5~12,(A):選自由下述(A-1)、(A-2)及(A-3)所組成之群中之一種或兩種以上之偶氮染料(B):2-胺基-2-甲基丙醇。
- 如請求項1之染毛劑組合物,其中成分(A)之含量為全部組成中之0.01質量%以上且5質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之染毛劑組合物,其中成分(B)之含量為全部組成中之0.01質量%以上且10質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之染毛劑組合物,其進而含有界面活性劑。
- 如請求項4之染毛劑組合物,其中界面活性劑係選自由陰離子界面活性劑、陽離子界面活性劑、非離子界面活性劑、及兩性界面活性劑所組成之群中之至少一種。
- 如請求項4之染毛劑組合物,其中界面活性劑之含量為全部組成中之0.01質量%以上且30質量%以下。
- 如請求項5之染毛劑組合物,其中陰離子界面活性劑係選自由烷基硫酸鹽、烷基醚硫酸鹽、飽和脂肪酸鹽、及烷基醚羧酸鹽所組成之群中之一種或兩種以上。
- 如請求項1或2之染毛劑組合物,其進而含有陽離子性聚合物。
- 如請求項8之染毛劑組合物,其中陽離子性聚合物之含量為全部組成中之0.01質量%以上且5質量%以下。
- 一種染毛方法,其係將如請求項1至9中任一項之染毛劑組合物應用於毛髮,並放置1~60分鐘後進行沖洗。
- 一種如請求項1至9中任一項之染毛劑組合物之用途,其係用於將毛髮染色。
