將某些水溶性活性成分配製成水懸劑(SC)製劑是本技術領域已知的。通常,SC製劑是環境友好的製劑,但SC製劑中的水溶性活性成分通常不穩定並且容易降解。所述活性成分通常還容易聚集並結晶。此外,SC製劑不適用於樹木注射,這是因為注射裝置(例如,Arborjet Tree IVTM微輸注系統(麻塞諸塞州沃本阿博傑特公司(Arborjet,Inc.Woburn,Mass.)))的針和樹木導管系統可能因活性成分聚集而阻塞。

優選的非離子型表面活性劑包括醇烷氧基化物,如POE-23月桂醇和烷基酚乙氧基化物,如POE(20)壬基苯基醚。在一些具體實例中,所述滲透增強劑是POE-20去水山梨醇單硬脂酸酯乙氧基化物。
所述陰離子型表面活性劑可以是選自下組的一種或多種表面活性劑:N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉、N-甲基-N-棕櫚基牛磺酸鈉、N-甲基-N-油醯基牛磺酸鈉、二辛基磺基琥珀酸鈉和其他的烷基磺基琥珀酸鈉、月桂基硫酸鈉、具有平均8-12莫耳環氧乙烷的α-(對-壬基苯基)-ω-羥基聚(氧乙烯)和具有平均7-12莫耳環氧乙烷的α-(對-辛基苯基)-ω-羥基聚(氧乙烯)、十二烷基硫酸鈉、亞甲基二萘二磺酸鈉、二丁基萘磺酸鹽。在一些具體實例中,所述滲透增強劑是N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉。
滲透增強劑通常的量為所述製劑的約0.01重量%至約7重量%,優選約1重量%至約5重量%。
本文所用的「水溶性填料」包括可用於稀釋活性成分或調節製劑中活性成分濃度的任意水溶性材料。這些材料可以是可溶於水的固體,或
與水混溶的液體,包括水本身。優選的一組水溶性填料是生物衍生或生物獲得的那些材料。合適的水溶性填料包括水、乳糖、葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖、甘露醇、蔗糖,如糖粉(confectioner's sugar)、黑糖、紅糖、軟紅糖、其他糖或多糖、微結晶纖維素、粉末狀纖維素、磷酸鈣、無機水溶性鹽等及其混合物。乳糖的例子包括氫化α-乳糖,無水α-乳糖,氫化β-乳糖,無水β-乳糖等及其混合物。在一些具體實例中,所述水溶性填料是水。所述水溶性填料的量為所述製劑的約10重量%至約30重量%。
「染料」可以是無機顏料(例如氧化鐵、氧化鈦和普魯士藍),有機染料(如FD&C藍1號,茜素染料、偶氮染料和金屬酞菁染料)和痕量營養素(如鐵、錳、硼、酮、鈷、鉬和鋅的鹽)。在一些具體實例中,使用染料時,優選的染料是FD&C藍1號。所述染料的量為所述製劑的約0重量%至約0.05重量%,優選約0.02重量%。
在一些具體實例中,SL製劑不需要包含常規乳化劑、增稠劑、抗氧化劑,所述組合物可以排除這些組分中的一種或全部,或者僅以雜質的量包含在組合物中,例如,小於組合物的0.005重量%,更具體地,小於組合物的0.001重量%。

在一些具體實例中,改良的製劑包含:(i)約0.1%至約20%的甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽;(i)約10%至約90%的四氫糠醇;(iii)約0.01%至約7%,更具體地,約1%至約5%的滲透增強劑,其優選地選自POE-20去水山梨醇單硬脂酸酯乙氧基化物或N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉;和(iv)約10%至30%的水溶性填料,優選水,以所述製劑的重量計。
在某些具體實例中,改良的製劑包含:(i)約4%的甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽;(ii)約75%的四氫糠醇;(iii)約1%的滲透增強劑,優選POE-20去水山梨醇單硬脂酸酯乙氧基化物或N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉;(iv)約19.98%的水;和(v)約0.02%的染料,以所述製劑的重量計。
本領域技術人員應理解甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽、四氫糠醇、滲透增強劑、水和/或染料的比例之和不超過製劑的100重量%。根據存在的雜質,甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽、四氫糠醇、滲透增強劑、水和/或染料的具體濃度也可以變化。

Claims (20)
- 一種可注射的可溶性液體製劑,其包含:至少一種水溶性活性成分;和至少一種滲透增強劑,其中所述滲透增強劑選自非離子型表面活性劑、陰離子型表面活性劑及其混合物的群組,且所述滲透增強劑的量為所述製劑的約0.01重量%至約7重量%。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述水溶性活性成分是甲胺基阿維菌素(emamectin)-苯甲酸鹽。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其進一步包含有機溶劑。
- 如請求項3所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述有機溶劑是四氫糠醇。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其進一步包含水溶性填料。
- 如請求項5所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述水溶性填料是水。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其任選地進一步包含染料。
- 如請求項7所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述染料是FD&C藍1號。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述滲透增強劑是POE-20去水山梨糖醇單油酸酯乙氧基化物。
- 如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述水溶性活性成分的量為所述製劑的約0.1重量%至約20重量%。
- 如請求項4所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述四氫糠醇的量為所述製劑的約10重量%至約90重量%。
- 如請求項6所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述水溶性填料的量為所述製劑的約10重量%至約30重量%。
- 如請求項7所述的可溶性液體製劑,其中所述染料的量為約0%至約0.05%。
- 一種可注射的可溶性液體製劑,其包含:(i)約4%的甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽;(ii)約75%的四氫糠醇;(iii)約1%的滲透增強劑,其係選自下列所組成之群組:POE-20去水山梨醇單硬脂酸酯乙氧基化物和N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉;(iv)約19.98%的水;和(v)任選地,約0.02%的染料,以所述製劑的重量計。
- 一種預防、對抗或控制植物中害蟲侵擾的方法,其包含向所述植物和/或植物部分施用如請求項1所述的可溶性液體製劑,藉由向所述植物和/或植物部分注射所述可溶性液體製劑進行。
- 如請求項15所述的方法,其中相對於具有相同甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽濃度的MEC製劑,所述可溶性液體製劑具有增加的在所述植物和/或植物部分的分佈。

- 如請求項15所述的方法,其中所述害蟲侵擾是選自下列所組成之一種或多種害蟲侵擾:松果蠕蟲(梢斑螟屬(Dioryctria spp.))、松果籽蟲、蚜蟲、結草蟲、秋結網毛蟲、日本甲蟲、舞毒蛾、合歡巢蛾、橡木、毒蛾、美洲斑潛蠅、鞘翅目、松針盾蚧、紅棕蟎、葉蜂、天幕毛蟲、西部雲杉、芽蟲、冬蛾、吉丁蟲、透翅蛾蟲、食菌小蠹、天牛幼蟲、棘脛小囊、樹皮甲蟲、雕刻小蠹、山松甲蟲、南方松甲蟲、雲杉甲蟲、西方松甲蟲、癭蜂,包括黑橡癭、松木線蟲、丁香花天牛、梣透翅蛾(紫丁香鑽心蟲(Podosesia syringae))。
- 一種提高含甲胺基阿維菌素-苯甲酸鹽和有機溶劑之可注入組合物在植物中的滲透的方法,所述方法包括在所述可注入組合物中包含0.01-7重量%的選自下組的滲透增強劑:POE-20去水山梨醇單硬脂酸酯乙氧基化物和N-甲基-N-油烯基牛磺酸鈉,以所述可注入組合物的總重量為基準計。
