本發明之各種實施例係有關於含有包含N,N,N’,N’,N”,N”-六烯丙-1,3,5-三-2,4,6-三胺之一交聯助劑之可交聯聚合性組成物、其製造方法,及由其製成之物件。
中、高,及超高電壓(“MV”、“HV”及“EHV”)之纜線典型上含有作為一絕緣層的一經交聯之聚合性材料,諸如,一經交聯之聚乙烯。此等經交聯之聚合性材料可自具有一過氧化物起始劑之一可交聯聚合性組成物製備。於過氧化物與聚乙烯間之基反應產生非意欲副產物,其需於
聚乙烯交聯後藉由於一除氣腔室內之高溫移除。雖然於可交聯聚合性組成物領域已達成進步,但仍期望改良。
一實施例係一種可交聯聚合性組成物,包含:(a)一熱塑性非彈性體之以乙烯為主之聚合物;(b)一有機過氧化物;及(c)一交聯助劑,其包含N,N,N’,N’,N”,N”-六烯丙-1,3,5-三-2,4,6-三胺。
本發明之各種實施例係有關於可交聯聚合性組成物,其包含一以乙烯為主之聚合物、一有機過氧化物,及包含N,N,N’,N’,N”,N”-六烯丙-1,3,5-三-2,4,6-三胺(“HATATA”)之一交聯助劑。另外實施例係有關於自此等可交聯聚合性組成物製備的經交聯之聚合性組成物。另外實施例係使用此等可交聯聚合性組成物的經塗覆之導體及用於製造經塗覆之導體的方法。
可交聯聚合性組成物
如上所示,此處所述之可交聯聚合性組成物之一組份係一以乙烯為主之聚合物。於此處使用時,“以乙烯為主之”聚合物係自作為主要(即,大於50重量(“wt%”))單體組
份之乙烯單體製備之聚合物,即使其它共單體亦可被使用。“聚合物”意指藉由相同或不同型式之單體反應(即,聚合化)而製備之一巨分子化合物,且包括均聚物及異種共聚物。“異種共聚物”意指藉由至少二種不同單體型式聚合而製備之一聚合物。此通稱術語包括共聚物(通常用以指自二種不同單體型式製備之聚合物),及自多於二種不同單體型式製備之聚合物(例如,三元共聚物(三種不同單體型式)及四元共聚物(四種不同單體型式))。
適於此處使用之起始的以乙烯為主之聚合物係熱塑性。如熟習此項技藝者所知,術語“熱塑性”表示於高於一特別溫度變成可彎或可成型且於冷卻時回到固態之一聚合物。另外,以乙烯為主之聚合物不是一彈性體。如熟習此項技藝者所知,“彈性體”係定義為於相對較低應力下遭受大的可逆式變形之材料。可購得之彈性體的一些例子包含天然橡膠、乙烯/丙烯(EPM)共聚物、乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯/丙烯/二烯(EPDM)共聚物、苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物、經氯化之聚乙烯,及矽氧橡膠。此等聚合物係自作為此處之以乙烯為主之聚合物明確排除。
此外,於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為非極性。有關於聚合物而使用時,術語“非極性”表示於碳原子與具有比碳原子更高負電性之其它原子(諸如,O、N、F、Cl)間不含有極性鍵之一聚合物,或若此等極性鍵存在時,其中因為此等極性鍵之對稱配置而不具有淨偶極之一聚合物。於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物於碳原子與
具有比碳更高負電性之其它原子間不具有極性鍵。
於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物不具有併入其內之含鹵化物的單體。特別地,於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物不具有併入其內之氟單體或氯單體。因此,於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物不是一氟聚合物,亦不是一氯聚合物。
於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為一乙烯均聚物。於此處使用時,“均聚物”表示由自單一單體型式衍生之重複單元組成之一聚合物,但不排除殘餘量之用於製備此均聚物的其它組份,諸如,鏈轉移劑。
於一實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為以整個異種共聚物重量為基準係具有至少1重量%,至少5重量%,至少10重量%,至少15重量%,至少20重量%,或至少25重量%之α-烯烴含量的一乙烯/α-烯烴(“α-烯烴”)異種共聚物。此等異種共聚物可具有以整個異種共聚物重量為基準係少於50重量%,少於45重量%,少於40重量%,或少於35重量%之α-烯烴含量。當一α-烯烴被使用時,此α-烯烴可為一C3-20(即,具有3至20個碳原子)線性、分支或環狀α-烯烴。C3-20α-烯烴之例子包括丙烯、1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、1-十四烯、1-十六烯,及1-十八烯。α-烯烴亦可具有一環狀結構,諸如,環己烷或環戊烷,形成諸如3-環己基-1-丙烯(烯丙基環己烷)及乙烯基環己烷之一α-烯烴。例示之乙烯/α-烯烴異種共聚物包括乙烯/丙烯、乙烯/1-丁烯、乙烯/1-己烯、乙烯/1-辛烯、乙烯/

於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可單獨或與一或多種其它型式之以乙烯為主之聚合物之組合(例如,二或更多種於單體組成物及含量、製備催化方法等彼此不同之以乙烯為主之聚合物的摻合物)使用。若使用以乙烯為主之聚合物的摻合物,此等聚合物可藉由任何於反應器內或於反應器後之方法摻合。
於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可選自由低密度聚乙烯(“LDPE”)、線性低密度聚乙烯(“LLDPE”)、極低密度聚乙烯(“VLDPE”),及此等之二或更種者之組合所組成之族群。
於一實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為一LDPE。LDPE一般係經高度分支之乙烯均聚物,且可經由高壓方法製備(即,HP-LDPE)。適於此處使用之LDPE可具有範圍從0.91至0.94克/公分3之密度。於各種實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物係具有至少0.915克/公分3,但少於0.94克/公分3,或少於0.93克/公分3之密度的一高壓LDPE。此處提供之聚合物密度係依據ASTM國際(“ASTM”)方法D792判定。適於此處使用之LDPE可具有少於20克/10分鐘,或範圍從0.1至10克/10分鐘,從0.5至5克/10分鐘,從1至3克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2),或2克/10分鐘之I2。此處提供之熔融指數係依據ASTM方法D1238判定。除非其它指示外,熔融指數係於190℃及2.16公斤判定(即,I2)。一般,LDPE具有廣的分子量分佈(“MWD”),造成一相對較高之多分散指數(“PDI”;
重量平均分子量對數平均分子量之比率)。
於一實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為一LLDPE。LLDPE一般係具有不均勻共單體(例如,α-烯烴單體)分佈之以乙烯為主之聚合物,且特徵在於短鏈分支。例如,LLDPE可為乙烯與諸如上述者之α-烯烴單體的共聚物。適於此處使用之LLDPE可具有範圍從0.916至0.925克/公分3之密度。適於此處使用之LLDPE可具有範圍從1至20克/10分鐘,或從3至8克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2)。
於一實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可為一VLDPE。VLDPE於此項技藝亦稱為超低密度聚乙烯,或ULDPE。VLDPE一般係具有不均均共單體(例如,α-烯烴單體)分佈之以乙烯為主之聚合物,且特徵在於短鏈分支。例如,VLDPE可為乙烯與α-烯烴單體(諸如,一或多種上述該等α-烯燈單體)之共聚物。適於此處使用之VLDPE可具有範圍從0.87至0.915克/公分3之密度。適於此處使用之VLDPE可具有範圍從0.1至20克/10分鐘,或從0.3至5克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2)。
於一實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物可包含上述以乙烯為主之聚合物之任二種或更多種的組合。
用於製備以乙烯為主之聚合物的製造方法係廣泛,多變,且係此項技藝已知。用於製造具有上述性質之以乙烯為主之聚合物的任何傳統或其後探討之製造方法可被用於製備此處所述之以乙烯為主之聚合物。一般,聚合反應可於此項已知用於Ziegler-Natta或Kaminsky-Sinn型聚
合反應之條件完成,即,於從0至250℃,或30或200℃之溫度,及從大氣壓至10,000大氣壓(1,013兆帕(“MPa”))之壓力。於大部份聚合反應,使用之催化劑物對可聚合化合物之莫耳比率係從10-12:1至10-1:1,或從10-9:1至10-5:1。
適於此處使用之一以乙烯為主之聚合物的一例子係於一高壓方法製造且具有0.92克/公分3之密度及2克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2)的低密度聚乙烯。
如上所示,上述以乙烯為主之聚合物係與一有機過氧化物組合。於此處使用時,“有機過氧化物”表示具有結構:R1-O-O-R2,或R1-O-O-R-O-O-R2之一過氧化物,其中,R1及R2之每一者係一烴基部份,且R係一伸烴基部份。於此處使用時,“烴基”表示藉由自選擇性具有一或多個雜原子之一烴移除一個氫原子而形成之一單價基團(如,乙基、苯基)。於此處使用時,“伸烴基”表示自選擇性具有一或多個雜原子之一烴移除二個氫原子而形成之一二價基團。有機過氧化物可為具有相同或不同烷基、芳基、烷芳基,或芳烷基部份之任何二烷基、二芳基、二烷芳基,或二芳烷基過氧化物。於一實施例,R1及R2之每一者獨立地係一C1至C20或C1至C12烷基、芳基、烷芳基,或芳烷基部份。於一實施例,R可為一C1至C20或C1至C12伸烷基、伸芳基、伸烷芳基,或伸芳烷基部份。於各種實施例,R、R1,及R2可具有相同或不同碳原子數及結構,或R、R1,及R2之任二者可具有相同碳原子數,而第三者具有不同碳原子數及結構。
適於此處使用之有機過氧化物包括單官能憐過
氧化物及二官能性過氧化物。於此處使用時,“單官能性過氧化物”表示具有單對的共價鍵結之氧原子(例如,具有R-O-O-R結構)之過氧化物。於此處使用時,“二官能性過氧化物”表示具有二對共價鍵結的氧原子(例如,具有R-O-O-R-O-O-R結構)之過氧化物。於一實施例,有機過氧化物係一單官能性過氧化物。
例示之有機過氧化物包括二異丙苯基過氧化物(“DCP”);第三丁基過氧苯甲酸酯;二第三戊基過氧化物(“DTAP”);雙(α-第三丁基過氧異丙基)苯(“BIPB”):異丙基異丙苯基第三丁基過氧化物;第三丁基異丙苯基過氧化物;二第三丁基過氧化物;2,5-雙(第三丁基過氧)-2,5-二甲基己烷;2,5-雙(第三丁基過氧)-2,5-二甲基己炔-3;1,1-雙(第三丁基過氧)-3,3,5-三甲基環己烷;異丙基異丙苯基異丙苯基過氧化物;丁基4,4-二(第三丁基過氧)戊酸酯;二(異丙基異丙苯基)過氧化物;及此等之二或更多者之混合物。於各種實施例,僅單種有機過氧化物被使用。於一實施例,有機過氧化物係二異丙苯基過氧化物。
如上所示,可交聯聚合性組成物進一步包含一交聯助劑。交聯助劑包含N,N,N’,N’,N”,N”-六烯丙-1,3,5-三-2,4,6-三胺(“HATATA”)。HATATA具有下列結構:
於各種實施例,可交聯聚合性組成物可包含一或多種另外交聯助劑。此等交聯助劑之例子包括聚烯丙基交聯助劑,諸如,三烯丙基三聚異氰酸酯(“TAIC”)、三烯丙基三聚氰酸酯(“TAC”)、三烯丙基偏苯三甲酸酯(“TATM”)、三烯丙基原甲酸酯、季戊四醇三烯丙醚、三烯丙基檸檬酸酯,及三烯丙基烏頭酸酯;經乙氧基化之雙酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯;α-甲基苯乙烯二聚物(“AMSD”);以丙烯酸酯為主之助劑,諸如,三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(“TMPTA”)、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(“TMPTMA”)、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯、三(2-羥基乙基)三聚異氰酸酯三丙烯酸酯,及經丙氧基化之甘油基三丙烯酸酯;以乙烯基為主之助劑,諸如,具有高1,2-乙烯基含量之聚丁二烯,及三乙烯基環己烷(“TVCH”);及如於USP 5,346,961及4,018,852中所述之其它助劑。
於各種實施例,以整個可交聯聚合性組成物重量為基準,可交聯聚合性組成物可包含範圍從50至99重量%,從80至99重量%,從90至99重量%,或從95至99重量%之量的以乙烯為主之聚合物。另外,以整個可交聯聚合性組成物重量為基準,可交聯聚合性組成物可包含範圍從0.1至5
重量%,從0.1至3重量%,從0.4至2重量%,從0.4至1.7重量%,從0.5至1.4重量%,或從0.7至少於1.0重量%之量的有機過氧化物。於各種實施例,以整個可交聯聚合性組成物重量為基準,有機過氧化物可以少於1.2重量%,少於1.0重量%,或範圍從0.2至0.85重量%,0.3至0.7%,0.4至0.6%之量存在,於另外實施例,以100重量份之以乙烯為主之聚合物為基準,有機過氧化物可以每百份樹脂為少於1.2份(“phr”),少於1.0phr,少於0.85phr,或範圍從0.2至0.85phr,0.3至0.7phr,0.4至0.6phr之量存在。再者,以整個可交聯聚合性組成物重量為基準,可交聯聚合性組成物可包含0.01至15重量%,從0.05至5重量%,從0.1至3重量%,從0.5至3重量%,從0.7至3重量%,從1.0至3重量%,從1.5至3重量%,從0.2至1重量%,從0.3至0.9重量%,從0.4至0.8重量%,或從0.4至0.7重量%之量的HATATA交聯助劑

除了上述組份外,可交聯聚合性組成物亦可含有一或多種添加劑,不受限地包括抗氧化劑、加工助劑、填料、偶合劑、紫外線吸收劑或安定劑、抗靜電劑、成核劑、滑動劑、塑化劑、潤滑劑、黏度控制劑、增稠劑、防粘劑、界面活性劑、增效劑油、酸清除劑、阻燃劑,及金屬鈍化劑。以總組成物重量為基準,除填料外之添加劑典型上係以範圍從0.01或更少至10或更多重量%之量使用。填料一般係以更大
量添加,即使以總組成物重量為基準,此量範圍可為從低達0.01或更少至65或更多重量%。填料之例示例子包括黏土、沉澱之二氧化矽及矽酸鹽、氣相二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、研磨礦物、三氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂,及碳黑,且典型上算數平均顆粒尺寸係大於15奈米。

量為基準,抗氧化劑可以範圍從0.01至5重量%,從0.01至1重量%,從0.1至5重量%,從0.1至1重量%,或從0.1至0.5重量%之量使用。
可交聯聚合性組成物之製備
可聯聚合性組成物之製備可包含使上述組份混練。例如,混練可藉由下述實施:(1)使所有組份混練成以乙烯為主之聚合物,或(2)使除了有機過氧化物及交聯助劑(此等可如下所述般被浸泡)外之所有組份混練。可交聯聚合性組成物之混練可藉由熟習此項技藝者所知之標準設備產生。混練設備之例子係密閉批式混合機,諸如,BrabenderTM、BanburyTM,或BollingTM混合機。另外,連續式單或雙螺桿混合機可被使用,諸如,FarrelTM連續式混合機、Werner及PfleidererTM雙螺桿混合機,或BussTM捏合連續擠壓機。混練可於大於以乙烯為主之聚合物的熔融溫度至高於以乙烯為主之聚合物開始降解之溫度的溫度實施。於各種實施例,混練可於範圍從100至200℃,或從110至150℃之溫度實施。
於一或多個實施例,以乙烯為主之聚合物及任何選擇性組份可先依據上述程序熔融混練,及粒化。其次,有機過氧化物及交聯助劑可被同時或依序浸泡於形成之以乙烯為主之聚合物化合物。於一實施例,有機過氧化物及助劑可於高於有機過氧化物及助劑之熔融溫度中較大者之溫度預混合,其後,於範圍從30至100℃,從50至90℃,或從60至80℃之溫度,使以乙烯為主之聚合物化合物浸泡於
有機過氧化物與交聯助劑之形成混合物,持續範圍從1至168小時,從1至24小時,或從3至12小時之時間。
形成之可交聯聚合性組成物可具有特定之增強性質。雖然不欲受理論限制,但相信使用一HATATA交聯助劑可驚人地提供較佳抵抗助劑自可交聯聚合性組成物遷移出。因此,於各種實施例,當於23℃及1atm貯存4週時間時,以可交聯聚合性組成物之總重量為基準,可交聯聚合性組成物可展現少於1,000份/百萬(“ppm”),少於750ppm,少於500ppm,或少於350ppm,之交聯助劑遷移,該交聯助劑係遷移至該可交聯聚合性組成物之表面。再者,當於23℃及1atm貯存4週時間時,以可交聯聚合性組成物之總重量為基準,可交聯聚合性組成物可展現範圍從1至1,000ppm,從10至750ppm,從50至500ppm,或從200至400ppm,之交聯助劑遷移,該交聯助劑係遷移至該可交聯聚合性組成物之表面。判定助劑遷移之方法係於下之測試方法段落中,以可交聯聚合性組成物之整個重量為基準,以2.50重量%之助劑加料量詳述。
經交聯之聚合性組成物
上述可交聯聚合性組成物可被固化或使其固化以便形成一經交聯之以乙烯為主之聚合物。此固化可藉由使可交聯聚合性組成物接受於一加熱固化區內之高溫而實施,其可維持於範圍175至260℃之溫度。加熱固化區可藉由加壓之水蒸氣加熱,或藉由加壓之氮氣感應加熱。其後,經交聯之聚合性組成物可被冷卻(例如,至環境溫度)。
交聯方法可於經交聯之聚合性組成物產生揮發
性分解副產物。交聯後,經交聯之聚合性組成物可進行除氣移除至少一部份之揮發性分解副產物。除氣可於一除氣溫度、一除氣壓力,及於除氣時間實施,產生一經除氣之聚合性組成物。於各種實施例,除氣溫度範圍可為從50至150℃,或從60至80℃。於一實施例,除氣溫度係65至75℃。除氣可於標準大氣壓力(即,101,325Pa)下進行。
經塗覆之導體
包含一導體及一絕緣層之一纜線可使用上述可交聯聚合性組成物製備。“纜線”及“電力纜線”意指於一護皮(例如,一絕緣覆蓋物及/或一保護性外套)內之至少一線材或光纖。典型上,一纜線係束縛在一起之二或更多條線材或光纜,其典型上係於一共同之絕緣覆蓋物及/或保護套內。護皮內之個別線材或纖維可為裸材、經覆蓋,或經絕緣。組合式纜線可含有線材及光纖。典型之纜線設計係例示於USP 5,246,783、6,496,629及6,714,707。“導體”表示用於傳導熱、光及/或電之一或多條線材或纖維。導體可為單線材/纖維或多線材/纖維,且可為呈股材型式或呈管狀型式。適合導體之非限制性例子包含金屬,諸如,銀、金、銅、碳,及鋁。導體亦可為自玻璃或塑料製成之光纖。
此一纜線可自各種型式之擠壓機(例如,單螺桿或雙螺桿型式)藉由使可交聯聚合性組成物擠壓至導體上(直接或至一中間層上)而製備。傳統擠壓機之說明可於USP 4,857,600中發現。共擠壓及因而之擠壓機的例子可於USP 5,575,965中發現。
擠壓後,擠壓纜線可送至於擠壓模具下游之一加熱固化區內,以助於可交聯聚合性組成物交聯,因而製造一經交聯之聚合性組成物。加熱固化區可維持於範圍為175至260℃之溫度。於一實施例,加熱固化區係一連續硫化(“CV”)管。於各種實施例,經交聯之聚合性組成物其後可如上探討般冷卻及除氣。
交流電纜線可依據本揭露製備,其可為低電壓、中電壓、高電壓,或超高電壓之纜線。再者,直流電纜線可依據本揭露製備,其可包含高及超高電壓纜線。
密度
依據ASTM D792判定密度。
熔融指數
依據ASTM D1238,條件190℃/2.16公斤測量熔融指數,或I2,且以10分鐘洗提出之克數報導。
移動模流變計(“MDR”)
固化行為係依據ASTM D5289於180℃藉由MDR記錄。相似測試於140℃及150℃之溫度進行,以便描述焦化時間(樣品於扭矩達成一單位增加所需之時間)。除非另作說明,MH及ML係以於180℃測量作報導。
遷移
丸粒樣品密封於一瓶子子,且於特定溫度,23℃及60℃老化。老化完全之後,稱重3.000±0.001克之丸粒樣品且置於一40毫升小玻璃瓶內。添加14.5毫升之乙腈至小
玻璃瓶內,密封此小玻璃瓶,且於一振動器振動5分鐘。使液體收集於40毫升之小玻璃瓶內,且置於用於高壓液相層析術(“HPLC”)分析之一2毫升樣品小玻璃瓶內。藉由HPLC依據下列條件分析樣品:
乙腈(“ACN”)溶液內之助劑含量係自預先建立之校正曲線計算。一校正曲線係藉由繪製使用上表中之條件相對於一特定助劑於範圍從2ppm至500ppm之五個不同濃度之乙腈溶液的得自HPLC檢測器之UV吸收回應而建立。然後,一樣品助劑溶液之濃度可自此預先建立之曲線判定。以於一樣品溶液內之已知助劑含量,自樣品之遷移量可被反算出。數值係以樣品總重量之ppm提供。
固化
固化板材係藉由下列步驟以1-mm厚度製備:1.使樣品於130℃預熱5分鐘;
2.藉由操作平板之開/閉8次使樣品補集之空氣排出;3.另外5分鐘使平板溫度增至182℃;4.於100Kn之壓力下持續15分鐘而完成固化;5.另外5分鐘使平板溫度減至45℃。
機械性質
於Instron5565上依據ASTM D638以500mm/分鐘之速度進行抗拉測試;
熱老化
使樣品於150℃之一UL烘箱中老化10及14天。然後,於室溫條節24小時後,測量機械性質。
耗散因子
依據如上概述之固化步驟製備具有約0.35mm厚度之固化板材。使板材於一真空烘箱中除氣3天。於60℃及1KV藉由Soken Automated Schering Bridge,DAC-PSC-UA測量耗散因子。
下列材料被用於下列範例。
一第一低密度聚乙烯(“LDPE”)被使用,其具有2克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2),及0.920克/公分3之密度。此LDPE(“LDPE 1”)係藉由The Dow Chemical Company,Midland,MI製造。
使用之一第二LDPE(“LDPE 2”)具有2克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2),及0.920克/公分3之密度。此LDPE係由The Dow Chemical Company,Midland MI,USA製造。LDPE 2含
有0.14重量%之Cyanox 1790(得自Cytec Industries),0.23重量%之二硬脂基硫代二丙酸酯(“DSTDP”)(得自Reagens),及0.008重量%之Cyasorb UV 3346(得自Cytec Industries)。
二異丙苯基過氧化物係可購自Shanghai Fangruida Chemicals Co.,Ltd.。
使用之乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(“EVA”)係ELVAXTM 265,其具有28重量%之乙酸乙烯酯含量,0.951克/公分3之密度,及3克/10分鐘之熔融指數(I2)。ELVAXTM 265係可購自E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Company,Wilmington,DE,USA。
安定劑預摻合物係Cyanox 1790(得自Cytec Industries)、DSTDP(得自Reagens)及Cyasorb UV 3346(得自Cytec Industries)之37:61:2重量%之熔融摻合物。
三烯丙基三聚異氰酸酯(“TAIC”)係可購自Shanghai Fangruida Chemicals Co.,Ltd.。
三聚氯化氰係可購自Sinopharm Chemical。
碳酸鈉係可購自Sinopharm Chemical。
1,4-二烷係可購自Sinopharm Chemical。
二烯丙基胺係可購自Sinopharm Chemical。
氫氧化鈉係可購自Sinopharm Chemical。
助劑製備程序
藉由使3.69克(0.02莫耳)之三聚氰酸及8.90克(0.064莫耳)之碳酸鈉添加至於一三頸燒瓶內之30克1,4-二烷製備N,N,N',N',N",N"-六烯丙-1,3,5-三-2,4,6-三胺
(“HATATA”)。攪拌時,使混合物加熱至75℃,且於達到75℃時,另外攪拌5分鐘。其次,於15分鐘期間,以滴液方式逐漸添加10.22克(0.1莫耳)之二烯丙基胺,然後,添加2.8克之氫氧化鈉(0.07莫耳),並且使溫度升至約90℃。使反應混合物於90℃保持5小時。其後,使反應混合物冷卻至室溫,且使用真空過濾以一砂芯漏斗過濾移除不可溶之鹽類。形成之濾液於減壓下蒸餾回收溶劑,且殘餘物溶於石油醚,且經由矽凝膠管柱進一步純化。此係藉由先使液體濾液從燒瓶轉移至矽凝膠管柱,及使用2毫升之石油醚清洗燒瓶,及使溶液轉移至矽凝膠而實施。矽凝膠係300篩目且作為靜止相;石油醚作為洗提液。
樣品混練
混練程序1
樣品S1與比較樣品CS1及CS2係依據混練程序1製備。聚乙烯丸粒供應至於125℃之一Brabender混合機,以30rpm之轉子速度以聚乙烯熔融。其次,抗氧化劑、DCP,及助劑(若存在)個別添加至混合機內。使摻合物混合3分鐘。然後,混練物經由一單螺桿擠壓機粒化。
混練程序2
比較樣品CS3-CS8及S2-S3係依據混練程序2製備。使DCP及助劑於60℃預混合約20分鐘,形成一實質上均勻之液體混合物。使DCP/助劑之液體混合物注射至EVA或聚乙烯丸粒上,且於70℃浸泡8小時。
混練程序3
樣品S4-S7係依據混練程序3製備。具有用以達成特定抗氧化劑量之一特定比率的聚乙烯丸粒、LDPE 1及LDPE 2被供應至於125℃之一Brabender單螺桿擠壓機,使聚乙烯中間物混合及粒化。使DCP及助劑於60℃預混合約20分鐘,形成一實質上均勻之液體混合物。使DCP/助劑之液體混合物注射至聚乙烯中間物丸粒上,並且於70℃浸泡8小時。
範例1-比較於聚乙烯中之HATATA與TAIC
依據如下表1中提供之調配物,且使用上述混練程序1製備一樣品(S1)及二比較樣品(CS1及CS2)。
使用上述測試方法分析S1、CS1,及CS2之固化行為及助劑遷移。結果係於下之表2中提供。
從表2之結果顯示TAIC(CS2)及HATATA(S1)二者皆達成可相比擬之固化潛力及改良之焦化性能。但是,於此二者,HATATA提供較佳焦化性能,此由ts1@140℃從約55分鐘增至約84分鐘證實。另外,HATATA驚人地提供比TAIC大很多之耐助劑遷移性。
範例2(比較)-HATATA於EVA基質中之作用
依據以下表3中提供之調配物且使用上述混練程序2製備四個比較樣品(CS3-CS6)。
使用上述測試方法分析CS3-CS6之固化行為。結果於下之表4中提供。
觀看表4中之結果,較高DCP加料量(CS3及CS4),HATATA使固化速度加速,達成可相比擬之MH(即,交聯後於一硫化曲線上記錄之最大扭矩值)。另外,與TAIC相比,HATATA使於150℃之固化速度加速更多。事實上,於所有三個不同溫度(140℃、150℃,及180℃),與TAIC相比,HATATA使固化速度加速。
但是,驚人地,於較低DCP加料量(CS5及CS6),
於加工溫度(即,140及150℃),TAIC係比HATATA使過早固化速度更大地加速。此指示TAIC於較低加工溫度之較差耐焦化性。
範例3-HATATA於LDPE之固化效率及焦化性能
依據以下表5提供之調配物且使用上述混練程序2製備二樣品(S2及S3)與二比較樣品(CS7及CS8)。
使用上述測試方法分析CS7、CS8、S2,及S3之固化行為及焦化改良。結果係於下之表6中提供。
如表6中所示,於較高DCP加料量,含有HATATA
之樣品(S2)的固化速率係比含有TAIC之樣品(CS7)更快。驚人地,S2於140℃之焦化時間係比CS7更長,此係與基於高DCP加料量之EVA樣品(如上之CS3及CS4)所預期者相反。於較低DCP加料量,HATATA提供與TAIC可相比擬之固化潛力(比較CS8與S3)。
範例4-HATATA於各種加料量之性能
依據以下表7中提供之調配物,且使用上述混練程序3製備四個另外樣品(S4至S7)。
使用上述測試方法分析S4-S7之固化行為及機械性質。結果係於下之表8中提供。
Claims (9)
- 如請求項1之可交聯聚合性組成物,其中,該以乙烯為主之聚合物係非極性。
- 如請求項2之可交聯聚合性組成物,其中,該以乙烯為主之聚合物不具有併入其內之氟單體。
- 如請求項1之可交聯聚合性組成物,其中,該以乙烯為主之聚合物包含一高壓低密度聚乙烯;其中,該有機過氧化物包含二異丙苯基過氧化物;其中,該可交聯聚合性組成物進一步包含一或更多的抗氧化劑。
- 如請求項1之可交聯聚合性組成物,其中,以整個該可交聯聚合性組成物之重量為基準,該以乙烯為主之聚合物係以範圍從50至99重量%之量存在;其中,以整個該可交聯聚合性組成物之重量為基準,該有機過氧化物係以少於1.2重量%之量存在;其中,以整個該可交聯聚合性組成物之重量為基準,該交聯助劑係以範圍從0.01至15重量%之量存在。
- 一種經交聯之物件,其係自請求項1~7中任一項之可交聯聚合性組成物所製備。
- 一種經塗覆之導體,包含:一導性芯材;及一聚合物層,其係至少部份圍繞該導性芯材,其中,該聚合物層之至少一部份包含請求項8之該經交聯之物件。
