Description
本發明係關於柔軟性優異之內襯。
以往,羽絨外套、鋪棉外套、防寒衣、睡袋、鋪棉被褥、羽毛被褥等之以內襯與填充材(鋪棉、羽絨等)構成之纖維製品已廣泛被使用。所謂內襯意指包裹填充材之布料部分。因此,作為前述內襯,一般係使用不使填充材漏出而使用低通氣度織物(例如參考專利文獻1)。
然而,低通氣度織物有柔軟性差的問題。

本發明係鑑於上述背景而完成者,其目的在於提供柔軟性優異之內襯。
本發明者為了達成上述目的而積極檢討結果,發現使用單纖維纖度小,且纖絲數大且總纖度小的多纖絲獲得織物後,以該織物構成內襯而獲得柔軟性優異之內襯,進而重複積極檢討而完成本發明。
因此,依據本發明提供「一種內襯,其特徵係以包含單纖維纖度0.5dtex以下、纖絲數100根以上、總纖度50dtex以下之多纖絲之織物所構成。」。
此時,前述織物較佳為僅由前述多纖絲所成。又,前述多纖絲較佳為由聚酯所成。又,前述織物中,較佳為以下述式定義之覆蓋因子CF為1200以上。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf[DWp為經絲總纖度(dtex),MWp為經絲織密度(根/2.54cm),DWf為緯絲總纖度(dtex),MWf為緯絲織密度(根/2.54cm)]。
又,較佳為對前述織物施以吸水加工及/或軋光加工。又,內襯較佳為被褥內襯。
圖1係示意性顯示本發明內襯之圖。
以下詳述用以實施本發明之形態,但本發明不因此受到限制。首先,關於織物中所含之多纖絲重要的是單纖維纖度0.5dtex以下(較佳為0.000001~0.5dtex),且纖絲數100根以上(較佳為100~10000根)且總纖度50dtex以下(較佳為20~50dtex,特佳為20~35dtex)。前述多纖絲未滿足該要件時,有無法獲得柔軟性優異之內襯之虞而不佳。又,前述多纖絲亦可為稱為奈米纖維之單纖維徑
1000nm以下之超級細纖維。
重要的是前述多纖絲中為長纖維。由短纖維為所成之紡絲會有織物之組織間空隙大而使填充材跑出之虞故不佳。單纖維之剖面形狀並未特別限制,可為圓形、三角形、扁平、中間較細之扁平、中空等之習知剖面形狀。
形成前述多纖絲之聚合物並未特別限制,較佳為聚酯系聚合物。作為該聚酯系聚合物可較佳地例示例如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯或聚對苯二甲酸丙三酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚乳酸、立體錯合聚乳酸、共聚合第3成分之聚酯等。作為該聚酯,亦可使用以材料再生或化學再生之聚酯、或日本特開2009-091694號公報中記載之生質亦即源自生物之物質作為原材料所得之聚合物成分而成之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。再者,亦可為如日本特開2004-270097號公報或日本特開2004-211268號公報中記載之使用包含特定磷化合物及鈦化合物之觸媒所得之聚酯。且,在不損及本發明目的之範圍內,亦可根據需要含有消光劑、微細孔形成劑、陽離子染料可染劑、著色防止劑、熱安定劑、螢光增白劑、著色劑、吸濕劑、無機微粒子之1種或2種以上。
前述多纖絲可藉由例如以下之製造方法製造。亦即,例如將固有黏度為0.55~0.80之前述聚酯等藉由常用方法紡絲,以2000~4300m/分鐘之速度作為未延伸絲(中間配向絲)暫時捲取,並經延伸或於捲取前延伸,獲得前述多纖絲。
又,亦可使用加熱至180~200之加熱器以鬆弛狀態(過饋入1.5~10%)熱處理中間配向絲,作成在加熱下具有自我伸長性之未延伸絲(中間配向絲)。再者,亦可施以假撚捲縮加工或空氣加工或撚絲等。
本發明中,織物中含有前述多纖絲。此時,織物中較佳為含有50重量%以上(更佳為80重量%以上)之前述多纖絲。尤其,較佳為織物僅由前述多纖絲所成。
前述織物中,通氣度較佳為1.0cc/cm2‧sec以下(較佳為0.1~1.0cc/cm2‧sec)。通氣度若大於1.0cc/cm2‧sec,則會有填充材漏出,損及蓄熱性之虞。
因此,為了獲得低通氣度之織物,以下述式定義之織物之覆蓋因子CF宜為1200以上(較佳為1300~2500)。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf[DWp為經絲總纖度(dtex),MWp為經絲織密度(根/2.54cm),DWf為緯絲總纖度(dtex),MWf為緯絲織密度(根/2.54cm)]。
又,該織物之織物組織並未特別限制,可例示為例如平織、斜紋織、緞織等之三原組織、變化組織、變化斜紋織等之變化組織、經編雙重織、緯編雙重織等之半雙重組織、經編絲絨、尼龍格子布組織等。其中,就撕裂強度織方面較佳為尼龍格子布組織。層數可為單層亦可為2層以上之多層。製織方法亦可使用通常之織機(例如通常之噴水織機、噴空氣織機等)之通常方法。
又,若對織物施以軋光加工及/或吸水加工,由於可
使組織間空隙變小,故可進而提高低通氣度,可吸收運動或睡眠時自人類發出之蒸氣或汗而較佳。作為吸水加工,例如以賦予親水性加工劑之方法,使用5%owf之親水劑(高松油脂(股)製SR-1000),與通常之染色加工同時實施130℃ 30分鐘之方法等為有效,但不限定於此。
且作為軋光加工條件,較佳為溫度130℃以上(更佳為140~195℃)、線壓200~20000N/cm之範圍內。
進而,亦可附加應用常用方法之染色加工、撥水加工、起毛加工、紫外線遮蔽或制靜電劑、抗菌劑、消臭劑、防蟲劑、蓄光劑、回反射劑、負離子產生劑等之賦予功能之各種加工、表面拋磨加工或刷毛處理加工。
且,織物之單位面積重較佳為100g/m2以下(更佳為30~80g/m2)。就輕量性之觀點單位面積重越小越佳,但單位面積重過小時有吸水性降低之虞,故較佳為30~80g/m2之範圍。
本發明之內襯係以前述織物構成。此時,亦可施以適當縫製或裝飾,附加附屬品。
本發明之內襯由於柔軟性優異,故可較佳地作為羽絨外套、鋪棉外套、運動服、戶外用品、工作服、防護服、防寒衣、睡袋、坐墊、暖爐被褥、被褥等之內襯使用。尤其較佳為被褥內襯。
接著詳述本發明之實施例及比較例,但本發明不受限
於此。又,實施例中之各測定項目係以下述方法測定。
藉由JISL10966.4測定。
藉由JISL1096 6.27.1 A法(Frazir法)測定通氣性(cc/cm2‧sec)。
藉由下述式,算出織物之覆蓋因子CF。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf[DWp為經絲總纖度(dtex),MWp為經絲織密度(根/2.54cm),DWf為緯絲總纖度(dtex),MWf為緯絲織密度(根/2.54cm)]。
藉由試驗者之評價,以下述三階段進行評價,3級:柔軟性優異,2級:普通,1級:柔軟性差。
將聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯多纖絲延伸絲(總纖度30dtex/144fil)使用於經絲及緯絲,織成公知之尼龍格子布組織之坯布。接著對該織物進行通常之染色修飾加工(利
用分散染料染色為藍色),施以吸水加工後實施最終固色,進行軋光加工獲得內襯。此時之吸水加工係以下述加工劑之配方與染色加工同時實施130℃ 30分鐘。又,軋光加工係以輥溫度160℃之條件進行軋光加工。
‧吸水加工劑 5%owf(對於纖維重量為5wt%)
(高松油脂(股)製SR-100)
‧水 95.0wt%
關於所得之內襯用織物,單位面積重57gr/m2,CF1760,係柔軟性優異者(3級)。又通氣性為0.4cc/cm2‧sec。
其次,使用該內襯作為被褥內襯獲得被褥並使用後,為柔軟性優異者。
實施例1中,除了使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯多纖絲延伸絲(總纖度56dtex/72fil)以外,與實施例1同樣。所得之內襯為柔軟性差者(1級)。
依據本發明,獲得柔軟性優異之內襯。
依據本發明,提供柔軟性優異之內襯,其工業價值極大。
Claims (2)
- 一種被褥內襯,其特徵係僅由單纖維纖度0.5dtex以下、纖絲數144根以上、總纖度50dtex以下之聚酯多纖絲所構成,且以下述式定義之覆蓋因子CF為1200以上,單位面積重為30~80g/m2,且通氣度為1.0cc/cm2‧sec以下的織物所構成,CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf[DWp為經絲總纖度(dtex),MWp為經絲織密度(根/2.54cm),DWf為緯絲總纖度(dtex),MWf為緯絲織密度(根/2.54cm)]。
- 如請求項1之被褥內襯,其係對前述織物施以吸水加工及/或軋光加工所成。
