Description

具保持器之軸承
本發明係為一種旋轉類的傳動元件,尤指一種具保持器的軸承。
請參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,為現有軸承包含有一內環(1)、一外環(2)、一保持器(3)及複數滾珠(4),該外環(2)係間隔地置於內環(1)的外圍,該保持器(3)設於該內環(1)與該外環(2)之間,而該保持器(3)係由兩片式具有複數凹部(311)的環狀片(31)組成,兩該環狀片(31)係藉由複數固定件(G)連結固定,兩該環狀片(31)之凹部(311)係構成複數個供滾珠(4)設置的容置孔(32),而該些滾珠(4)係可於該容置孔(32)轉動地設於該保持器(3)上,並與該內環(1)與外環(2)接觸,然而該容置孔(32)之保持面(321)係相對滾珠(4)的表面輪廓設置,故並無法提供潤滑油儲存於保持面(321)與滾珠(4)之間,軸承於運行過程中,滾珠(4)與內環(1)的滾動溝(11)、外環(2)的滾動槽(21)接觸摩擦,其摩擦力大如果又潤滑性不佳,產生的摩擦熱高,因此大幅降低軸承的精度及使用壽命。
有鑑於上述問題,本發明主要目的在於:研發一種具潤滑油 儲存結構的軸承之保持器。
為達成上述之目的,本發明係為一種具保持器的軸承,係包含:一內環,其具有一滾動溝;一套設於內環外周的外環,其具有一對應該滾動溝設置的滾動槽,該滾動溝與滾動槽係構成一負荷路徑;複數滾珠;一環型的保持器,其設有複數個供滾珠設置的容置孔,各該容置孔係由複數個相對應的U型狀的半保持部構成,且兩相對設置的半保持部之U型的開口係交錯設置,兩該半保持部分別設有相對應U型的半油溝,兩該半油溝係構成一油溝,該滾珠與該油溝之間係形成一潤滑油儲存空間。
較佳的,該半保持部相對該容置孔分別設有兩半保持面,該半保持面一端係與該半油溝連接,另一端係朝徑方向延伸並呈漸縮設置,一該容置孔的兩該半保持面係構成一ㄑ字型,以將該滾珠保持於該容置孔。
較佳的,該半油溝係為一四分之一圓,該圓之半徑係介於0.5~2mm,該油溝為一半圓形。
藉此,本發明由該保持器所設置的半保持部之開口相互交錯設計,以擾動潤滑油於保持器的容置孔流動,再者由各該半油溝的設計得以讓潤滑油留存於滾珠與半油溝所形成的儲存空間,以讓滾珠得到充分的潤滑。

請參閱第三圖至第五圖所示,本發明係為一種具保持器的軸承,係包含:一內環(1),其具有一滾動溝(11);一套設於內環(1)外周的外環(2),其具有一對應該滾動溝(11)設置的滾動槽(12),該滾動溝(11)與滾動槽(12)係構成一負荷路徑;複數滾珠(4);一環型的保持器(3),其設有複數個供滾珠(4)設置的容置孔(31),各該容置孔(31)係由複數個相對應的U型狀的半保持部(311)構成,且兩相對設置的半保持部(311)之U型的開口(3111)係交錯設置,如第三圖所示,兩該半保持部(311)分別設有相對應U型的半油溝(312A、312B),於本實施例該半油溝(312A、312B)係為一四分之一圓,該圓之半徑係介於0.5~2mm,此範圍的界定能讓該半保持部(311)維持較佳的強度,以避免因為滾珠(4)在容置孔(31)運行時因為產生擠壓而導致該半保持部(311)變形或斷裂,兩該半油溝(312A、312B)係構成一油溝(312),於本實施例該油溝(312)為一半圓形,該滾珠(4)與該油溝(312)之間係形成一潤滑油儲存空間(90)。該半保持部(311)相對該容置孔(31)分別設有兩半保持面(3112),該半保持面(3112)一端係與該半油溝(312A、312B)連接,另一端係朝徑方向延伸並呈漸縮設置,一該容置孔(31)的兩該半保持面(3112)係構成一ㄑ字型,以將該滾珠(4)保持於該容置孔(31)。
綜所上述,所以本發明之『具有產業之可利用性』應已毋庸置疑,除此之外,在本案實施例所揭露出的特徵技術,於申請之 前並未曾見於諸刊物,亦未曾被公開使用,不但具有如上所述功效增進之事實,更具有不可輕忽的附加功效,是故,本發明的『新穎性』以及『進步性』都已符合專利法規,爰依法提出發明專利之申請,祈請惠予審查並早日賜准專利,實感德便。
以上所述實施例之揭示係用以說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明,故舉凡數值之變化與等效元件之置換,仍應隸屬本發明之範疇。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種具保持器的軸承,係包含:一內環,其具有一滾動溝;一套設於內環外周的外環,其具有一對應該滾動溝設置的滾動槽,該滾動溝與滾動槽係構成一負荷路徑;複數滾珠;一環型的保持器,其設有複數個供滾珠設置的容置孔,各該容置孔係由複數個相對應的U型狀的半保持部構成,且兩相對設置的半保持部之U型的開口係交錯設置,兩該半保持部分別設有相對應U型的半油溝,兩該半油溝係構成一油溝,該滾珠與該油溝之間係形成一潤滑油儲存空間;其中,該半油溝係為一四分之一圓,該圓之半徑係介於0.5~2mm。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具保持器的軸承,其中,該半保持部相對該容置孔分別設有兩半保持面,該半保持面一端係與該半油溝連接,另一端係朝徑方向延伸並呈漸縮設置,一該容置孔的兩該半保持面係構成一ㄑ字型,以將該滾珠保持於該容置孔。
  3. 如請求項1所述之具保持器的軸承,其中,該油溝為一半圓形。
