Description

Tiliacora科之雅囊(Tiliacora triandra Diels)(亦稱為Yanang)是東南亞大陸地區原生開花植物物種且尤其用於泰國及寮國東北部美食中。其為一種攀緣植物,主要具有單子葉光滑橢圓形深綠色葉子及淡黃色花。在傳統東南亞藥學上,Tiliacora triandra係作為用以退燒、酒精中毒、炎症及細菌/真菌感染之草藥。例如,Tiliacora triandra Diels對抗瘧原蟲(plasmodium falciparum)(引起人類瘧疾)之用途係揭示於Pavanand等人,Phytother.Res.,3,215-217(1989)中。
用以治療、預防、減輕、抑制及/或改善因表皮及真皮層漸近式退化引起之皮膚老化症狀(包括環境壓力)之組合物的安全、有效及新穎組分是有利於調配皮膚之療法及產品。如文中所述,本文係提供適用於治療皺紋等及適用於個人護膚產品之新穎及有益方法及組合物及其作用模式。

本發明提供用以改善皮膚美觀之新穎組合物及其使用方法,該等最新發現可用以有效治療老化症狀及與皮膚之皮膚老化相關之結果,諸如因為老化(包括歲月老化、激素老化及/或光線老化)所引起的細紋、皺紋、皮膚鬆弛及其他健康狀態。咸應明瞭,歲月老化是為皮膚中結構、功能及代謝發生變化,此點類似於其他身體器官產生老化及退化變化,然而,光線老化為不同的過程且極大程度上是因包括曝露於環境(諸如陽光)而導致對皮膚膠原蛋白及彈性蛋白纖維之損傷。以規則性及持續性為基礎(諸如每日基礎),局部性施用該等組合物於皮膚上可實現皮膚美觀的改善。
咸應明瞭,文中所用術語「治療」及「療法」包括減小、改善、增進、減輕及/或消除因老化及/或環境壓力所造成的皮膚結果。本發明組合物及方法係適用於治療身體多處區域(包括(但不限於)臉部、前額、唇、頸、臂、手、腿、膝、腳、胸、背、腹股溝、臂部等)皮膚之皮膚健康狀態。在一較佳實施例中,該等組合物係施用於臉部。
本發明之一實施例係有關於以Tiliacora科(或更明確言之是指Tiliacora triandra Diels植株或極明確言之是指Tiliacora triandra Diels
植株之藤蔓)之天然植物原料於施用於臉部及/或身體之局部用組合物以改善皮膚健康狀態及美觀上之新穎用途。在另一實施例中,該Tiliacora科之天然植物原料係以與後文所述之一或多種其他活性劑組合之形式提供。

一如所習知,皮膚係由多重細胞層所組成,其可廣義劃分為兩部分-表皮頂層及真皮底層。
表皮為皮膚最頂層,其可提供防水及充當感染及其他外部因子之屏障。該層主要係由角質細胞構成,角質細胞係從角質幹細胞分裂而發源自基礎層(表皮最深層)。該等角質細胞向上沖過該等真皮層,從而經歷逐漸分化。當該等細胞移向皮膚表面時,該等角質細胞發生去核化、扁平化及高度角質化。最終,該等角質細胞會相繼死亡且形成角質層(表皮最外層),該角質層可充當防止雜質及感染性因子進入身體之有效屏障並使水分散失減到最小。在正常及健康皮膚中,角質細胞每30日會脫落且不斷地更換。然而,在老化皮膚中,隨著角質細胞更新速率減小,角質層會喪失其保留水分之能力,繼而使皮膚發生脫水。
真皮是位於介於表皮與皮下組織之間的皮膚底層。真皮是皮膚層中最厚者,且包含由纖維母細胞所維持之皮膚胞外基質。纖維母細胞可藉由持續性分泌胞外基質之前驅物而使結締組織維持結構完整。在老化皮膚中,確保膠原蛋白及彈性蛋白纖維兩者之合成作用及成熟作用與其分解間平衡之該等纖維母細胞會使得該平衡傾向於膠原蛋白及彈性蛋白纖維之分解。
實際上,膠原蛋白及彈性蛋白為真皮-表皮界(DEJ)(即:介導緻密層與真皮底層結締組織間親密接觸之特異性結構)之主要組分。該真皮-表皮界(DEJ)聯鎖形成稱為網脊之脂狀凸起部分。表皮細胞係自真皮中之血管接收其營養素及氧,因為表皮沒有它自己的血管。DEJ處之網脊使得曝露於真皮之表皮的表面面積增加以致必需營養素/氧之吸收變得更難,且兩層皮膚層可更強結合並抵抗機械壓力。該DEJ係隨老化而變平,以致皮膚易受損且極有可能發生角質化。該過程亦藉由減小與真皮接觸之表面面積使得可用於表皮之營養素/氧的量減少,由此干擾皮膚的正常修復過程且結果皮膚顯示老化症狀(諸如易損、線及皺紋、鬆弛、無光澤、色變及膚色不勻、粗糙紋理等)。

對於用於本發明組合物中,植物或組分及/或活性成分較佳直接衍生自該植物。該等組分可呈純形式、半純形式或非純形式。在一個實施例中,該等組分係呈經有機溶劑提取(參見實例1)獲得之提取物
之形式。
簡言之,有機溶劑提取法包括使用有機溶劑洗及提取植物原料。有機溶劑之非限制性實例包括甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、二氯甲烷、氯仿、己烷、二甲苯及石油醚。此技藝中習知之方法可用於有機溶劑提取。
有機溶劑提取包括自含有所欲成分之植物收集原料,諸如種子、針葉、葉、根、樹皮、球果、莖、根莖、癒合組織細胞、原生質體、花及分生組織。該等植物原料經研磨成小粒子尺寸,然後藉由可測量裝料機通過原料入口裝入提取機內。植物原料在提取機中由推進器推送,且使該植物原料慢慢移動前進。有機溶劑(例如乙醇)可通過位於廢棄物排放口頂部之溶劑入口添加於機械中。由於重力差及平衡,溶劑流向原料入口,浸泡該等原料,及自溶劑入口之相對側流出。因為該等植物原料及該溶劑係彼此對向移動,因此該等植物原料係持續浸漬於含有低濃度提取物之溶液中。由於平衡之結果,可由連續對低濃度溶液提取植物原料而得到高產率之植物成分。
適於移除植物成分之提取時間適宜介於約1至8小時之間,更佳介於約2至6小時之間,最佳介於約3至5小時之間。提取溫度為在約30℃至約90℃之間,在約40℃至約70℃之間,及在約50℃至約60℃之間。然後所收集之提取物經精細過濾以移除碎屑,且可直接使用,或濃縮,例如藉由蒸餾溶劑或藉由其他習知處理,該提取物亦可以粉末形式提供。
類似地,水-有機溶劑提取包括最初自含有一或多種所期生物鹼之植物收集原料,諸如該植物之種子、針葉、葉、根、樹皮、球果、莖、根莖、植物癒合組織細胞、原生質體、器官及氣管系統及分生組織,其係研磨成小粒子尺寸形式。根據所期提取物於酸或鹼(鹼性)條件下之溶解性及穩定性,經研磨之植物原料係浸泡於酸或鹼之水溶液
中。以酸條件下提取而言,(例如)以約3%(w/v)之濃度將諸如鹽酸或硫酸之酸添加於水中。以鹼條件下提取而言,將諸如氫氧化鈉或碳酸鈉之鹼添加於水中。一般,提取之提取時間及溫度類似於上述有機溶劑提取法中所採用者。
然後收集提取物繼而細濾移除碎屑。根據所收集提取物之酸度及鹼度,可將鹼劑(例如氨)或酸化劑(例如硫酸)添加至提取物中以藉由調整pH中和溶液。水提取物可直接予以使用、濃縮或乾燥。然後,可將替代性有機溶劑添加於經中和之溶液中以將提取活化劑自水相轉移至有機相。該等有機溶劑之實例包括(但不限於)乙醇、異丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇及二甲苯。包含溶於有機溶劑中之經轉移提取活化劑之提取物可直接予以使用,以濃縮物或經乾燥者使用。
可將含有不同成分之不同植物混合及一起進行提取。該混合提取法可較佳用於提取其等含有在用於提取之溶劑(諸如乙醇)中具有類似溶解性之成分之植物。提取物之混合物可經濃縮並儲存於適宜溶劑中。
在一個實施例中,可自Tiliacora triandra植株之蔓藤獲得提取物。在一較佳實施例中,可乾燥植物原料且隨後使用溶劑自該乾燥植物提取以獲得提取物。在一個實施例中,可使用極性溶劑。適宜之極性溶劑包括(但不限於)水;醇(諸如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等);二醇;醚(諸如二乙醚、二丙醚等);酯(諸如乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯等);酮(諸如丙酮、乙基甲基酮等);有機酸(包括乙酸等);二甲亞碸;乙腈;其他有機溶劑;及其組合物。其他適宜之溶劑包括生理鹽水、磷酸緩衝液及磷酸鹽緩衝鹽水等。
較佳地,經由水、乙醇或其混合物提取Tiliacora triandra蔓藤獲得Tiliacora triandra提取物。較佳之溶劑系統可包含約10體積%至約90體積%乙醇及約10體積%至約90體積%水。更佳地,該溶劑系統可
包含約45體積%至約90體積%乙醇及約10體積%至約55體積%水。利用包含約60體積%至約90體積%乙醇及約10體積%至約40體積%水之溶劑系統得到特別好的結果,且乙醇與水之85:15混合物(按體積計)為較佳。
Tiliacora triandra Diels之提取物並非係藉由將植物原料煮沸或慢煮於水性溶劑中製得。
提取物可以與生理可接受溶劑之混合物的形式加以使用,因為濃縮物中之一部分溶劑或其他稀釋劑係經蒸發或其他適宜之物理方法移除,或較佳地,可移除溶劑得到乾燥提取物。較佳地,經過濾、離心或其他適宜方法移除提取物中之固形物。可經冷凍乾燥、噴霧乾燥、造粒或其他適宜方法進行乾燥。可藉由將提取液與充填物或載體(諸如麥芽糊精)組合,接著進行噴霧乾燥完成噴霧乾燥。

本發明組合物可進一步包含常用於化妝品領域之任何成分。該等成分包括保存劑、水相增稠劑(聚醣生物聚合物、合成聚合物)及脂肪相增稠劑、香精、親水性及親脂性活化劑及其混合物。該等不同成分的量為常用於化妝品領域以實現其意欲目的之其等,且一般約0.01重量%至約20重量%(按組合物的重量計)。該等成分之性質及其量必須相容於本發明組合物之製法。
本發明組合物亦可包括一般係以0重量%至約30重量%,較佳約0.05重量%至約20重量%含量存在(按組合物的重量計)之額外顆粒相,且其可包含用於化妝品組合物中之顏料及/或珠光劑及/或填充劑。適宜之無機顏料包括氧化鈦、氧化鋯及氧化鈰,以及氧化鋅、氧化鐵、氧化鉻及鐵藍。適宜之有機顏料包括鋇、鍶、鈣及鋁色澱及碳黑。適宜之珠光劑包括經氧化鈦、氧化鐵或天然顏料塗覆之雲母。按組合物的重量計,填充劑通常係以0至約20重量%,較佳約0.1至約10重量%含量存在。適宜之填充劑包括滑石、氧化矽、硬脂酸鋅、雲母、高嶺土、尼龍(特定言之是指汽油)粉劑、聚乙烯粉劑、鐵氟龍(Teflon)、澱粉、氮化硼、共聚物微球體(諸如Expancel(Nobel Industrie)、Polytrap(Dow Coming))及聚矽氧樹脂微珠(Tospearl,獲自Toshiba)。
本發明組合物之油相可包含一或多種蠟、膠或其混合物。該等蠟包括烴基蠟、氟蠟及/或聚矽氧蠟且可為植物、礦物、動物及/或合成來源。特定言之,該等蠟具有大於25℃,較佳大於45℃之熔點。按
組合物的重量計,本發明組合物可包含0至約20重量%蠟。膠一般為高分子量PDMS或纖維素膠或聚醣及半固體物質一般為諸如羊毛脂及其衍生物或PDMS之烴基化合物。按組合物的重量計,本發明組合物可包含0至約20重量%,一般約0.1重量%至約10重量%膠。
本發明另一特定實施例係有關於藉由使用標的遞送系統(例如脂質體、微球體(參見,Unger等人著之例如美國專利案第5,770,222號)及類似物)遞送所述組合物,以使組分及/或活性成分可更易到達並作用在施用區域(例如臉或頸)或皮膚其他區域之皮下層。
在另一較佳實施例中,本發明局部用組合物亦包含如下中至少一者:皮膚滲透促進劑、表面潤滑劑、皮膚豐滿劑、光擴散劑、防曬劑、剝落促進劑及抗氧化劑。該等及其他適宜化妝品成分相關之細節可參見「International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook」第10版(2004),由Cosmetic,Toiletry,and Fragrance Association(CTFA)出版,第2177至2299頁,其全文係以引用的方式併入本文中。
防曬劑係保護皮膚免遭紫外線傷害。在本發明之一例示性實施例中,藉由使用單一防曬劑或防曬劑組合中任一種情況,防曬劑均可同時提供UVA及UVB保護。可用於該等組合物中之防曬劑為阿伏苯宗(avobenzone)、肉桂酸衍生物(諸如辛基甲氧基肉桂酸酯)、水楊酸辛酯、氧苯酮、二氧化鈦、氧化鋅或其混合物。防曬劑可以組合物總重量計約1重量%至約30重量%存在。添加防曬劑可於包裝期間預防/減少組合物發生光降解以及用來保護皮膚免遭紫外線輻射影響。
具有防曬劑之本發明該等組合物可另外改善皮膚美觀,包括下列中至少一者:曬傷最小化,曬黑最小化及減輕泛紅。
值得一提地,抗氧化劑功能係自皮膚捕獲自由基以保護皮膚免遭環境侵襲。可用於該等組合物中之抗氧化劑之實例包括具有以下之化合物:α羥基酸(AHA);過氧化苯甲醯;β羥基酸;酮酸,諸如丙酮
酸、2-氧基丙酸、2-氧基丁酸及2-氧基戊酸;揭示於美國專利案第5,847,003及5,834,513號(其揭示內容係以引用的方式併入本文中)中之含氧酸;水楊酸;脲;或其任何混合物。較佳之抗氧化劑為3,6,9-三氧雜十一烷二酸、乙醇酸、乳酸或其任何混合物;酚式羥基功能,諸如抗壞血酸及其衍生物/酯;β-胡蘿蔔素;兒茶素;薑黃色素;阿魏酸(ferulic acid)衍生物(例如阿魏酸乙基酯、阿魏酸鈉);沒食子酸衍生物(例如沒食子酸丙酯);番茄紅素;還原酸;迷疊香酸(rosmarinic acid);丹寧酸(tannic acid);四氫薑黃色素;生育酚及其衍生物;尿酸;或其任何混合物。其他適宜之抗氧化劑為呈還原或非還原形式之具有一或多種硫醇功能(-SH)之其等,諸如谷胱甘肽、硫辛酸、硫代乙醇酸及其他硫氫基化合物。抗氧化劑可為無機的,諸如亞硫酸氫鹽、偏亞硫酸氫鹽、亞硫酸鹽或其他無機鹽及含硫酸。本發明組合物可具有組合物總重量計較佳約0.001重量%至約10重量%,及更佳約0.001重量%至約5重量%之抗氧化劑。
該組合物亦可具有以下活化劑、成分或佐劑中之一或多者:麻醉劑、抗過敏劑、抗真菌劑、防腐劑、螯合劑、著色劑、緩和劑、柔軟劑、乳化劑、香精、保濕劑、潤滑劑、保濕劑、pH調整劑、顏料改質劑、保存劑、穩定劑、表面活性劑、增稠劑、黏度調節劑、維生素或其任何混合物。該等不同物質的量為常用於化妝品或醫藥領域之其等,例如,其等可佔組合物總重量約0.01%至約20%。
除了所述天然植物活化劑之外,適用於調配成本發明之該等組合物之活化劑的非限制性實例包括其等具有治療皺紋及/或細紋之作用之試劑,諸如角質層分離劑,即:具有剝落、去角質或洗滌性質之活化劑或可軟化皮膚角質層之活化劑。抗皺或抗細紋活化劑之其他實例包括羥基酸及類視色素。例如,該等試劑係以相對於組合物總重量計約0.0001重量%至約5重量%之含量進行調配。
例如,適宜之羥基酸包括乙醇酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、檸檬酸、2-羥基鏈烷酸、扁桃酸、水楊酸及其烷基衍生物(包括5-正辛醯基水楊酸、5-正十二烷醯基水楊酸、5-正癸醯基水楊酸、5-正辛基水楊酸、5-正庚基氧基水楊酸、4-正庚基氧基水楊酸及2-羥基-3-甲基苯甲酸或其烷氧基衍生物(諸如2-羥基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸))。
例示性類視色素包括(但不限於)視黃酸(例如全反或13-順)及其衍生物、視黃醇(維生素A)及其酯(諸如視黃醇棕櫚酸酯、視黃醇乙酸酯及視黃醇丙酸酯)及其鹽。
更特定言之,適用於局部應用之組合物可呈用於皮膚(較佳用於臉、頸、手、腳或身體其他區域)之保護組合物之形式。非限制性實例包括日霜或洗劑、晚霜或洗劑、防曬霜、防曬洗劑或防曬油、身體乳液、粉底(粉底霜)、人造曬黑組合物、脫毛劑及貼片。
乳化劑一般係以相對於組合物總重量計約0.1重量%至約30重量%及較佳約0.5重量%至約30重量%之含量存於本發明乳化劑組合物中。然而,並非所有組合物均必需包含乳化劑。
本發明組合物可採用化妝品產業中所習知之技藝製得。相應地,提取物係如前面所述製得且可經簡單混合併入該組合物中。至於乳化劑組合物,水相及油相係分開製成預混合物,然後於剪切條件下組合得到乳液。一般,可將提取物添加於水相中。
以下實例描述本發明之特定態樣以說明本發明並針對習此相關技藝者提供有關該等方法之描述。由於該等實例僅提供有助於理解及操作本發明及其不同態樣之特定方法論,因此,該等實例不應視為限制本發明。
可藉由採用技藝中所習知之水-有機溶劑提取法從天然原料提取本發明植物。以下陳述兩種該等提取法。
採用乙醇提取方案提取Tiliacora triandra植物的蔓藤獲得提取物。簡言之,首先,將Tiliacora triandra Diels的蔓藤以手動方式研磨成小顆粒,從而得到每瓶(2個瓶)為約250克之粉末。然後,利用80%乙醇(2×2,000ml/瓶)提取該研磨粉末。在過濾及真空蒸發之後,總濃縮提取物係經冷凍乾燥而得到為50克之乙醇提取物。移除丹寧(Tannins)得到為46.04克之Tiliacora triandra乙醇提取物。
採用己烷提取方案提取Tiliacora triandra植物的蔓藤獲得提取物。簡言之,首先,將Tiliacora triandra的蔓藤以手動方式研磨成小顆粒,從而得到每瓶(2個瓶)為約250克之粉末。然後,利用100%己烷(2×2,000ml/瓶)提取該研磨粉末。在過濾及真空蒸發之後,總濃縮提取物係於40℃下經熱風烘箱乾燥得到為0.61克之Tiliacora triandra己烷提取物。
將角質細胞及纖維母細胞塗覆於具有100μL含成長補充劑之培養基(例如,Epilife培養基,獲自Cascade Biologics Inc.)之96孔板(1.0×104個細胞/孔)中。於37℃下,將塗覆細胞培養24小時。於24小時之後,將實例1之不同濃度之乙醇植物提取物添加於各孔中且再培養48小時。各處理孔之代謝活性或細胞活力係參照未經處理之細胞藉由MTT(3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2-基)-2,5-二苯基四唑溴化物)試驗測定。在移除100μL培養基之後,將MTT儲備染料溶液添加(15μL/100μL培養基)於各孔中且於37℃下在5% CO2氣氛中培養4小時。若細胞具活
力,淺黃色MTT則轉變為深藍色甲臢結晶且累積於該孔中。於4小時之後,將溶解液(100μL)添加於各孔中,徹底混合以溶解不溶性甲臢結晶。由於存活細胞數直接與所產生之甲臢產物之濃度成比例,因此,參照波長630nm於540nm下藉由使用ELISA板閱讀器測得吸光率來測定細胞活力(存活率)。纖維母細胞及角質細胞之細胞存活率數據係以細胞存活率百分比(%)對對照組未經處理之細胞之形式描繪於圖1及2中。
圖1及2顯示不同濃度之Tiliacora triandra提取物分別對於纖維母細胞及角質細胞存活率之效應。圖1顯示持續添加提取物會使得纖維母細胞存活率提高50%以上,然而,圖2顯示添加提取物會使得角質細胞存活率提高如於約70μg/ml提取物下之30%般多。
將正常人類纖維母細胞培養於6孔板中。對於該等分析,細胞以密度1×105個細胞/孔培養於2ml生長培養基中。以含有或不含植物提取物之生長培養基處理鋪滿之細胞24小時。纖維母細胞上清液於浸漬1mg/ml明膠之10%聚丙烯醯胺凝膠中進行基質凝膠電泳。細胞上清液樣本(0.5微克蛋白)與等體積的非還原性Laemmli樣本緩衝液(2% SDS;125mM Tris-HCl,pH 6.8,10%甘油及0.001%溴苯酚藍)混合,然後進行電泳。然後,電泳凝膠於室溫在2% Triton X-100中經歷20分鐘洗2次,且於37℃在50mM Tris-HCl緩衝液(pH 7.4,含有5mM CaCl2)中培育16小時。培育之後,利用0.05% Coomassie亮藍G-250染色該等凝膠。
為了檢驗實例1之乙醇植物提取物對於酶活性之效應,將如上所收集之纖維母細胞上清液載於製備型含明膠聚丙烯醯胺凝膠上。電泳之後,將該等凝膠切成1公分之條狀物,且各條狀物於37℃在包含不
同濃度之實例1乙醇提取物之Tris-CaCl2緩衝液中培育16小時。使用10mM之1,10-啡啉(phenanthroline)化合物作為對照抑制劑。然後,凝膠在2% Triton X-100中廣泛洗滌,及於37℃在Tris-CaCl2溶液中再培育16小時。為定量MMPs由所述提取物之相對抑制,掃描電泳譜帶,且由比較MMPs之活性與不包含該等植物部份之對照反應進行分析。
圖3顯示不同濃度之Tiliacora triandra提取物對於溶膠活性(譜帶3至5)之效應。溶膠活性係以未染色譜帶偵測。該圖顯示持續添加提取物使得溶膠活性降低,此點顯示膠原蛋白分解降低係歸因於Tiliacora triandra提取物。
每一試驗孔藉由添加20μl DQ明膠儲備液,製得濃度為12.5μg/ml。利用1×反應緩衝液稀釋實例1之乙醇提取物及然後利用1×反應緩衝液稀釋梭菌屬(Clostridium)膠原酶III型至0.3單位/ml。添加100μl稀釋酶或100μl 1×反應緩衝液作為針對預載有基質及Tiliacora triandra提取物等分試樣之樣本孔之空白樣。於37℃下,在黑暗處將該等樣本培養1至30分鐘。由於反應係連續的(非終止型),因此使用習知之分光螢光計以每1.5分鐘時間間隔測定螢光強度。經DQ明膠基質消化之產物會顯示膠原酶活性且具有於485nm處之最大吸收率及於528nm處之最大螢光發射。
圖4A顯示不同濃度之Tiliacora triandra提取物對於溶膠活性(未經處理者對經100μg/ml提取物處理者)之效應。類似於圖4A,圖4B顯示該Tiliacora triandra提取物對於溶膠活性(於該提取物之較高濃度(即不超過200μg/ml)下)之效應。該等圖顯示持續添加該提取物會使得膠原酶活性減小。
揭示於表1中之原型係例示包含揭示於實例1中之源自Tiliacora triandra植物蔓藤之乙醇提取物之局部用組合物。該等組合物針對多位受試者(小組)進行測試且例如與市售局部用組合物作比較。本研究者明瞭該等小組可被要求施用對照用組合物及原型於其皮膚上持續幾小時、幾天或幾個月,且根據問卷評價該等調配物。例如,可問詢小組該原型是否使得細紋、皺紋、皮膚鬆弛及其他因表皮及真皮層中皮膚細胞成長、增殖及功能漸近式退化引起之病況減輕。結果證實因施用該原型而改善有其需要之老化皮膚之美觀。

Claims (5)
- 一種組合物之用途,其係用於製備藉由增加皮膚中纖維母細胞及角質細胞之增殖以治療皺紋及/或細紋之藥物,其中該組合物包含(a)來自雅囊(Tiliacora triandra Diels)植物之蔓藤的水及乙醇提取物;及(b)化妝品學上、皮膚學上、醫藥學上或生理學上可接受媒劑;其中該提取物係藉由以包含約10體積%至約90體積%之乙醇及約10體積%至約90體積%之水的溶劑混合物提取獲得。
- 如請求項1之用途,其中該皮膚係敏感性皮膚。
- 如請求項1之用途,其中該藥物係每日至少一次局部施用至少一週。
- 如請求項1之用途,其中該提取物係以組合物總重量計約0.0001重量%至約90重量%含量存在。
- 如請求項4之用途,其中該提取物係以組合物總重量計約0.01重量%至約10重量%含量存在。
