Description

大口徑沉水管接頭裝置及其結合方法
本發明是有關於一種抽送水設備,特別是指一種大口徑沉水管接頭裝置及其結合方法。
參閱圖1,現有一種用於抽送海水的大口徑沉水管,是多數的中空管材1銜接而成,且該等管材1具有一中空管件101及二分別固接於該中空管件101兩端的接頭102,利用該等接頭102互相接合,可使相鄰二中空管件1互相串接,並延長使用長度。
為了方便製作,該中空管件101與該接頭102先獨立製作後,再以熔接方式進行接合。
該中空管件101與該接頭102的熔接處會呈不平整狀,抽送海水時容易產生擾流及阻力,且該中空管件101與該接頭102的熔接部位結構強度較不足,容易受彎矩及壓力作用而產生破損。
因此,本發明之一目的,即在提供一種結構簡單且可提昇結合強度的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置。
本發明之另一目的,即在提供一種步驟簡單且 可提昇結合強度的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法。
於是,本發明大口徑沉水管接頭裝置,包含一接頭、一管件、一強化單元及一夾壓單元。該接頭採用金屬材質製成,並具有一沿一軸線延伸且呈中空管狀的套接部及一連接於該套接部且沿垂直於該軸線延伸的凸緣部,該管件具有一採用塑膠材質製成且沿該軸線延伸呈中空管狀的管體及一捲繞於該管體與該套接部之間的內線圈,該管體具有一套接於該接頭的套接部的套合段及一連接於該套合段的延伸段,該強化單元束縛於該接頭與管件的套接處,並具有至少一採用塑膠材質製成且捲繞成型的強化層及至少一捲繞於該強化層內部的外線圈,該強化層具有一對應該接頭的套接部且固覆於該套合段外部的第一固覆段及一連接於該第一固覆段且固覆於該延伸段外部的第二固覆段,該外線圈由該第一固覆段延伸至該第二固覆段,該夾壓單元可相對於該管件拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件外部的充氣環件及至少一套設於該強化單元外部的束鉗件。
本發明大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法,包含以下步驟:(A)製備一接頭、一管件、一強化單元及一夾壓單元,該接頭採用金屬材質製成,並具有一沿一軸線延伸且呈中空管狀的套接部及一連接於該套接部且沿垂直於該軸線延伸的凸緣部,該管件具有一採用塑膠材質製成且沿該軸線延伸呈中空管狀的管體及一捲繞於該管體與該套接部之間的內線圈,該管體具有一套合段及一連接於該套 合段的延伸段,該強化單元具有至少一採用塑膠材質製成呈中空筒狀的強化層及至少一捲繞於該強化層內部的外線圈,該強化層具有一對應該接頭的套接部且固覆於該套合段外部的第一固覆段及一連接於該第一固覆段且固覆於該延伸段外部的第二固覆段,該外線圈由該第一固覆段延伸至該第二固覆段,該夾壓單元具有一可移動地設置於該接頭與該管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件外部的充氣環件及至少一套設於該強化單元外部的束鉗件;(B)將該管件的套合段套設於該接頭的套接部;(C)將該強化單元的外線圈及該強化層依序捲繞於該管件外部,且使該強化層的第一固覆段對應該接頭的套接部及該管件的該套合段,該第二固覆段對應於該延伸段;(D)將該充氣環件套設於該支撐件的支撐環圈外部,且將該支撐件與該充氣環件移至該接頭與該管件內部,再將該束鉗件束縛於該強化單元外部,利用該夾壓單元對該強化單元及該接頭進行加壓,對該內線圈及該外線圈進行通電,且使該管件與該強化層產生熱熔,使該接頭、該管件與該強化單元結合為一體;(D-1)對該充氣環件進行充氣,同時對該內線圈與該外線圈通電,該內線圈與該外線圈產生的熱可使該管件與該強化層產生熱熔,且使該接頭、該管件與該強化單元結合為一體;(E)將該夾壓單元自該接頭與該管件拆離。
本發明之功效:利用該強化單元固結於該管件,以及利用該管件固接於該接頭的套接部,整體結構簡單且可強化該管件與該接頭的結合強度。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施例詳細說明中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是現有一種大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的組合示意圖;圖2是一平面分解示意圖,說明本發明大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的一實施例;圖3是本發明上述實施例的一組合剖視圖;圖4是圖3的局部放大示意圖;圖5是本發明大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法一實施例的一結合操作示意圖;圖6是沿圖5中之線Ⅵ-Ⅵ的一剖面圖;及圖7是沿圖5中之線Ⅷ-Ⅷ的一剖面圖。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖2、圖3及圖5,本發明大口徑沉水管接頭裝置之一實施例,包含一接頭10、一管件20、一強化單元30及一夾壓單元40。
該接頭10採用金屬材質製成,並具有一沿一軸線L延伸且呈中空管狀的套接部11及一連接於該套接部11且沿垂直於該軸線L延伸的凸緣部12,該套接部11具有一圍繞該軸線L且可形成一內孔111的內周面112、一相反於該內周面112的外周面113及一設於該外周面113的波紋部114(見圖4)。
該管件20具有一採用塑膠材質(聚乙烯,簡稱PE)製成且沿該軸線L延伸呈中空管狀的管體200及一捲繞於該管體200與該套接部11之間的內線圈210,該管體200具有一套接於該接頭10的套接部11的套合段21及一沿該軸線L連接於該套合段21的延伸段22,且該管件20與該接頭10套接後,該管件20的套合段21受到該套接部11的撐張,會使其外徑大於該延伸段22的外徑,該延伸段22具有一圍繞該軸線L且可形成一通孔221的內壁面222,該內壁面222與該內周面112呈齊平。該內線圈210採用銅線且繞設於該外周面113的波紋部114外部。
該強化單元30束縛於該接頭10與管件20的套接處,並具有至少一採用塑膠材質(聚乙烯或聚丙烯)捲繞成型的強化層31及至少一捲繞於該強化層31內部且採用銅線的外線圈32,本實施例的強化單元30具有兩個呈內外設置的強化層31及兩個呈內外設置的外線圈32,且該等強化層31與該管件20共同構成三層強化結構,該等強化層31各具有一對應該接頭10的套接部11且固覆於該套合段21外部的第一固覆段311及一沿該軸線L連接於該第一固覆段311且固覆於該延伸段22外部的第二固覆段312,該等第一固覆段311的外徑大於該等第二固覆段312的外徑,該等第一固覆段311對應於該軸線L的長度也大於該等第二固覆段312對應於該軸線L的長度。該等外線圈32捲繞於該強化層31內部,且由該第一固覆段311延伸至該第二固覆段312。
配合參圖5、圖6及圖7,該夾壓單元40可自該接頭10與該管件20拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該管件20內部的支撐件41、一設置於該支撐件41與該管件20之間的充氣環件42及二套設於該強化單元30外部的束鉗件43,該支撐件41具有一圍繞該軸線L且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈411、一設置於該支撐環圈411內部的連接環圈412、多數連接於該連接環圈412與該支撐環圈411之間的輻條413、一連接於該連接環圈412且沿該軸線L延伸的跨架414及多數軸設於該跨架414的滾輪415,該跨架414呈倒U型之框架狀。該等束鉗件43各具有一對概呈半圓形且分別對應於該延伸段22與該套合段21的夾鉗框431,該等夾鉗框431可利用多數螺栓432互相鎖接。
當該管件20的套合段21套接於該接頭10的套接部11上,利用該套合段21與該波紋部114可產生咬合作用,接著,再將該強化單元30的外線圈32及該等強化層31依序捲繞於該管件20的管體200外部,且使該等強化層31的第一固覆段311對應該接頭10的套接部11及該管件20的套合段21,該等第二固覆段312對應於該延伸段22,接著,再如圖5所示,利用該等滾輪415可使該夾壓單元40的支撐件41、充氣環件42可沿該軸線L於該管件20內部移動,且對應於該延伸段22,再將該等束鉗件43分別對應於該延伸段22與該套合段21且束縛於該強化單元30外部。
如圖5、圖6及圖7所示,對該充氣環件42進 行充氣,使該管件20與該強化單元30受到該支撐件41的支撐作用、該充氣環件42沿徑向產生由內朝外的撐張作用,以及對應於該延伸段22的束鉗件43沿徑向朝內產生的束鉗作用,也利用另一束鉗件43束夾於對應該套合段21的強化單元30外部。再同時對該內線圈210與該等外線圈32通電,該內線圈210與該等外線圈32形成電阻產生熱,並可使該管件20與該接頭10、該管件20與該強化單元30、該強化單元的各強化層31在被該夾壓單元40加壓的狀態下產生熱熔,且使該接頭10、該管件20、該強化單元30結合為一體,該內線圈210完全包覆於該套合段21與該接頭10的套接部11間,可避免產生空隙或氣泡。該等外線圈32也完全包覆於該延伸段22與該第二固覆段312之間,或完全包覆於該等第二固覆段312之間,也可避免產生空隙或氣泡。另外,利用該接頭10的波紋部114可使熱熔後的管體200與該接頭10產生較佳之咬合效果。
再如圖3與圖4所示,當該接頭10、該管件20與該強化單元30互相熔接後,再將該夾壓單元40自該管件20中拆離,且利用該內線圈210完全包覆於該套合段21與該套接部11之間,以及該等外線圈32也完全包覆於該延伸段22與該第二固覆段312之間,或完全包覆於該等第二固覆段312之間,也可提昇該接頭10、該管件20與該強化單元30套接處的結構強度。
另外,利用該管件20的延伸段22的內壁面222與該接頭10的內周面112呈齊平,則可使抽送的水流運送 順暢,不會產生阻力。
且再將本發明接頭裝置所產生的功效歸納如下:
一、利用該強化單元30的設置及配合該夾壓單元40的夾壓操作,可使該接頭10與該管件20沿軸向產生穩固接合,不但可以降低成本,且可以提昇結合處的結構強度。
二、利用該管件20的內壁面222與該接頭10的內周面112呈齊平的作用,抽送海水時不會產生擾流,且該管件20與該接頭10套接處利用該強化單元30的配置達到結構強化目的,也不容易受水壓作用而產生破損。
三、由該接頭10、該管件20及該強化單元30所構成的接頭裝置,整體結構簡單、製造組配容易,且確實可強化大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結構強度,可延長使用壽命。
本發明大口徑沉水管的結合方法,包含以下步驟:
步驟一:預先製備如圖2及圖3、圖5所示的接頭10、該管件20、該強化單元30及該夾壓單元40。
步驟二:配合參圖2及圖3,先將該管件20的套合段21套設於該接頭10的套接部11,且使該管件20的套合段21受到該套接部11的撐張,該套合段21的外徑大於該延伸段22的外徑,該內壁面222與該內周面112呈齊平。
步驟三:再參閱圖3及圖4,先將該強化單元30 的其中一外線圈32繞設於該管件20的套合段21外部,接著再將其中一強化層31纏繞於該管件20及該外線圈32外部,且使該第一固覆段311固覆於該套合段21外部,該第二固覆段312固覆於該延伸段22外部。繼續將另一外線圈32繞設於第一個強化層31的第一固覆段311外部,接著再將另一強化層31纏繞於該第一個強化層31及該外線圈32外部,且使兩個強化層31的第一固覆段311彼此呈內外對應,兩個該第二固覆段312也彼此呈內外對應。
步驟四:再如圖5、圖6及圖7所示,將該充氣環件42套設於該支撐件41的支撐環圈411外部,且將該支撐件41與該充氣環件42自該接頭10的內孔111移入,並移至該管件20的通孔221中且對應於該延伸段22,再將該等束鉗件43分別束縛於該強化單元30的第一固覆段311與該第二固覆段312外部。且利用該等滾輪415可沿該接頭10的內周面112與該管件20的內壁面222滑動的作用,可使該夾壓單元40的支撐件41、充氣環件42可沿該軸線L於該接頭10、該管件20內部移動。
步驟五:再如圖5、圖6及圖7所示,對該充氣環件42進行充氣,使該管件20的延伸段、該強化單元30的第二固覆段312受到該支撐件41的支撐作用、該充氣環件42沿徑向產生由內朝外的撐張作用,以及所對應的束鉗件43沿徑向朝內產生的束鉗作用,同時,該強化單元30的第一固覆段311也受到該接頭10的套接部11的支撐作用、所對應的束鉗件43沿徑向朝內產生的束鉗作用。再同 時對該等內線圈210與該等外線圈32通電,該內線圈210與該等外線圈32形成電阻產生熱,並可使該管件20與該接頭10、該管件20與位於內層之強化層31、該等強化層31之間產生熱熔,且使該管件20與該等強化層31結合為一體,該管件20也可熔固於該接頭10上。
步驟六:將該夾壓單元40自該管件20與該接頭10拆離,該強化單元30可使該管件20固結於該接頭10上。
因此,利用上述連續步驟,可使該接頭10、該管件20及該強化單元30產生穩固結合,且該等構件的製造組配容易,且利用該強化單元30的設置與該夾壓單元40的配合夾壓,可使該接頭10與該管件20產生穩固接合,不但可以降低成本,且可以提昇結合處的結構強度。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種大口徑沉水管接頭裝置,包含:一接頭,採用金屬材質製成,並具有一沿一軸線延伸且呈中空管狀的套接部及一連接於該套接部且沿垂直於該軸線延伸的凸緣部;一管件,具有一採用塑膠材質製成且沿該軸線延伸呈中空管狀的管體及一捲繞於該管體與該套接部之間的內線圈,該管體具有一套接於該接頭的套接部的套合段及一連接於該套合段的延伸段;一強化單元,束縛於該接頭與管件的套接處,並具有至少一採用塑膠材質製成且捲繞成型的強化層及至少一捲繞於該強化層內部的外線圈,該強化層具有一對應該接頭的套接部且固覆於該套合段外部的第一固覆段及一連接於該第一固覆段且固覆於該延伸段外部的第二固覆段,該外線圈由該第一固覆段延伸至該第二固覆段;及一夾壓單元,可相對於該管件拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件外部的充氣環件及至少一套設於該強化單元外部的束鉗件。
  2. 如請求項1所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置,其中,該夾壓單元的支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈、一設置於該支撐環圈內部的連接環圈、多數連接於該連接環圈與該支撐環圈之間的輻條、一連接於該連 接環圈且沿該軸線延伸的跨架及多數軸設於該跨架的滾輪,該等滾輪可沿該接頭、該管件內部產生滑動。
  3. 如請求項1所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置,其中,該接頭的套接部具有一相鄰於該管件的套合段的外周面及一設於該外周面的波紋部。
  4. 如請求項1至請求項3中任一項所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置,其中,該強化單元的第一固覆段對應於該軸線的長度大於該第二固覆段對應於該軸線的長度。
  5. 一種大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法,包含以下步驟:(A)製備一接頭、一管件、一強化單元及一夾壓單元,該接頭採用金屬材質製成,並具有一沿一軸線延伸且呈中空管狀的套接部及一連接於該套接部且沿垂直於該軸線延伸的凸緣部,該管件具有一採用塑膠材質製成且沿該軸線延伸呈中空管狀的管體及一捲繞於該管體與該套接部之間的內線圈,該管體具有一套合段及一連接於該套合段的延伸段,該強化單元具有至少一採用塑膠材質製成呈中空筒狀的強化層及至少一捲繞於該強化層內部的外線圈,該強化層具有一對應該接頭的套接部且固覆於該套合段外部的第一固覆段及一連接於該第一固覆段且固覆於該延伸段外部的第二固覆段,該外線圈由該第一固覆段延伸至該第二固覆段,該夾壓單元具有一可移動地設置於該接頭與該管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件外部的充氣環件及至少一套設於該強化單元外部的束鉗件; (B)將該管件的套合段套設於該接頭的套接部;(C)將該強化單元的外線圈及該強化層依序捲繞於該管件外部,且使該強化層的第一固覆段對應該接頭的套接部及該管件的該套合段,該第二固覆段對應於該延伸段;(D)將該充氣環件套設於該支撐件的支撐環圈外部,且將該支撐件與該充氣環件移至該接頭與該管件內部,再將該束鉗件束縛於該強化單元外部,利用該夾壓單元對該強化單元及該接頭進行加壓,對該內線圈及該外線圈進行通電,且使該管件與該強化層產生熱熔,使該接頭、該管件與該強化單元結合為一體;(D-1)對該充氣環件進行充氣,同時對該內線圈與該外線圈通電,該內線圈與該外線圈產生的熱可使該管件與該強化層產生熱熔,且使該接頭、該管件與該強化單元結合為一體;(E)將該夾壓單元自該接頭與該管件拆離。
  6. 如請求項5所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法,其中,該步驟(A)所製備的該夾壓單元的支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈、一設置於該支撐環圈內部的連接環圈、多數連接於該連接環圈與該支撐環圈之間的輻條、一連接於該連接環圈且沿該軸線延伸的跨架及多數軸設於該跨架的滾輪,該等滾輪可沿該接頭、該管件內部產生滑動。
  7. 如請求項6所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法 ,其中,該步驟(A)所製備的接頭的套接部具有一相鄰於該管件的套合段的外周面及一設於該外周面的波紋部。
  8. 如請求項5至請求項7中任一項所述的大口徑沉水管接頭裝置的結合方法,其中,該步驟(C)中,該強化單元的第一固覆段對應於該軸線的長度大於該第二固覆段對應於該軸線的長度。
