Description
本發明係有關一種害蟲控制用組成物和一種控制害蟲之方法。
迄今,已提供作為控制害蟲用組成物的活性成分之化合物(參見例如,The Pesticide Manual-第15版(BCPC出版)ISBN 1901396188;及SHIBUYA INDEX(Index of Pesticides)第13版2008(SHIBUYA INDEX RESEARCH GROUP出版)ISBN 9784881371435)。

本發明之目的為提供一種對害蟲具有極佳控制效果的組成物。
本發明人已深入地研究而發現一種對害蟲具有極佳控制效果的組成物。結果,發明人發現:一種包含一種以式(1)表示之化合物及一或多種選自下列(A)組之巨環內酯化合物的組成物顯示增效活性,且因而對害蟲具有極佳控制效果,並因此已完成本發明。
本發明提供:

一種本發明之害蟲控制用組成物(以下,稱為本發明組成物)包含以式(1)表示之化合物:(以下,稱為本發明醯胺化合物)及一或多種選自(A)組之巨環內酯化合物(類)(以下,稱為本發明巨環內酯化合物),
(A)組:由阿巴汀、多拉克汀、因滅汀、因滅汀-苯甲酸鹽、利派菌素、密滅汀、賜諾特及賜諾殺所組成之群組。
本發明醯胺化合物係描於例如,WO 95/27693小冊子及WO 02/10101小冊子,且因此可根據其中所述之方法製備。
本發明醯胺化合物具有一個不對稱碳。在此,以式(1)表示之化合物,其中富含具有R-絕對構型的鏡像異構物稱為具有R-絕對構型的醯胺化合物。

欲使用於本發明之多拉克汀及利派菌素為已知化合物,彼等分別描述於(例如)“SHIBUYA INDEX(Index of Pesticides),第13版2008(SHIBUYA INDEX RESEARCH GROUP出版)ISBN 9784881371435”,第66及67頁。這些化合物是市售的,或可以藉由一種已知的方法製備。
在本發明之組成物中本發明醯胺化合物對本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)的重量比通常從0.0125/1至500/1(本發明醯胺化合物/巨環內酯化合物),較佳地0.025/1至100/1,及更佳地0.1/1至10/1。
雖然本發明之組成物可為本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之混合物本身,但本發明之組成物通常藉由混合本發明醯胺化合物、本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)和惰性載體,且如果需要加入界面活性劑或其他藥物添加劑,及然後調配成油溶液、可乳化濃縮物、流動性調配物、可溼性粉劑、粒化可溼性粉劑、粉劑調配物、粒劑等等。該等調配物可以本身使用或添加其他惰性成分使用作為控制害蟲用藥劑。
通常,本發明之組成物可包含總計0.1至99重量%,較佳地0.2至90重量%,及更佳地1至80重量%之本發明醯胺化合物及本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)。
用於調配物之固體載體的例子包括礦物材料(例如,高嶺土、鎂鋁海泡石黏土、膨土、蒙脫石、酸性白黏土、葉蠟石、滑石、矽藻土或方解石)、天然有機物質(例如,玉米軸粉或胡桃殼粉)、合成有機物質(例如,尿素)、鹽類(例如,碳酸鉀或硫酸銨)、合成無機物質(例如,合成含水氧化矽)之細粉和顆粒。液體載體的例子包括芳族烴(例如,二甲苯、烷基苯或甲基萘)、醇類(例如,2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇或乙二醇單乙基醚)、酮類(例如,丙酮、環己酮或異佛爾酮)、植物油(例如,大豆油或棉籽油等)、石油衍生之脂肪族烴、酯類、二甲亞碸、乙腈及水。
界面活性劑的例子包括陰離子界面活性劑(例如,硫酸烷酯鹽類、磺酸烷基芳酯鹽類、磺酸基琥珀酸二烷酯、聚氧乙烯烷芳基醚磷酸酯鹽、木素磺酸酯或萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮聚物)、非離子界面活性劑(例如,聚氧乙烯烷芳基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物或去水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯)及陽離子界面活性劑(例如,烷基三甲基銨鹽)。
其他醫藥添加劑的例子包括水溶性聚合物(例如,聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮)、多醣類(例如,阿拉伯膠、褐藻酸及其鹽類、CMC(羧甲基-纖維素)或三仙膠)、無機物質(例如,矽酸鋁鎂或氧化鋁-溶膠)、防腐劑、著色劑和PAP(酸式磷酸異丙酯)與安定化劑(例如,BHT)。
本發明之組成物也可藉由上述驟分開調配本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物而製成不同調配物,若需要,用水將彼等進一步稀釋,其後,混合分開製備之不同調配物或稀釋溶液。
本發明之組成物可另外包含一或多種其他殺真菌劑及/或殺蟲劑。
本發明之組成物係藉由將其施用於植物或種植植物的土壤而用以控制害蟲。

本發明控制害蟲之方法(以下,稱為本發明控制方法)包含將總計有效量的本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物施用於植物或種植植物的土壤。該等植物包括植物的葉、植物種子、或植物之鱗莖。鱗莖在本文中意欲表示鱗莖、球莖、根莖、塊莖、塊根及根托(rhizophore)。
在本發明控制方法中,本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)可在大約相同時間分開地施用於植物或種植植物的土壤,但因為由於施用方便性,通常以本發明之組成物施用。
在本發明控制方法中,施用本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之方法的例子包括例如葉處理、土壤處理、根處理或種子處理。
該葉處理包括藉由莖和葉施用或莖施用將本發明之組成物施用於欲種植植物之表面的方法。
該根處理包括一種將整株植物或植物的根浸進包含本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之藥物液體的方法和一種將包含本發明醯胺化合物、本發明巨環內酯化合物和固體載體之固體調配物附加於植物之根的方法。
該土壤處理包括一種藥物溶液的土壤撒施、土壤併入及灌溉之方法。
該種子處理包括一種將本發明組成物施用於欲防制植物病害的植物之種子或鱗莖的方法,特別地,可藉由將本發明組成物的懸浮液以霧狀形式噴灑於種子的表面或鱗莖的表面上之噴灑處理,藉由將本發明組成物之可濕性粉劑、可乳化濃縮物或流動性調配物且添加小量水或本身塗抹在種子或鱗莖上之塗抹處理,或將種子浸在本發明組成物之溶液中經規定時間之處理,薄膜塗布處理或顆粒塗布處理。
本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)在本發明控制方法中之各劑量可視欲處理之植物的種類、作為控制目標之植物病害的種類和發生頻率、劑量形式、處理期間、處理的方法、處理位置、天氣條件、等等而改變。在施用於植物的葉或種植植物的土壤之情況下,本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之總量通常為1至500克,較佳地2至200克,及更佳地10至100克,每1000米2。在種子之處理中本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)的各劑量通常為每1公斤之種子0.001至10克,及較佳地0.01至1克,作為本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物之總量。
可乳化濃縮物、可濕性粉劑或可流動調配物、等等通常用水稀釋彼等及然後撒佈彼等。在此情形下,通常,本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之各濃度包含本發明醯胺化合物和本發明巨環內酯化合物(類)之總計0.0005%至2重量%且較佳0.005%至1重量%。粉末調配物或顆粒調配物、等等通常在沒有稀釋下使用。

將5份的本發明醯胺化合物、5份的阿巴汀、35份的白碳及聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸銨鹽類(重量比1:1)的混合物、及55份的水混合且然後根據濕磨法將所得溶液進行細磨,以便獲得流動性調配物。使用多拉克汀、因滅汀、因滅汀-苯甲酸鹽、利派菌素、密滅汀、賜諾特或賜諾殺代替阿巴汀進行相同的上述操作,以便獲得流動性調配物。

試驗例給予於下。

- 一種植物病害控制用組成物,其包含以式(1)表示之化合物:
及一或多種選自(A)組之巨環內酯化合物:(A)組:由阿巴汀(abamectin)、因滅汀-苯甲酸鹽、利派菌素(lepimectin)、密滅汀(milbemectin)、賜諾特(spinetoram)及賜諾殺(spinosad)組成之群組,其中以式(1)表示之化合物對巨環內酯化合物的重量比為從1/5至5/1。 - 根據申請專利範圍第1項之植物病害控制用組成物,其中該以式(1)表示之化合物具有R-絕對構型。
- 一種控制植物病害之方法,其中該方法包含將根據申請專利範圍第1項之植物病害控制用組成物施用於植物或種植植物的土壤。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3項之方法,其中該式(1)化合物及巨環內酯化合物係施用於種子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第3或4項之方法,其中該以式(1)表示之化合物具有R-絕對構型。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項之植物病害控制用組成物之用途,其係用於控制植物病害。
