Description
本發明係有關於一種玻璃面板的修復,特別是玻璃面板的修補作業。
玻璃面板的破斷、裂痕或缺口(通稱為瑕疵點)可以利用修復裝置修補,例如WO01/343373專利案所揭露的真空修復裝置。當一樹酯被導引至瑕疵點時,真空修復裝置會將樹酯與瑕疵點中的氣體移除。為增進修復品質,在填充樹酯與進行真空作業前,可使用丙酮盡可能地從瑕疵點中移除濕氣,丙酮可以與濕氣混合而增加蒸發性。修復時瑕疵點中的濕氣對修復作業是不利的,尤其丙酮(為吸濕劑)在使用前若被水分污染時,則會產生問題。
一種改良的技術與裝置已研發出來,其係以傳遞、儲存與使用修復劑以修復玻璃面板中的瑕疵點或破斷,當做修復的方式。
本發明之第一目的係提供一種用於修復玻璃面板的裝置,其包括一密封之修復劑容器,其內裝有一修復劑;及一彈性壁容器,其內裝有修復劑容器;其中,施壓於彈性壁容器時,會讓修復劑從修復劑容器中釋出。
為了讓修復劑從修復劑容器中釋出,一般而言,修復劑容器的整體是被約束的,但非受制於彈性壁容器的結構整體。
較佳地,密封之修復劑容器具有水的非滲透性,以避免濕氣進入修復劑容器中而與修復劑混合。
典型地,施加一食指與拇指間的擰指力於彈性壁容器的外壁時,會使外壁收縮進而造成密封之修復劑容器破裂,而讓修復劑從修復劑容器中釋出。
較佳地,修復劑容器包括一易破的殼壁容器,如一玻璃瓶。
彈性壁容器包括一塑膠材料。
密封之修復劑容器係以緊貼的方式被裝設於彈性壁容器內,且彈性壁容器的外壁與密封之修復劑容器是彼此接觸的,如此可以防止當修復劑容器隨著彈性壁容器移動時,對修復劑容器的破壞。
彈性壁容器係與修復劑容器係二長形容器,呈同軸設置。
較佳地,密封之修復劑容器是沿著彈性壁容器之大部份長度延伸。
較佳地,彈性壁容器在裝置之外部具有一可釋出修復劑的出口(較佳為噴嘴)。
較佳地,當修復劑容器破裂時,修復劑會流過彈性壁容器的開口,而修復劑容器的破裂碎片則留在彈性壁容器中。
彈性壁容器包括一封閉部並連結至一儲存部,以確保修復劑容器是位於彈性壁容器內。較佳的,封閉部延伸封合至修復劑容器的一端。
就一些實施例而言,封閉部包括一噴嘴。
較佳地,修復劑包括一溶劑;更佳地包括一吸濕溶劑。在一些認知中,修復劑包括丙酮。
再者,就一些實施例而言,修復劑包括一溶劑及一或更多之底漆添加劑,以鋪底於欲修復的玻璃面板表面。
就一些實施例而言,底漆添加劑係一化學製品,以塗敷於玻璃面板表面,進而提升一修復樹酯的流動力。

本發明之第二目的係提供一種製造如上述用於修復玻璃面板的裝置之方法,其中,一修復劑被密封於一修復劑容器內,修復劑容器則被裝設於一彈性壁容器內。
本發明之第二目的其技術上的較佳特性與前述相符合。
本發明之第三目的係提供一種修復一玻璃面板瑕疵點的方法,包括:利用上述之裝置,以釋出一修復劑至瑕疵點;釋出一修復材料至瑕疵點,以有效地修復。
本發明之第四目的係提供一種用於修復玻璃面板的修復劑製劑,包括:如丙酮的一吸濕溶劑,吸濕溶劑與一或更多之底漆添加劑結合,以鋪底於欲修復的玻璃面板表面。
本發明更進一步的描述請參閱第一圖的實施例,係本發明之一種用於修復玻璃面板的裝置之示意圖。
如第一圖所示,本裝置係一種修復劑的輸送器或輸出器,其形成一安瓿(ampoule)狀,安瓿包括一長的彈性壁塑膠管2,其具有一封閉端3與一噴嘴端4。彈性壁塑膠管2內設一長且易破的玻璃瓶5,其與彈性壁塑膠管2呈同軸設置,且為一內部完全密封的容器。玻璃瓶5內盛裝通常是液狀的修復劑6,於後將有修復劑6的詳細的敘述。
內部密封有修復劑的玻璃瓶5係以緊貼的方式裝設於彈性壁塑膠管2內,其彈性壁塑膠管2的內壁與玻璃瓶5的外壁是沿著本裝置之大部份長度而彼此接觸,如此可以防止玻璃瓶5隨彈性壁塑膠管2移動時,玻璃瓶5的偶發破裂。
彈性壁塑膠管2是以兩部份形式製成,一儲存管部2a具有一開口端7,開口端7位於彈性壁塑膠管2之一端並相對於封閉端3。一噴嘴元件8係設置於儲存管部2a的開口端7中。在製造容納有修復劑6的易破的玻璃瓶5時,玻璃瓶5係經由彈性壁塑膠管2之開口端7放入彈性壁塑膠管2中。噴嘴元件8設置於彈性壁塑膠管2的開口端7中,並以超音波或熱熔方式焊接。一般而言,噴嘴元件8係以較儲存管部2a更硬之塑膠材料製成。
當於彈性壁塑膠管2的縱向側壁施以一擰指力時,玻璃瓶5破裂並使液態的修復劑通過安瓿之噴嘴元件8至玻璃面板的瑕疵點處。玻璃瓶5的殼壁是很薄的玻璃,例如鈉玻璃(soda glass)。一過濾器可以防止玻璃的碎片通過噴嘴元件;然而,選擇適當的玻璃可以免用多餘的過濾器。
一般而言,修復劑6是一種丙酮混合物或溶液。丙酮在強化蒸發力是眾所周知的而可以驅除玻璃面板的瑕疵點處之濕氣;以及,置於本發明的輸出器裝置中運送時,可以確保修復劑為待用狀態,不會在任何儲存階段因為濕氣進入到安瓿內而使修復劑受到汙染。玻璃瓶5提供一種在彈性壁塑膠管2內的濕氣隔絕性及密封性,以便安全有效率的使玻璃破裂及輸出修復劑,因為玻璃碎片不會從本裝置中輸出。本裝置係一儲存與運送之容器,且也是一輸出器或塗抹器的裝置。
在一些實施例中,較佳的方式是使用乾修復劑。一般而言,將如丙酮的一溶劑與一底漆劑混合,且底漆劑是可以且能夠執行與玻璃面板瑕疵點的初始互動。初始互動包括塗敷一材料於瑕疵點的表面,以增加填料樹酯的固化,且可加強樹酯的流動;或是與樹酯相互作用,以增進黏合強度。
以一較佳實施例而言,溶液包括99.2%體積比的丙酮溶劑及約少於1%體積比的底漆劑(例如0.4%的丙烯酸與0.4%的甲丙烯醯氧基矽烷(methacryloxy silane))。接下來是於瑕疵點的應用,瑕疵點中的丙酮蒸發後將底漆化學製品留下,底漆化學製品於是塗敷於瑕疵點的內表面,除了可以增加樹酯的流動以穿透瑕疵點外,底漆化學製品與樹酯反應並交聯,以增加整體性的黏合強度(在試驗中顯示增加了15~18%)。
其他的溶劑的變化量亦經試驗,但並未發現有最佳的溶液,例如乙醇與甲醇是兩種移除水份的較佳溶液,然而,這兩種溶液卻會造成層疊狀汽車擋風玻璃中常用的PVB(Polyvinyl butyral,聚乙烯醇縮丁醛)夾層的溶解,因此其等非較佳溶液。
對其他的化學添加劑也進行了試驗,例如試驗以1%、0.5%與0.25%的擋風玻璃修復樹酯做為添加劑加入丙酮中,然而,這三種混合物在黏著力與濕性上的表現並非很好。其他潛在的問題是,樹酯在溶液中因具有光起始劑,所以會影響可容許紫外線通過的安瓿的保質期。至於,有機矽烷與丙烯酸添加劑也已做過相關的實驗。
矽烷係一偶聯劑,且可化學性地黏結於玻璃表面與交聯於樹酯聚合物以增加樹酯的黏結力。丙烯酸也可黏結於玻璃,且在矽烷黏結過程中如同一催化劑。在丙酮中添加2%、1%與0.5%的有機矽烷/丙烯酸也已做過相關的實驗。最好的結果是在1%處,而0.8%是最適條件,以維持丙烯酸小於0.5%。這是目前所知的最好結果。
以下是修復劑對瑕疵點的應用。隨著時間的消逝,瑕疵點中的水分會蒸發而移除,樹酯充滿於瑕疵點中且會固化。為了達成上述目標,可以利用如WO01/343373專利案所揭露之真空修復裝置。
比較各種結構與其他參數的效果之測試進行如下。
1.保質期
在一變乾的溶液樣本(丙酮)中濕氣或含水量之測試。
*丙酮是一吸濕材料,例如可由其環境中吸收水分。
樣本號1為控制組,係直接從瓶子得到新的丙酮,含水量0.3%;樣本號2,係儲存於塑膠瓶中的丙酮,且樣本號2曾放在倉庫中四個月,含水量6.8%;樣本號3,係儲存於安瓿中的丙酮,且樣本號3曾放在倉庫中四個月,含水量0.33%。
2.黏著力
在一變乾的溶液中底漆的效率之測試。
*黏著力促進劑已加入至變乾的溶液中。
溶液施用於玻璃上且容許其蒸發,玻璃樣本於是與HPX-II樹酯黏著在一起,並測得搭接剪切強度(lap shear strength)。
樣本號1為控制組,搭接剪切強度3350 psi;樣本號2,從商店中得到未經控制過的丙酮(有汙染),搭接剪切強度2178 psi;樣本號3,儲存於安瓿中的底漆,搭接剪切強度3982 psi。
3.濕性與流動性
假設底漆溶液對樹酯與玻璃表面的相互作用之影響的測試。
量出玻璃上的樹酯之接觸角度,可測得濕性/流動性。
結果顯示已塗底漆的玻璃樣本之接觸角度非常低,低於未塗底漆的玻璃樣本。這說明底漆對於濕氣的確有助益,且增加了樹酯的流動性。
這些結果清楚地顯示在安瓿中使用變乾的溶液會有技術性的增益,且底漆的添加物也增加了樹酯的表現。
以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例,當不能以之限制本發明的範圍。即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做之均等變化及修飾,仍將不失本發明之要義所在,亦不脫離本發明之精神和範圍,故都應視為本發明的進一步實施狀態。

Claims (28)
- 一種用於修復玻璃面板的裝置,包括:一密封之修復劑容器,其內裝有一修復劑,修復劑包括一吸濕溶劑;一彈性壁容器,其內裝有修復劑容器;其中,施壓於彈性壁容器時,會使修復劑從修復劑容器中釋出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中密封之修復劑容器具有水的非滲透性,以避免濕氣進入修復劑容器中與修復劑混合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中施加於彈性壁容器的外壁時,會使外壁收縮,進而造成密封之修復劑容器破裂,使得修復劑從修復劑容器中釋出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中修復劑容器包括一易破的壁容器,且易破的壁容器是一玻璃瓶。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中彈性壁容器包括一塑膠材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中密封之修復劑容器係以緊貼的方式裝設於彈性壁容器內,使彈性壁容器的內壁與密封之修復劑容器的外壁彼此接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中彈性壁容器在裝置之外部具有一可釋出修復劑的出口。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的裝置,其中出口包括一噴嘴。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項或第8項所述的裝置,其中當修復劑容器破裂時,修復劑會流過彈性壁容器的出口,而修復劑容器的破裂碎片則留在彈性壁容器中。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中彈性壁容器包括一封閉部並連結至一儲存部,以確保修復劑容器是位於彈性壁容器內。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的裝置,其中封閉部包括一噴嘴。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,其中吸濕溶劑包括丙酮。

- 一種製造如申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置之方法,其中,一修復劑被密封於一修復劑容器內,修復劑容器則裝設於一彈性壁容器內。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之方法,其中彈性壁容器包括一封閉部並連結至一儲存部,以確保修復劑容器位於彈性壁容器內。
- 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之方法,其中封閉部包括一噴嘴。
- 一種修復玻璃面板瑕疵點的方法,包括:利用申請專利範圍第1項所述的裝置,以釋出一修復劑至瑕疵點;釋出一修復材料至瑕疵點,以有效地修復。
- 一種用於修復玻璃面板的修復劑製劑,包括:一吸濕溶劑,其與一或更多之底漆添加劑結合,以鋪底於欲修復的玻璃面板表面。

- 一種修復一玻璃面板瑕疵點的方法,包括:應用一製劑,製劑包括有一吸濕溶劑,吸濕溶劑與一或更多之底漆添加劑結合,以鋪底於欲修復的玻璃面板表面。
