Description
本發明係關於新穎的噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物、其製備方法、其於作物保護、家庭和衛生領域及材料保護上防治不欲的微生物,特別是植物病原真菌之用途,以及亦關於包含這些噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物之作物保護組成物。
鑑於針對現代殺真菌劑的環境和經濟要求不斷增加,例如就活性效用、毒性、選擇性,施用率、殘餘物形成和有利的可生產性方面,及再者有鑑於,例如可能發生抗藥性問題之事實,其持續的工作係開發至少能更有效符合特定領域所需之新穎的殺真菌劑。

本發明式(I)之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物非常適合用於防治不欲的微生物,更特言之植物病原真菌。上述之本發明化合物可用於作物之保護、家庭和衛生領域及材料保護。

本發明進一步係關於包括至少一種式(I)之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物、用於防治不欲真菌的作物保護組成物。所談及之組成物較佳地為包括農業上有用的佐劑、溶劑、載劑、界面活性物質或增量劑之殺真菌組成物。
本發明再者係關於防治不欲的微生物之方法,其特徵在於,依照本發明將式(I)之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物遞送至植物病原真菌及/或其棲所中。
依照本發明,「載劑」係指天然或合成,有機或無機物質,其係與活性化合物參雜或混合以供更容易施用,包括供施用於植物或植物部位或種子。該載劑,可為固體或液體,一般為惰性的且應適合用於農業。
適合的固體或液體載劑有:例如銨鹽及碎天然礦石,例如高領土、黏土、滑石、白堊土、石英、鎂鋁海泡石、蒙脫石或矽藻土,及碎合成礦石,例如細粉狀矽石、鋁石和天然或合成的矽酸鹽、樹脂、蠟、固體肥料、水、醇類(特別是丁醇)、有機溶劑、礦物油和蔬菜油及此等之衍生物。亦可使用這些載劑之混合物。適合顆粒之固體載劑有:例如壓碎及細分的天然礦石,例如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石、白雲石,以及無機和有機粗粉之合成顆粒,和有機物質之顆粒,例如木屑、椰殼、玉米蕊和菸草梗。
適合的液化氣體增量劑或載劑為在大氣壓力及環境溫度下為氣體之液體,例如氣霧推進劑,如鹵烴類,以及丁烷、丙烷、氮和二氧化碳。
增黏劑,例如羧甲基纖維素以及粉末、顆粒或格子形式之天然和合成的聚合物,例如阿拉伯膠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯,或其他天然的磷脂例如腦磷脂和卵磷脂及合成的磷脂可用於調配物中。其他可能的添加劑有礦物油和蔬菜油。
若所用的增量劑為水,其亦可能例如使用有機溶劑作為輔助溶劑。適合的液體溶劑基本上有:芳香化合物,例如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯化芳香化合物或氯化之脂肪系烴類例如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷、脂肪系烴類例如環己烷或石蠟,例如礦物油分餾物、礦物油和蔬菜油、醇類例如丁醇或甘油,以及醚類和其酯類、酮類例如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基異丁酮或環己酮、強極性溶劑例如二甲基甲醯胺及二甲基亞碸以及水。
本發明組成物可包括另外的組份,例如界面活性物質。適合的界面活性物質有乳化劑及/或起泡劑、分散劑或具有離子或非離子性質之濕潤劑,或這些界面活性物質之混合物。此等之實例有聚丙烯酸之鹽類、木質素磺酸之鹽類、苯酚磺酸或萘磺酸之鹽類、環氧乙烷與脂醇或與脂肪酸或與脂胺之縮聚物、經取代酚類(較佳地烷基酚類或芳基酚類)、磺基琥珀酸酯、牛磺酸衍生物(較佳地牛磺酸烷基酯)、聚氧醇或酚之磷酯、多醇之脂肪酸酯,以及含硫酸、磺酸及磷酸之化合物的衍生物,例如芳烷基聚二醇醚、烷基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、芳基磺酸酯、蛋白質水解物、木質亞硫酸鹽廢液及甲基纖維素。若其中一種活性化合物及/或其中一種惰性載劑為不溶於水且係在水中施用時,則需要有界面活性物質存在。
可使用著色劑例如無機色素,如氧化鐵、氧化鈦、普魯士藍,及無機染劑例如茜素染劑、重氮染劑和金屬酞青素染劑,以及微量營養素例如鐵、錳、硼、銅、鈷、鉬及鋅之鹽類。
若適當,亦可有其他額外的組份存在,例如保護膠體、黏結劑、附著劑、增稠劑、觸變物質、滲透劑、安定劑、螯合劑、錯合劑。一般而言,活性化合物可與任何習用於調配目的之固體或液體添加物組合。
一般而言,調配物含有介於0.05至99%重量比,0.01至98%重量比,較佳地介於0.1至95%重量比,特佳地介於0.5至90%重量比之活性化合物,非常特佳地介於10至70重量百分比。
本發明之活性化合物或組成物,依照個別的物理及/或化學性質,可以其調配物之形式,或從其所製備之使用形式來使用,例如氣霧、膠囊懸浮液、濃縮冷霧劑、濃縮熱霧劑、包膠粒劑、粉粒劑、種子處理用水懸劑、即用溶液、粉劑、乳劑、水包油乳劑、油包水乳劑、大粒劑、微粒劑、油分散性粉劑、油懸劑、油懸液、泡沫劑、糊劑、種衣劑、懸浮劑、懸乳劑、溶液、懸浮液、可濕性粉劑、可溶性粉劑、粉塵和粒劑、水溶性粒劑或錠劑、種子處理用水溶性粉劑、可濕性粉劑、注入活性化合物之天然產品和合成物質,以及微膠囊化於聚合物中及種子用包覆物質,及ULV冷霧和熱霧調配物。
所提及的調配物可以本身已知的方法來製備,例如將活性化合物與至少一種習用的增量劑、溶劑或稀釋劑、乳化劑、分散劑及/或黏結劑或固定劑、濕潤劑,抗水劑,若適當催乾劑和UV安定劑,及若適當,染劑和色素、消泡劑、防腐劑、第二增稠劑、附著劑、赤黴素(gibberellin)以及另外的加工佐劑混合。
本發明組成物不僅包括可以適合的裝置施用於植物或種子之即用式調配物,亦包括須在使用前以水稀釋之市售濃縮劑。
本發明之活性化合物本身,或其(市售)調配物及由這些調配物所製備的使用形式,可為與其他(已知)活性化合物例如殺蟲劑、吸引劑、滅菌劑、殺細菌劑、殺蟎劑、殺線蟲劑、殺真菌劑、生長調節劑、除草劑、肥料、安全劑或化學信息素之混合物存在。
以活性化合物或組成物處理本發明之植物和植物部位係直接進行或使用習用的處理方法,例如以浸泡、噴灑、噴霧、灌溉、蒸發、撒粉、霧化、撒播、泡沫、塗覆、散佈其上、淋、滴灌作用在其周圍、棲地或儲存空間,及就繁殖物質之情況,特別是種子的情況,係進一步以乾燥種子處理、濕化種子處理、以漿液處理、覆蓋、塗覆一或多層塗層等等來進行。另外亦可藉由超低容量法,或注射活性化合物製備物或活性化合物本身至土壤中來施用此活性化合物。
本發明進一步係包括處理種子之方法。
本發明進一步係關於經上文中所述的方法之一處理過的種子。本發明之種子係用此等方法中供保護種子防治不欲的真菌。本處係使用經至少一種本發明之活性化合物處理之種子。
本發明之活性化合物或組成物亦適合用於處理種子。大部分由有害生物所造成的作物損害係因種子自儲存期間或播種後以及在植物發芽期間或之後受到感染所引起的。此階段特別重要,因生長中的植物其根和芽特別敏感,且甚至只要是小量的損傷就可能造成植物死亡。因此,藉由使用適當的組成物來保護種子及發芽植物具有相當的利益。
藉由處理植物的種子來防治植物病原真菌所知已久且為持續改良之目標。然而,種子之處理產生一連串的問題總是無法以令人滿意的方法得到解決。因此,需要發展用於保護種子及發芽植物之方法,其在播種後或植物出苗後施予另外的作物保護組成物或至少降低額外的施用。進一步係希望將以此方式施用之活性化合物的量最適化,以便提供種子和發芽植物保護,免於植物病原真菌之攻擊,但是植物本身亦不會受到所用的活性化合物傷害。特言之,處理種子之方法亦應考慮基因轉殖植物原有的殺真菌性質,以便使用最少的作物保護組成物達到種子和發芽植物之最佳的保護。
因此,本發明亦關於藉由以本發明組成物處理種子來保護種子和發芽植物對抗植物病原真菌攻擊之方法。本發明亦關於本發明組成物於治療種子供保護種子和發芽植物對抗植物病原真菌之用途。再者,本發明係關於以供抗植物病原真菌保護之本發明組成物處理過的種子。
傷害植物出苗後之植物病原真菌防治主要係藉由以作物保護組成物處理土壤及植株的地上部分來進行。由於擔心作物保護組成物對環境及人類和動物健康的可能衝擊,因此需盡量減少活性化合物之施用量。
本發明的優點之一為,因本發明活性化合物或組成物之特別的整體性質,以這些活性化合物或組成物處理種子不僅保護種子本身,亦在植物在出苗後阻擋植物病原真菌。就此,在播種時或在播種後不久即刻給予作物處理,可免除感染。
亦視為有利的,本發明活性化合物或組成物亦可用於特別是基因轉殖種子,其中由此種子長出的植物能表現抗害蟲之蛋白。藉由以本發明活性化合物或組成物處理此種子,甚至藉由例如殺蟲蛋白之表現可防治特定的害蟲。令人驚訝的,在本處可觀察到另一種增效效應,其可額外增加抗害蟲攻擊的保護效用。
本發明之組成物適合用於保護任何農業、溫室、森林或園藝和葡萄栽培所用的各類植物之種子。特言之,其包括榖類(例如小麥、大麥、黑麥、黑小麥、高梁/小米及燕麥)、玉米、棉花、大豆、米、馬鈴薯、向日葵、豆子、咖啡、甜菜(例如糖用甜菜和飼料甜菜)、花生、油菜、罌粟、橄欖、椰子、可可、甘蔗、菸草、蔬菜(例如番茄、小黃瓜、洋蔥和萵苣)、草皮和觀賞植物(亦參見下文)之種子。其中特別重要的為榖類種子(例如小麥、大麥、黑麥、黑小麥及燕麥)、玉米和米之處理。
又如下文所述,以本發明活性化合物或組成物處理基因轉殖種子特別重要。此係指植物種子含有至少一種能表現具有殺蟲性質之胜肽或蛋白之異源基因。基因轉殖種子中的異源基因可源自例如,桿菌屬(Bacillus)、根瘤菌屬(Rhizobium)、假單胞菌屬(Pseudomonas)、沙雷菌屬(Serratia)、木黴菌屬(Trichoderma)、棒桿菌屬(Clavibacter)、粘帚黴菌屬(Glomus)或囊叢枝菌根菌屬(Gliocladium)之微生物。較佳地,該異源基因係來自桿菌屬,該基因產物具有抗歐洲玉米螟及/或西方玉米根蟲之活性。特佳地,該異源基因係源自蘇力菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)。
在本發明內文中,本發明組成物係以本身或以適合的調配物施用於種子。較佳地,係以其中夠穩定使得處理時不會造成任何傷害之狀態來處理該種子。一般而言,種子之處理可在介於收種至播種間的任何時間點間來進行。通常所用的種子已從植株分離且無果實之穗軸、殼、梗、外皮、毛鬚或果肉。因此,可使用已收取、清潔及乾燥至溼度低於15%重量比之種子。另外,亦可使用乾燥後經(例如)水處理,及然後再次乾燥之種子在處理種子時,一般須注意施用於種子之本發明組成物之量及/或所選的另外添加物之量,使其對種子之發芽不會有不利的影響,或對生成的植物無害。此項在活性化合物於特定的施用率可能具有藥害效應之情況下須特別謹記在心。
本發明之組成物可直接施用,亦即無包括另外的組份且未經稀釋。一般而言,最好是以適合的調配物形式將組成物施用於種子。適合用於處理種子之調配物和方法已為熟習本項技術者所知且係描述於(例如)下列文件中:US 4,272,417 A、US 4,245,432 A、US 4,808,430 A、US 5,876,739 A、US 2003/0176428 A1、WO 2002/080675 A1、WO 2002/028186 A2。
可用於本發明之活性化合物可轉變為習用的拌種(seed-dressing)產品調配物,例如溶液、乳化液、懸浮液、粉劑、泡沫、漿液和其他種子用的包覆組成物,以及ULV調配物。
這些調配物係以已知的方法藉由將活性化合物與習用的添加劑例如習用的增量劑以及溶劑或稀釋劑、著色劑、濕潤劑、分散劑、乳化劑、消泡劑、防腐劑、第二增稠劑、附著劑、赤黴素以及水混合來製備。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的著色劑為所有習用於該目的之著色劑。難溶於水的色素或溶於水之染劑兩者皆可使用。可提及的著色劑之實例為該等名稱為羅丹明B(Rhodamin B)、顏料紅112(C.I. Pigment Red 112)及溶劑紅1(C.I. Solvent Red 1)之已知著色劑。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的濕潤劑為所有習用於農用化學活性化合物之調配物及用於增進濕潤度之物質。較佳地可使用烷基萘磺酸酯例如二異丙基-或二異丁基萘磺酸酯。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的適合分散劑及/或乳化劑為所有習用於農用化學活性化合物之調配物的非離子、陰離子和陽離子分散劑。可提及的非離子或陰離子分散劑有,特別是環氧乙烷/環氧丙烷嵌段聚合物、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚及其連酸化或硫酸化衍生物。適合的陰離子分散劑有,特別是木質磺酸鹽、聚丙烯酸鹽和芳基磺酸酯/甲醛縮合物。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的消泡劑為所有習用於農用化學活性化合物之調配物的泡沫抑制物質。較佳地可使用矽消泡劑及硬脂酸鎂。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的防腐劑為所有就此目的可用於農用化學組成物之物質。可提及的實例有雙氯酚及苄基醇半縮甲醛。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的第二增稠劑為所有就此目的可用於農用化學組成物之物質。較適合的有纖維素衍生物、丙烯酸衍生物、三仙膠、修飾黏土及高分散矽石。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的附著劑為所有可用於拌種產品之習用黏結劑。可提及的實例有雙氯酚及苄基醇半縮甲醛。可提及較佳的有聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇及填充體。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物中可存在的赤黴素較佳地有赤黴素A1、A3(=赤黴酸)、A4和A7,其中特佳地係使用赤黴酸。赤黴素為已知(參照R. Wegler"Chemie der Pflanzenschutz-及Schdlingsbekmpfungsmittel"[Chemistry of Plant Protectants and Pesticides],Vol. 2,Springer Verlag,1970,pp. 401-412)。
可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物可直接使用或先以水稀釋後供處理廣泛範圍的種子,包括基因轉殖植物之種子。在本文中,因與表現所形成的物質之交互作用結果,亦可能發生額外的增效效應。
可用於以可根據本發明使用的拌種產品調配物,或以藉由添加水從其所製備的製備物處理種子之適合的裝置為所有通常可用於拌種之混合裝置。特言之,拌種程序係依照將種子置於混合器中,可直接加入或先以水稀釋後加入各情況所欲的拌種產品調配物量,及將混合器中的內容物混合直到調配物均勻地分佈在種子上。若適當,其後可接著乾燥步驟。
本發明之活性化合物或組成物具有強力的殺真菌活性並可用於作物保護及材料保護供防治不欲的真菌。
本發明之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物可用於作物保護供防治根腫菌(Plasmodiophoromycetes)、卵菌(Oomycetes)、壺菌(Chytridiomycetes)、接合菌(Zygomycetes)、子囊菌(Ascomycetes)、擔子菌(Basidiomycetes)及不完全菌(Deuteromycetes)。
本發明之殺真菌組成物可於治療上或保護上用於防治植物病原真菌。本發明因此亦關於藉由使用本發明之活性化合物或組成物防治植物病原真菌之治療和保護方法,其中該活性化合物或組成物係施用於種子,植物或植物部位、果實或植物所生長的土壤。
用於作物保護供防治植物病原真菌之本發明組成物係包括一有效(但無植物毒性)量之本發明活性化合物。「有效(但無植物毒性)量」係指此本發明組成物之量足以供充分控制或完全根除植物之真菌疾病,同時不擔負實質的植物毒性症狀,一般而言,其施用率可在廣泛的範圍中變化。其係依照多數個因素,例如依所欲防治的真菌、植物、氣候狀況及本發明組成物之組份而定。
於防治植物疾病所需濃度下活性化合物的良好植物耐受性可供處理植物地上部位、植物繁殖物質及種子和土壤。
所有的植物和植物部位可依照本發明進行處理。在本發明內文中,應了解植物係指所有的植物和植物群族,例如所欲的及不欲的野生植物或作物植物(包括天然長成的作物植物)。作物植物可為可由傳統育種和最適化方法或由生物科技及重組方法,或這些方法之組合所得來之植物,其包括基因改造植物以及包括能及不能受植物育種者權(Plant Breeders' Rights)保護之各植物類。植物部位應了解係指植物之所有的空中和地下部位及器官,例如芽、葉、花和根,可提及的實例有葉、刺、梗、莖、花、子實體、果實和種子,以及根、塊莖及地下莖。植物部位亦包括收穫的物質及無性和生殖性繁殖物質,例如插枝、塊莖、地下莖、接條和種子。
本發明之活性化合物適合用於保護植物和植物器官,供增加產量、改善收穫作物之品質,同時具良好植物耐受,對溫血動物具有利的毒性和具環境友善性。其較佳地係用作作物保護組成物。其可有效的對抗正常敏感及抗性物種及對抗所有或個別的發育階段。

如上所提,所有的植物及其部位可根據本發明來處理。在一較佳的實施例中,係處理野生或得自傳統生物育種方法,例如雜交或原生質融合之植物種類、植物新品種及其部位。在另一較佳的實施例中,係處理經由重組方法,若適當與傳統的方法結合(基因改造生物)所得到的基因轉殖植物和植物新品種及其部位。術語「部位」或「植物之部位」係如上所解釋。在各情況下市售或使用中的各植物新品種特佳地係依照本發明來處理。植物品種應了解係指具有以傳統的育種、基因突變或重組DNA技術所培育出的新特徵之植物新品種。其可以新品種、亞種、生物型及基因型的形式表現。
本發明之處理方法可用於處理基因改造生物(GMO),例如植株或種子。基因改造植物(或基因轉殖植物)為其中異源基因已穩定地整合至基因體中之植物。「異源基因」一詞基本上係指在植物外部所提供或組合之基因且當導入胞核、葉綠體或粒線體時,藉由表現有利的蛋白或多肽,或藉由下調、靜默其他存在植物中的基因(使用例如反義技術、共同抑制技術或RNA干擾-RNAi-技術)給予該改造的植物新的或改良農藝或其他性質。位於基因體中的異源基因亦稱為轉殖基因。由其位於植物基因體之特定位置所定義之一轉殖基因稱為一轉化或轉殖基因品系。
依照植物種類或植物新品種,其位置和生長條件(土壤、氣候、種植期間、營養),本發明之處理亦可產生優加性(增效性)效應。因此,可,例如減少施用率及/或擴大效用範圍及/或增加可根據本發明使用的活性化合物和組成物之活性,植物生長更佳,增加對高溫或低溫的耐受性,增加對乾旱或對水或土壤鹽含量之耐受性,增加開花表現,更容易收成,加速成熟,提高收穫量,果實更佳,加大植物高度,葉子顏色更綠,更易開花,提高品質及/或提高收獲產物之營養價值,提高果實中的糖濃度,儲藏安定性更佳及/或收穫產物之加工性,其效用超過實際所預期的效用。
就特定的施用率,本發明之活性化合物組合物亦可具有強化植物之效用。因此,其適合用於驅動植物的防禦系統對抗不欲的植物病原真菌及/或微生物及/或病毒之攻擊。若適當,此可為增進本發明組合物活性之理由之一,例如抗真菌。植物強化物質(引發抗性)應了解亦指(在本文中)能刺激植物防禦系統之物質或物質組合物,使其隨後植入不欲的植物病原真菌時,經處理過的植物能對不欲的植物病原真菌展現實質程度的抗性。因此,本發明之物質,在處理後的特定的時間內,可用保護植物對抗上述病原之攻擊。保護作用生效之時間一般係在經活性化合物處理過後延伸1至10天,較佳地1至7天。
較佳地根據本發明處理之植物和植物新品種包括具有賦予這些植物特別有利、有用的特性(無論是經由育種及/或生物技術方法所得來)基因物質之所有植物。
亦較佳地根據本發明處理之植物和植物新品種係具有一或多種生物脅迫抗性,亦即該植物具有抗動物和微生物害蟲之較佳的防禦力,例如抗線蟲、昆蟲、蟎、植物病原真菌、細菌、病毒及/或類病毒。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物和植物新品種為該等對於一或多種生物脅迫具抗性之植物。生物脅迫狀況可包括,例如乾旱、低溫暴露、熱暴露、滲透壓力、浸水、土壤鹽度增加、礦物質暴露增加、臭氧暴露、強光暴露、可取得的氮營養素受限、可取得的磷營養素受限或避陰。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物和植物新品種為特徵為生產性增加之植物。該植物之產率增加可為,例如植物生理、生長及發育改善,例如水的使用效率、水的保留率、氮使用改善、碳同化作用改善、光合作用改善、發芽效率增加及成熟加速。可藉由改善植物結構(於壓力及無壓力狀況下)進一步影響產率,包括提早開花、雜交制種之開花控制、幼苗活力、植物大小、結間數目和距離、根生長、種子大小、果實大小、莢大小、莢或穗數目、各莢或穗之種子數目、種子重、種子飽滿性增加、降低種子散落、降低莢裂開及抗伏倒性。另外的產率特性包括種子的組成,例如碳水化合物含量、蛋白質含量、油含量及組成份、營養價值、抗營養化合物降低、加工性提高及儲存安定性更佳。
可根據本發明處理之植物為已表現混種優勢或雜種優勢之雜交植物,其一般會具較高的產率、活力、較健康及對生物或生物脅迫因子具抗性。此等植物典型係由近交系雄性不育的母株(雌性母株)與另一近交系雌性不育的母株(雄性母株)雜交所產生。雜交種子典型地係自雄性不育的植株收取並賣給種植者。雄性不育的植株有時候可(例如玉米)由去雄花穗來產生(亦即機械移除雄性生殖器官或雄花),但更典型地,雄性不育乃植物基因體遺傳決定子之結果。在此情況中,及特別是當種子是從雜交植物收取之所欲的產物時,其典型地可用於確認含有造成雄性不育之遺傳決定子之雜交植物的雄性生育力已完全恢復。此可藉由確定雄性母株具有適當的生育力恢復基因,其能恢復含有造成雄性不育之遺傳決定子之雜交植株中雄性生育力來進行。雄性不育之遺傳決定子可位於細胞質中。細胞質雄性不育(CMS)之實例有例如甘藍類之描述。然而,雄性不育之遺傳決定子亦可位在胞核基因體中。雄性不育的植株亦可藉由生物技術方法例如遺傳工程來獲得。獲得雄性不育植株之特別有用的方法係描述於WO 89/10396中,其中,例如核糖核酸酶如芽孢桿菌RNA酶(barnase)係選擇性表現在雄蕊的絨毯細胞。然後藉由表現在核糖核酸酶抑制劑例如芽孢桿菌RNA酶抑制劑(barstar)之絨毯細胞中而恢復生育力。
可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)為耐除草劑植物,亦即對一或多種所給予的除草劑具耐受性之植物。此等植物可由遺傳轉化,或藉由選擇含賦予此除殺草劑耐受性突變之植物來取得。
耐除草劑植物有例如耐草甘膦植物,亦即對除草劑草甘膦或其鹽類具耐受性。例如,耐草甘膦植物可以編碼酵素烯醇丙酮基莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶(EPSPS)之基因加以轉化植物來取得。此EPSPS基因之實例有鼠傷寒沙門桿菌(Salmonella typhimurium
)之AroA基因(突變體CT7)、土壤桿菌屬(Agrobacterium sp
.)之CP4基因、編碼矮牽牛EPSPS、番茄EPSPS或龍爪稷EPSPS之基因。其亦可為突變的EPSPS。耐草甘膦植物亦可藉由表現一編碼耐草甘膦氧化還原酶酵素之基因來取得。耐草甘膦植物亦可藉由表現一編碼乙醯基轉移酶酵素之基因來取得。耐草甘膦植物亦可藉由選擇含天然發生之上述基因突變的植物來取得。
其他的耐除草劑植物有例如對抑制酵素麩胺醯胺合成酶之除草劑,例如雙丙胺磷(bialaphos)、于草胺膦(phosphinothricin)或草胺磷(glufosinate)具耐受性的植物。此等植物可藉由表現一解除草劑毒性的酵素或具抑制抗性之突變的麩胺醯胺合成酶酵素來取得。一此等有效的解毒酵素為,例如編碼草胺膦乙醯基轉移酶之酵素(例如來自鏈黴菌屬之bar或pat蛋白)。表現外源性草胺膦乙醯基轉移酶之植物已有描述。
另外的耐除草劑植物亦有對抑制酵素羥基苯基丙酮酸雙氧合酶(HPPD)之除草劑具耐受性。羥基苯基丙酮酸雙氧合酶為催化對-羥基苯基丙酮酸(HPP)轉變為尿黑酸之反應的酵素。耐HPPD抑制劑之植物可以編碼天然的耐HPPD酵素之基因,或以編碼突變的HPPD酵素之基因來轉化。耐HPPD抑制劑之植物亦可藉由除了以HPPD抑制劑抑制天然的HPPD酵素外,再以編碼特定酵素,使其形成尿黑酸之基因轉化植物來取得。植物對HPPD抑制劑之耐受性亦可藉由以除了編碼HPPD耐受酵素之基因外,再加上編碼預苯酸(prephenate)去氫酶之基因來轉化植物,加以改良。
另外的耐除草劑植物為對乙醯乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制劑具耐受性之植物。已知的ALS抑制劑包括,例如磺基尿素、咪唑啉酮、三唑并嘧啶、嘧啶基氧(硫)苯甲酸鹽及/或磺醯基胺羰基三唑啉酮除草劑。ALS酵素(亦稱為乙醯羥酸合成酶,AHAS)之不同的突變已知係給予不同除草劑及除草劑群類耐受性。製造耐磺基尿素植物及耐咪唑啉酮植物係描述於國際公開案WO 1996/033270中。另外耐磺基尿素和咪唑啉酮之植物亦描述於,例如WO 2007/024782中。
其他耐咪唑啉酮及/或磺基尿素之植物可藉由引發突變,在除草劑在的存在下以細胞培養選擇或突變育種來取得。
可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)為抗昆蟲之基因轉植植物,亦即對特啶目標昆蟲之攻擊具抗性之植物。此等植物可由遺傳轉化,或藉由選擇含賦予此昆蟲抗性突變物之植物來取得。
術語「抗昆蟲基因轉植植物」,如文中所用係包括任何有至少一種含下列編碼序列之轉殖基因的植物:
1)來自蘇力菌(Bacillus thuringiensis
)之殺蟲晶體蛋白或其殺蟲部份,例如下列線上所列的殺蟲晶體蛋白:http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/Home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/,或其殺蟲部份,例如Cry蛋白類Cry1Ab、Cry1Ac、Cry1F、Cry2Ab、Cry3Ae或Cry3Bb或其殺蟲部份;或
2)來自蘇力菌(Bacillus thuringiensis
)之晶體蛋白或其在其他來自蘇力菌之第二晶體蛋白或其一部分的存在下,具有殺蟲性之部份,例如由Cy34和Cy35晶體蛋白所組成的二元毒素;或
3)雜交殺蟲蛋白,其含有二個來自蘇力菌之不同的殺蟲晶體蛋白部分,例如上述1)蛋白之雜交或上述蛋白2)之雜交,例如由玉米轉殖品項MON98034所產生的Cry1A.105蛋白(WO 2007/027777);或
4)上述1)至3)項任一項中之蛋白,其中一些,特別是1至10個胺基酸已經另外的胺基酸置換,而得到對目標昆蟲種類具較高殺蟲活性,及/或擴大所影響的目標昆蟲種類範圍,及/或因為在選殖或轉化期間引入編碼DNA之改變,例如玉米轉殖品系MON863或MON88017之Cry3Bb1蛋白,或玉米轉殖品系MIR 604之Cry3A蛋白;
5)來自蘇力菌之殺蟲分泌蛋白或其殺蟲部分,例如列於http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/Home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/vip.html之營養期殺蟲蛋白(VIP),例如來自VIP3Aa蛋白種類之蛋白;或
6)來自蘇力菌或仙人掌桿菌(Bacillus cereus
)之分泌蛋白,其在來自蘇力菌或仙人掌桿菌之第二蛋白的存在下具殺蟲性,例如由VIP1A和VIP2A蛋白所組成的二元毒素;
7)雜交殺蟲蛋白,其含有來自蘇力菌或仙人掌桿菌之不同的分泌蛋白部分,例如上述1)蛋白之雜交或上述蛋白2)之雜交;或
8)上述1)至3)項任一項中之蛋白,其中一些,特別是1至10個胺基酸已經另外的胺基酸置換,而得到對目標昆蟲種類具較高殺蟲活性,及/或擴大所影響的目標昆蟲種類範圍,及/或因為在選殖或轉化期間引入編碼DNA之改變(同時仍編碼一殺蟲蛋白),例如棉花轉殖品系MON863或MON88017之Cry3Bb1蛋白,或玉米轉殖品系COT 102中之VIP3Aa蛋白。
當然,抗昆蟲基因轉殖植物,如文中所用,亦包括任何含有編碼上述1至8類任一類之蛋白質的基因組合。在一實施例中,抗昆蟲植物含有一個以上編碼上述1至8類任一類之蛋白質的轉殖基因,藉由使用對相同的目標昆蟲種類具殺蟲性但具有不同作用模式之不同蛋白,例如與昆蟲不同的受體結合位置結合,以擴大所影響的目標昆蟲種類範圍或延遲昆蟲之植物抗性的發生。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)為耐生物脅迫植物。此等植物可由遺傳轉化,或藉由選擇含賦予此抗脅迫性突變物之植物來取得。特別有用的抗脅迫植物包括:
a.含有能降低聚(ADP-核糖)聚合酶(PARP)基因在植物細胞或植物中的表現及/或活性之轉殖基因之植物;
b.含有能降低PARG-編碼基因在植物細胞或植物中的表現及/或活性之抗脅迫性增加的轉殖基因植物;
c.含有編碼用於菸鹼醯胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸補救路徑之植物功能性酵素,包括菸鹼醯胺酶、菸鹼酸磷酸核糖轉移酶、菸鹼酸單核苷酸腺苷醯轉移酶、菸鹼醯胺腺嘌呤二核酸合成酶、菸鹼醯胺磷酸核糖基轉移酶之抗脅迫性增加的轉殖基因植物。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)顯示收穫物質之數量、品質及/或儲存安定性改變,及/或收穫物質之特定成份的性質改變,例如:
1)合成修飾澱粉之基因轉殖植物,與野生型植物細胞或植物中所合成的澱粉相比較,其物理-化學性質,特別是直鏈澱粉的含量或直鏈澱粉/支鏈澱粉比率、支化度、平均鏈長、側鏈分布、黏性、凝膠強度、澱粉粒度及/或澱粉粒形態改變,所以此修飾澱粉更適合特定的用途。
2)相較於無基因改造之野生型植物,合成非澱粉碳水化物聚合物或合成性質改變之非澱粉碳水化物聚合物的基因轉殖植物。實例有產生多聚果糖,特別是菊糖(inulin)和聚果糖(levan)型之植物,產生α-1,4-葡聚糖之植物,產生α-1,6-支鏈α-1,4-葡聚糖之植物,以及產生莧(alternan)之植物。
3)產生玻尿酸(hyaluronan)之基因轉殖植物。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)為例如具有纖維性質改變之棉花植物。此等植物可藉由遺傳轉化,或藉由選擇含賦予纖維性質改變之突變物的植物來取得,並包括:
a)植物,例如含變化型纖維素合成酶基因之棉花植物,
b)植物,例如含變化型的rsw2或rsw3同源核酸之棉花植物;
c)植物,例如帶有蔗糖磷酸合成酶表現增加之棉花植物;
d)植物,例如帶有蔗糖合成酶表現增加之棉花植物;
e)植物,例如棉花植物,其中在細胞基質的細胞間質門控時間改變,例如經由纖維選擇性β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的下調作用;
f)植物,例如具有纖維反應性改變之棉花植物,例如經由N-乙醯葡萄糖胺轉移酶基因,包括nodC和幾丁質合成酶基因表現改變纖維反應性。
亦可根據本發明處理之植物或植物栽培品種(得自植物生物技術方法例如遺傳工程)為例如帶有油性特徵改變之油菜或相關的甘藍植物。此等植物可藉由遺傳轉化或藉由選擇含賦予此油特性改變之突變物的植物來取得,並包括:
a)植物,例如產生具有高油酸含量之油菜植物;
b)植物,例如產生具有高次亞麻油酸含量之油菜植物;
c)植物,例如產生具有低量飽和脂肪酸之油菜植物。
可根據本發明處理之特別有用的基因轉殖植物為包括一或多個編碼一或多種毒素基因之植物及以下列品名販售之植物:YIELD GARD(例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、KnockOut(例如玉米)、BiteGard(例如玉米)、BT-Xtra(例如玉米)、StarLink(例如玉米)、Bollgard(棉花)、Nucotn(棉花)、Nucotn 33B(棉花)、NatureGard(例如玉米)、Protecta及NewLeaf(馬鈴薯)。可提及之耐除草劑植物之實例有市售名稱Roundup Ready之玉米品種、棉花品種及大豆品種(耐草甘膦,例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、Liberty Link(耐草胺膦,例如油菜)、IMI(耐咪唑啉酮)及SCS(耐磺醯尿素,例如玉米)。可提及的耐除草劑植物(以對除草劑耐受的傳統方式所培育之植物)包括市售名稱Clearfield之品種(例如玉米)。
可根據本發明處理之特別有用的基因轉殖植物為列於例如各國或區域管制機構資料庫之含有轉化品系或轉化品系組合之植物(參見例如http://gmoinfo.jrc.it/gmp_browse.aspx及http://www.agbios.com/dbase.php)。
本發明之活性化合物或組成物可進一步用於材料保護供保護工業材料對抗不欲的微生物(例如真菌)攻擊及破壞。
在本發明內文中,工業材料應了解係指經製備用於工業上之非活體物質。希望以本發明活性化合物保護防阻真菌變化或破壞之工業材料可為,例如膠、膠料、紙、牆卡及牆板、紡織品、地毯、皮革、木材、漆及塑膠製品、冷卻潤滑劑及其他能會受微生物攻擊或分解之物質。在範圍內其他可提及之可受保護及可受微生物相乘作用危害的材料有生產工廠及建築物之部分、冷卻水迴路、冷卻及加熱系統及通風和空調元件。本發明範圍內可提及較佳之工業材料有膠、膠料、紙及板子、皮革、木材、漆、冷卻潤滑劑及熱傳導液,特佳地木材。本發明之活性化合物或組成物可防阻不利的效應例如腐壞、衰敗、變色、褪色或發黴。再者,本發明之化合物可用於保護標的物抗生長物覆蓋,特別是與海水或鹹水接觸之船身、篩子、網子、建築物、防波堤和通訊元件。
本發明用於防治不欲真菌之方法亦可用於保護儲存物品。本處,儲存物品應了解係指植物或動物來源之天然物質或天然來源之加工製品,供其所欲之長期的保護。植物來源之儲存物品,例如植株或植株部位例如莖、葉、塊莖、種子、果實、榖粒可以剛收穫的狀態或經乾燥、濕化、分割、磨粉、打壓或烘烤處理後保存。儲存物品亦可包括未加工的木料例如建築木料、電線桿和柵欄,或成品之形式例如傢俱。動物來源之儲存物品有,例如生皮、皮革、羽毛和毛髮。本發明之活性化合物可防阻不利的效應例如腐壞、衰敗、變色、褪色或發黴。

較佳的係用於防治下列之大豆疾病:由下列所造成之葉、莖、莢和種子真菌疾病:鏈格菌葉斑病(鏈格菌類黑鏈格菌(atrans tenuissima))、炭疽病(赤葉枯刺盤孢菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporoides dematium var. truncatum))、褐斑(大豆褐紋殼針孢(Septoria glycines)、葉斑及枯萎(菊池尾孢(Cercospora kikuchii)、笄黴葉枯病(三孢漏斗笄黴(Choanephora infundibulifera trispora(Syn.))、疏毛核菌黴葉斑(疏毛核菌黴(dactuliophora glycines)、露菌病(大豆露菌病菌(Peronospora manshurica)、德氏黴枯萎病(大豆德氏黴球(Drechslera glycini)、蛙眼葉斑病(大豆尾孢菌(Cercospora sojina)、大豆灰斑病(大豆尾孢菌(Leptosphaerulina trifolii)、大豆灰星病(大豆灰星病菌(Phyllosticta sojaecola)、莢枯病和莖枯病(Phomopsis sojae)、白粉病(擴散叉絲殼菌(Microsphaera diffusa)、棘殼孢葉斑病pyrenochaeta leaf spot(大豆棘殼孢(Pyrenochaeta glycines)、絲核菌地上葉及網枯病(立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、銹病(豆薯層銹菌(Phakopsora pachyrhizi)和山馬蝗層銹菌(Phakopsora meibomiae))、scab(Sphaceloma glycines)、葡柄黴菌葉枯病(葡柄黴菌(Stemphylium botryosum))、靶斑病(多主棒孢黴(Corynespora cassiicola))。
由下列所造成之根和莖基部之真菌疾病:例如黑根腐病(叢赤殼菌Calonectria crotalariae)、芽腐病(殼球孢菌Macrophomina phaseolina)、鐮刀菌枯萎、根腐及莢和頸腐病(尖孢鐮刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、長直喙鐮刀菌(Fusarium orthoceras)、半裸鐮刀菌(usarium semitectum)、木賊鐮刀菌(Fusarium equiseti)、絲孢菌(mycoleptodiscus)根腐病(鳳眼蓮孢黴(Mycoleptodiscus terrestris))、新赤殼屬菌根腐病(新赤殼屬菌(Neocosmopspora vasinfecta))、莢和莖枯萎(莖潰瘍病菌(Diaporthe phaseolorum)、莖潰瘍病(大豆北方莖潰瘍病菌(Diaporthe phaseolorum var. caulivora)、疫黴腐病(大豆疫病菌(Phytophthora megasperma)、褐莖腐病(大豆莖褐腐病菌(Phialophora gregata)、腐黴性腐病(瓜果腐黴(Pythium aphanidermatum)、畸雌腐黴(Pythium irregulare)、德氏腐黴(Pythium debaryanum)、群結腐黴(Pythium myriotylum)、終極腐黴(Pythium ultimum))、絲核菌根腐、莖腐和猝倒病(立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia solani))、菌核性莖腐病(菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum))、菌核性白絹病(齊整小菌核菌(Sclerotinia rolfsii))、根串珠黴根腐病(根串珠黴(Thielaviopsis basicola))。
可降解或改造工業材料之微生物可提及的為真菌。本發明之活性化合物較佳地係具抗真菌,特別是黴菌、使木材變色和破壞木材之真菌((Basidiomycetes))。可提及之真菌種類例如:鏈格菌(Alternaria),例如細鏈格菌(Alternaria tenuis);麴菌(Aspergillus),例如黑麴菌(Aspergillus niger);毛殼菌(Chaetomium),例如球毛殼菌(Chaetomium globosum);粉孢革菌(Coniophora),例如凹痕粉孢革菌(Coniophora puetana);香菇(Lentinus),例如虎皮香菇(Lentinus tigrinus);青黴菌(Penicillium),例如灰綠青黴菌(Penicillium glaucum);多孔菌(Polyporus),例如彩绒革蓋菌(Polyporus versicolor);短梗黴(Aureobasidium),例如出芽短梗黴(Aureobasidium pullulans);核莖點菌(Sclerophoma),例如松落葉病菌(Sclerophoma pityophila);木黴菌(Trichoderma),例如綠色木黴(Trichoderma viride)。
此外,本發明之活性化合物亦具有非常良好的抗真菌活性。其具有非常廣效的抗真菌活性,特別是對抗皮癬菌(dermatophytes)和酵母菌、黴菌和雙相性真菌(例如抗念珠菌類(Candida),例如白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)、光滑念珠菌(Candida glabrata))以及絮狀表皮癬菌(epidermophyton floccosum)、麴菌類(Aspergillus),例如黑麴菌(Aspergillus niger)和烟麴菌(Aspergillus fumigatus),毛癬菌(Trichophyton),例如鬚毛癬菌類(Trichophyton mentagrophytes)、小芽胞癬菌類(Microsporon),例如犬小芽胞癬菌(Microsporon canis)和奧杜盎(氏)小芽胞癬菌(audouinii)。這些所引述的真菌並非要限制任何可涵蓋的真菌範圍,而僅做說明之用。
當使用本發明之活性化合物作為殺真菌劑時,施用率可依照施用的類型在廣大的範圍內變化。本發明活性化合物之施用率為:當處理植物部位時,例如葉子:從0.1至10 000克/公頃,較佳地從10至1000克/公頃,特佳地從50至300克/公頃(當施用係以灑或滴來進行時,甚至可減少施用率,特別是使用惰性物質例如岩棉或真珠岩);當處理種子時:每100公斤的種子係從2至200克,較佳地每100公斤的種子從3至150克,特佳地每100公斤的種子從2.5至25克,非常較佳地每100公斤的種子從2.5至12.5克;當處理土攘時,從0.1至10 000克/公頃,較佳地從1至5000克/公頃。
這些施用率僅以舉例之方式提出,而並非限制本發明之意義。
本發明之活性化合物或組成物因此可在處理後於一特定的時間期間保護植物對抗所提及之病原攻擊。提供保護的期間一般而言係在以活性化合物處理植物後延伸1至28天,較佳地1至14天,特佳地1至10天,非常特佳地1至7天,或處理種子後高達200天。
此外,藉由本發明之處理其可降低收穫物品及從其所製備的食品和飼料之黴菌毒素含量。特別(但非獨一),本處可提及的黴菌毒素有:脱氧雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol)(DON)、雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇(nivalenol)、15-Ac-DON、3-Ac-DON、T2-和HT2-毒素、伏馬鐮刀菌素(fumonisine)、玉米烯酮(zearalenon)、串珠鐮刀菌素(moniliformin)、鐮刀菌素(fusarin)、蛇形菌素(diaceotoxyscirpenol)(DAS)、白僵菌素(beauvericin)、恩鐮刀菌素(enniatin)、層出鐮刀素(fusaroproliferin)、(fusarenol)、褚麴毒素(ochratoxins)、棒麴毒素(patulin)、麥角生物鹼(ergot alkaloids)及黃麴毒素(aflatoxins),例如係由下列真菌所產生:鐮刀菌類(Fusarium),例如銳頂鐮刀菌(Fusarium acuminatum)、燕麥鐮刀菌(F. avenaceum)、克地鐮刀菌(F. crookwellense)、大刀鐮刀菌(F. culmorum)、禾谷鐮刀菌(F. graminearum)(玉米赤黴Gibberella zeae)、木賊鐮刀菌(F. equiseti)、鐮刀菌(F. fujikoroi)、香蕉鐮刀菌(F. musarum)、尖孢鐮刀菌(F. oxysporum)、再育鐮刀菌(F. proliferatum)、梨孢鐮刀菌(F. poae)、擬禾谷鐮刀菌(F. pseudograminearum)、接骨木鐮刀菌(F. sambucinum)、藨草鐮刀菌(F. scirpi)、半裸鐮刀菌(F. semitectum)、茄病鐮刀菌(F. solani)、擬分枝鐮刀菌(F. sporotrichoides)、鐮刀菌(F. langsethiae)、膠孢鐮刀菌(F. subglutinans)、三線鐮刀菌(F. tricinctum)、輪枝鐮刀菌(F. verticillioides)等,以及麴菌類、青黴類、麥角菌(Claviceps purpurea)、葡萄穗黴類(Stachybotrys)等。
上述植物可特別有利地係依照本發明以式(I)之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物或本發明之組成物加以處理。上述所指的活性化合物或組成物之較佳範圍亦應用於處理這些植物。以特別是本文中所提及的化合物或組成物處理的植物應特別重要。
依照本發明方法之通用說明,可得到下表1所示之式(I)化合物。
藉由將1重量份的活性化合物與所述量的溶劑及乳化劑混合並將濃縮液以水稀釋成所欲的濃度,製造活性化合物之適合的製備物。將活性化合物之製備物以所述的施用率噴灑番茄幼株,以試驗保護活性。處理後一天,以索藍尼氏鏈格菌(Alternaria solani
)之孢子懸浮液接種植物,及然後於100%相對溼度和22℃下放置24小時。隨後,將植物放置在96%相對溼度及20℃溫度。接種後7天,進行評估。本處,0%代表相當於對照組之效力,而100%效力係指無觀察到受感染。在此試驗中,本發明之化合物在500 ppm的活性化合物濃度下展現70%或更大之效力。

24.5份重量比之二甲基乙醯胺
藉由將1重量份的活性化合物與所述量的溶劑及乳化劑混合並將濃縮液以水稀釋成所欲的濃度,製造活性化合物之適合的製備物。將活性化合物之製備物以所述施用率噴灑植物幼株,以試驗保護活性。當噴灑塗層乾燥後,將植物以葡萄軸霜黴(Plasmopara viticola
)之水性孢子懸浮液接種及然後將植物放在培養箱中在約20℃和100%相對大氣濕度下培養1天。隨後將植物於約21℃及約90%溼度之溫室中放置4天。然後將植物濕化並置於培養箱中放置1天。接種後6天,進行評估。本處,0%代表相當於對照組之效力,而100%效力係指無觀察到受感染。在此試驗中,本發明之化合物在100 ppm的活性化合物濃度下展現70%或更大之效力。
24.5份重量比之二甲基乙醯胺

Claims (8)
- 一種通式(I)之噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物
其中R1 為鹵素,n為0、1或2,R2 為氫、氰基或胺羰基,R3 為視需要經鹵素取代一或多次之C1 -C12 -烷基,或為各視需要經鹵素、C1 -C4 -烷基或C1 -C4 -鹵烷基取代一或多次之芳基、芳基-(C1 -C4 -烷基)、雜芳基或雜芳基-(C1 -C4 -烷基),其中芳基為苯基及雜芳基為吡啶基。 - 一種用於防治不欲的微生物之組成物,其特徵在於其中有至少一種如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物存在及增量劑及/或界面活性物質。
- 一種如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物之用途,係用於活體外防治不欲的微生物。
- 一種如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物之用途,係用於作物保護及材料保護中防治植物病原真菌。
- 一種防治不欲的微生物之方法,其特徵在於如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物係活體外遞送至微生物及/或其棲所中。
- 一種用於製造組合物供防治不欲的微生物之方法,其特徵在於如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物係與增量劑及/或界面活性物質混合。
- 一種如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物之用途,係用於處理基因轉殖植物。
- 一種組成物,其包括至少一種如申請專利範圍第1項之式(I)噻吩并二硫雜己環衍生物以及至少一種由下列組成之群中選出之其他的活性化合物:殺蟲劑、吸引劑、滅菌劑、殺細菌劑、殺蟎劑、殺線蟲劑、殺真菌劑、生長調節劑、除草劑、肥料、安全劑或化學信息素。
