1324573 合併參考第10圖,上述頭燈18,以上述兩支承板51 …的上端、把手53…的上述彎曲部53a…的抵接部作爲支 點而可擺動,被支承於前整流罩19,可使在頭燈18的下 部所突出設置的突部54滑動接觸的滑接面56,沿著以上 述支點爲中心的半徑R,形成於前整流罩19的下部內面 ,在上述突部54埋設有螺母55»在前整流罩19的下部設 置有朝前後長長地延伸的長孔部57,從前整流罩19的下 方插通於上述長孔部57的螺栓58,螺合於上述螺母55。 藉由將上述螺栓5 8轉鬆,則頭燈1 8,能以上述兩支 承板5 1…的上端、與把手53…的上述彎曲部53a…的抵接 部爲支點而擺動,藉由將螺栓5 8鎖緊,則能固定頭燈18 的位置,則可將頭燈1 8調節對準性。 如第2圖、第3圖、第5圖及第6圖所示,在支架16 的支架主部16,設置有配置成格子狀的多數的通風孔59 、59···。並且上述各通風孔59、59···,在前面觀察與上述 頭燈18大致重疊的區域,設置於上述支架16的支架主部 1 6 a 〇 在上述支架16的支架主部16a,設置有一對電線插通 孔60、61,在其中之一的電線插通孔60,插通著例如從 頭燈18所延伸出的電線63、及從左右的方向燈37···所延 伸出的電線64、64,在另一個電線插通孔61,插通著例 如從儀表單元17所延伸出的電線62。 接著針對第一實施例的作用加以說明,在由合成樹脂 所構成的支架16,安裝儀表單元17,並且一體形成有從 -12- 1324573 前方覆蓋儀表單元17的儀表遮板16c,所以可減少零件數 量及組裝程序,而能減低成本。 支架16的支架主部16a,具有從後方大致覆蓋頭燈 18的背板部分16aa’所以可將電線62、63' 64...、儀表 單元17的支承部、及頭燈18隱藏起來,並且能容易形成 背板部分16aa,並且能以背板部分16aa增大支架主部 1 6a的剛性。而能以支架主部1 6a所具有的左右的一對側 外罩部分16ab…來從內側覆蓋前整流罩19的兩側內面, 所以不需要用來覆蓋前整流罩19的兩側內面的專用零件 ,以減少零件數量的構造,從內側覆蓋前整流罩19的兩 側內面,而能提高外觀性,並且支架1 6是由合成樹脂所 構成,所以能容易地形成側外罩部分1 6ab…。 在支架16的前方所配置的頭燈18,是可擺動地被支 承於用來覆蓋該頭燈18的前整流罩19,該前整流罩19安 裝於支架16,所以支架16能兼用爲頭燈18的後外罩,而 能更減低零件數量及組裝程序。 在前面觀察形成爲具有大致相同外型的前整流罩19 及支架16,是接合且在相互間形成:用來將儀表單元17 的一部分及頭燈18予以收容的收容室48,所以儀表單元 1 7及頭燈1 8能得到良好的外觀且能作得緊緻化。 在支架16,設置有多數的通風孔59、59.··,所以從 前整流罩1 9及頭燈1 8間的間隙進入到前整流罩1 9內的 行駛氣流,會有效地流通支架16的通風孔59、59···,而 能減少行駛氣流所造成的行駛阻力。並且上述各通風孔5 9 -13- 1324573 ' 59···,在從前面觀察在與上述頭燈18大致重疊的區域 ,是設置在上述支架16的支架主部】6a,所以從前整流罩 1 9及頭燈1 8之間的間隙進入到前整流罩1 9內的行駛氣流 ,容易通過通風孔5 9、5 9 ...,而能更減少行駛阻力。 而在支架16的支架主部16a,設置有使電線62、63 、6 4…插通的電線插通孔6 〇、6 1,所以能以前整流罩19 及支架16來隱藏電線62、63、64…而將其匯集整理。 而在支架16上的支架主部i6a的下部所設置的定位 銷26,是插入到在前叉12的底架橋部13所設的定位孔 24’支架16能對於前叉12正確定位,則儀表單元17能 容易定中心。 第11圖〜第18圖是顯示本發明的第二實施例,第n 圖是前叉、支架、儀表單元、頭燈、及前整流罩的分解立 體圖’第12圖是支架、儀表單元、頭燈、及前整流罩的 縱剖側面圖也就是沿著第1 3圖的1 2 · 1 2線的剖面圖,第 13圖是第12圖的13-13線剖面圖,第14圖是第13圖的 14-14線剖面圖’第15圖是第13圖的15-15線剖面圖, 第16圖是第13圖的16-16線剖面圖,第17圖是從第11 圖的箭頭17方向來觀察電線導引構件摺疊前的狀態的視 圖’第18圖是第17圖的18-18線剖面圖。 首先在第11圖〜第13圖,在前叉72的底架橋部73 及頂架橋部74’安裝由合成樹脂所構成的支架76,將儀 表單元77安裝於該支架76的上部。在上述支架76的前 方配置有頭燈18,該頭燈18,被前整流罩79所支承,該 -14 -
