1300091 玖、發明說明: (一) 發明所屬之技術領域 本發明關係一種由含有螢光染料之塑膠所構成之模製品° (二) 先前技術 ΕΡ-Α-0 553 083記述製自塑膠之燈具,含有螢光染料和 例如Ti02或BaS04之白色顏料,其濃度以重量計爲自0」 至5 %。其他顏料亦可存在。 (三) 發明內容 其目的與成效 根據ΕΡ-Α-0 5 5 3 0 8 3含有螢光染料和作爲散射劑之 BaS04所成之模製品爲已知,尤其以澆鑄自聚甲基丙烯酸 甲酯製成之塑膠板。自此先前技術之始,特別關注改善模 製品顏色之亮度。 此項目的已達成於使由透明塑膠所成之塑膠基質所構成 之模製品含有可溶性螢光染料和散射劑,其與塑膠基質間 之折射率差爲+/-0.003至0.2。 其特徵在於白色顏料與塑膠基質之折射率差爲自+0.4至 1.5,且濃度爲自0·〇〇ι至〇.1重量。/〇。 令人驚奇者’以不尋常低濃度之白色顏料加入之效果明 顯提升顏色亮度。本發明之模製品依DIN 5 0 3 6以光譜儀量 測之反射率至少以1 0%高於無白色顏料之對應模製品。如 此對顏色亮度之提升明顯可見,甚至由肉眼所視。 發明之詳細說明 本發明提供一種由透明塑膠所成塑膠基質構成之模製品 各 1300091 ,含有可溶性螢光染料,依需要合倂其他色料(顏料、染料) ,以及折射率與塑膠基質相差自0.003至0·2之散射劑。 其特徵在於: 折射率與塑膠基質相差自+0.4至1 .5之白色顔料是以自 , 0 . 〇 〇 1至〇 . 1重量%之濃度存在。 . 螢光染料 模製品含有原爲已知之可溶性螢光染料,例如基於莽類 之化合物。 WO 9 9/ 1 6 8 4 7記述可溶於塑膠之螢光染料,例如溶於聚 · 碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚偏二氟乙烯、或聚甲基丙 * 烯酸甲酯與聚偏二氟乙烯之混合物;以及適合用於具有黃 色螢光性之物件或模製品。螢光染料爲Ν,Ν’-二取代之 3,4:9,10-茈雙(二羧醯亞胺)與具黃色之螢光性染料之混合 物’具有依CIE 1931標準色量系統所界定之顏色座標範圍 ,且所具螢光/發光因數大於5。 巾售之螢光染料 Lumogen®F Orange 240、Lumogen⑯ F Yellow 083、Lumogen® F Red 240(Lumoge η® :在德國 φ

W 第92 1 26069號「含有發光染料之塑膠模製品」專利案 (200 8年5月修正) 1 · 一種模製品,構自塑膠基質且其由透明塑膠組成,含有 可溶性螢光染料和散射劑,其與塑膠基質之折射率相差 爲 +/-自 0.003 至 0.2 , 其中 進一步包括白色顏料,於自0.001至0.1重量%之濃度
,與塑膠基質之折射率差爲自+0.4至1.5。 2 ·如申請專利範圍第1項之模製品,其中所用白色顏料爲 二氧化鈦、氧化鋅或硫化鋅 3 ·如申請專利範圍第1項之模製品,其中所存在之散射劑 包括氫氧化鋁、矽酸鋁鉀(雲母)、矽酸鋁(高嶺土)、硫 酸鋇、碳酸鈣、矽酸鎂(滑石)、聚苯乙烯、及/或由交聯 塑膠構成之光散射珠粒。 4 ·如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項之模製品,其中其 反射率比較無白色顏料之對應模製品至少高出1 〇%。 5 ·如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項之模製品,其中塑 膠基質之透明塑膠於可見區域具有至少40%之透明度( 對於日光之光透射率(D65標準照度)r D65,例如見於DIN 67 507) 〇 6 ·如申請專利範圍第1項之模製品,其中塑膠基質之透明 塑膠爲經擠押之聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、澆鑄之聚甲基丙烯 酸甲酯、耐衝擊性改良之聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯 1300091 、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈、聚對酞酸乙二醇酯、二 醇改質之聚對酞酸乙二醇酯、聚氯乙烯、透明聚烯烴、 丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)及/或上述塑膠之混合物(摻 合物)。 7 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之模製品,其中螢光染料與 其他色料合倂存在。 8 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之模製品,可應用於車輛車 體、製圖傢倶、標示牌或其部件,或用於照明系統,例 如發光廣告裝置等。 -2-
