Description
本申請案係依據2007年4月4日向日本專利局所申請之特願2007-98409號主張優先權的申請案,此申請案之揭示內容於此併入本案以作為參考。
本發明係關於使用於飲料罐、食品罐且有機皮膜的二次密著性、耐蝕性優異之罐用鍍敷鋼板及其製造方法。
以往,作為罐用材料所使用的表面處理鋼板主要為馬口鐵、薄錫塗覆鋼板(lightly tin coated steel sheet;LTS)、錫鎳塗覆鋼板(tin nickel coated steel sheet;TNS)等鍍錫鋼板、鍍鎳鋼板(TFS-NT)、電解鍍鉻鋼板(TFS-CT)。通常,將該等鋼板的鍍敷表面施以化學轉化處理,藉此確保鋼板與塗料或樹脂膜的密著性。
現今已商品化之罐用表面處理鋼板的化學轉化處理,幾乎是使用重鉻酸鹽或鉻酸為主成份的水溶液之浸漬處理或陰極電解處理。例外的情形是,雖然已知特開昭52-68832號公報及特開昭52-75626號公報所揭示之馬口鐵是在磷酸鹽水溶液中進行陰陽極電解處理,但此限定於用途為使用內表面無塗布之奶粉罐。該陰陽極電解處理不使用於奶粉罐以外的飲料罐、食品罐的主要理由是塗料或樹脂膜之類
的有機皮膜之密著性不足的緣故。
另一方面,藉由使用重鉻酸鹽或鉻酸為主成份之水溶液之浸漬處理或陰極電解處理所得之鉻(III)氧化膜,使有機皮膜的密著性提高之效果良好,作為替代處理之化學轉化處理雖然進行了各種研究探討,現實狀況上卻無法實用化。例如,特開昭59-47396號公報揭示藉由浸漬處理來形成磷酸系皮膜之衝拔拉伸罐(DI罐;drawand & ironing)用的電鍍馬口鐵。又,特開昭52-92837號公報揭示於植酸或植酸鹽溶液中進行陽極處理的方法。
近年來揭示許多在錫鍍層上塗布使用矽烷偶合劑之皮膜的技術。例如,特開2002-285354號公報係揭示了在鍍錫鋼板的錫層或鐵-錫合金層上設置矽烷偶合劑塗布層之鋼板及罐,特開2001-316851號揭示了在鍍錫層上,具有作為下層之含有磷、錫的化學轉化皮膜與作為上層的矽烷偶合劑層的鍍錫鋼板。又,類似特開2001-316851號公報之技術係揭示於特開2002-275643號公報、特開2002-206191號公報、特開2002-275657號公報、特開2002-339081號公報、特開2003-3281號公報、特開2003-175564號公報、特開2003-183853號公報、特開2003-239084號公報、特開2003-253466號公報、特開2004-68063號公報。
然而,前述所有專利文獻所記載的化學轉化皮膜難說為是具有作為罐用鍍敷鋼板所必需之有機皮膜二次密著
性、耐蝕性等性能。
此處,本發明之目的是解決上述習知技術的問題點,並提供有機皮膜之二次密著性、耐蝕性優異之罐用鍍敷鋼板及其製造方法。
本發明人等對於上述課題致力研究探討,構築了可得到極為良好的有機皮膜之二次密著性的錫鍍敷鋼板及實現其之方法,而達成本發明。
即,本發明的主旨為:
(1)一種罐用鍍敷鋼板,係由鋼板側依序具有錫合金層及金屬錫層者,該金屬錫層之上層具有化學轉化層,前述化學轉化層含有還原所需電量為0.3~5.0mC/cm2
之氧化錫及磷量為0.5~5.0mg/m2
之磷酸錫,且於化學轉化層上更具有鋯量為0.2~5mg/m2
的氧化鋯(IV)。
(2)如上述第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板,其中前述錫合金層由鐵-錫合金層及鎳量為2~100mg/m2
之鐵-鎳-錫合金層之一種或兩種所形成。
(3)一種罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,係將鋼板電解脫脂、酸洗,再進行錫電鍍及錫之加熱熔融處理之後,在磷酸鹽水溶液中實施陰極電解處理,接著實施0.2~5A/dm2
、0.1~2秒的陽極電解處理,再於含有0.05~5g/L的鋯(IV)且pH為1.5~4的硫酸酸性水溶液或硝酸酸性水溶液中實施浸漬或陰極電解處理。
(4)如上述第3項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,前述磷酸鹽水溶液係含有選自於鈉離子、鉀離子、鈣離子、鎂離
子中之1或2種以上的陽離子,且pH為1.5~3並且液溫為30~50℃的水溶液。
(5)如上述第3或4項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,在前述錫電鍍之前,實施鎳量為2~100mg/m2
的鐵-鎳合金電鍍或鎳電鍍。
(6)前述罐用鍍敷鋼板所製成之罐。
藉由本發明,可提供具備極為良好之有機皮膜的二次密著性、耐蝕性的罐用鍍敷鋼板及其製造方法。
第1圖係本發明之罐用鍍敷鋼板的橫截面圖。
以下,詳細說明本發明。
將本發明使用之鋼板設置特定的限制是不必要的。毫無問題地可使用迄今罐用鋼板所使用鋁鎮靜鋼(aluminium killed steel)或低碳鋼等的成份系鋼板。又,鋼板的厚度或調質度係選擇適用於使用目的之等級即可。
本發明之主要構成為具有以下特徵之有機皮膜之二次密著性優異之罐用鍍敷鋼板:由鋼板側依序具有錫合金層及金屬錫層之鍍敷鋼板,該金屬錫層之上層具有化學轉化層,前述化學轉化層含有還原所需電量為0.3~5.0mC/cm2
之氧化錫及磷量為0.5~5.0mg/m2
之磷酸錫,且於化學轉化層上更具有鋯量為0.2~5mg/m2
的氧化鋯(IV)。
錫合金量及金屬錫量由於是依據使用目的來選擇適當
的附著量即可,而於本發明不加以限定,但一般而言,合金錫之錫量為0.1~1.6 g/m2
,金屬錫附著量為0.2~5 g/m2
。
鍍錫後,經過錫的加熱熔解製程(反流處理)之鍍錫鋼板,必然不可避免地生成錫量為0.1 g/m2
的錫合金層。另一方面,一旦錫量超過1.6 g/m2
時,彎曲、捲曲等加工製程中容易產生微小的裂縫,而有成為腐蝕起點之虞,因此通常不被使用。
金屬錫附著量一旦低於0.2 g/m2
,用以製造罐體之接縫熔接(wire seam welding)之際,局部過熱的頻率變高,稱為「火花」之熔融金屬飛濺物變多,難以得到充份熔接的適當電流範圍。金屬錫附著量即使超過5 g/m2
,只有增加外觀光澤,使用作為具有有機皮膜之罐的情況之性能上的優點不被認可,因此,就經濟上的理由以及為了不浪費稀少資源,通常不被使用。
作為金屬錫層的下層,前述錫合金層係具有鐵-錫合金層、鎳量為2~100 mg/m2
之鐵-鎳合金層或鐵-鎳-錫合金層之一種或兩種以上亦可。特別是,含有鎳的合金層在反流處理上層錫之際成為障蔽層,具有所謂的抑制過剩之鐵-錫合金化之優點。鐵-鎳合金層之鎳量少於2 mg/m2
時,則不被認為具有上述作為鐵-錫合金化反應之障蔽層的效果。另一方面,即使鐵-鎳合金層之鎳量超過100 mg/m2
,與其說作為鐵-錫合金化障蔽層的性能未能提高,不如說是有促進鎳-錫合金化的傾向,因此不被採用。
金屬錫層之上,由氧化鋯(IV)所形成之層的下層是氧
化錫與磷酸錫所形成之層。藉由XPS(X射線光電子光譜)而深度分析,金屬錫上的化學轉化層可確認為氧化錫與磷酸錫共存之層。氧化錫與磷酸錫所形成之層係為用以緊密接合氧化鋯(IV)於鍍錫鋼板上的中間層,特別是磷酸錫與氧化鋯(IV)的結合力優異,氧化錫則被認為是擔任結合鍍錫層與磷酸錫的角色。氧化錫與磷酸錫所形成的層中氧化錫及磷酸錫的量,以及其之上的氧化鋯的量之任一者若不在本發明的範圍內,則無法得到有機皮膜密著性的充份提高。
此氧化錫與磷酸錫所形成之層中的氧化錫量之還原所需電量為0.3~5.0 mC/cm2
係為必要。氧化錫層之還原所需電量係將鍍錫鋼板,在以氮氣氣體的通氣等方式除去溶氧之0.001 mol/L的氫溴酸水溶液中,以0.05 mA/cm2
的定電流進行陰極電解,由所得之電位-時間曲線可求得者。氧化錫層之還原所需電量在少於0.3 mC/cm2
的情況下及超過5.0 mC/cm2
的情況下都會使得有機皮膜的二次密著性下降。由確保有機皮膜的二次密著性的觀點觀之,氧化錫層之還原所需電量之較佳的範圍是1.5~5.0 mC/cm2
。更佳的範圍是2.6~5.0 mC/cm2
,只要在此範圍內,會形成塗裝後耐蝕性及層合後耐蝕性極為良好的鍍薄錫鋼板。
氧化錫及磷酸錫所形成的化學轉化層中的磷酸錫,磷量為0.5~5.0 mg/m2
是必要的。磷量小於0.5 mg/m2
雖然可確保有機皮膜的一次密著性,但不能確保二次密著性。另一方面,由於磷量超過5.0 mg/m2
的磷酸錫容易產生凝集破壞(cohesive failure),因此無法確保有機皮膜的一次密著性及
二次密著性。磷量更佳的範圍是1.4~4.8 mg/m2
。
本發明之表面處理鋼板的最上層是含有氧化鋯(IV)之層。雖然氧化鋯(IV)賦與有機皮膜密著性提高之效果,若非以化學轉化層之氧化錫與磷酸錫之量在適當的範圍為前提,並且氧化鋯(IV)的量是在適當的範圍內,則無法得到所望的效果。在此最上層之氧化鋯(IV),均勻分佈是必要的,氧化鋯(IV)之量為鋯量為0.2~5 mg/m2
。鋯量少於0.2 mg/m2
,因表面被覆不充份,無法充份確保有機皮膜的密著性。另一方面,一旦鋯量超過5 mg/m2
,因氧化鋯(IV)易凝集破壞之故,反而使密著性下降。更佳的範圍是鋯量為2.0~4.7 mg/m2
。
接著將詳細說明有機皮膜的二次密著性優異之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法。
關於鋼板之鍍敷前處理的方法及所使用之鍍錫浴,本發明雖未特別規定,然,實施作為前處理的電解鹼性脫脂及稀硫酸酸洗之後,在含有光澤添加劑的酚磺酸浴、硫酸浴等的酸性鍍錫浴中實施電鍍錫,則可得到良好的鍍錫層。又,鍍錫之前,實施鐵-鎳合金鍍敷亦可。或者是,實施鍍鎳之後,加熱使得鎳在鋼板表面層擴散,而形成鐵-鎳合金層亦可。將鍍錫後的鋼板浸漬於裝有水或鍍錫液之稀釋液的槽中,將該鋼板乾燥後,施以反流處理。反流處理係於錫融點232℃以上加熱鍍錫鋼板之製程,但一旦溫度超過300℃,會特別促進鐵-錫合金化,因此不採用。就加熱方法而言,電阻加熱或感應加熱,又或者是使用其等之組
合亦可。緊跟著反流處理之後進行淬火處理,藉此防止鐵-錫合金層或鐵-鎳-錫合金層及表面氧化錫層過剩的生成是必要的。淬火處理係將熔融錫後的鍍錫鋼板浸漬於水中來進行。一旦將帶鋼連續地進行反流處理及淬火處理,淬火槽的水雖會上昇至約80℃,然而因藉由反流處理加熱的鋼板冷卻至此程度之溫度即可之故,因此不會有影響。
淬火處理之後,以下述方法實施化學轉化處理。
為了得到含有還原所需電量為0.3~5.0 mC/cm2
之氧化錫及磷量為0.5~5.0 mg/m2
之磷酸錫之化學轉化層,最適當的方法是在磷酸鹽水溶液中實施陰極電解處理,接著在同一溶液中實施陽極電解處理。本處理液在pH 2~3可得到良好的結果,而此pH範圍之磷酸鹽水溶液中的磷酸之化學種類主要為磷酸及磷酸二氫離子,作為磷酸二氫離子的對陽離子而言,鈉、錫、鋁、鎂、鈣不會影響電解處理,而為較佳。鈉、錫、鋁、鎂、鈣之陽離子以1種或2種以上方式共存亦可。磷酸的全濃度換算為磷酸為5~80 g/L,液溫為25~60℃之範圍是適當的。
陰極電解處理係還原錫氧化物之製程,該錫氧化物係因反流處理而生成於鍍錫鋼板表面且阻礙有機皮膜密著性,陰極電解處理之陰極電流密度係以1~20 A/dm2
為較佳,電解時間係以0.1~2秒為較佳。陰極電流密度一旦低於1 A/dm2
,反流處理所產生的氧化錫無法充份還原而難以得到良好的有機皮膜密著性。另一方面,即使陰極電流密度大於20 A/dm2
,只有使得陰極表面產生的氫氣量變多,不被認
為具有有機皮膜密著性的提高之作用。電解時間一旦少於0.1秒,反流處理所產生的氧化錫無法充份還原而難以得到良好的有機皮膜密著性。另一方面,因反流處理而生成的氧化錫在2秒的電解時間幾乎完全被還原,因此,較此更長的電解時間也不被認為具有有機皮膜密著性等性能的提高之作用。
陽極電解處理係於藉由陰極電解處理之還原所顯出的金屬錫表面上生成氧化錫的同時,慢慢地溶解錫,並藉由與處理液中的磷酸離子結合而產生磷酸錫之製程。藉由陽極電解處理所生成的氧化錫與因反流處理而生成的氧化錫在品質上被認為是不同的,因此並非阻礙有機皮膜的密著之物。陽極電解處理的陽極電流密度為0.2~5 A/dm2
、電解時間為0.1~2秒是適當的。一旦電流密度小於0.2 A/dm2
,因表面錫之溶解不充份,得到確保有機皮膜之二次密著性之充份量的磷酸錫頗為費時,而無實用性。另一方面,超過5 A/dm2
的陽極電流密度係使得表面錫的溶解過快,因而生成疏而脆的磷酸錫,使得此層的凝集破壞,有機皮膜的密著性顯著劣化。一旦電解時間少於0.1秒,磷的附著量不足而無法得到充份的二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性。另一方面,一旦電解時間大於2秒,氧化錫層係變厚,一次、二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性係變差。
前述化學轉化處理後,又將鋼板浸漬於含有0.05~5 g/L的鋯(IV)之pH 1.5~4的硫酸酸性或硝酸酸性水溶液,或於前述水溶液中對該鋼板實施陰極電解處理。鋯(IV)濃度若少於
0.05 g/L,則附著的鋯不足而無法得到充份的二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性。另一方面,一旦鋯(IV)濃度大於5 g/L,則鋯附著量的控制困難,因而無法得到穩定的一次、二次密著性及耐蝕性。若pH小於1.5,則鍍錫層或磷酸錫層的表面係過度溶解。一旦超過pH 4,由於溶液中的鋯(IV)易以氧化物的形式沈澱,因此不採用。浴溫為30~55℃、浸漬時間為0.2~2秒是適當的。一旦以電流密度為0.5~10 A/dm2
、電解時間為0.2~2秒進行陰極電解,氧化鋯之鋼板表面方向之分佈均一性會提高,可得到有機皮膜二次密著性非常優異之皮膜。
作為添加於處理浴之較佳鋯化合物,舉例來說,有ZrOSO4
·nH2
O、ZrO(NO3
)2
·nH2
O、(NH4
)2
ZrO(CO3
)2
、ZrO(OH)2
·nH2
O等。
第1圖係顯示本發明之罐用鍍敷鋼板之橫截面。鋼板1之上依序為錫合金層2、金屬錫層3、由氧化錫與磷酸錫所形成的化學轉化層4、氧化鋯層5。
使用本發明之罐用鍍敷鋼板來製造罐(特別是飲料用之罐)的方法係以從前皆知的方法即可。本發明之罐用鍍敷鋼板的氧化鋯層5之上塗覆或層積有機皮膜,之後製罐。
以下,藉由實施例來更詳細說明本發明。
使用連續退火低碳冷軋鋼板,接著以調質軋壓而得之板厚0.18 mm、調質度T-5CA之鋼帶。作為鍍敷前處理,可在10質量%氫氧化鈉溶液中電解脫脂後,以5質量%稀硫酸酸洗。
對一部份的鋼帶施以鍍鐵-鎳合金或鍍鎳。施以鍍鎳的鋼帶,之後將其退火使鎳擴散,而形成鐵-鎳合金層。
接著,使用電鍍馬口鐵(ferrostan)浴實施電鍍錫。在含有錫離子20 g/L、酚磺酸離子75 g/L、界面活性劑5 g/L之43℃鍍液中,以陰極電流密度20 A/dm2
進行陰極電解。陽極係使用鍍白金的鈦。鍍錫的目標量係藉由電解時間來調節而為1.3 g/m2
。鍍錫後,浸漬於鍍錫液10倍稀釋溶液中,以橡膠滾輪隔開液體後,以冷風乾燥之,藉由通電加熱的方式10秒內昇溫至250℃而使錫反流,再立即以70℃的水淬火。
接著,對該鍍錫鋼板實施下述之化學轉化處理。
含有全磷酸濃度換算為磷酸濃度為35 g/L、對陽離子4 g/L之pH 2.5、液溫40℃之處理液中進行陰極電解處理,接著在同一溶液中實施陽極電解處理。為便於比較,亦進行未實施化學轉化處理之條件的比較例。
在磷酸鹽溶液中進行電解處理之後,又實施鋯處理。
於含有鋯量為0.05~5 g/L之硫酸鋯ZrOSO4
·4H2
O之pH 1.5~4的硫酸酸性水溶液、或是含有鋯量為0.05~5 g/L之硝酸氧化鋯(硝酸鋯)二水和物ZrO(NO3
)2
.2H2
O之pH 1.5~4的硝酸酸性水溶液中,浸漬或於上述水溶液中實施陰極電解處理。浴溫為40℃。在任一種情況下,在鋼帶處理後以橡膠滾輪擠出液體後,快速水洗、乾燥之。又,為便於比較,亦進行未實施此處理之條件的比較例。
全錫、磷、鎳、鋯之附著量係由螢光X射線強度、使用預先作成之檢量線而算出來的。全錫中的金屬錫量係藉由
在1 mol/L的稀鹽酸中作為陽極的鍍錫鋼板之電解剝離法而求得的。又,磷係以磷酸錫的型式存在的事實是藉由AES(歐傑電子光譜)在微小領域中錫、磷、氧的比率,及藉由XPS(X射線光電子光譜)之錫、磷、氧之結合狀態的解析來進行確認的。
氧化錫量係於藉由氮氣通氣而脫氣之0.001 mol/L的氫溴酸水溶液中,以0.05 mA/cm2
的定電流進行陰極電解,由所得到的電位-時間曲線求得還原所需電量。
對於上述處理材,實施以下所示之(A)~(D)之各項的評價實驗。
於評價材上,塗布60 mg/dm2
之環氧·酚系塗料、進行210℃、10分鐘的烘烤。又,進行190℃、15分鐘及230℃、90秒之追加烘烤。由該塗裝板(塗布有塗料之板)切出5 mm×100 mm尺寸的試片。將2枚同一標準之試片之塗裝面以面對面的方式重合,且中間夾合有厚度100 μm之膜狀耐倫接著劑。將試片預留手持部份,在熱壓機中以200℃將試片預熱60秒之後,施以2.9×105
Pa之壓力於200℃進行50秒的加壓連結(pressure bonding),而作成拉伸試驗片。將2枚試片的手持部份各別彎曲為90∘而形成T字狀,以拉伸試驗機的夾頭夾住,測定拉伸、剝離強度,進而評價塗料一次密著性。5 mm寬度之試驗片的測定強度,68N以上評定為◎、49N以上少於68N評定為○、29N以上少於49N評定為△、少於29N評定為×。
於評價材上,以前述(A)相同的方法,實施塗布、烘烤、夾合耐倫接著劑、加壓連結,而製成試驗片。於1.5%檸檬酸與1.5%氯化鈉所形成之55℃之試驗液中,於開放的大氣壓力下,浸漬該試驗片96小時後,將2枚試片的手持部份各別彎曲為90°而形成T字狀,以拉伸試驗機的夾頭夾住,測定拉伸、剝離強度,進而評價塗料二次密著性。5mm寬度之試驗片的測定強度,42N以上評定為◎、34N以上少於42N評定為○、25N以上少於34N評定為△、少於25N評定為×。
為評價相當於評價材之罐內面之耐蝕性,進行下切腐蝕(UCC,undercutting corrosion)試驗。塗布50mg/dm2
之環氧.酚系塗料、進行205℃、10分鐘的烘烤。又,進行180℃、10分鐘之追加烘烤。由此塗裝板切出50mm×50mm尺寸的試片。以刀具於塗膜上進行至底層(ground metal)的橫切(crosscut),以塗料密封邊緣面與背面後,於1.5%檸檬酸與1.5%氯化鈉所形成之55℃之試驗液中,於開放的大氣壓力下,浸漬該試片96小時。水洗、乾燥後,快速地以膠帶對割傷部與平面部進行剝離測試,並觀察橫切部附近之腐蝕狀況、橫切部之點狀腐蝕及平面部塗膜剝離狀況,進而評價耐蝕性。確認無因膠帶而剝離及無腐蝕之現象評定為◎(非常良好);含有自割傷部有少於0.2mm之因膠帶之剝離或目視無法判定之少許的腐蝕之一者或兩者則評定為○(良好);含有自割傷部有0.2mm以上0.5mm以下之因膠帶之剝
離或目視可判定之小腐蝕之一者或兩者評定為△(有點不良);產生超過0.5mm之因膠帶之剝離則評定為×(不良)。
以光澤、色調、班點之總合為基準,目視評價評價材之化學轉化處理之狀態的外觀。具非常良好之外觀者評定為◎、具有作為商品不成問題之良好外觀者評定為○、作為商品在外觀上有點不良者評定為△、外觀不良而無法成為商品者評定為×。
由以上性能評價結果,可將總合評價分類為◎(非常良好)、○(良好)、△(有點不良)、×(不良)之四階段。◎、○評定為合格等級。
上述未記載之試驗條件及評價結果係顯示於表1及表2。
本發明之實施例1~49係在全部的評價項目及總合評價為◎或○而滿足需要的性能。
比較例1係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因陽極電解處理的電流密度太低,磷附著量不足,而無法得到充份的二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性。
比較例2係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因陽極電解處理的電流密度過高,所生成的磷酸錫是脆的,又,因磷附著量過高,一次、二次塗料密著性都很差,耐蝕性亦不良。又,陽極電解處理之電流密度高而有一部份的錫溶解之故,使得外觀變差。
比較例3係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因陽極電解處理的時間太短,磷附著量不足,而無法得到充份的二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性。
比較例4係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因陽極電解處理的時間太長,氧化錫層厚度太厚,而使得一次、二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
比較例5係未實施磷酸鹽溶液中之處理之例。由於反流處理所生成的氧化錫殘留過厚,使得一次、二次塗料密著性都很差,且耐蝕性亦不良。
比較例6係僅實施磷酸鹽溶液中的陰極電解處理,而未
實施陽極電解處理之例。雖實施了鋯處理,然而因磷附著量及氧化錫量不足,無法得到充份的二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性。
比較例7係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,而未施以鋯處理之例。因鋯未附著之故,而使得一次、二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
比較例8係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因鋯(IV)濃度過低之故,鋯附著量不足,而使得二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
比較例9係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因鋯(IV)濃度過高之故,鋯附著量過多,而使得一次、二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
比較例10係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因鋯處理液的pH過低之故,表面的錫、磷部份溶解,而鋯難以附著。因而使得外觀差,且一次、二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
比較例11係於磷酸鹽溶液中,實施陰極電解處理及陽極電解處理,再施以鋯處理之例,然而因鋯處理液的pH過高之故,處理液中的鋯之氫氧化物沈澱。因此,處理液中的鋯(IV)濃度過低,鋯附著量不足,使得二次塗料密著性及耐蝕性不良。
藉由本發明,可提供具備有極為良好之有機皮膜之二
次密著性、耐蝕性之罐用鍍敷鋼板及其製造方法,本發明具有產業可利用性是很明顯的。

Claims (13)
- 一種罐用鍍敷鋼板,係由鋼板側依序具有錫合金層及金屬錫層之鍍敷鋼板,該金屬錫層之上層具有化學轉化層,前述化學轉化層含有還原所需電量為0.3~5.0mC/cm2 之氧化錫及磷量為0.5~5.0mg/m2 之磷酸錫,且於化學轉化層上更具有鋯量為0.2~5mg/m2 的氧化鋯(IV)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板,其中前述錫合金層由鐵-錫合金層及鎳量為2~100mg/m2 之鐵-鎳-錫合金層之一種或兩種所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板,其中前述化學轉化層含有還原所需電量為1.5~5.0mC/cm2 之氧化錫。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板,其中前述化學轉化層含有磷量為1.4~4.8mg/m2 之磷酸錫。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板,其中前述化學轉化層上具有鋯量為2.0~4.7mg/m2 的氧化鋯(IV)。
- 一種罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,係將鋼板電解脫脂、酸洗,再進行錫電鍍及錫之加熱熔融處理之後,在磷酸鹽水溶液中實施陰極電解處理,接著實施0.2~5A/dm2 、0.1~2秒的陽極電解處理,再於含有0.05~5g/L的鋯(IV)且pH為1.5~4的硫酸酸性水溶液或硝酸酸性水溶液中實施浸漬或陰極電解處理。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中前述磷酸鹽水溶液係含有選自於鈉離子、鉀離子、鈣離子及鎂離子中之1或2種以上的陽離子,且pH為1.5~3並且 液溫為30~50℃的水溶液。
- 如申請專利範圍第6或7項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中在前述錫電鍍之前,實施鎳量為2~100 g/m2 的鐵-鎳合金電鍍或鎳電鍍。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中磷酸鹽水溶液中的陰極電解處理為1~20A/dm2 、0.1~2秒。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中以含有鋯(IV)的酸性水溶液所進行之陰極電解處理為0.5~10A/dm2 、0.2~2秒。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中於含有鋯(IV)的酸性水溶液之浸漬為30~55℃、0.2~2秒。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之罐用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法,其中含有鋯(IV)之水溶液係選自於ZrOSO4 、ZrO(NO3 )2 、(NH4 )2 ZrO(CO3 )2 及ZrO(OH)2 之化合物的水溶液。
- 一種罐,其係使用如申請專利範圍第1項之罐用鍍敷鋼板所製成者。
