Description
根據35 U.S.C.§119(a)-(d),本發明申請要求2004年2月27日提交的德國專利申請NO. 102004010145的優先權。
本發明涉及可成形的(電)場致發光的結構排列、它們的生產和使用。
基於無機發光顏料的電致發光的結構排列(下面也稱EL結構排列)是已知的。這樣的安排一般具有下面的代表性物理結構:
當施加頻率為10-5000Hz的30-500V交流電壓時,電致發光層開始發光。這樣產生的光線從結構排列中通過透明電極輻射出來。
EL結構排列的各層一般是用絲網印刷施塗的,在施塗第二層前,印刷後的各層須進行乾燥。
在WO-A 03/37039的敍述中,EL的結構排列可以用加熱的方法來成形,例如用深沖法(如果用可成形聚合物作為載體膜)。
然而,在實踐中發現,在明顯成形的情況下,對電極在成形後出現龜裂,在EL結構排列操作時是不發光的。
因此,本發明的目的是找到在整個表面上發光的EL的結構排列,甚至是在成形以後。本發明的又一目的是所提供的EL結構排列可以阻止或抵消成形時,對電極龜裂的形成或由其他原因形成的缺陷。
現已驚人地發現,如果在對電極的上方或下方提供另一個基於有機導電聚合物的可成形電極層,或將基於有機導電聚合物的可成形電極層用作對電極時,EL結構排列中出現的非發光區(即出現的缺陷)是可以被阻止。
因此,本發明提供了一電致發光的結構排列,它包括至少一層透明載體膜、至少一透明電極、至少一電致發光層、至少一電介層和至少一對電極,其特徵在於導電電極層包括至少一層置於對電極上或電介層和對電極之間的導電聚合物,或者對電極是包括至少一種導電聚合物的導電電極。
更特別的是,本發明提供一電致發光結構排列,它包括:(a)至少一透明載體膜;(b)至少一透明電極;(c)至少一電致發光層;(d)至少一電介層;(e)至少一個對電極,其中所述的透明電極是設置在所述的透明載體膜和所述的電致發光層之間的;所述的電介層是設置在所述的電致發光層和所述的對電極之間的;所述的透明載體膜和所述的對電極各有一外表面,再者,其中(I)所述的電致發光的結構排列進一步包括一導電電極層,導電電極層包括至少一種導電聚合物層;所述的導電電極層是(i)置於所述的對電極外表面上的,或(ii)置於所述的電介層和對電極之間的,或(II)對電極是包括至少一導電聚合物層的導電電極層。
現以申請專利範圍中的特殊性指出本發明的特徵,這些特徵關係到本發明公開並形成本發明公開的一部分。本發明的這些特徵和其他的特徵、它的操作特點和使用得到的具體目的將從下面的詳細敍述和附圖得到充分瞭解,詳細說明和附圖說明和敍述了本發明的優選具體實施方案。
除非另外指出,在所有的例子中用於本說明書和申請專利範圍的所有的數和表示方法都應理解為用“大約”一詞進行修飾。
在本發明的範圍內,導電聚合物可以優選選擇性取代的聚噻吩、聚苯胺、聚亞苯基、聚(對亞苯基亞乙烯基)或聚吡咯。導電電極層也可包括兩種或多種這樣的導電聚合物的混合物。
特別優選的導電聚合物是含通式(I)重複單元的選擇性取代的聚噻吩,

在優選的具體實施方案中,含通式(I)重複單元的聚噻吩是那些含通式(Ia)重複單元的聚噻吩。
在另一些優選具體實施方案中,含通式(I)重複單元的聚噻吩是那些含通式(Iaa)重複單元的聚噻吩。
在本發明範圍內使用的首碼“聚”應理解為在聚合物或聚噻吩中存在多於一個的相同或不相同的重複單元。聚噻吩含有總數為n的通式(I)重複單元,其中的n可以是2-2000的整數,優選2-100。聚噻吩中通式(I)重複單元可以是相同或不相同的。優選的聚噻吩含相同的通式(I)重複單元。
在各種情況下,優選的聚噻吩在端基上是帶有H的。
在一特別優選的具體實施方案中,含通式(I)重複單元的聚噻吩是聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩),即包括通式(Iaa)重複單元的均聚噻吩。

伸烷基A的選擇性進一步取代物是一些有機基團,例如烷基、環烷基、芳基、鹵素、醚、硫醚、二硫化物、亞碸、碸、磺酸酯、胺基、醛、酮、羧酸酯、羧酸、碳酸酯、羧化物、氰基、烷基矽烷、和烷氧基矽烷基,以及羧醯胺基。
導電聚合物或聚噻吩可以是中性或陽離子的。在優選具體實施方案中它們是陽離子的,“陽離子的”僅涉及聚合物或聚噻吩主鏈上的電荷。聚合物或聚噻吩在其結構單元中可帶有正電荷或負電荷,決定於R基上的取代物,正電荷位於聚合物或聚噻吩的主鏈上,負電荷選擇性地位於用磺酸酯基或羧酸酯基取代的R基上。聚合物或聚噻吩主鏈上的一些或全部正電荷可以被選擇性出現在R基團上的陰離子基團所飽和。從全面考慮問題,這些情況中的聚合物或聚噻吩可以是陽離子的、中性的或甚至是陰離子的。然而,因為聚合物或聚噻吩主鏈上的電荷是起決定性作用的,它們都被認為是本發明範圍內的陽離子聚合物或聚噻吩。因為正電荷的精確數字和位置不能確切地測定,所有在各化學式中未顯示出來。但是正電荷數至少是1,並且不超過n,n是聚合物或聚噻吩中全部重複單元(相同的或不相同的)的總數。陽離子聚合物和聚噻吩在下文中也稱為聚陽離子。
為了平衡正電荷,在還沒有被選擇性的磺酸基或羧酸基取代因而成為負電荷的R基團時,陽離子聚合物或聚噻噻吩需要陰離子作為抗衡離子。
適合的抗衡離子最好是聚合的陰離子,下文中也稱為聚陰離子。
因此,本發明優先提供這樣的電致發光的結構排列,其中的導電電極層包括至少一種導電聚合物作為聚陽離子和至少一種聚陰離子。
適合的聚陰離子的實例是諸如聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸或聚馬來酸之類的聚合的羧酸的陰離子,或諸如聚苯乙烯磺酸和聚乙烯基磺酸之類的聚合的磺酸陰離子。這些聚羧酸和聚磺酸也可以是乙烯基羧酸和乙烯基磺酸與其他可聚合的單體(諸如丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯)的共聚物。
聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSS)的陰離子是特別優選的聚合陰離子。
提供聚陰離子的聚酸的分子量最好是1,000-2,000,000,特別優選2,000-500,000。聚酸或它們的鹼金屬鹽是有市場供應的(例如聚苯乙烯磺酸和聚丙烯酸),或可以用已知的方法來製備(見例如Houben Weyl, Methoden der organischen Chemie(有機化學方法),Vol. E 20;Makromolekulare Stoffe(高分子材料),第二卷,(1987),p.1141起)。
含有陰離子作為抗衡離子以平衡電荷的陽離子聚噻吩也常在專家中稱為聚噻吩/(聚)陰離子配合物。
在包括至少一種聚陰離子和至少一種聚陽離子的層中,聚陰離子可作為抗衡離子,但是在層中也可以有附加的抗衡離子。然而,最好是聚陰離子作為層中的抗衡離子。
聚陰離子和聚陽離子在層中的重量比是0.5:1-50:1,優選1:1-30:1,特別優選2:1-20:1。假設在聚合作用中能夠發生完全轉變,則聚陽離子的重量相應於原使用的單體的重量。
在本發明的優選具體實施方案中,導電電極層包括3,4-聚(亞乙二氧基噻吩)和聚苯乙烯磺酸酯。
導電電極層的厚度為,例如0.1-20μm,優選0.1-5μm。本發明中的層厚資料是乾燥以後的層厚,除非另外說明。
因為本發明的電致發光結構排列優選那些可成形的材料,所以使用可成形材料的透明載體膜也是優選的。適合的透明載體膜是,例如塑膠膜。特別適合的塑膠是聚碳酸酯、諸如PET和PEN(聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯)之類的聚酯、共聚碳酸酯、聚碸、聚醚碸(PES)、聚醯亞胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、或環狀聚烯烴或環狀烯烴共聚物(COC)、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、氫化苯乙烯聚合物或氫化苯乙烯共聚物。透明載體膜可以是,例如聚酯膜、Sumitomo公司提供的PES膜或Bayer公司提供的聚碳酸酯膜(Makrofol)。
透明載體膜的厚度為,例如10-10,000μm,優選20-500μm。
適合作透明電極的材料的實例有:a)金屬氧化物,例如氧化銦錫(ITO)、氧化錫(NESA)、摻雜氧化錫、摻雜氧化鋅等;b)半透明金屬膜,例如Au、Pt、Ag、Cu等;c)半透明導電聚合物,例如聚噻吩、聚苯胺、聚吡咯等類。
透明電極1的優選材料是半透明導電聚合物,並特別優選聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)/聚苯乙烯磺酸酯(PEDT/PSS)。
透明電極的厚度為,例如0.1-20μm,優選0.2-5μm。
所用的電致發光層的發光顏料是包封的硫化鋅顏料。
電致發光層的厚度為,例如30-100μm,優選40-80μm。用作電介質的是,例如鈦酸鋇。
電介層的厚度為,例如50-150μm,優選60-100μm。
適合於用作對電極的是,例如導電銀電極或是基於導電碳的電極,除非對電極是上面已經敍述過的導電電極。
這樣的對電極的厚度為,例如10-50μm,優選15-30μm。
在優選具體實施方案中,本發明的電致發光結構排列是那些已經成形的結構排列。
本發明電致發光結構排列的成形可以如下進行,例如使用深沖、熱壓或冷壓。進行成形的優選方法是使用熱,特別優選深沖成形法。
深沖法進行的溫度可以是50-350℃,決定於用作載體膜的塑膠和載體膜的厚度。
本發明的電致發光結構排列在成形後可以在其背面噴以塑膠,如WO-A 03/37039中所述,以便增加它們的機械穩定性。作背面噴塗的適合的聚合物是,例如聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸酯/聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯混合物。
在本發明的優選具體實施方案中,本發明的結構排列包括(按疊加順序):1.透明載體膜1 2.透明電極2 3.電致發光層3 4.電介層4 5.對電極5 6.導電電極層6導電電極層是置於對電極的外表面上的。
在本發明的又一個具體實施方案中,本發明的結構排列包括(按疊加順序):1.透明載體膜1 2.透明電極2 3.電致發光層3 4.電介層4 5.導電電極層6 6.對電極5導電電極層是置於電介層和對電極之間的。
在本發明的又一個優選具體實施方案中,本發明的結構排列包括(按疊加順序):1.透明載體膜1 2.透明電極2 3.電致發光層3 4.電介層4 5.作為對電極6的導電電極層令人驚異的是,本發明的電致發光結構排列經成形時在其後的操作中不出現非發光區。本發明的電致發光結構排列照亮了整個表面,甚至是在成形後。
本發明的電致發光結構排列可以用簡單的方法進行生產,該方法是從氣相或從溶液或分散體系進行各層的施塗,但最好是從溶液或分散體系施塗盡可能多的層。因而適合的塗覆方法是,例如絲網印刷、凹版印刷、幕塗和刮塗等方法。對於本技術領域技術熟練者來說,實施方法是已知的。應使用絲網印刷法施塗本發明的電致發光結構排列中的盡可能多的層。
大多數的層是用市場供應的絲網印刷糊施塗的。電致發光層和電介層的施塗可以使用例如Durel公司或DuPond公司的適當的絲網印刷糊。如果對電極不是導電電極層,施塗可以使用市場供應的導電銀或石墨印刷糊(例如Durel, DuPond和Acheson公司所提供的)。適合的絲網印刷糊的實例在實施例中進行敍述。施塗基於導電聚合物的透明電極時,適合的絲網印刷糊是,例如市場供應的包括聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)和聚苯乙烯磺酸酯的絲網印刷糊,名為BaytronS V2(H.C. Starck公司)。當做25 cm2
和25 cm2
以上的大面積塗覆時,在透明電極和電致發光層之間加施所謂的導電銀的匯流母線是有利的。為此再提供市場供應的導電銀糊。
導電電極層同樣最好是用溶液或分散體系施塗,優選絲網印刷法。有利的是,絲網印刷施塗給織物組織施塗提供了可能性。適合的絲網印刷糊敍述於例如WO-A 99/34371中。
這些絲網印刷糊是,例如黏度為1-200 dPas,優選10-100 dPas的絲網印刷糊,含有的溶液或分散體系至少含一種導電聚合物和選擇性的至少一種聚陰離子、粘合劑、增稠劑、交聯劑、填充劑和/或添加劑。
適合的導電聚合物是,那些在上述本發明電致發光結構排列中已經列出的聚合物,特別是聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)。
絲網印刷糊最好包括(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)陽離子和聚苯乙烯磺酸酯陰離子。它們在本發明絲網印刷糊中的含量特別優選大於或等於2 wt%。其製備方法是本技術領域中的技術熟練者已知的,並敍述於WO-A 99/34371中。
適合於製備絲網印刷糊的溶劑是水;至少與水部分混溶的醇,諸如甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇(2-丙醇)、正丙醇、正丁醇;諸如乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇、乙二醇乙酸酯、乙二醇丁酸酯、乙酸甲氧基丙酯之類的二醇;諸如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲異丁酮、雙丙酮醇之類的酮;諸如N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-甲基己內醯胺之類的醯胺。
可在導電聚合物的溶液或分散體系中加入一種或多種增稠劑和/或粘合劑以調節黏度。適合的增稠劑和粘合劑是,例如角叉菜聚糖、聚胺酯基增稠劑(例如Borchers公司的Borchigel L 75)、多糖、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚氧乙烯、瓊脂、黃耆膠、阿拉伯膠、海藻酸鹽、果膠、瓜爾膠粉、刺槐豆粉、澱粉、糊精、明膠、酪蛋白、羧甲基纖維素和其他纖維素醚、羥乙基纖維素、羥丙基纖維素、聚胺酯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯基縮丁醛、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯腈、聚氯乙烯、聚丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、聚醚、聚酯、矽酮類、苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯、乙酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸酯和乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚丙烯酸酯或聚烯烴。基於有機單體的增稠劑和粘合劑可以是均聚物或共聚物的形式。它們以水溶性聚合物使用或以在水中分散或乳化的聚合物使用。為了改進它們與水的相容性,使用部分磺化的聚合物被證明是有利的。
優選的有機粘合劑是聚胺酯類粘合劑,它們也可以選擇性地與其他粘合劑結合使用。
絲網印刷糊可進一步包括例如環氧矽烷的交聯劑,諸如3-環氧丙氧丙基三烷氧基矽烷和/或添加劑,諸如表面活性化合物。還可以加入烷氧基矽烷的水解產物,例如基於四乙氧基矽烷的水解產物,以便增加最終塗層的耐劃痕性。
也可在絲網印刷糊中加入增加所得到的導電電極層電導性的適合添加劑,這些添加劑敍述於例如EP-A 686 662中。為此目的特別適合的添加劑是諸如四氫呋喃之類的含醚基團的化合物,諸如γ-丁內酯、γ-戊內酯之類的含內酯化合物,諸如己內醯胺、N-甲基己內醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、N-甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺(DMF)、N-甲基甲醯胺、N-甲基甲醯苯胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、吡咯烷酮之類的含醯胺或內醯胺基團的化合物,諸如環丁碸(四亞甲碸)、二甲基亞碸(DMSO)之類的碸和亞碸,諸如蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖、糖醇(諸如山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇)之類的糖或糖衍生物,諸如2-呋喃甲酸、3-呋喃甲酸之類的呋喃衍生物和/或諸如乙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、三甘醇之類的二元或多元醇。特別優選使用的作為增加電導性的添加劑是四氫呋喃、N-甲基甲醯胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲亞碸或山梨糖醇。
可以在絲網印刷糊中加入流變學所需要的填充劑。適合的填充劑是諸如二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鋁之類的金屬氧化物,諸如氧化銦錫、氧化銻錫之類的導電金屬氧化物,諸如銀、銅、金、鈀、鉑之類的金屬,二氧化矽、矽酸鹽、矽石、聚矽酸、沸石,諸如碳酸鈣之類的鹼土金屬碳酸鹽,諸如蒙脫石或膨潤土之類的片狀矽酸鹽和粘土礦。
粘合劑、增稠劑、交聯劑、填充劑和/或上面所列的選擇性使用的添加劑全部或部分保留在施塗和相繼乾燥後的導電電極層,因此根據本發明,它們也可以是本發明電致發光結構排列中的導電電極層的組分。
在絲網印刷糊中也可以加入上述的交聯劑和表面活性化合物,諸如流動劑、表面活性劑和/或抗泡劑。
市場供應的絲網印刷糊也可以用來施塗包括至少一種導電聚合物的導電電極層。可以述及的適合的絲網印刷糊的實例是市場提供的以BaytronS V2(H.C. Starck公司)為名含有聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)和聚苯乙烯磺酸酯的絲網印刷糊。
絲網印刷糊可以在市售的有聚酯或金屬絲網罩的絲網印刷機上使用。可以用旋轉絲網印刷或擦塗印刷進行加工。
印刷後,將塗層進行乾燥。適合的乾燥溫度是0-250℃。優選在提高的溫度下乾燥,即50-150℃。乾燥時間為幾秒鐘至幾小時,優選10秒鐘至15分鐘。
本發明的電致發光結構排列能夠相應地進行生產,例如用蒸氣沉積或絲網印刷法在透明載體膜上塗覆透明電極。乾燥後並選擇性地通過恰當的遮片施塗匯流母線並重複乾燥後,在其上施塗電致發光層並進行乾燥。然後在其上施塗電介層並乾燥。在電介層上施以導電電極層(作為中間層或是作為對電極)並乾燥,隨後將對電極施塗在中間層上並同樣進行乾燥,或先施塗不包括導電聚合物的對電極並乾燥,然後在其上施塗導電電極層並乾燥。
導電電極層2,5,6也可以塗成織物的形式,因而與其他層的格式有所區別。例如可以使用諸如字母和數位作為最後的簡單表示。
本發明的電致發光結構排列明顯適合成形的電致發光結構排列的生產,因為在成形後的工作中沒有出現無光的缺陷區域。本發明的這種三維成形的電致發光結構排列適合於例如發光小鍵盤(例如移動電話)、發光標識(例如機動車輛中的儀錶板等)以及家用電器(諸如咖啡機、真空清潔器等)的發光顯示裝置的生產。
比較實施例:
下面各層用絲網印刷法以市場供應的絲網印刷糊(絲網印刷油墨)相繼施塗在200μm厚的聚碳酸酯膜1上,按DIN A 4格式(MakrofolDE 1-1, Bayer公司)。
1.透明電極2,使用BaytronS V2(基於聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)/聚苯乙烯磺酸酯的絲網印刷糊/H.C. Starck公司)2.電致發光層3,使用將混合比為5.4:4.6的Durel顏料1IPHS001(ZnS,發光綠)和溶劑/粘合劑混合物混合而製備的絲網印刷糊3.兩個電介層4,使用Durel糊1IND001(基於鈦酸鋇的絲網印刷糊)4.導電銀對電極5,使用Durel糊1INC001(基於絨屑銀的絲網印刷糊)各層均在空氣迴圈爐中於130℃乾燥15分鐘,然後冷卻至室溫(23℃)。
電致發光結構排列的結構以圖解形式示於圖1和圖2。在圖中:1=透明載體膜;2=透明電極;3=電致發光層;4a和4b=電介層;5=導電銀對電極。
然後,用深沖法將電致發光結構排列在250℃的溫度下成形。
成形的電致發光結構排列的橫截面以圖解形式示於圖3中。
圖2:成形前的電致發光結構排列(側視圖)圖3:成形後的電致發光結構排列(側視圖)將400Hz、100V的交流電壓施於二電極。成形後小點構成的區域只是部分發光。
實施例1(本發明)
使用絲網印刷糊BaytronS V2(H.C. Starck公司)在按比較實施例生產的電致發光結構排列的對電極5上另外施塗一層導電電極6,濕膜厚度約為15μm。
同樣將此層在130℃的溫度下乾燥15分鐘。然後將本發明的電致發光結構排列用深沖法於250℃按比較實施例中所述的相同形狀成形。成形後使兩電極接觸並施以400Hz、100V的交流電壓。整個電極在其整個表面上發光,未發現有龜裂形式的非發光區域。
此電致發光結構排列以圖解形式示於圖4。圖中:1=透明載體膜;2=透明電極;3=電致發光層;4a和4b=電介層;5=導電銀對電極;6=導電電極層。
實施例2(本發明)
按比較實施例的方法生產電致發光結構排列,不同的是使用絲網印刷糊BaytronS V2(H.C. Starck公司)將導電電極6直接施於第二電介層4b以代替導電銀對電極5。完全省卻了另一個對電極。
如實施例1所述方法將絲網印刷糊BaytronS V2施於電介層4b,濕膜厚度約為15μm,然後在130℃的溫度下乾燥15分鐘。然後將本發明的電致發光結構排列用深沖法於250℃按比較實施例中所述的相同形狀成形。成形後使兩電極接觸並施以400Hz、100V的交流電壓。整個電極在其整個表面上發光,未發現有龜裂形式的非發光區域。
此電致發光結構以圖解形式示於圖5。圖中:1=透明載體膜;2=透明電極;3=電致發光層;4a和4b=電介層;6=導電電極層。
實施例3(本發明)
使用絲網印刷糊BaytronS V2(H.C. Starck公司)在按比較實施例的方法生產的電致發光結構的電介層4b上施塗導電電極層6,濕膜厚度約為15μm。
此層同樣在130℃的溫度下乾燥15分鐘。將導電銀電極5施於層6並乾燥。然後將本發明的電致發光結構排列用深沖法於250℃按比較實施例中所述的相同形狀成形。成形後使兩電極接觸並施以400Hz、100V的交流電壓。整個電極在其整個表面上發光,未發現有龜裂形式的非發光區域。
此電致發光結構以圖解形式示於圖6。圖中:1=透明載體膜;2=透明電極;3=電致發光層;4a和4b=電介層;6=導電電極層;5=導電銀對電極。
雖然本發明為了說明的目的已在上面進行了詳細敍述,但這種敍述只是為了說明。本技術領域中的技術熟練者進行的修改是不會脫離限定在申請專利範圍中的本發明的精神和範圍的。

Claims (11)
- 一種電致發光結構排列,包括:(a)至少一層透明載體膜;(b)至少一透明電極;(c)至少一電致發光層;(d)至少一電介層;(e)至少一個對電極,其中該對電極為導電銀電極或是以導電碳為主;其中所述的透明電極是設置在所述的透明載體膜和所述的電致發光層之間的;所述的電介層是設置在所述的電致發光層和所述的對電極之間的;所述的透明載體膜有一外表面,所述的對電極有一外表面,再者,其中(I)所述的電致發光的結構排列進一步包括一導電電極層,該導電電極層包括至少一種具有至少一種聚陰離子和至少一種聚陽離子之導電聚合物;所述的導電電極層是置於所述的對電極外表面上,且其中該電致發光結構排列可在50至350℃之溫度加熱成形。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項的電致發光結構排列,其中所述的導電電極層的導電聚合物包括 選自聚噻吩、聚苯胺、聚亞苯基、聚(對亞苯基亞乙烯基)和聚吡咯的至少一種聚合物。
- 根據申請專利範圍第2項的電致發光結構排列,其中所述的導電電極層的導電聚合物是含以通式(I)為代表的重複單元的聚噻吩,
式中:A 代表選自C1-5 伸烷基和由選自下列組員的至少一種所取代的C1-5 伸烷基的基團:鹵素、醚、硫醚、二硫化物、亞碸、碸、磺酸酯、胺基、醛、酮、羧酸酯、羧酸、碳酸酯、羧化物、氰基、烷基矽烷、和烷氧基矽烷基,以及羧醯胺基,R 代表選自直鏈或支鏈的C1-18 烷基、C5-12 環烷基、C6-14 芳基、C7-18 芳烷基、C1-14 羥烷基和羥基的基團,及x 代表0-8的整數,條件是當x至少為2時,各R可以相同或不相同。 - 根據申請專利範圍第3項的電致發光結構排列,其中所述的導電電極層的導電聚合物是含 以通式(Iaa)為代表的重複單元的聚噻吩。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項的電致發光結構排列,其中導電電極層包括聚(3,4-亞乙二氧基噻吩)和聚苯乙烯磺酸酯。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項的電致發光結構排列,其中所述的電致發光結構排列是可成形的。
- 一種申請專利範圍第1項的電致發光結構排列的製備方法,該方法包括以選自溶液和分散體系形式的導電電極層施塗在對電極上。
- 根據申請專利範圍第7項的方法,其中的導電電極層是以絲網印刷的方式施塗的。
- 一種包括申請專利範圍第1項的電致發光結構排列的成形製件。
- 根據申請專利範圍第9項的成形製件,其中所述的成形製件是用熱成形法成形的。
- 根據申請專利範圍第9項的成形製件,其中所述的成形製件選自小鍵盤、標識和顯示裝置。
