Claims (1)

1224059 拾、申請專利範圍: 1、一種車胎防刃刺防爆改良裝置,其主要特徵包括有: 一備胎組合塊,設有兩個穿孔,頂端設有扣槽,又於備胎組合塊之 底部分佈有凸紋,並於前後之斜對角處設置有凸部,其中之穿孔可供鎖 片與柱栓插入,將數個備胎組合塊串聯,其中串聯之第一個與最後一個 備胎組合塊係設有螺栓孔、插柱與插孔可相互插合固定並以螺栓栓固, 形成一具活動關節之備胎體,可利於組裝與修改尺寸者; 其中之備胎組合塊,係是以低重量與高強度之金屬構成為中空之備 胎組合塊’該扣槽部份亦可設置為橡膠材以達到重量輕量化之功效者; 一頂張體,主要係是於中間折設一u形體並填設有橡膠,以增強頂 張體之張力與彈性,另於頂張體之兩側設有栓片者; 藉由備胎組合塊串聯成具活動關節之備胎體,其扣槽與車胎之凸環 鉤部相結合,再以第一個與最後一個備胎組合塊之螺栓、插柱與插孔 相插合固定並以螺栓栓固,備胎體即迫固於車胎之凸環鉤部,另可於車 胎設置之兩備胎體之間栓固數個頂張體,以強化備胎體於車胎中之穩定 性,當車胎受尖利物破壞時,即可藉備胎體繼續行駛至維修廠進行維修 者0 10
