Abstract

A method for improving the assembly shift of the liquid crystal display panel is provided. First, a manufacturing process for a first substrate is performed, and a first alignment mark is also formed on first substrate. A photo mask having a second alignment mark thereon is provided. The photo mask is disposed inside an exposure apparatus, and the first substrate is delivered into the exposure apparatus. An alignment step between the second alignment mark on the photo mask and the first alignment mark on the first substrate is performed, and an alignment data is stored. The first substrate is moved out the exposure apparatus, and a second substrate is delivered into the exposure apparatus. An orientation step of the second substrate is performed according to the alignment data stored previously. Thereafter, a first photo mask process is performed with the photo mask, and a third alignment mark corresponding to the second alignment mark is also formed on the second substrate simultaneously.
