1245081 玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關一種以電弧喷鑛法使一軌道件表面塗佈 一含鋁層之方法。本發明亦有關一種以電弧喷鍍法塗佈有 一含is層的軌道件,如轉轍件。 【先前技術】 專利D E 3 8 0 5 9 6 3 A1曾提出一種滑座,其以電漿或火 焰喷鐘法而塗佈一滑動劑,其含有鉬或三元或四元的C 〇 或N i基合金,必要時並含添加劑,如Μ 〇, C r及/或S i。 專利DE 38 41 044 C2提出一種單軌鐵路之型執,其具 截面為水平的滑動面,該表面以火焰喷鍍法或電弧喷鍍法 塗佈一層金屬層。該金屬層由一含10%至25%鉻之黏著層 或磨損層構成。黏著層本身較佳由6 0 %至9 0 %的鎳及1 0 %至40%的銘構成。金屬層的厚度可在0.3mm至5mm之間。 以電弧喷鍍法塗佈的金屬層之缺點在於,金屬層為兩 層,但相較於以火焰喷鍍法塗佈由鉬所構成的單層喷鍍 層,其對滑動及磨蝕損耗的強度並未高出甚多。 【發明内容】 本發明之目的在於進一步改良此種執道件表面塗佈法 及該執道件,以簡化該喷鍍層之製造技術,使其滑動及磨 蝕損耗具高強度,尤其是對電解質如食鹽水及除冰劑具高 腐I虫耐受性。此外,亦具良好附著力。 由本發明方法達成此目的,其以電弧喷鍍法在表面塗佈 比例為3 : 2 < A 1 : S i S 4 : 1的鋁及矽。其鋁與矽的比例尤 5 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-09/92 Π 7575 1245081 其是3 : 1。 鋁與矽所構成喷鍍層的厚度在0 . 2 m m至2 m m之間,尤其 是在0.8mm至1.5mm之間。喷鐘層喷鐘在高強度鋼,如St 5 2上時,附著力良好。 本發明以電弧喷鍍法使尤其是轉轍件被塗佈鋁與矽,如 E P 0 7 3 9 8 0 4之滑座或轉轍器閉鎖件,該喷鍍層在極小厚度 時即可達到高滑動及磨蝕損耗強度以及高腐蝕耐受性。故 其明顯優於迄今習用之塗佈材料,例如鉬及青銅。亦優於 專利D E 3 8 4 1 0 4 4 C 2之多層結構,因本發明只需要一層 便可達到所有要求,故層厚只為0 . 8 m m至1 · 5 m m。 本發明在成本方面亦優於習知技術所使用的鎳及鋁或 iS 〇 以電弧喷鍍法塗佈有一層含鋁層的執道件如轉轍件或 轉轍器閉鎖件之特徵為,該層由比例為包含3 : 2 S A 1 : S i < 4 : 1的鋁與矽構成,其鋁與矽的比例尤其是3 : 1。 較佳使用由一鋁製外皮及一置於其中磨成粉的矽所構 成包覆線作為電弧喷鍍的喷鍍線。熔化的鋁與矽被以一 2 至4bar的輸送壓力輸送至表面,以達到需要的附著。表面 喷鐘層的厚度d為0.2mmSd<2mm,尤其是0.8mmSd< 1 . 5 m m 〇 作為喷鍍線的包覆線被輸送向電弧的進給速度V為 lm/sec. < V < 15m/sec.,尤其是 6 m / s e c. < V < 8m/sec., 喷鍍線間有一壓差U為30V S U S 50V,尤其是40V。 為使鋁與矽熔化而使喷鍍線間通過一電流I,其為2 0 0 A幺 6 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-09/92117575 1245081 1 S600A,尤其是 250AS I S500A。 為使本發明之上述及其他目的、特徵及優點能更為明 白,特舉一較佳實施例並配合一圖式,詳細說明如下: 【實施方式】 所附圖式顯示本裝置之結構圖,其使一作為滑座1 〇之 軌道件塗佈一喷鍍層。裝置1 2對準滑座1 0,裝置中喷鍍 線1 8, 2 0經喷鍍線進給裝置1 4, 1 6而交會於滑座1 0上 方。由於噴鍍線之電壓在30V至50V之間,尤其是40V, 故喷鑛線1 8與2 0之間會產生一電弧,而溶化電弧材料。 尖端部份2 2由於不同的電位而具陽極及陰極作用的噴鍍 線1 8,2 0因壓差而產生一電弧。通過電流為2 0 0 A至6 0 0 A 時產生一約為4 0 0 0 ° C之溫度,該溫度使得喷鍍線熔化。同 時將一壓力優先為3至4 b a r的氣體經喷鍍線1 8, 2 0之間 一通道24輸送至電弧22,而產生一噴柱26,其覆蓋在滑 座10上而成為喷鍍層28。 為使喷鍍層2 8達到需要的範圍及均勻度,使裝置1 2朝 箭頭方向30及/或滑座10朝箭頭方向32以速度V。, 600mm/sec. < Vg < 1300mm/sec.,才目對移重力。 喷鍍線1 8, 2 0係包覆線,由一鋁製外皮及一置於其中 磨成粉的矽構成。其鋁與矽的比例被適當調整,使得噴柱 2 6鋁與矽成分的比為3 : 2至4 : 1,尤其是3 : 1。 如此使得噴鍍層2 8對滑動及磨蝕損耗具高強度,且對 電解質如食鹽水及除冰劑具高腐蝕耐受性。此外,對滑座 表面的附著力亦高。 7 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-09/92117575 1245081
