Abstract
一种等离子喷焊Ni基WC/TiC/LaAlO3耐磨涂层,它的化学成分的质量百分比为:WC 15%、纳米TiC 5~15%、纳米LaAlO3 3~8%、余量为Ni60自熔合金,将上述原料粉末用超声波共混,先将NiCrAl粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上作为粘结层,再将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上,采用喷枪对上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,离子气流量为45L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为75~80mm,喷枪移动速度为40mm/s,在零部件表面制备成耐磨涂层。本发明耐磨涂层的硬度与WC颗粒增强Ni基耐磨涂层相比较,可以由HRC58提高到HRC61~65,经过24h的摩擦磨损试验后,磨损失重由2.5mg/mm2减少为1.0mg/mm2~2.0mg/mm2。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于金属涂层技术领域,特别涉及一种耐磨涂层。
背景技术 磨粒磨损是工业中最为常见的磨损形式,大量机械零部件由于磨损而导致的失效和报废。随着现代工业的快速发展,由磨损而导致的失效和报废与日俱增。因此,如何在机械零部件表面制备出具有高耐磨性能的涂层是现代工业急需解决的难题。
将硬质颗粒镶嵌在韧性较好的基相中可以有效提高涂层耐磨性能。WC是常用的金属基耐磨复合涂层的增强相,由于与Ni相互湿润,结合强度好,WC 颗粒增强Ni基涂层硬度较高,可适用于耐磨性较为苛刻的场合。近年来,采用热喷涂、喷焊、激光熔覆等工艺制备WC颗粒增强Ni基涂层来提高金属基体耐磨性已经成为研究的热点。
等离子喷涂技术电弧作为热源,制备工艺简单,但涂层与基体机械结合,易剥落,涂层寿命较低;等离子喷焊技术是等离子转移弧作为主要热源,自动化程度高,获得的合金涂层为冶金结合,且不会出现熔池和稀释率不均匀现象;同激光熔敷相比,等离子喷焊技术工艺过程简单且成本较低。因此,等离子喷焊技术被广泛应用于耐磨工件表面的强化与再制造。
然而,随着现代工业的迅速发展,传统的WC颗粒增强Ni基涂层已经不能满足机械零部件对使用寿命越来越高的要求。当等离子喷焊金属涂层中WC颗粒较大时,其易于从基体上剥落,降低了涂层的耐磨性;同时,当Ni基基体晶粒粗大时,其强韧性降低,减弱了其对WC颗粒的支撑作用。因此,如何细化等离子喷焊金属涂层中WC颗粒和Ni基基体是制备出耐磨性更高的机械零部件表面涂层的瓶颈问题。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便、硬度高、耐磨性好、不易剥落、用于机械零部件耐磨表面的等离子喷焊Ni基WC/TiC/LaAlO3耐磨涂层。
本发明的耐磨涂层的化学成分包括Ni60自熔合金粉末、WC粉末、纳米TiC 粉末和纳米LaAlO3稀土化合物粉末,上述化学成分质量百分比为(wt%):WC 15%、纳米TiC 5~15%、纳米LaAlO3 3~8%、余量为Ni60自熔合金;
所述Ni60自熔合金粉末为NiCrBSi系,其粒径为40~80μm,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.7~0.8、Cr 12~16、Si 3.0~3.5、B 2.8~4.0、Fe≤15,其余为Ni;WC粉末为KF-56型镍包碳化钨粉末,粒度范围为40~60μm,其主要目的是为了提高增强WC粉体相与Ni基合金母相之间的浸润性和降低喷焊过程中WC陶瓷相的氧化、脱碳等现象;纳米TiC的平均粒度为40nm;纳米LaAlO3稀土化合物的平均粒度为100nm;
将上述原料粉末用超声波共混,采用预置方法先将NiCrAl粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上作为粘结层,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,再将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm;喷涂前对机械零部件表面进行去脂和喷砂处理;所述粘结层材料NiCrAl粉末的粒度为44~120μm;
采用喷枪对上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,等离子弧电压为45~ 50V,等离子弧电流为430~450A,离子气和送粉气采用工业纯氩气,离子气流量为45L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为75~80mm,喷枪移动速度为 40mm/s,在零部件表面制备成耐磨涂层。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、可以在各种形状的零部件表面制备成耐磨涂层,其硬度与WC颗粒增强 Ni基耐磨涂层相比较,可以由HRC58提高到HRC61~65,而在经过24h的摩擦磨损试验后,磨损失重由2.5mg/mm2减少为1.0mg/mm2~2.0mg/mm2。
2、在Ni基WC耐磨涂层成分基础上,添加纳米TiC,纳米TiC可以均匀分布在涂层表面,起到弥散强化作用;同时,纳米TiC与WC之间的错配度为5.0% (小于6%),为最有效,即TiC可以作为WC的非自发形核核心,显著细化WC,增强WC与基体Ni的结合强度,提高抗剥落性能;另外,微合金元素Ti还可以固溶在Ni基体中,起到固溶强化作用。
3、在Ni基WC耐磨涂层成分基础上,添加纳米纳米LaAlO3,纳米LaAlO3与WC之间的错配度为7.0%(小于12%),为中等有效,即LaAlO3可以作为 WC的非自发形核核心,细化WC,增强WC与基体Ni的结合强度,提高抗剥落性能;另外,纳米LaAlO3与金属Ni之间的错配度为8.5%(小于12%),也为中等有效,即LaAlO3还可以作为金属Ni的非自发形核核心,细化基体Ni微观组织,对基体Ni有强化作用。
4、可以广泛的应用在冶金、机械、矿山、煤炭、石油、建筑等领域,不仅通过等离子喷焊方法,还可以通过等离子喷涂和激光熔敷方法可以使各种形状的零部件具有耐磨表面,其市场空间十分广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取粒度为40~60μm的WC 15kg、平均粒度为40nm的纳米TiC 5kg、平均粒度为100nm的纳米LaAlO3 3kg、粒径为40~80μm的Ni60自熔合金77kg,所述Ni60自熔合金粉末为NiCrBSi系,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.7、Cr 12、Si 3.0、B 2.8、Fe 15,其余为Ni;WC粉末为KF-56型镍包碳化钨粉末,用超声波对上述原料粉末共混,将粒度为44~120μmNiCrAl粉末作为粘结层材料先涂覆在机械零部件上作为粘结层,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,再在将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在机械零部件上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm;喷涂前对机械零部件表面进行去脂和喷砂处理;采用PQ-1SA1JA型喷枪对上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,等离子弧电压为45V,等离子弧电流为430A,离子气和送粉气采用工业纯氩气,离子气流量为45L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为75mm,喷枪移动速度为40mm/s。获得耐磨涂层的硬度为HRC61,经过24h的摩擦磨损试验后,磨损失重由2.5mg/mm2减少为2.0mg/mm2。
实施例2:
取粒度为40~60μm的WC 15kg、平均粒度为40nm的纳米TiC 10kg、平均粒度为100nm的纳米LaAlO3 5kg、粒径为40~80μm的Ni60自熔合金70kg,所述Ni60自熔合金粉末为NiCrBSi系,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.7、Cr 12、Si 3.0、B 2.8、Fe 15,其余为Ni;WC粉末为KF-56型镍包碳化钨粉末,粘结层材料为粒度为44~120μm NiCrAl粉末,用超声波对上述原料粉末共混,将粒度为44~120μm NiCrAl粉末作为粘结层材料先涂覆在机械零部件上作为粘结层,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,再在将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在机械零部件上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm;喷涂前对机械零部件表面进行去脂和喷砂处理;采用 PQ-1SA1JA型喷枪上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,等离子弧电压为45V,等离子弧电流为440A,离子气和送粉气采用工业纯氩气,离子气流量为45 L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为78mm,喷枪移动速度为40mm/s。获得耐磨涂层的硬度为HRC63,经过24h的摩擦磨损试验后,磨损失重由2.5 mg/mm2减少为1.5mg/mm2。
实施例3:
取粒度为40~60μm的WC 15kg、平均粒度为40nm的纳米TiC 15kg、平均粒度为100nm的纳米LaAlO3 8kg、粒径为40~80μm的Ni60自熔合金62kg,所述Ni60自熔合金粉末为NiCrBSi系,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.7、Cr 12、Si 3.0、B 2.8、Fe 15,其余为Ni;WC粉末为KF-56型镍包碳化钨粉末,用超声波对上述原料粉末共混,将粒度为44~120μmNiCrAl粉末作为粘结层材料先涂覆在机械零部件上作为粘结层,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,再在将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在机械零部件上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm;喷涂前对机械零部件表面进行去脂和喷砂处理;采用PQ-1SA1JA型喷枪上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,等离子弧电压为45V,等离子弧电流为450A,离子气和送粉气采用工业纯氩气,离子气流量为45L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为80mm,喷枪移动速度为40mm/s。获得耐磨涂层的硬度为HRC65,经过24h的摩擦磨损试验后,磨损失重由2.5mg/mm2减少为1.0mg/mm2。
Claims (3)
1.一种等离子喷焊Ni基WC/TiC/LaAlO3耐磨涂层,其特征在于:耐磨涂层的化学成分质量百分比wt%为:WC 15%、纳米TiC 5~15%、纳米LaAlO3 3~8%、余量为Ni60自熔合金。
2.根据权利要求1所述的等离子喷焊Ni基WC/TiC/LaAlO3耐磨涂层,其特征在于:所述Ni60自熔合金粉末为NiCrBSi系,其粒径为40~80μm,其化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.7~0.8、Cr 12~16、Si 3.0~3.5、B 2.8~4.0、Fe≤15,其余为Ni;所述WC粉末为KF-56型镍包碳化钨粉末,粒度范围为40~60μm;所述纳米TiC的平均粒度为40nm;所述纳米LaAlO3稀土化合物的平均粒度为100nm。
3.权利要求1的等离子喷焊Ni基WC/TiC/LaAlO3耐磨涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:将上述原料粉末用超声波共混,采用预置方法先将NiCrAl粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上作为粘结层,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,再将上述共混的原料粉末涂覆在需要处理的机械零部件上,涂覆厚度为0.3mm;喷涂前对机械零部件表面进行去脂和喷砂处理;所述粘结层材料NiCrAl粉末的粒度为44~120μm;采用喷枪对上述机械零部件表面进行等离子喷焊,等离子弧电压为45~50V,等离子弧电流为430~450A,离子气和送粉气采用工业纯氩气,离子气流量为45L/min,送粉气流量为2.5L/min,枪距为75~80mm,喷枪移动速度为40mm/s,在零部件表面制备成耐磨涂层。
