Description

Description of the invention (1) Background of the invention The present invention is particularly related to a fabric processing machine, but is not limited thereto. (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page.) Known machines for processing fibers such as textile fibers typically include a housing containing a fabric chamber, an air and / or liquid nozzle, and a drive spool. Generally, the 'driving reel and air and / or liquid nozzle are used to circulate the fabric inside the machine, and can also provide tension in the fabric. In order to promote the circulation of the fabric, the fabric inner chamber generally appears in the form of a curved tube, and has a fabric inlet at one end and a fabric outlet at the other end. When using conventional fabric dyeing machines, one end (head) of the fabric rope is generally loaded onto a drive roller and passed through air and / or liquid nozzles. The head of the fabric rope passes through the air and / or liquid nozzles and falls into the entrance of the fabric inner chamber. The head of the fabric rope will fall into the bottom of the inner chamber of the curved fabric. The thread ends are then pulled out of the exit of the inner chamber of the fabric and are attached to the opposite end of the fabric rope. Therefore, the fabric rope forms a loop and can be circulated in the dyeing machine during the dyeing process. Printed by the K-Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The curved profile of the interior of the fabric usually slows down the movement of the fabric in one or more areas of the machine and tends to accumulate in that area. Accumulation of fabric in one area of the machine results in changes in fabric tension throughout the machine, which can cause problems such as uneven treatment of the fabric and tearing of the fabric. The bottom of the fabric inner chamber is typically perforated to drain excess liquid from the fabric rope. However, such perforations cause frictional forces that cause the fabrics in the inner chamber to become tangled together. The tangling of the fabric rope will prevent the fabric rope from circulating smoothly throughout the dyeing machine, which will reduce the production capacity of the machine and the paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -4-1241369 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (2) Increase the processing time of fabric rope. In order to reduce the occurrence of such problems, it is necessary to limit the speed of the fabric through the machine (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page). However, the speed at which the fabric is processed can be reduced by limiting the speed at which the fabric can move through the machine. It is therefore an object of a preferred embodiment of the present invention to provide an improved fabric treating machine. A first aspect of the present invention is to provide a fabric inner chamber of a fabric processing machine, wherein the fabric inner chamber is provided as a duct including a plurality of generally parallel elongate members extending longitudinally along the inner chamber, An inner surface of at least a portion of the fabric inner chamber is provided. Preferably, the 'slender member has a substantially circular cross-sectional shape. The elongated member may be provided as a rod, a tube, a catheter or the like. The slender member can be coated with a low-friction material, such as Teflon (trademark). Printed by the Consumer Goods Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The elongated members may be spaced apart from each other to provide a gap between adjacent elongated members. The gap between adjacent elongated members is at least 0.5 mm, preferably at least 1 mm, and most preferably at least 2 mm. The gap between adjacent elongated members is less than 20mm, preferably less than 15mm, and most preferably less than 10mm. Most preferably, the interval between adjacent elongated members is fixed along the length of the member The interval between each pair of adjacent elongated members may be substantially the same as the interval between another pair of adjacent elongated members. On the other hand, the interval between a pair of adjacent elongated members may be different from the interval between another pair of adjacent elongated members. This paper size applies to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) -5-1241369 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (3) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Best, conduit and The processors are separate. Preferably, the catheter is provided as a tube. The catheter may have any suitable cross-sectional shape, for example, circular or rectangular. Preferably, the catheter has a curved profile. The catheter may have a U-shaped profile. The catheter suitably comprises a first and a second arm, connected by a curved bridge section. The first arm suitably provides a fiber inlet and the second arm appropriately provides a fiber outlet. The catheter may have a rectangular cross-section. The catheter preferably includes an integral first side wall, an opposite second side wall, an inner wall, and an outer wall. The inner wall is the catheter wall closest to the center of the curvature of the catheter, and the outer wall is a distance. The catheter with the furthest center of curvature. Preferably, the elongated member can be provided as at least one wall of a catheter. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Most of these elongated members can extend along one or more of the inner wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, or the outer wall of the inner chamber. Preferably, the plurality of elongated members extend along the outer wall of the inner chamber. Suitably, the elongated member may extend along the outer wall of the second arm of the inner chamber. Suitably, the elongated member may extend along a curved bridge section of the inner chamber. Preferably, the elongated member extends substantially along the entire outer wall of the second arm and is continuous along the curved bridge section of the inner chamber, as far as the turning point of the curved bridge section of the inner chamber. The fabric treating machine may also include a fabric dyeing machine. When the fabric inner chamber of the first form of the present invention is used in a fabric dyeing machine, the fabric rope is fed through the fabric inlet in the first arm of the inner chamber so as to enter the fabric inner chamber, and the fabric passes through the inner chamber and from there Go out through the fabric exit in the second arm of the inner chamber. Provide the slender member of the inner surface of the inner chamber to allow the paper size to apply the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -6- 1241369 A7 ______ B7 V. Description of the invention (4) (Please read the note on the back first Please fill in this page again) Xu fabric rope can pass through the inner chamber in a smoother way, especially if the slender member is covered with a low-friction material. The gap between adjacent elongated members may allow excess liquid from the fabric rope to drain from the fabric interior. The fabric inner chamber according to the first form of the present invention can be used in a similar manner in other fabric processing machines. A second aspect of the present invention provides a fabric inner chamber for a fabric processing machine. The inner chamber generally has a tubular structure. The fabric inner chamber has a first arm and a second arm, which are connected by a curved bridge section. When the inner chamber is to be used, the longitudinal axis of the first arm is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, the longitudinal axis of the second arm is approximately vertical, and the inclination angle of the first arm with respect to the vertical is at least 10. And less than 4 5 °. Preferably, the first arm is inclined away from the second arm. Suitably, when the fabric chamber is used, the longitudinal axis of the second arm is substantially vertical and horizontal. The inclination angle of the longitudinal axis of the first arm may be at least 14 °, and preferably at least 18 ° relative to the vertical. Suitably, the inclination angle of the longitudinal axis of the first arm may be less than 25 ° with respect to the vertical. The inclination angle is appropriately about 18 ° relative to the vertical. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Appropriately, the end of the first arm provides a fabric entrance to the fabric inner chamber, and the end of the second arm provides a fabric exit to the fabric inner chamber. The curved bridge section bends around a center of curvature. The curved bridge section includes a first end and a second end. In use, the first end of the fabric inner chamber is connected to the first arm of the inner chamber. The first arm may be fixedly or removably connected to the first end of the curved bridge section. In use, the second end of the fabric inner chamber may be connected to the second arm of the inner chamber. The second arm can be fixed or can be used in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 size (210X29? Mm) 1241369 A7 B7. 5. Description of the invention (5) Removably connected to the second end of the inner chamber . (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page.) Appropriately, the “curve bridging section” has a * roughly semicircular contour, with a semicircular area removed at one end. Suitably, this semi-circular cut-out is removed from the first end of the curved bridge section. The cut-out area is suitably defined by a first acute angle, which is measured between the first line and the second line, where the first line is the center of curvature of the first end and the curved bridge section The line is bisected, and the second line is the line that bisects the center of curvature of the second end with the curved bridge section. Suitably, the first acute angle is at least 10 °, preferably at least 14 °, and most preferably about 18 °. Suitably, the longitudinal axis of the first arm extends substantially perpendicular to the aforementioned first line. Suitably, the longitudinal axis of the second arm extends substantially perpendicular to the aforementioned second line. The fabric inner chamber may contain a tubular structure having any appropriate cross-sectional shape. The Ministry of Economic Affairs Intellectual Property Bureau (printed by the Industrial and Consumer Cooperative). Better fluidity, which will provide higher throughput, and the machine's downtime will be less. When the fabric rope passes through the machine in the conventional fabric inner chamber, the fabric rope will enter the entrance and pass through the curved area. The other end of the inner chamber goes out. The conventional design of the inner chamber makes the fabric tend to gather in the curved area at the bottom of the inner chamber. Therefore, the fabric that later enters the inner chamber through the entrance will cover the fabric that has accumulated in the bottom of the inner chamber , And therefore tangles of fabric ropes often occur. However, when the first arm of the inner chamber is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, as described in the second aspect of the present invention, the fabric rope will slide toward the curved area at the bottom of the inner chamber , As in the familiar interior room, but in this case, the Chinese national standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) is applied to this paper later. -8- 1241369 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (6) The fabric of the inner chamber will push the leading fabric rope through the curved area of the inner chamber, so the tangling of the fabric rope can be reduced. When the fabric rope passes through the inner chamber, The accumulation of fabric will slow down the circulation speed of the fabric rope movement. Advantageously, the fabric inner chamber of the second type of the present invention exhibits less reduction in the circulation speed of the fabric rope than the conventional fabric interior chamber. The first or second type of fabric processing machine of the present invention may further include a low-friction material on an inner surface of the fabric inner chamber. Such low-friction materials include Teflon (trademark) and the like. Low friction The material can be set as a coating applied directly to the inner surface of the fabric inner chamber. Alternatively, or in addition, the low-friction material can include a portion of the low-friction material that is indirectly installed on the inner surface of the inner chamber. Some low-friction materials may include a piece of low-friction material or a low-friction material applied to a substrate. In this case, the substrate may be connected to the inner surface of the fabric inner chamber by any suitable method. Top. The base material coated with low-friction material can provide an inner surface as the inner chamber. The low-friction material can be applied to the entire interior of the fabric inner chamber, and it can also be applied to part of the interior of the fabric inner chamber. Fortunately, the low-friction material is applied to the inside of the first arm and the curved bridge section. Description of the invention (9) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page ) 〇 Curvature center s Longitudinal axis Η Detailed description of the preferred embodiment Fig. 1 shows a fabric dyeing machine 2, comprising a fabric inner chamber 4, a fabric roller 6 and a liquid nozzle 8. The fabric roller 6 The inlet 10 ′ of the liquid nozzle 8 is aligned with the inlet 14 of the fabric inner chamber 4. The fabric roller 6 is located above an outlet 16 of the fabric inner chamber 4. The fabric inner chamber 4 includes a duct, It has a rectangular cross-sectional shape and generally presents a curved outline. The duct 4 includes an inner wall 18, an outer wall 20, a first side wall 22, and a second side wall 24 (as shown in FIG. 3). The fabric inner chamber 4 further includes a The first arm 26, a second arm 28, and a curved bridge section 30. The printed interior chamber 4 of the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs contains a large number of tubes 32, which extend longitudinally along one of the inner surfaces of the outer wall 20 of the catheter. The tubes 32 are substantially parallel to each other and parallel to the side walls 22, 24 of the duct. Also, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, adjacent tubes 32 are spaced from each other to define a gap therein. As shown in Fig. 1, The tube 32 extends substantially along the entire outer wall of the second arm 28 and is continuous along the outer wall of the curved bridge section 30. The tube 32 ends at the turning point of the curved bridge section 30. Between the adjacent tubes The interval is between 2 and 10 mm, and the interval is large Zhizhi is fixed along the entire length of the tube. In addition, the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) is applied between each paper size. -12- 1241369 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (19 Pair of neighbors The spacing between the tubes is the same across the entire width of the catheter. The tubes 3 2 are covered with a low-friction material Teflon (trademark). (Please read the cautions on the back before filling out this page) The catheter 4 further contains a part of the low-friction material 34. This part of the low-friction material 3 4 covers the inner part of the outer wall 20 of the first arm 26 of the catheter 4 and the outer wall of the curved section 30. The fabric dyeing machine 2 further includes a collection tray 36 for receiving the dye solution from the fabric inner chamber 4, and a suction pump tube 38 for recirculating the collected dye solution. When using the fabric dyeing machine shown in Figures 1-3, the fabric rope (not shown) circulates inside the dyeing machine during the dyeing process. Beginning at the fabric roller 6, the roller 6 provides a mechanical power to drive the fabric rope through the inlet 10 into the liquid nozzle 8, and the liquid nozzle provides further mechanical power to drive the fabric rope. The fabric rope exits the liquid nozzle 8 through the outlet 12 and enters the inner chamber 4 through the fabric inlet 14. During the passage through the fabric inner chamber 4, the fabric first contacts the low-friction material, which is printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The material provides a smooth surface through which the fabric can pass. Reducing the inclination angle of the friction material 34 further improves the free flow of the fabric through the inner chamber 4 in this portion. The fabric rope will be pushed through the inner chamber 4 by the fabric continuously discharged by the liquid nozzle 8, and will then contact the majority of the tubes 32. The parallel arrangement of the tubes 32 causes the fabric to pass freely through the inner chamber 4 of this section, and this effect is enhanced because the tubes 32 have a low-friction coating partly or entirely. The gap between the tubes 3 and 2 will cause the excessive dyeing solution to be discharged from the fabric and flow out of the inner chamber. 4 The paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) Λ4 specification (210X297 mm) -13- 1241369 A7 __ _B7 V. Invention Explanation (1) The excess liquid flowing out of the inner chamber 4 is received in the collection tray 36, and is circulated again through the machine by the suction pump tube 38. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) The fabric rope is pulled through the tube 32 by the fabric roller 6 and enters the liquid nozzle 8 again to complete the cycle. FIG. 4 shows a fabric inner chamber 100 of the second type of the present invention. The inner chamber 100 packs g-'brother- * arm 102, a first-breast arm 104, and a'central curve section 106.
