Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用來容納紙煙或煙捲等香煙盒，透過此外包裝使商品之特色更突出與具親和感。【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種香煙盒的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「香煙盒」之新式樣；本新式樣香煙盒，外觀主要特徵包括一個矩形平行六面體之盒體，其上端部形成一個側面方向略呈梯形狀的蓋部，及在該盒體正面位於蓋部下方之一側形成一個長方形的凹部。該蓋部與本體之間形成一個可拉高上升的結構，並以該蓋部的一個邊為樞轉點可掀開蓋部，且能以該蓋部傾斜的側面支撐盒體形成一傾斜狀態方便於取用之設計等。整體的構成方式頗能表達出細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「香煙盒」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個正面寬度較大側面深度相對較小、橫斷方向呈長方形及縱軸方向比例更大之縱高矩形盒體。從立體圖、前視圖及側視圖觀察，本體沿正面上端部約高度1/2處、背面上端部約略小於高度2/3處，及以約呈60度角的方向往深度方向之兩側面形成一個環繞周圍的割裂線，該上端部構成一個截面略呈梯形狀之蓋部；及，本體正面在該蓋部下方偏一側形成一個寬度約總寬度1/2之狹長四方形的凹部。誠如使用狀態圖(一)所示，打開蓋部之本體內側包含一個內襯體，使本體與蓋部兩者之間形成一個可拉高上升的結構。再從使用狀態圖(二)觀察，該內襯體頂部成開放狀，除了在其頂端前側形成一個往前傾斜的開口部之外，並在其正面偏一側對應於上述凹部形成一個略呈”U”字的深凹進的凹槽；又，該蓋部的一個邊實質上與內襯體連接在一起，並形成一個可撓性的合葉部，能以此合葉部為樞轉點可掀開蓋部；此外，又如使用狀態圖(三)所示，掀開蓋部之後能以該蓋部傾斜的側面支撐盒體成一傾斜狀態方便於取用等。如上述之香煙盒，將商品之特色表現得更突出與具親和感，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣香煙盒，藉由靈活、舒展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is used to hold paper cigarettes or cigarette rolls, and the packaging makes the product more distinctive and friendly. A structure that can be pulled up and raised is formed between the lid and the main body, and the lid can be opened with one side of the lid as the pivot point, and the inclined side of the lid can support the box body to form a tilted state for easy access. The overall structure can express delicate visual beauty and specific connotations, with smooth lines, elegant and fresh style, and a new style designer rich in visual beauty. As shown in the attached figure, this new style "cigarette box" basically includes a rectangular box body with a larger front width and a relatively smaller side depth, a rectangular cross-sectional direction, and a larger longitudinal axis direction. From the perspective of the three-dimensional diagram, the front view and the side view, the main body forms a surrounding break line at about 1/2 of the height of the upper end of the front side, about less than 2/3 of the height of the upper end of the back side, and about 60 degrees in the direction of the depth. The upper end forms a cover with a slightly trapezoidal cross section; and the front side of the main body forms a narrow rectangular concave portion with a width of about 1/2 of the total width at one side below the cover. As shown in the use state diagram (I), the inner side of the main body with the cover opened includes an inner lining, so that a structure that can be pulled up and raised is formed between the main body and the cover. From the use state diagram (2), the top of the inner liner is open, and in addition to forming an opening tilted forward on the front side of the top, a deep concave groove slightly in the shape of a "U" is formed on one side of the front side corresponding to the above-mentioned concave part; and one side of the cover is actually connected to the inner liner, and forms a flexible hinge part, which can be used as a pivot point to open the cover; in addition, as shown in the use state diagram (3), after opening the cover, the inclined side of the cover can support the box body in an inclined state for easy use. As the above-mentioned cigarette box, the characteristics of the product are more prominent and friendly, and the overall shape is very novel. ;In summary, this new style of cigarette box expresses a dynamic originality through flexible and stretched lines. The creative characteristics harmoniously coordinate the visual conditions between the various components to achieve the best effect and overall coordination. The texture modification reflects the exquisite feeling of the shape, etc., which actively demonstrates the affinity and quality of the product, giving people an impression of elegance, vividness, freshness and comfort.
