【物品用途】;本創作是有關於一種眼鏡之新式樣設計，特別是有關於一種可供使用者配戴於臉部之眼鏡。;【創作特點】;本創作係為一種眼鏡形狀設計之新穎式樣，其造型特殊，且線條流暢圓潤，一舉變革傳統習知物品讓人有單調、呆板之外觀設計。請參閱各視圖所示，本創作係為一呈現時尚流線感之眼鏡，而鏡框本體之中間上緣部位係設呈向下凹弧線形狀，鏡框本體之頂緣係向前設置呈斜切狀之凸緣。鏡框本體中間部位之下方凹陷設有鼻樑架，其之內側面設為內凹弧面，且該鼻樑架之相對內側面係向後凸設有一鼻托部。由後視圖觀之，該鼻樑架上左右對稱地設有一橢圓形狀之凹陷部。再者，如俯視圖及仰視圖所示，以此角度觀看時，此眼鏡整體呈現圓弧形狀，極為符合人體工學。而由前視圖觀之，此眼鏡之鏡片則呈現一矩形形狀。而鏡框與鏡架，整體如同眼鏡之左右側視圖所示，由寬漸;窄地呈現流線形狀修飾。而鏡架整體則呈現細長水滴狀。由另一立體圖觀之，其中左右鏡架靠近鏡框部凹設有一矩形凹陷部。而位於鏡架之中段部設有一裝飾片。此外，位於鏡架上之內外表面皆有立體圖紋，而該立體圖紋係由一段具有流線感之曲線組成，除了使整體線條流暢而不枯燥且兼具美觀。本創作之整體造型，藉由硬朗的直線與流線的弧面相結合，讓整個造型帶給人視覺的享受。藉此設計給予人握持厚實、流線且具人體工學之時尚設計，除顧及整體平衡的對稱感外，亦使人於直覺操作下親身感受流行風潮的視覺享受。;本創作之造型，潤澤柔和，結構簡單大方與時尚之風格，實符合新式樣專利之要件，並兼具有創作性與實用性，誠為一極佳的外觀形體設計，爰依法提出專利申請，懇請核賜專利，實深任感荷。[Purpose of the item] This creation is about a new style of glasses, especially about glasses that can be worn on the face of the user.
