【物品用途】;本創作係為一種可供使用者配戴於臉部之眼鏡。;【創作特點】;本創作係為一種眼鏡之新式樣設計，其造型具銳利感與前衛性，僅僅使用上緣的框架，以達成視覺上的變革。如附圖所示，本創作之立體圖係為一呈現時尚流線感之眼鏡，而此眼鏡之鏡片則呈現多邊形狀，且鏡片的下緣及兩角並未被鏡架所包覆。鏡片下緣的外側角具有較為明顯的突出，帶給眼鏡一種前衛的銳利感。其中該眼鏡之中間偏下緣處具有一倒V字型的凹陷部；該凹陷部設有一圓弧狀且具有以若干缺口形成之鰭狀鼻墊。該鏡框中央上緣有一前傾之斜面，該斜面與鏡框之中央偏上緣之前曲面相切，以形成往前凸出之稜角，且該稜角之稜線設有圓角，以增添一份剛中帶柔之特性。鏡框與鏡架整體，如同眼鏡之左右側視圖所示，亦呈現流線形狀修飾，而鏡架整體則呈現細長水滴狀。該鏡架外側延鏡片曲面向後延伸，另鏡架尾端外側曲面向前延伸，在鏡架外側中段處藉由該些不同之曲面交會，以形成一特徵稜線，其中外側的鏡片與鏡架連接處，設有鏡架之延伸端，並經由鏡片的外側邊緣箝制住鏡片，使整體更添時尚感且兼具美觀。再者，如眼鏡之俯視圖及仰視圖所示，以此角度觀看時，此眼鏡整體更可呈現圓弧形修飾，增加配戴眼鏡的舒適度並增進美感。綜上所述，本新式樣之眼鏡，藉由流暢、帶有個性的線條表達出本創作所追求之時尚感中帶些銳利之特色及協調性之視覺效果，予人產生時尚、舒適、獨特與鮮明的印象。;本創作之眼鏡呈現出流線時髦的外觀，實符合新式樣專利之要件，並兼具有創作性與實用性，誠為一極佳的外觀形體設計，爰依法提出專利申請，懇請核賜專利，實深任感荷。[Item Usage] This creation is a pair of glasses that can be worn on the face of the user.
