【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種『棘齒環(一)』之外觀設計，尤指一種配合扳手使用，用以旋轉螺鎖件的棘齒環工具。;【創作特點】;本創作為一種棘齒環的新式樣設計，尤指一種外觀造型經過設計，使其呈現出具規律而簡潔之美感的設計外觀。;如各附圖所示，本創作外觀特點在於立體圖所示，其外型輪廓為上下窄而中段寬之圓柱狀，在外表面環設有整齊排列的齒凸環面，且於該齒凸環面上、下端各環設有呈傾斜面的三角形，形成上下呼應，產生一致性的美感；該棘齒環的內孔則以平順的圓弧狀凹部配合同時具有平直線條及圓滑角的凸部間隔成形，其輪廓分明而形成一種圓滑與平直的反差美感效果，同時也兼具了機械力學原理，使得在使用上達到更省力更舒適之方式。;由其前視圖及左視圖觀之，該齒凸環面下端並凹設有一環槽，使整體觀之具有左右對稱但上下不對稱之觀感，讓人有線條整齊一致且曲線分明，卻又不失變化。由其仰視圖及府視圖觀之，該棘齒環分別以不同的寬圓與窄圓配合環設於外表面的齒凸環面，營造出兩種多層次的視覺變化效果，更可凸顯棘輪工具本身之堅固與耐用，因此其可說是一豐富多變而富深厚意涵之巧妙設計。;綜上所述，本創作的設計與創作賦予產品特殊且全新的風貌，其造型設計實具新穎、獨創之處，確符合新式樣的要件，爰依法提出申請，並祈早日賜准專利，至感德便。[Item Usage] This work is about the appearance design of a "ratchet ring (I)", especially a ratchet ring tool used with a wrench to rotate screws.
