Exxon/Esso之EXXS0L牌烴類。此等通常為低於C2D之烴類 (烷類,烯類)的混合物。尤佳者為EXXSOL D-95與EXXS0L D-60。後者為一種萘與環石蠟之混合物。 為在極低之乳化劑含量達到可接受的性能,利用助溶 劑醇類亦為較佳。添加一级有機醇類之混合物較佳。其 一可為具備介於3至12値碳之間的碳含量之一種一级脂肪 族醇(譬如1 -辛醇、1 -己醇、1-戊醇或1 -丁醇)。其他可 為一種含有少於20個磺之非芳香酯醇(譬如二乙二醇單己 醚、二乙二醇單丁醚或丙烯乙二醇單丁醚)。諸如己烯乙 二醇、三伸乙基乙二醇或1,4-丁二醇等某些二醇類亦可添 加。 當該微型乳劑含有一氣態推進劑且被加壓時,該微型 乳劑可被自噴霧罐中噴出。一唧筒噴霧容器(不含推進劑) 可作為替代物。該噴劑可被噴入空中,噴至平面上或直接 噴到昆蟲身上。由於該噴劑為一徹型乳劑所以非常安定。 因此,如果該氣溶膠(aerosol)在工廠内已被搖晃,消費 者在使用前便毋需搖晃。 再者,由於烴類含量高,該擻型乳劑具有優異的殺蟲 持性。此外,在水包油微型乳劑型式中(儘管其高烴類含 量)其可燃性是低至可被接受的。因為該乳化性界面活性 劑含量極低,幾乎不存有因為該界面活性劑所造成之難看 的殘留物或刺激性霧化顆粒。此外,基本上其不具有發泡 性,並且噴灑時具有驚人的一致與順暢性。 本發明之微型乳劑亦容許能提供優良抗微生物活性的 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) I. ~~_ ^ -n- I I 訂】I I I I I —^棟 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 406007 A7 B7 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(7 ) 消毒劑之施用。 應用本發明之一較佳方式為將其噴_於昆蟲會爬過的 表面而後容許昆蟲爬過該表面。能藉由此方法被殺死的昆 蟲之實例為蟑螂、媽犠、蟋蟀、地蜈蚣、蠹魚以及其他在 建築物内常見的爬行昆蟲。此外,該微型乳劑可藉由噴灑 至空中而被用於殺死不同種類之飛蟲,諸如蚊子、家蠅、 胡蜂、黃蜂等等。 協同藥亦可被加入以增進該殺蟲劑之效果。一賁例為 胡椒基丁醚(Butacide; AgrEvo)。 對於上述的乳劑以使用去離子化水為佳。然而,普通 自來水也可以用。諸如腐蝕抑制劑與芳香劑等其他標準添 加物亦可添加。 對於該微型乳劑之較佳pH範圍傜介於PH6與pH8之間。 過低之pH能造成腐蝕亦可能對被噴灑的表面有影響。過高 之pH相反地能影響活性組份,同樣亦可能對被噴灑的表面 有影響。 本發明之目標包括提供一含有一昆蟲防治劑之微型乳 劑: (a) 消費者於使用前毋需將其搖晃; (b) 其具有良好之殺蟲持性; (c) 其生産時相對較不貴; (d) 其於使用時不留下無法被接受之殘留物; (e )其適於以霧氣態施用,並能提供順暢、一致且不 -------—.----裝-----;--訂一------線------- J.
