經濟部智慧財產局員工消费合作社印製 A7 _________B7_ 五、發明説明(f ) " — -- 〔詳細說明〕 本發明關於一種依申請專利範圍第1項之引文的_種 固定裝置’它係用於將外科植入物,外科縫線或布(,組織 )固定在骨中或骨上者。 ^ 在非醫學領域已有一些習知之封口鉚釘(封 (Blindniete) ’其封閉頭由分別之舌片(它們張開得相對地 寬)構成。舉例而言,這種封口鉚釘發表於美專利 US4,696,610 (Wright)及 US4,580,936 (Frands)。這些習知鉚 釘有縱走的槽孔或切槽,它們在封口鉚釘封閉(_合)時 ,可使由分別之舌片構成的封閉頭形成,如此所形成之封 閉頭有大的倚靠面積。這種習知之封口鉚釘的缺點胃:該 封閉頭利用縱走之舌片折彎(Knick)形成,因此舌片末端並 不能呈利齒方式壓入該在封閉頭側所要連接的材料中,以 防止封口鉚釘在所要連接之材料的孔中轉動。 在英專利 GB 2054082 (Tucker Fasteners)發表了另一種 非醫用的封口鉚釘,但它有一圓形通過開口,因此不能防 止轉動。 本發明對此提出對策,本發明的目的在提供一種固定 系統,它可通過一小孔放入,且在固定後,由於錨固舌片 張開,故在骨內面上有寬的支持部,其中該錨固舌片可埋 入骨內面中,因此可防止封口鉚釘轉動。 在醫用範圍,本發明的固定元件差不多可用所有在今 日骨螺絲使用之骨折處理的方面,特別是: ——在疏鬆的骨〔它有一部分只有一層很薄的皮質 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS > A4規格(210X 2971公釐) ---------^------ΐτ------線. (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) A7 B7 五、發明説明(>) (KomkaUs)〕,本發明的固定元件可用在螺絲的位置 以作骨板固定: 在鬆質骨(Spongiosa)中,本發明的固定元件可當作骨板 或縫線的錨,或將筋(Sehnen)及韌帶(Band)做再固定, 在封口鉚釘之封閉頭張開時形的爪(Krallen)突出來而 錨固在該鬆質骨的小桁構造中;且 一一在關節頭中,如,脛頭或肱頭,本發明的固定元件可 當作側板或骨髓內(intramedullar)載體的錨固件之用。 目前縱載體的錨固係利用大螺絲。但這種螺絲在關節 頭的疏鬆骨中不能提供最佳的錨固作用。 類似的系統具有可釋放的爪的螺絲,標記釘或髖螺絲 ’例如肱骨用的杯狀標記釘(Seidel-Marknagel)。這種標記 釘在釘尖端上有槽孔,槽孔被具球頭的一根中央銷脹開。 如此,舌片呈翼狀向外彎曲。而這些舌片只略從該釘彎了 —角度。 這種習知固定手段的缺點爲:利用這種習知之固定手 段迄今仍不能將植入物錨固在疏鬆的骨中。往往’ 一種植 入物只能藉著把骨水泥灌入骨中而固定。這—點問題很多 ,因爲骨水泥硬化時,骨會受產生之熱損壞。此外’該骨 水泥不能再拿掉,否則可能會發生感染。 這種習知固定手段另一缺點爲:保持力量(例如一枚 螺絲的保持力量)係利用其直徑造成。當沿軸向受過度負 荷時,則有一個圓筒形骨體(其直徑等於螺絲直徑)撕裂 出來。在健康的骨的場合’骨螺絲的保持力量係足夠者。 _ S _ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ---------批衣— (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -V3 線 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五 、發明説明( 在同質疏鬆症(Osteoporose)的場合’在關節區域或在細的殼 狀与的場合’螺絲固定往往不足。較大的螺絲會因空間理 由不能使用,或另外造成對尙存之骨的損壞。 對此本發明提出對策。本發明之另一目的在提供 固定系統,它可經過一小孔放入且在固定後,由於錯固舌 片張開,故在骨內面有寬的支持部。 本發明解決上述問題之道,係利用具有申請專利範s 第1項之特點的固定裝置(它用於將外科植入物、外科_ 線或布固定在骨中或骨上)。 在封閉部上封口鉚釘中的通過開口具有多角形之;|:黃_ 面,它宜爲方形,但也可爲三角形、五角形、六角形或更 多角之形。 本發明之用於將外科植入物、外科縫線或布固定 中或骨上的固定裝置的一較佳實施例由一封口鉚釘(它胃 一縱與一共軸的通過開口)以及一個可放入該通過開d中 的封閉元件構成。封閉元件在其長度的範圍至少在一個_ 到其後端的部分具有多角形橫截面,其中,在其長度範圍 中的此部分上,這種橫截面沿縱軸向封閉元件之後端變寶;
