Abstract

A package (100), which is easy for an adult to open, but that prevents a child from opening it, which comprises a container (110) and a capping cover (120), in which the package is suitable for storage and distribution of a potentially hazardous product, in which the container comprises a top part (115) which comprises a first binding device for the convenience of the capping cover releasably binding to the container, the capping cover comprises an inner skirt part (121) which comprises a second binding device (118a) corresponding to the first binding device of the top part to releasably connect the capping cover to the container, the capping cover further comprises an outer skirt part (122) approximately concentrically aligning with the inner skirt part, which is characterized in that the top part of the container further comprises at least one locking tooth (119), and the capping cover further comprises at least an elastically deformable push plate (123) so that, when a push force is applied on the inward movement part of the push plate, at least a part of the push plate moves inward, in which the push plate comprises an exposed surface contour approximately matching the outer surface contour of the adjacent part of the outer skirt part, the constitution and position of the locking tooth and the push plate is used to prevent the capping cover from moving away from the container and opening the package, unless prior to the opening of the container, the push plate has been pushed to leave the locking tooth, and when the capping cover is leaving the container, at least a part of the push plate is facing the inner most surface of the locking tooth.
