Description
本發明係關於一種積層薄膜、包裝材及包裝體。
作為包裝用積層薄膜,已知有將包含離子聚合物樹脂之離子聚合物樹脂層貼合於基材薄膜而成之積層薄膜。
作為關於此種包裝用積層薄膜之技術,例如可列舉專利文獻1(日本專利特開2000-202956號公報)及專利文獻2(日本專利特開2002-210895號公報)所揭示者。
於專利文獻1中,記載有一種易橫裂性積層薄膜,其係乙烯-不飽和羧酸共聚合體離子聚合物(A)與可包含達50重量%之聚乙烯之密度為870~940kg/m3之乙烯-α-烯烴共聚合體(B)的共擠出薄膜,橫向拉裂強度處於50~300N/cm之範圍內,且實質上不顯示縱向拉裂性。
於專利文獻2中,記載有一種易拉裂性複合薄膜,其特徵在於:其係將包含直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(A)之第1層、包含離子聚合物樹脂(B)之第2層、及包含直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯樹脂(A)之第3層依序積層而成者,且形成第1層及第3層之直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯(A)係使用二茂金屬系烯烴聚合用觸媒製備之乙烯-α-烯烴共聚合體,密度(d;ASTM D1505)為0.905~0.950g/cm3,熔融流動速率(MFR;ASTM D1238,190℃,負重2.16kg)為0.5~4.0g/10 分鐘。

對於包裝用積層薄膜之各種特性所要求之技術水準逐漸提高。根據本發明人等之研究,可知如專利文獻1及2所揭示之具備基材薄膜及離子聚合物樹脂層之積層薄膜有於MD(Machine Direction,縱向)方向及TD(Transverse Direction,橫向)方向之任一者或兩者上之拉裂性較差之情況。
本發明係鑒於上述情況而完成者,提供一種拉裂性優異之積層薄膜。
本發明人等為了達成上述課題反覆進行了銳意研究。其結果為,發現藉由於基材層形成金屬離子含量處於特定之範圍內之離子聚合物樹脂層,可獲得於MD方向及TD方向之任一方向上拉裂性均優異之積層薄膜,從而完成本發明。
即,根據本發明,提供如下所示之積層薄膜、包裝材及包裝體。
一種積層薄膜,其至少具備:基材層(A);及離子聚合物樹脂層(B),其設置於上述基材層(A)之一面,且包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1);且於將構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中之不飽和羧酸之含量設為X[質量%],將上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度設為Y[莫耳%]時,由X×Y/100所表示之金屬離子含量超過5.0且為20.0以下。
如上述[1]所記載之積層薄膜,其中,依據JIS K7128(1998)測定之上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之MD方向及TD方向上之該積層薄膜之拉裂強度分別為5.0N以下。
如上述[1]或[2]所記載之積層薄膜,其中,依據JIS K7210:1999,於190℃、2160g負重之條件下所測定之上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之熔融流動速率(MFR)為0.1g/10分鐘以上且為30g/10分鐘以下。
如上述[1]至[3]中任一項所記載之積層薄膜,其中,上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之厚度為5μm以上。
如上述[1]至[4]中任一項所記載之積層薄膜,其中, 上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)為擠出塗佈加工層。
如上述[1]至[5]中任一項所記載之積層薄膜,其中,構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)之不飽和羧酸包含自丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸中選擇之至少1種。
如上述[1]至[6]中任一項所記載之積層薄膜,其中,構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之金屬離子包含自鈉離子、鋅離子及鎂離子中選擇之至少1種。
如上述[1]至[7]中任一項所記載之積層薄膜,其中,上述基材層(A)包含從由金屬箔、聚烯烴薄膜、聚酯薄膜、聚醯胺薄膜及塞璐芬(cellophane)所構成群組中選擇之至少1種。

本實施形態之積層薄膜10至少具備:基材層(A);及離子聚合物樹脂層(B),其設置於上述基材層(A)之一面,且包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1);且於將構成乙烯-不飽和羧酸系 共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中之不飽和羧酸之含量設為X[質量%],將乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度設為Y[莫耳%]時,由X×Y/100所表示之金屬離子含量超過5.0且為20.0以下。
如上所述,根據本發明人等之研究,可知如專利文獻1及2所記載之具備基材薄膜及離子聚合物樹脂層之積層薄膜有於MD方向及TD方向之任一者或兩者上之拉裂性較差之情況。
本發明人等為了達成上述課題而反覆進行了銳意研究。其結果為,發現藉由於基材層(A)之一面形成包含由X×Y/100所表示之金屬離子含量位於超過5.0且20.0以下之範圍內之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)的離子聚合物樹脂層(B),可獲得於MD方向及TD方向之任一方向上拉裂性均優異之積層薄膜10。
即,本實施形態之積層薄膜10藉由設為上述層構成,可使拉裂性變得良好。
本實施形態之積層薄膜10較佳為依據JIS K7128(1998)測定之上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之於MD方向及TD方向上之拉裂強度分別為5.0N以下。MD方向更佳為4.0N以下,進而較佳為未滿3.5N。TD方向更佳為4.5N以下。下限並無特別限定,較佳為MD方向及TD方向均為0.1N以上。藉此,可使本實施形態之積層薄膜10之拉裂性變得更良好。
以下,對構成本實施形態之積層薄膜10之各層進行說明。
基材層(A)係以使積層薄膜10之操作性或機械特性、導電性、隔熱性、耐熱性、阻隔性等特性變得更良好為目的而設置之層。作為基材層(A),例如可列舉:金屬箔(銅箔、鋁箔等)、聚醯胺薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、聚醯亞胺薄膜、聚偏二氯乙烯薄膜、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚合體薄膜、鋁蒸鍍薄膜、紙、塞璐芬等。該等可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。該等亦可為經單軸或雙軸延伸者。
該等中,就機械強度及耐針孔性等優異之方面而言,較佳為從由金屬箔、聚烯烴薄膜、聚酯薄膜、聚醯胺薄膜及塞璐芬所組成群組中選擇之至少1種。
基材層(A)可為單層,亦可為積層2種以上之層而成者。
又,就使積層薄膜10之阻隔性變得更良好之觀點而言,基材層(A)較佳為包含金屬箔。作為金屬箔,可列舉鋁箔、銅箔等。
就獲得良好之薄膜特性之觀點而言,基材層(A)之厚度較佳為1μm以上且200μm以下,更佳為3μm以上且100μm以下,進而較佳為5μm以上且80μm以下。
關於基材層(A),為了改善與其他層之黏著性,亦可進行表面處理。具體而言,可進行電暈處理、電漿處理、固定塗佈處理、底塗劑塗佈處理等。
本實施形態之離子聚合物樹脂層(B)係藉由包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之樹脂組成物而形成。
關於離子聚合物樹脂層(B)中之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之含量,於將離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之整體設為100質量%時,就進一步提昇積層薄膜10之拉裂性之觀點而言,較佳為70質量%以上,更佳為80質量%以上,進而較佳為90質量%以上,尤佳為95質量%以上。乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之含量之上限無特別限定,例如為100質量%以下。
於乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)中,由X×Y/100所表示之金屬離子含量超過5.0且為20.0以下,就進一步提昇拉裂性之觀點而言,較佳為6.0以上,就提昇離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之成膜性之觀點而言,較佳為18.0以下,更佳為15.0以下,進而較佳為12.0以下,尤佳為10.0以下。
離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之厚度例如為1μm以上且100μm以下,較佳為3μm以上且80μm以下,進而較佳為5μm以上且40μm以下。
又,就使離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之擠出塗佈性變得良好之觀點而言,離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之厚度較佳為5μm以上,更佳為10μm以上。就使積層薄膜10之拉裂性變得更良好之觀點而言,離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之厚度較佳為40μm以下,更佳為30μm以下,進而較佳為25μm以下。
作為乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之基礎樹脂的乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)係至少使乙烯與自不飽和羧酸中選擇之單體作為共聚合成分進行共聚合而成之聚合體,亦可視需要使乙烯及不飽和羧酸系以外之單體進行共聚合。
共聚合體可為嵌段共聚合體、無規共聚合體、接枝共聚合體之 任一者,但若考慮生產性,則較佳為使用二元無規共聚合體、三元無規共聚合體、二元無規共聚合體之接枝共聚合體或三元無規共聚合體之接枝共聚合體,更佳為二元無規共聚合體或三元無規共聚合體。
作為乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2),較佳為從由乙烯-不飽和羧酸二元共聚合體及乙烯-不飽和羧酸烷基酯-不飽和羧酸三元共聚合體所組成之群組中選擇之至少1種。
作為不飽和羧酸,例如可列舉:丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙基丙烯酸、衣康酸、衣康酸酐、反丁烯二酸、丁烯酸、順丁烯二酸、順丁烯二酸酐、順丁烯二酸單酯(順丁烯二酸單甲酯、順丁烯二酸單乙酯等)、順丁烯二酸酐單酯(順丁烯二酸酐單甲酯、順丁烯二酸酐單乙酯等)等碳數4~8之不飽和羧酸或半酯。
該等中,就乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)之生產性等觀點而言,上述不飽和羧酸較佳為包含自丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸中選擇之至少1種。該等不飽和羧酸可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)係至少使乙烯與不飽和羧酸共聚合而成之共聚合體,亦可為進而使第3共聚合成分共聚合而成之三元以上之多元共聚合體。
多元共聚合體中,除乙烯及可與該乙烯共聚合之(甲基)丙烯酸以外,作為第3共聚合成分,亦可使不飽和羧酸酯(例如丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸異丁酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸異辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸異丁酯、順丁烯二酸二甲酯、順丁烯二酸二乙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯)、乙烯酯(例如乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯等)、不飽和烴(例如丙烯、丁烯、 1,3-丁二烯、戊烯、1,3-戊二烯、1-己烯等)、乙烯基硫酸及乙烯基硝酸等氧化物、鹵化物(例如氯乙烯、氟乙烯等)、含有乙烯基之1,2級胺化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等共聚合。
該等中,作為第3共聚合成分,較佳為不飽和羧酸酯,更佳為(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯(烷基部位之較佳之碳數為1~4)。
源自第3共聚合成分之構成單位於乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸系共聚合體中之含有比率較佳為25質量%以下之範圍。
若源自第3共聚合成分之構成單位之含有比率為上述上限值以下,則於生產、混合之方面較佳。
本實施形態之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中,自乙烯導出之構成單位之含量於將乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)之全部構成單位設為100質量%時,較佳為65質量%以上且95質量%以下,更佳為75質量%以上且93質量%以下,進而較佳為80質量%以上且92質量%以下。
本實施形態之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中,自不飽和羧酸導出之構成單位之含量(即,不飽和羧酸之含量X)於將乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)之全部構成單位設為100質量%時,較佳為5質量%以上且35質量%以下,更佳為7質量%以上且25質量%以下,進而較佳為8質量%以上且20質量%以下。
此處,乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中之不飽和羧酸之含量(X)可藉由例如傅立葉變換紅外線吸收光譜法(FT-IR)進行測定。
作為構成本實施形態之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)的金屬離子,可列舉:鋰離子、鉀離子、鈉離子等鹼金屬離子;鈣離子、鎂離子、鋅離子、鋁離子、鋇離子等多價 金屬離子等。該等金屬離子可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
該等中,較佳為包含自鈉離子、鋅離子及鎂離子中選擇之至少1種。
本實施形態之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度無特別限定,就進一步提昇加工性及成形性之觀點而言,較佳為95莫耳%以下,更佳為90莫耳%以下,進而較佳為85莫耳%以下,尤佳為80莫耳%以下。
又,本實施形態之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度無特別限定,就進一步提昇積層薄膜10之拉裂性及耐熱性、加工性之觀點而言,較佳為5莫耳%以上,更佳為10莫耳%以上,進而較佳為15莫耳%以上,尤佳為20莫耳%以上。
此處,乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度可藉由例如灼燒殘渣分析法進行測定。
乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之製造方法無特別限定,可藉由公知之方法製造。又,乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)可使用市售品。
於本實施形態中,依據JIS K7210:1999,於190℃、2160g負重之條件下測定之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之熔融流動速率(MFR)較佳為0.1g/10分鐘以上且30g/10分鐘以下,更佳為0.3g/10分鐘以上且15g/10分鐘以下,尤佳為0.5g/10分鐘以上且10g/10分鐘以下。藉由使MFR為上述下限值以上,基材層(A)與離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之層間黏著性、或下述之熱密封性層(C)與離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之層間黏著性變得進一步良好,其結果為,可使積層薄膜10之拉裂性變得進一步良好,藉由使MFR為 上述上限值以下,可實現精度良好且穩定之擠出塗佈加工成形。
於離子聚合物樹脂層(B)中,可於無損本發明之目的之範圍內含有乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)以外之成分。作為其他成分,並無特別限定,例如可列舉:可塑劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗靜電劑、界面活性劑、著色劑、光穩定劑、發泡劑、潤滑劑、結晶成核劑、結晶化促進劑、結晶化延遲劑、觸媒失活劑、乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)以外之熱塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、無機填充劑、有機填充劑、耐衝擊性改良劑、滑澤劑、交聯劑、交聯助劑、黏著賦予劑、矽烷偶合劑、加工助劑、脫模劑、水解防止劑、耐熱穩定劑、抗黏連劑、防霧劑、難燃劑、難燃助劑、光擴散劑、抗菌劑、防黴劑、分散劑或其他樹脂等。其他成分可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
圖2係示意性地表示本發明之實施形態之積層薄膜10之構造之一例的剖視圖。
為了賦予熱密封性,本實施形態之積層薄膜10亦可還具備熱密封性層(C)。
熱密封性層(C)較佳為如圖2所示設置於離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之與設置有基材層(A)之面為相反側之面。
熱密封性層(C)係用於對本實施形態之積層薄膜10賦予熱密封性之層,例如包含熱塑性樹脂(C1)。
熱密封性層(C)之厚度例如為1μm以上且300μm以下,較佳為5μm以上且200μm以下,更佳為10μm以上且150μm以下。
作為本實施形態之熱塑性樹脂(C1),例如可列舉:高密度聚乙烯、高壓法低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)等聚乙烯、乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚合體(EVA)、乙烯-α-烯烴共聚合體彈性體、聚丙烯、丙烯系共聚合體(丙烯與丙烯以外之α-烯烴之共聚合體)、聚丁烯、及其他烯烴系(共)聚合體、以及該等之聚合物摻合物等聚烯烴等。作為上述α-烯烴,例如可列舉:丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等。
該等中,就熱密封性優異之方面而言,作為熱塑性樹脂(C1),較佳為包含聚烯烴,更佳為包含從由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、乙烯-α-烯烴共聚合體彈性體、聚丙烯及丙烯系共聚合體(丙烯與丙烯以外之α-烯烴之共聚合體)所組成群組中選擇之至少1種。
本實施形態之熱密封性層(C)中之熱塑性樹脂(C1)之含量於將熱密封性層(C)之全體設為100質量%時,較佳為50質量%以上且100質量%以下,更佳為70質量%以上且100質量%以下,進而較佳為90質量%以上且100質量%以下,尤佳為95質量%以上且100質量%以下。藉此,可使與離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之黏著性或熱密封性等之平衡性變得更良好。
於本實施形態之熱密封性層(C)中,可於無損本發明之目的之範圍內含有熱塑性樹脂(C1)以外之成分。作為其他成分,並無特別限定,例如可列舉:可塑劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗靜電劑、界面活性劑、著色劑、光穩定劑、發泡劑、潤滑劑、結晶成核劑、結晶化促進劑、結晶化延遲劑、觸媒失活劑、熱塑性樹 脂(C1)以外之熱塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、無機填充劑、有機填充劑、耐衝擊性改良劑、滑澤劑、交聯劑、交聯助劑、黏著賦予劑、矽烷偶合劑、加工助劑、脫模劑、水解防止劑、耐熱穩定劑、抗黏連劑、防霧劑、難燃劑、難燃助劑、光擴散劑、抗菌劑、防黴劑、分散劑或其他樹脂等。其他成分可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
本實施形態之積層薄膜10可僅由基材層(A)及離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之2層構成,亦可僅由基材層(A)、離子聚合物樹脂層(B)及熱密封性層(C)之3層構成,就對積層薄膜10賦予各種功能之觀點而言,亦可具有上述3層以外之層(以下亦稱為其他層)。作為其他層,例如可列舉:發砲層、金屬層、無機物層、氣體阻隔層、硬塗層、黏著層、抗反射層、防污層、固定塗層等。其他層可單獨使用1層,亦可組合2層以上使用。
本實施形態之積層薄膜10例如可適宜作為用以包裝食品、醫藥品、工業用品、日用品、化妝品等之包裝材使用,尤其可適宜作為食品包裝材使用。
本實施形態之積層薄膜10之製造方法較佳為包括如下擠出步驟,即,藉由將包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1) 之樹脂組成物擠出塗佈至基材層(A)上,而於基材層(A)上形成離子聚合物樹脂層(B)。即,本實施形態之積層薄膜10之離子聚合物樹脂層(B)較佳為藉由擠出塗佈法所形成之擠出塗佈加工層。
若使用擠出塗佈法,則與其他成膜法等相比,可提高成形時之樹脂溫度,可將包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之樹脂組成物以熔融狀態塗佈至基材層(A)上。
即,根據本實施形態之積層薄膜10之製造方法,可於基材層(A)上精度良好且穩定地形成離子聚合物樹脂層(B)。
作為上述擠出步驟中之成形裝置及成形條件,並無特別限定,可採用先前公知之成形裝置及成形條件。作為成形裝置,可使用T字模擠出機等。又,作為成形條件,可採用公知之擠出塗佈方法之成形條件。
於本實施形態之積層薄膜10之製造方法中,擠出步驟中之擠出塗佈溫度係根據乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之種類及組成適當設定,因此並無特別限定,就使製膜性變得良好之觀點而言,較佳為200℃以上,更佳為250℃以上,尤佳為280℃以上。
擠出步驟中之擠出塗佈溫度之上限無特別限定,例如為350℃以下。
本實施形態之包裝材至少具備包含本實施形態之積層薄膜10之層。又,本實施形態之包裝材可於其一部分使用本實施形態之積層薄膜10,亦可於包裝材整體使用本實施形態之積層薄膜10。
本實施形態之包裝材之形狀無特別限定,例如可列舉片狀、薄膜狀、袋狀等形狀。
袋狀之形態無特別限定,例如可列舉三邊封袋、四邊封袋、枕形袋、插角袋(gusset bag)、條棒袋等。
本實施形態之包裝材例如可適宜作為用以包裝食品、醫藥品、工業用品、日用品、化妝品等之包裝材使用,尤其可適宜作為食品包裝材使用。
本實施形態之包裝體具備本實施形態之包裝材及由上述包裝材所包裝之物品。
作為上述物品,例如可列舉食品、醫藥品、工業用品、日用品等。
以上,參照圖式對本發明之實施形態進行了說明,但該等為本發明之例示,亦可採用上述以外之各種構成。
以下,基於實施例對本發明進行具體說明,但本發明不受該等實施例限定。
用於製作積層薄膜之材料之詳細情況如下所述。
基材層1:PET/LDPE/Al(塗佈有固定塗佈劑之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯薄膜(厚度:12μm)、低密度聚乙烯薄膜(MFR:7.2g/10分鐘、密度917kg/m3、厚度:15μm)及Al箔(厚度:7μm)之積層薄膜)
IO-1:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚合體之離子聚合物(乙烯含量:90質量%,甲基丙烯酸含量:10質量%,金屬離子:鋅,中和度:60莫耳%,MFR:1.8g/10分鐘)
IO-2:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚合體之離子聚合物(乙烯含量:90質量%,甲基丙烯酸含量:10質量%,金屬離子:鋅,中和度:73莫耳%,MFR:1.0g/10分鐘)
IO-3:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚合體之離子聚合物(乙烯含量:85質量%,甲基丙烯酸含量:15質量%,金屬離子:鋅,中和度:59莫耳%,MFR:0.9g/10分鐘)
IO-4:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚合體之離子聚合物(乙烯含量:85質量%,甲基丙烯酸含量:15質量%,金屬離子:鈉,中和度:54莫耳%,MFR:0.9g/10分鐘)

LLDPE2(線性低密度聚乙烯薄膜,三井化學東賽璐公司製造,製品名:TUX-HC)
LLDPE3(線性低密度聚乙烯薄膜,三井化學東賽璐公司製造,製品名:TUX-MCS)
LLDPE4(線性低密度聚乙烯薄膜,三井化學東賽璐公司製造,製品名:TUX-VCS)
LLDPE5(線性低密度聚乙烯薄膜,TAMAPOLY公司製造,製品名:LC-2,易拉裂性賦予型)
藉由將表1所示之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)或低密度聚乙烯擠出塗佈至基材層(A)之Al箔與熱密封性層(C)之間,而於基材層(A)上形成樹脂層(B)(離子聚合物樹脂層(B)或低密度聚乙烯層),分別獲得表1所示之層構成之積層薄膜。擠出塗佈之條件如下所述。
擠出機:65mmΦ擠出機(L/D=28)
擠出塗佈溫度(模底溫度):300℃,擠出塗佈速度:80m/min,氣隙:110mm
對所獲得之積層薄膜分別進行以下評價。將所獲得之結果分別表示於表1。
將所獲得之積層薄膜對折,向折痕部切入5mm之切縫。繼而,對於以雙手自切縫向前後分斷時之斷開容易性,根據下述基準由3位官能檢查員實施、評定而判斷其相對評價。此處,評價積層薄膜之製作時之離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之流動方向(MD)及與其相交之垂直方向(TD)。
○:容易斷開、或薄膜雖略微伸長但斷開
×:難以斷開、無法斷開、或薄膜大幅地伸長而斷開。
依據JIS K7128(1998),於標準狀態(23℃、50%RH)及拉伸速度為200mm/min之條件下,測定於MD方向及TD方向上之積層薄膜之拉裂強度,評價積層薄膜之拉裂性。
再者,關於比較例1~4及參考例1,因TD方向之拉裂強度超過5.0N,故未測定MD方向之拉裂強度。
作為拉裂性,將藉由上述手之觸感判定為○,且拉裂強度於MD方向及TD方向之兩者上均為5.0N以下之情況視為良好。
實施例1~8之積層薄膜於MD方向及TD方向上之拉裂性均優異。與此相對,比較例1~4及參考例1之積層薄膜於TD方向上之拉裂性較差。
本申請主張以2018年3月27日提出申請之日本申請特願2018-059969號作為基礎之優先權,並將其揭示之全部內容引入於此。
Claims (13)
- 一種積層薄膜,其至少具備:基材層(A);及離子聚合物樹脂層(B),其設置於上述基材層(A)之一面,且包含乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1);且於將構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)中之不飽和羧酸之含量設為X[質量%],將上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之中和度設為Y[莫耳%]時,由X×Y/100所表示之金屬離子含量超過5.0且為20.0以下。
- 如請求項1之積層薄膜,其中,依據JIS K7128(1998)測定之上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之MD方向及TD方向上之該積層薄膜之拉裂強度分別為5.0N以下。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,依據JIS K7210:1999,於190℃、2160g負重之條件下測定之上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之熔融流動速率(MFR)為0.1g/10分鐘以上且30g/10分鐘以下。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)之厚度為5μm以上。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,上述離子聚合物樹脂層(B)為擠出塗佈加工層。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體(B2)之不飽和羧酸包含自 丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸中選擇之至少1種。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,構成上述乙烯-不飽和羧酸系共聚合體之離子聚合物(B1)之金屬離子包含自鈉離子、鋅離子及鎂離子中選擇之至少1種。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中,上述基材層(A)包含從由金屬箔、聚烯烴薄膜、聚酯薄膜、聚醯胺薄膜及塞璐芬所構成群組中選擇之至少1種。
- 如請求項8之積層薄膜,其中,上述基材層(A)包含金屬箔。
- 如請求項1或2之積層薄膜,其中進一步具備熱密封性層(C)。
- 如請求項10之積層薄膜,其中,上述熱密封性層(C)包含聚烯烴。
- 一種包裝材,其至少具備包含請求項1至11中任一項之積層薄膜之層。
- 一種包裝體,其具備請求項12之包裝材、及由上述包裝材包裝之物品。
