本發明係關於一種考慮避免接著劑滲入內部之樹脂製零件。
於控制裝置之殼體與基體之固定部位、或殼體與蓋之安裝部位,必須於殼體設置密封構件或接著劑等以防滴漏,例如,於日本專利第4892527號公報(以下,記為專利文獻1)中,於殼體上設置環狀槽,且介存接著劑。 於以如專利文獻1之槽形狀塗佈接著劑進行組裝時接著劑溢出殼體之內表面之情形時,有接著劑滲入殼體內部之虞。 但是,於樹脂製之殼體內收容有作為精密零件之控制基板或電氣零件,為了不對其等造成影響,期望防止接著劑滲入殼體內部。 又,作為控制裝置之密封構造,例如,有如日本專利第4520915號公報(以下,記為專利文獻2)之技術。於專利文獻2揭示之密封構造係於殼體之基體側設置槽,並於該槽中填充密封劑。 又,例如,有如日本專利第5901725號公報(以下,記為專利文獻3)之技術。專利文獻3所示之密封構造係於殼體與蓋之間設置接著劑。 進而,例如,有如日本專利特開第2014-184744號公報(以下,記為專利文獻4)之技術。專利文獻4所示之密封構造係於基體與殼體之間具備密封膠,密封膠配置於形成在殼體之密封槽中。 於在基體與殼體之間介存接著劑之情形時,有於殼體與接著劑之間產生界面剝離之情況,從而有可能無法充分發揮密封效果。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]日本專利第4892527號公報 [專利文獻2]日本專利第4520915號公報 [專利文獻3]日本專利第5901725號公報 [專利文獻4]日本專利特開2014-184744號公報
[發明所欲解決之問題] 本發明之課題在於提供一種可防止接著劑滲入殼體內部之構造之樹脂製零件。 又,本發明之課題在於提供一種於車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置中,在基體與殼體之間介存接著劑之情形時,可防止於殼體與接著劑之間產生界面剝離之構造。 [解決問題之技術手段] 本發明之第1態樣之樹脂製零件之特徵在於: 於至少一側具備開口部之箱狀之殼體,形成抵接於基體之一面且較上述殼體之周壁部向外側伸出之凸緣部; 於上述凸緣部形成介存接著劑之環狀之下部槽; 上述下部槽係外側抵接於上述基體,內側不抵接於上述基體而於上述殼體與上述基體之間設置供上述接著劑流入並保持之微小之基體抵接側間隙; 上述凸緣部之上述基體側之面被劃分為較上述下部槽更外側之外側面及更內側之內側面; 於上述內側面與上述基體之間設置有間隙。 本發明之第2態樣之特徵在於:於第1態樣之上述樹脂製零件中,上述下部槽將內周面設為粗糙面。 本發明之第3態樣之特徵在於:於第2態樣之上述樹脂製零件中,上述凸緣部之上述基體側之面被劃分成較上述槽部更外側之外側面及更內側之內側面,且於上述內側面與上述基體之間設置有間隙。 本發明之第4態樣係一種樹脂製零件,其特徵在於:具備具有開口部之箱狀之殼體、及安裝於上述殼體之上述開口部之蓋,且 上述殼體形成安裝上述蓋之安裝部; 上述蓋形成為箱狀,該箱狀具備於上述蓋之外周向一側突出之插入凸部、及於較上述插入凸部更外側在組裝於上述殼體時抵接於上述安裝部之抵接面; 於上述安裝部形成上述蓋之上述插入凸部及供上述接著劑填充之環狀之上部槽; 於將上述蓋組裝於上述殼體時,以於上述插入凸部之周圍附著上述接著劑之方式於上述插入凸部與上述下部槽之間之外側、底側、內側分別設置蓋抵接間隙; 上述內側之蓋抵接側間隙大於上述外側之蓋抵接側間隙。 本發明之第5態樣之特徵在於:於第4態樣之上述樹脂製零件中,於蓋之上述插入凸部形成抵接於上述上部槽之內表面之突起。 本發明之第6態樣之特徵在於:於第4態樣或第5態樣之上述樹脂製零件中, 上述殼體具備周壁部及收容上述控制基板之基板收容部; 上述周壁部具備抵接於上述基體之凸緣部; 上述凸緣部較上述周壁部向外側伸出,且於上述基體側形成介存接著劑之下部槽; 上述下部槽將內表面設為粗糙面。 本發明之第7態樣之特徵在於:於第6態樣之上述樹脂製零件中,上述凸緣部之上述基體側之面被劃分為較上述下部槽更外側之外側面及更內側之內側面,且 於上述內側面與上述基體之間設置有間隙。 [發明之效果] 根據本發明之第1態樣,於將殼體組裝於基體時,由於接著劑進入間隙,於間隙之內側流動,故可將接著劑保留於間隙,防止其滲入殼體內部。 根據本發明之第2態樣,藉由接著劑滲入粗糙面之投錨效應而可防止界面剝離,提高接著性。 根據本發明之第3態樣,於將殼體安裝於基體時,接著劑進入間隙。即,由於接著劑流入內側面側故無需擔心超出外側面而溢出於外部。 根據本發明之第4態樣,於將蓋組裝於殼體時,接著劑確實地附著於蓋之凸部,藉由使內側之間隙大於外側而接著劑流入內側之間隙,故可將接著劑保留於間隙,防止其滲入殼體內部。 根據本發明之第5態樣,可防止將蓋安裝於殼體時之晃動。 根據本發明之第6態樣,藉由接著劑滲入粗糙面之投錨效應而可防止界面剝離,提高接著性。 根據本發明之第7態樣,於將殼體安裝於基體時,接著劑進入間隙。即,由於接著劑流入內側面側故無需擔心超出外側面而溢出於外部。
以下,基於隨附圖式對本發明之實施形態進行說明。再者,圖式係自符號之方向觀察之圖。 又,將控制前輪刹車與後輪刹車之液壓者稱為支持2系統之車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置,將控制前輪刹車與後輪刹車之其中一者之液壓者稱為支持1系統之車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置。 [實施例] 如圖1所示,支持2系統之車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置10具備:根據剎車桿11之操作對液壓油加壓而產生液壓之第1主缸12;將自前輪剎車鉗14側滲漏之液壓油暫時儲存之第1儲液器13;作為設置於第1主缸12與前輪剎車鉗14之間的安裝零件且為常開型電磁閥之第1入口控制閥15及作為安裝零件且為常閉型電磁閥之第1出口控制閥16;作為將儲存於第1儲液器13之液壓油吸入並送回至第1主缸12側之安裝零件之第1泵17;根據剎車踏板21之操作對制動液加壓而產生液壓之第2主缸22;將自後輪剎車鉗24側滲漏之液壓油暫時儲存之第2儲液器23;作為設置於第2主缸22與後輪剎車鉗24之間的安裝零件且為常開型電磁閥之第2入口控制閥25及作為安裝零件且為常閉型電磁閥之第2出口控制閥26;作為將儲存於第2儲液器23之液壓油吸入並送回至第2主缸22側之安裝零件之第2泵27;驅動第1、第2泵17、27之馬達29;進行該馬達29之驅動控制及第1、第2入口控制閥15、25與第1、第2出口控制閥16、26之開閉控制之控制裝置30;及設置於基體40且供剎車液流通之第1系統之剎車液路A1、B1、C1、D1、E1與第2系統之A2、B2、C2、D2、E2。 此處,刹車液路A1係自入口埠12P至第1入口控制閥15之液路,刹車液路B1係自第1入口控制閥15至出口埠14P之液路。又,刹車液路C1係自刹車液路B1至第1儲液器13之液路,刹車液路D1係自第1儲液器13至第1泵17之液路。進而,刹車液路E1係自第1泵17至刹車液路A1之液路。關於刹車液路A2、B2、C2、D2、E2,由於說明重複,故省略說明。 於第1、第2泵17、27之吸入側分別設置有吸入閥31,於噴出側分別設置有噴出閥32。 又,基體40具備連接自第1主缸12延伸之液路(刹車配管)之入口埠12P、連接自第2主缸22延伸之液路(刹車配管)之入口埠22P、連接向前輪剎車鉗14延伸之液路(刹車配管)之出口埠14P、及連接向後輪剎車鉗24延伸之液路(刹車配管)之出口埠24P。 其次,說明車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置10之動作。再者,由於自剎車桿11至前輪剎車鉗14之第1系統與自剎車踏板21至後輪剎車鉗24之第2系統動作相同,故僅說明第1系統。 ・ABS(Antilock brake system,防鎖死剎車系統)非動作狀態:於無需擔心前輪鎖住時,由控制裝置30停止第1泵17,打開第1入口控制閥15,關閉第1出口控制閥16。於該狀態下,當剎車桿11被操作至制動側時,於第1主缸12中液壓升高,該液壓經由第1入口控制閥15被傳送至前輪剎車鉗14。 ・ABS(減壓模式):當前輪即將鎖住時,控制裝置30關閉第1入口控制閥15,打開第1出口控制閥16。前輪剎車鉗14內之液壓經由第1出口控制閥16向第1儲液器逸出。由此,前輪剎車鉗14之刹車液壓得以減壓。 ・ABS(保持模式):控制裝置30一起關閉第1入口控制閥15與第1出口控制閥16。藉此,前輪剎車鉗14之刹車液壓保持為固定。 ・ABS(增壓模式):當對刹車液壓進行增壓時,控制裝置30打開第1入口控制閥15,關閉第1出口控制閥16。藉此,於主缸12產生之液壓被傳遞至前輪剎車鉗14。由此,前輪剎車鉗14之液壓得以增壓。 如圖2所示,於基體40,安裝有作為第1入口控制閥之電磁閥15及作為第1出口控制閥之電磁閥16,且內置第1儲液器13,設置刹車液路A1、C1等,於刹車液路A1與刹車液路C1之間設置有第1泵17。 電磁閥15及電磁閥16係於軸向之長度上約一半左右自基體40突出,該突出之部分收納於樹脂製零件36。以下,將樹脂製零件36改稱為殼體36。電磁閥15及電磁閥16具備各自驅動用之電磁線圈33。 於殼體36內配置有控制基板99,該控制基板99與電磁線圈33以端子91電性連接。 殼體36具備周壁部84及收容控制基板99之基板收容部85,周壁部84具備抵接基體40之凸緣部92。 於圖3(c)中表示圖2之3c部放大圖。 如圖3(a)所示,於殼體36形成安裝蓋38之安裝部36a,於安裝部36a形成供接著劑36b填充之環狀之上部槽36c。 又,蓋38形成為箱狀,該箱狀具備於上述蓋38之外周向一側突出之插入凸部38a、及於較該插入凸部38a外側在組裝於上述殼體36時抵接安裝部36a之抵接面。 將蓋38安裝於殼體36時,於插入凸部38a與上部槽36c之間之外側設置有蓋抵接側間隙C1,於插入凸部38a與上部槽36c之間之內側設置有蓋抵接側間隙C2,於插入凸部38a與上部槽36c之間之底側設置有蓋抵接側間隙C3。 進而,將內側之蓋抵接側間隙C2設定為較外側之蓋抵接側間隙C1大。 於將蓋38已安裝於殼體36之狀態下,於內側之蓋抵接側間隙C2、外側之蓋抵接側間隙C1及底側之蓋抵接側間隙C3填滿接著劑36b,故會於插入凸部38a之周圍附著接著劑36b,從而接著性能提高。 並且,由於內側之蓋抵接側間隙C2較外側之蓋抵接側間隙C1大,故接著劑36b停留於內側之抵接側間隙C2,而無需擔心滲入周壁部(插入凸部38a)之內部即殼體36之內部。 較佳為,如圖3(b)所示,於插入凸部38a之外側,形成抵接於上部槽36c之外側(壁面)之縱長之突起38c。突起38c只要於沿圖式正反方向延伸之插入凸部38a形成2處左右即可。結果,藉由設置突起38c而無需擔心蓋38變重。 於將蓋38安裝於殼體36時,插入凸部38a進入上部槽36c,此時,突起38c滑動接觸於上部槽36c之壁面。結果,可防止將蓋38安裝於殼體36時之晃動。 再者,只要填充至上部槽36c之接著劑36b之量為適量,則於圖3(a)之構造中,可防止接著劑36b滲入周壁部(插入凸部38a)之內側。 如圖3(c)所示,於外側之蓋抵接側間隙C1之上方位置,在蓋38設置U字剖面之積存槽38b。由於接著劑36b積存於該積存槽38b,故無需擔心接著劑36b向殼體36之外側溢出。 較佳為,以外側之蓋抵接側間隙C1之上部向上方且向外側擴大之方式於安裝部36a設置第2積存槽36d。藉由設置第2積存槽36d,可擴大積存槽38b之槽寬。 藉由第2積存槽36d與積存槽38b,儲存接著劑36b之剩餘量之容積增加,可更佳地防止接著劑36b向殼體36之外側溢出。 如圖3(a)所示,配置於殼體36之蓋38形成有於蓋38之外周向一側(殼體36側)突出之插入凸部38a,於該插入凸部38a具備積存樹脂之積存槽38b,且具備上下延伸之突起38c。而且,於包圍基板收容部85之周壁部84,形成安裝蓋38之安裝部36a,於該安裝部36a形成供插入凸部38a插入且供接著劑36b填充之上部槽36c。 於插入凸部38a設置突起38c,於蓋38之安裝時突起38c滑動接觸於上部槽36c之內表面。當蓋38欲於水平方向移動時,突起38c抵接於上部槽36c之內表面,故可防止水平方向之移動。結果,可防止將蓋38安裝於殼體36時之晃動。 藉由於插入凸部38a之下端部設置錐面38f,可將插入凸部38a之下端設成尖銳之形狀。若為該形狀,則插入凸部38a順利地收容於上部槽36c,且將接著劑36b順利地推開。 當於上部槽36c放置接著劑36b並按下蓋38時,插入凸部38a進入上部槽36c。如圖3(b)所示,接著劑36b被插入凸部38a擠壓,一部分朝向周壁部84外或周壁部84內。 如圖3(c)所示,接著劑36b流入積存槽38b,故不會溢出殼體36之外表面。 再者,較理想為藉由將第2積存槽36d設置於殼體36側,而擴大積存槽38b、36d之截面面積。 其次,基於圖4及圖5說明變更例。 如圖4所示,亦可於殼體36之安裝部36a,在安裝部36a之外側壁形成積存槽38b。其他構成由於與圖3相同,故沿用圖3之符號,省略詳細之說明。 如圖5所示,亦可於蓋38側形成積存槽38b。其他構成由於與圖3相同,故沿用圖3之符號,省略詳細之說明。 即,積存槽38b可設置於殼體36側,或設置於蓋38側,或跨及殼體36與蓋38而設置。 如圖6所示,自殼體36向蓋38側突出形成有突出部36e。該突出部36e設置於形成有收容蓋38之插入凸部38a之上部槽36c之安裝部36a。該突出部36e將蓋38固定(準確而言,係接著固定時之暫時固定)。以下,將突出部36e稱為固定部36e。 該固定部36e係自安裝部36a向蓋38側延伸之門型構件。將設置於蓋38之突起38e卡於固定部36e之方孔36f而得以固定(暫時固定)。 蓋38以特定間距形成之複數個突起38c,由於該等突起38c滑動接觸於上部槽36c之內周面,故蓋38不會水平移動或旋轉地安裝於殼體36。 再者,於實施例中,突起38c設置於蓋38之外表面,但亦可將突起38c設置於蓋38之內表面。 於圖7(b)表示圖2之7b部放大圖,於圖7(a)表示圖7(b)之分解圖。 如圖7(a)所示,殼體36之周壁部84具備抵接於基體40之凸緣部92,該凸緣部92較周壁部84更向外側伸出,且於基體40側之面具有積存接著劑92a之下部槽92b。並且,下部槽92b之底面92c被設為粗糙面92d。 一面將接著劑92a收容於下部槽92b,一面將殼體36抵接於基體40。 於是,如圖7(b)所示,接著劑92a因投錨效應而接著於粗面92d,殼體38牢固地接著於基體40,可防止界面剝離。 又,於圖7(b)中,凸緣部92之基體40側之面被下部槽92b區分為外側面92e與內側面92f,而於內側面92f與基體40之間設置基體抵接側間隙92g。 接著劑92a之剩餘量流入基體抵接側間隙92g,故無需擔心接著劑92a向外滲出。 再者,本發明之樹脂製零件36除了應用於車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置10以外,亦可應用於任意之機器或裝置,且用途並不限定於實施例。但,可以說更適用於尤其謀求防滴漏性能之車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置10。 雖省略圖示,但本發明亦可應用於支持1系統之車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置10。 又,樹脂製零件並不限定於實施例之殼體36,只要為樹脂品即可。 再者,本發明適合於機車,但亦可應用於三輪車,還可應用於一般車輛。 [產業上之可利用性] 本發明之樹脂製零件適用於車輛用剎車液壓控制裝置。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種樹脂製零件,其特徵在於: 於至少一側具備開口部之箱狀之殼體,形成抵接基體之一面且較上述殼體之周壁部向外側伸出之凸緣部; 於上述凸緣部形成介存接著劑之環狀之下部槽; 上述下部槽係外側抵接上述基體,內側不抵接上述基體而於上述殼體與上述基體之間,設置供上述接著劑流入並保持之微小之基體抵接側間隙; 上述凸緣部之上述基體側之面,被劃分為較上述下部槽更外側之外側面及更內側之內側面;且 於上述內側面與上述基體之間設置有間隙。
  2. 如請求項1之樹脂製零件,其中上述下部槽係將內周面設為粗糙面。
  3. 一種樹脂製零件,其特徵在於其係包含具有開口部之箱狀之殼體、及安裝於上述殼體之上述開口部之蓋者;且 上述殼體形成有安裝上述蓋之安裝部; 上述蓋形成為箱狀,該箱狀具備於上述蓋之外周向一側突出之插入凸部、及於較上述插入凸部更外側在組裝於上述殼體時抵接上述安裝部之抵接面; 於上述安裝部形成上述蓋之上述插入凸部及供上述接著劑填充之環狀之上部槽; 於將上述蓋組裝於上述殼體時,以於上述插入凸部之周圍附著上述接著劑之方式,於上述插入凸部與上述下部槽之間之外側、底側、內側分別設置蓋抵接間隙; 上述內側之蓋抵接側間隙設為較上述外側之蓋抵接側間隙大。
  4. 如請求項3之樹脂製零件,其中於上述蓋之上述插入凸部形成有抵接上述上部槽之內表面之突起。
  5. 如請求項3或4之樹脂製零件,其中上述殼體包含周壁部、及收容上述控制基板之基板收容部; 上述周壁部包含抵接上述基體之凸緣部; 上述凸緣部較上述周壁部向外側伸出,且於上述基體側形成介存接著劑之下部槽; 上述下部槽係將內周面設為粗糙面。
  6. 如請求項6之樹脂製零件,其中上述凸緣部之上述基體側之面被劃分為較上述下部槽更外側之外側面及更內側之內側面; 於上述內側面與上述基體之間設置有間隙。
