Abstract
本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物含有20~50質量份之選自由正磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺及聚磷酸三聚氰胺所組成之群中之至少1種三聚氰胺鹽作為(A)成分,含有50~80質量份之選自由正磷酸哌、焦磷酸哌及聚磷酸哌所組成之群中之至少1種哌鹽作為(B)成分(其中,(A)成分與(B)成分之合計為100質量份),且含有1~50質量份之下述式(1)所表示之化合物作為(C)成分。(R1

Description
本發明係關於一種難燃劑組合物及調配有該難燃劑組合物之難燃性合成樹脂組合物。
先前,合成樹脂由於優異之化學、機械特性而被廣泛用於建材、汽車零件、包裝用材料、農業用材料、家電產品之外殼材料、玩具等。然而,大多合成樹脂為可燃性物質,根據用途必需難燃化。作為難燃化方法,眾所周知有將由鹵素系難燃劑、赤磷或聚磷酸銨等聚磷酸系難燃劑代表之無機磷系難燃劑、由三芳基磷酸酯化合物代表之有機磷系難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物或作為難燃助劑之氧化銻、三聚氰胺化合物單獨使用或組合使用之方法。 尤其是,膨脹系難燃劑具有優異之難燃性,該膨脹系難燃劑係以聚磷酸或焦磷酸及含氮化合物之鹽為主成分,於燃燒時形成表面膨脹層(Intumescent)而抑制分解生成物之擴散或傳熱,藉此發揮難燃性;此種難燃劑例如於專利文獻1中有記載。 於專利文獻2中,提出有將三聚氰胺磷酸鹽、聚磷酸銨等氮化合物與二環式磷酸酯化合物併用之難燃劑。 於專利文獻3及4中,記載了特定結構之磷酸酯可用作熱塑性樹脂之難燃劑或塑化劑。 於非專利文獻1中,記載有特定結構之磷酸酯之合成方法及關於該磷酸酯之難燃性之評價。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] 專利文獻1:US2003/088000A1 專利文獻2:日本專利特公平4-57707號公報 專利文獻3:日本專利5865195號公報 專利文獻4:日本專利特開2014-9297號公報 [非專利文獻] 非專利文獻1:Chem. 然而,該等先前之難燃劑存在難燃性不充分,為了對合成樹脂賦予充分之難燃性而需要大量添加難燃劑之問題。又,存在如下問題:若大量添加難燃劑,則於合成樹脂中之分散性降低,加工時間變長,或需要較高之加工溫度等,因而樹脂被過度加熱,因此導致樹脂著色等。因此,需要一種即便添加量較少,難燃性及耐著色性亦均優異之難燃劑。 因此,本發明之課題在於提供一種即便添加量較少,難燃性及耐著色性亦優異之難燃劑組合物。又,本發明之目的在於提供一種調配有該難燃劑組合物之難燃性及耐著色性優異之難燃性合成樹脂組合物。 本發明提供一種難燃劑組合物,其含有下述(A)成分20~50質量份、下述(B)成分50~80質量份(其中,(A)成分與(B)成分之合計為100質量份)、下述(C)成分1~50質量份。 (A)成分:選自由正磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺及聚磷酸三聚氰胺所組成之群中之至少1種三聚氰胺鹽。 (B)成分:選自由正磷酸哌、焦磷酸哌及聚磷酸哌所組成之群中之至少1種哌鹽。 (C)成分:下述通式(1)所表示之化合物。 [化1](R1
表示脂肪族單羧酸殘基或芳香族單羧酸殘基) 又,本發明提供一種含有合成樹脂及上述難燃劑組合物之難燃性合成樹脂組合物。 進而,本發明提供一種上述難燃性合成樹脂組合物之成形體。
以下,針對本發明,基於其較佳之實施形態進行詳細說明。 本發明係一種難燃性組合物。於本發明中,所謂難燃性,係指物質不易著火,又,即便著火後持續燃燒,其速度亦非常慢或其後自滅火之性質,較佳為具有實施例所記載之按照UL-94V標準之燃燒等級中之至少V-2之等級。所謂難燃劑組合物,係指含有1種以上之難燃劑之組合物。所謂難燃性合成樹脂組合物,係指具有上述難燃性且含有至少1種合成樹脂之組合物。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,用作(A)成分之三聚氰胺鹽係選自由正磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺及聚磷酸三聚氰胺所組成之群。該等三聚氰胺鹽有時單獨使用,或者有時亦以混合物之形式使用。該等之中,就難燃性、操作性、保存穩定性之方面而言,較佳為使用焦磷酸三聚氰胺。於以混合物之形式使用三聚氰胺鹽之情形時,較佳為該混合物中之焦磷酸三聚氰胺以質量基準計之含有比率最高。 該等磷酸與三聚氰胺之鹽可藉由使分別對應之磷酸或磷酸鹽與三聚氰胺反應而獲得。尤其是,本發明之(A)成分所使用之三聚氰胺鹽較佳為使正磷酸三聚氰胺加熱縮合而獲得之焦磷酸三聚氰胺或聚磷酸三聚氰胺,特佳為焦磷酸三聚氰胺。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,用作(B)成分之哌鹽係選自由正磷酸哌、焦磷酸哌及聚磷酸哌所組成之群。該等哌鹽有時單獨使用,或者有時亦以混合物之形式使用。該等之中,就難燃性、操作性、保存穩定性之方面而言,較佳為使用焦磷酸哌,於以混合物之形式使用哌鹽之情形時,較佳為該混合物中之焦磷酸哌以質量基準計之含有比率最高。 該等磷酸與哌之鹽可藉由使分別對應之磷酸或磷酸鹽與哌反應而獲得。尤其是,本發明之(B)成分所使用之哌鹽較佳為使正磷酸哌加熱縮合而獲得之焦磷酸哌或聚磷酸哌,特佳為焦磷酸哌。 關於本發明之難燃劑組合物中之(A)成分與(B)成分之含量,於將(A)成分與(B)成分之合計設為100質量份之情形時,(A)成分為20~50質量份,(B)成分為50~80質量份,較佳為(A)成分為40~50質量份,(B)成分為50~60質量份。藉由將(A)成分與(B)成分之含量設定為該範圍,而燃燒中所形成之膨脹層之阻氣性及自滅火性變高,故而較佳。 其次,對本發明之難燃劑組合物之(C)成分進行說明。 本發明之難燃劑組合物中之(C)成分係下述通式(1)所表示之化合物。 [化2](R1

所表示之脂肪族單羧酸殘基,可列舉具有直鏈或含支鏈之碳數1~12脂肪族基之單羧酸殘基。作為此種脂肪族基,可列舉:直鏈或含支鏈之碳數1~12之烷基、直鏈或含支鏈之碳數2~12之烯基、直鏈之或含支鏈之碳數2~12之炔基。 作為上述碳數1~12之烷基,可列舉:甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、第二丁基、第三丁基、異丁基、戊基、異戊基、第三戊基、己基、2-己基、2-乙基己基、3-己基、庚基、2-庚基、3-庚基、異庚基、第三庚基、正辛基、異辛基、第三辛基、2-乙基己基、壬基、異壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基等直鏈或含支鏈之烷基。 作為上述碳數2~12之烯基,可列舉上述烷基中之中間或末端之位置具有至少一個碳-碳雙鍵之基,例如乙烯基、1-甲基乙烯基、2-甲基乙烯基、2-丙烯基、1-甲基-3-丙烯基、3-丁烯基、1-甲基-3-丁烯基、異丁烯基、3-戊烯基、4-己烯基、庚烯基、辛烯基、癸烯基、十五碳烯基、二十碳烯基、二十三烯基等直鏈或含支鏈之烯基。 作為上述碳數2~12之炔基,可列舉上述烷基中之中間或末端之位置具有至少一個碳-碳三鍵之基,例如乙炔基、丙炔基、2-丙炔基、丁炔基、1,1-二甲基-2-丙炔基、戊炔基、己炔基、庚炔基、辛炔基、壬炔基、癸炔基、十一碳炔基、十二碳炔基等。 該等脂肪族單羧酸殘基之中,較佳為直鏈或含支鏈之碳數1~6之脂肪族基。尤其是,較佳為碳數1~6之烷基,具體而言,較佳為甲基、乙基、丙基。 作為R1
所表示之芳香族單羧酸殘基,可列舉與苯、萘、聯苯、聯苯醚等芳香族環鍵結而成之羧酸殘基。芳香族環亦可經取代基取代。作為芳香族單羧酸殘基之具體例,可列舉下述通式(2-1)~(2-4)之任一者所表示之芳香族單羧酸之殘基。該等之中,較佳為碳數6~10之芳香族單羧酸殘基,尤佳為苯甲酸、甲基苯甲酸、乙基苯甲酸之殘基。 [化3](式中,R2

所表示之碳數1~10之烷基,可列舉:甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、環丙基、丁基、第二丁基、第三丁基、異丁基、戊基、異戊基、第三戊基、環戊基、己基、2-己基、2-乙基己基、3-己基、環己基、聯環己基、1-甲基環己基、庚基、2-庚基、3-庚基、異庚基、第三庚基、正辛基、異辛基、第三辛基、2-乙基己基、壬基、異壬基、癸基等基;作為碳數1~10之烷氧基,可列舉:甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基、異丙氧基、丁氧基、第二丁氧基、第三丁氧基、異丁氧基、戊氧基、異戊氧基、第三戊氧基、己氧基、環己氧基、庚氧基、異庚氧基、第三庚氧基、正辛氧基、異辛氧基、第三辛氧基、2-乙基己氧基、壬氧基、癸氧基等基;作為X所表示之碳數1~6之伸烷基,可列舉:亞甲基、伸乙基、伸丙基、甲基伸乙基、伸丁基、1-甲基伸丙基、2-甲基伸丙基、1,2-二甲基伸丙基、1,3-二甲基伸丙基、1-甲基伸丁基、2-甲基伸丁基、3-甲基伸丁基、4-甲基伸丁基、2,4-二甲基伸丁基、1,3-二甲基伸丁基、伸戊基、伸己基、乙烷-1,1-二基、丙烷-2,2-二基等。 作為本發明之上述通式(1)所表示之化合物,例如可列舉下述化合物No.1-1~No.1-10及2-1~2-4等化合物。 [化4][化5]本發明之上述通式(1)所表示之化合物可藉由先前公知之方法而製造。作為此種方法,例如可列舉非專利文獻1所揭示之方法等。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,上述(C)成分之含量相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,為1~50質量份,就膨脹層形成之方面而言,較佳為5~30質量份,更佳為5~15質量份。藉由將(C)成分之含量設定為1質量份以上,而膨脹層形成及難燃性變得良好。另一方面,藉由將(C)成分之含量設定為50質量份以下,而耐著色性變得良好。 本發明之難燃劑組合物有進而含有氧化鋅(ZnO)之情況(以下,將該成分亦稱為「(D)成分」)。 上述氧化鋅係作為難燃助劑發揮功能。該氧化鋅亦可經表面處理。氧化鋅可使用市售品,例如可列舉氧化鋅1種(三井金屬礦業(股份)製造)、部分被膜型氧化鋅(三井金屬礦業(股份)製造)、Nanofine 50(平均粒徑0.02 μm之超微粒子氧化鋅:堺化學工業(股份)製造)、Nanofine K(平均粒徑0.02 μm之經矽酸鋅被膜之超微粒子氧化鋅:堺化學工業(股份)製造)等。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,就難燃性之方面而言,氧化鋅之含量較佳為相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,為1.0~10質量份,更佳為3.0~8.0質量份,進而更佳為3.0~6.0質量份。藉由將氧化鋅之含量設定為1.0質量份以上,而難燃性變得良好。另一方面,藉由將氧化鋅之含量設定為10質量份以下,而不會對加工性造成不良影響。 本發明之難燃劑組合物有進而含有無機層狀化合物之情況。所謂無機層狀化合物,係指單元結晶層相互堆積而形成層狀結構之化合物。所謂層狀結構,係指原子藉由共價鍵結等牢固地鍵結並密集排列之層藉由凡德瓦爾力(Van Der Waals)等較弱之鍵結力而大致平行地堆積之結構。作為該無機層狀化合物,可為天然物亦可為合成品,無論有無表面處理或有無結晶水均可使用。例如可列舉水滑石化合物、高嶺石-蛇紋石族、滑石-葉臘石族、膨潤石族、蛭石族、雲母族、脆雲母族及綠泥石族等各種黏土礦物等。該等無機層狀化合物可將1種或2種以上複合而使用。 所謂上述水滑石化合物,係指鎂及/或鋅與鋁之碳酸複鹽化合物。水滑石系化合物可為天然物或亦可為合成品。作為合成品之合成方法,可例示日本專利特公昭46-2280號公報、日本專利特公昭50-30039號公報、日本專利特公昭51-29129號公報、日本專利特開昭61-174270號公報等所記載之公知之方法。又,於本發明中,水滑石系化合物之結晶結構、結晶粒子系或者結晶水之有無及其量等可無限制地使用。 上述水滑石化合物亦可進行過氯酸處理,亦可使用將其表面由如硬脂酸之高級脂肪酸、如油酸鹼金屬鹽之高級脂肪酸金屬鹽、如十二烷基苯磺酸鹼金屬鹽之有機磺酸金屬鹽、高級脂肪酸醯胺、高級脂肪酸酯或蠟等被覆而成者。 作為上述水滑石化合物,較佳為下述通式(3)所表示之化合物。Mgx1

於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,矽烷偶合劑之含量相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,較佳為0.1~5.0質量份,更佳為0.1~2.0質量份,進而更佳為0.1~1.0質量份。 就防止難燃劑粉末凝聚、提昇保存穩定性、及提昇於合成樹脂中之分散性之方面而言,本發明之難燃劑組合物亦可進而含有聚矽氧油。作為聚矽氧油之例,可列舉:聚矽氧烷之側鏈、末端全部為甲基之二甲基聚矽氧油、聚矽氧烷之側鏈、末端為甲基且其側鏈之一部分為苯基之甲基苯基聚矽氧油、聚矽氧烷之側鏈、末端為甲基且其側鏈之一部分為氫之甲基氫聚矽氧油等或該等之共聚物,又,亦可使用於該等之側鏈及/或末端之一部分導入有機基的胺改性、環氧基改性、脂環式環氧基改性、羧基改性、甲醇改性、巰基改性、聚醚改性、長鏈烷基改性、氟烷基改性、高級脂肪酸酯改性、高級脂肪酸醯胺改性、矽烷醇基改性、二醇改性、酚改性及/或芳烷基改性之改性聚矽氧油。 若列舉上述聚矽氧油之具體例,則作為二甲基聚矽氧油,可列舉:KF-96(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-965(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-968(信越化學(股份)製造)等;作為甲基氫聚矽氧油聚矽氧油,可列舉:KF-99(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-9901(信越化學(股份))、HMS-151(Gelest公司製造)、HMS-071(Gelest公司製造)、HMS-301(Gelest公司製造)、DMS-H21(Gelest公司製造)等;作為甲基苯基聚矽氧油之例,可列舉:KF-50(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-53(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-54(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-56(信越化學(股份)製造)等;作為環氧基改性品,例如可列舉:X-22-343(信越化學(股份)製造)、X-22-2000(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-101(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-102(信越化學(股份)製造)、KF-1001(信越化學(股份)製造);作為羧基改性品,例如可列舉X-22-3701E(信越化學(股份)製造);作為甲醇改性品,例如可列舉:X-22-4039(信越化學(股份)製造)、X-22-4015(信越化學(股份)製造);作為胺改性品,例如可列舉KF-393(信越化學(股份)製造)等。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中,聚矽氧油之中,就防止難燃劑粉末凝聚、提昇保存穩定性及提昇於合成樹脂中之分散性之方面而言,較佳為甲基氫聚矽氧油。 於本發明之難燃劑組合物中含有聚矽氧油之情形時之聚矽氧油之含量,就難燃性、防止難燃劑粉末凝聚、提昇保存穩定性、及提昇於合成樹脂中之分散性之方面而言,相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,較佳為0.01~5.0質量份,更佳為0.05~3.0質量份,進而更佳為0.1~2.0質量份。 又,存在於無損本發明之效果之範圍內,視需要於本發明之難燃劑組合物中調配潤滑劑之情況。作為此種潤滑劑,可列舉:液態石蠟、天然石蠟、微蠟、合成石蠟、低分子量聚乙烯、聚乙烯蠟等純烴系潤滑劑;鹵素化烴系潤滑劑;高級脂肪酸、氧基脂肪酸等脂肪酸系潤滑劑;脂肪酸醯胺、雙脂肪酸醯胺等脂肪酸醯胺系潤滑劑;脂肪酸之低級醇酯、甘油酯等脂肪酸之多元醇酯、脂肪酸之聚二醇酯、脂肪酸之脂肪醇酯(酯蠟)等酯系潤滑劑;金屬皂、脂肪醇、多元醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙三醇、脂肪酸與多元醇之部分酯、脂肪酸與聚乙二醇、聚丙三醇之部分酯系之潤滑劑或聚矽氧油、礦物油等。潤滑劑亦可為2種以上。含有潤滑劑之情形時之潤滑劑之含量相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,較佳為0.05~10質量份,更佳為0.1~5.0質量份。 本發明所使用之難燃劑組合物亦可視需要調配酚系抗氧化劑、磷系抗氧化劑等。該等成分可預先調配至本發明之難燃劑組合物中,亦可於將難燃劑組合物調配至合成樹脂中時調配於合成樹脂中。較佳為藉由調配該等而使合成樹脂穩定化。 作為上述酚系抗氧化劑,例如可列舉:2,6-二(第三丁基)對甲酚、2,6-二苯基-4-十八烷氧基苯酚、膦酸二硬脂酯(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)酯、1,6-六亞甲基雙[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸醯胺]、4,4'-硫代雙(6-第三丁基間甲酚)、2,2'-亞甲基雙(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯酚)、2,2'-亞甲基雙(4-乙基-6-第三丁基苯酚)、4,4'-亞丁基雙(6-第三丁基間甲酚)、2,2'-亞乙基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯酚)、2,2'-亞乙基雙(4-第二丁基-6-第三丁基苯酚)、1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)丁烷、1,3,5-三(2,6-二甲基-3-羥基-4-第三丁基苄基)異氰尿酸酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)異氰尿酸酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)-2,4,6-三甲基苯、2-第三丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-丙烯醯氧基-3-第三丁基-5-甲基苄基)苯酚、(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸硬脂酯、四[3-(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸甲酯]甲烷、硫代二乙二醇雙[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、1,6-六亞甲基雙[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、雙[3,3-雙(4-羥基-3-第三丁基苯基)丁酸]二醇酯、雙[2-第三丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-羥基-3-第三丁基-5-甲基苄基)苯基]對苯二甲酸酯、1,3,5-三[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基乙基]異氰尿酸酯、3,9-雙[1,1-二甲基-2-[(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯氧基]乙基]-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5,5]十一烷、三乙二醇雙[(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]等。 該等酚系抗氧化劑之使用量於調配至合成樹脂中時,於合成樹脂組合物中較佳為0.001~5質量%,更佳為0.05~3質量%。 作為上述磷系抗氧化劑,例如可列舉:亞磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亞磷酸三[2-第三丁基-4-(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基巰)-5-甲基苯基]酯、亞磷酸三癸酯、亞磷酸辛酯二苯酯、亞磷酸二(癸基)單苯基酯、二(三癸基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、二(壬基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4-二第三丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,6-二第三丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4,6-三第三丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4-二異丙苯基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、四(三癸基)亞異丙基雙酚二亞磷酸酯、四(三癸基)-4,4'-正亞丁基雙(2-第三丁基-5-甲基苯酚)二亞磷酸酯、六(三癸基)-1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)丁烷三亞磷酸酯、四(2,4-二第三丁基苯基)伸聯苯基二亞膦酸酯、9,10-二氫-9-氧雜-10-磷雜菲-10-氧化物、亞磷酸2,2'-亞甲基雙(4,6-第三丁基苯基)-2-乙基己酯、亞磷酸2,2'-亞甲基雙(4,6-第三丁基苯基)(辛基癸基)酯、2,2'-亞乙基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯基)氟亞磷酸酯、三(2-[(2,4,8,10-四第三丁基二苯并[d,f][1,3,2]二氧磷雜環庚烯-6-基)氧基]乙基)胺、2-乙基-2-丁基丙二醇與2,4,6-三第三丁基苯酚之亞磷酸酯等。該等磷系抗氧化劑之使用量於調配至合成樹脂時,於合成樹脂組合物中較佳為0.001~5質量%,更佳為0.05~3質量%。 存在於無損本發明之效果之範圍內,於本發明之難燃劑組合物中進而調配結晶成核劑作為任意成分之情況。作為該結晶成核劑,可適當使用通常用作聚合物之結晶成核劑者,於本發明中,無機系結晶成核劑及有機系結晶成核劑均可使用。該等成分亦可於將本發明之難燃劑組合物調配至合成樹脂時,調配於合成樹脂中。含有結晶成核劑之情形時之結晶成核劑之含量相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,較佳為0.001~5質量份,更佳為0.01~1質量份。 作為上述無機系結晶成核劑之具體例,可列舉:高嶺石、合成雲母、黏土、沸石、二氧化矽、石墨、碳黑、氧化鎂、氧化鈦、硫化鈣、氮化硼、碳酸鈣、硫酸鋇、氧化鋁、氧化釹及苯基膦酸鹽等金屬鹽。該等無機系結晶成核劑亦可利用有機物進行修飾以提高在組合物中之分散性。 作為上述有機系結晶成核劑之具體例,可列舉:苯甲酸鈉、苯甲酸鉀、苯甲酸鋰、苯甲酸鈣、苯甲酸鎂、苯甲酸鋇、對苯二甲酸鋰、對苯二甲酸鈉、對苯二甲酸鉀、草酸鈣、月桂酸鈉、月桂酸鉀、肉豆蔻酸鈉、肉豆蔻酸鉀、肉豆蔻酸鈣、二十八烷酸鈉、二十八烷酸鈣、硬脂酸鈉、硬脂酸鉀、硬脂酸鋰、硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、硬脂酸鋇、褐煤酸鈉、褐煤酸鈣、甲苯甲酸鈉、水楊酸鈉、水楊酸鉀、水楊酸鋅、二苯甲酸鋁、二苯甲酸鉀、二苯甲酸鋰、β-萘二甲酸鈉、環己烷羧酸鈉等有機羧酸金屬鹽;對甲苯磺酸鈉、磺基間苯二甲酸鈉等有機磺酸鹽;硬脂酸醯胺、伸乙基雙月桂酸醯胺、棕櫚酸醯胺、羥基硬脂酸醯胺、芥酸醯胺、均苯三酸三(第三丁基醯胺)等羧醯胺;二亞苄基山梨糖醇及其衍生物、2,2'-亞甲基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯基)磷酸鈉等磷化合物金屬鹽;及2,2-甲基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯基)鈉等。 存在於無損本發明之效果之範圍內,於本發明之難燃劑組合物中調配塑化劑作為任意成分之情況。作為該塑化劑,可適當使用通常用作聚合物之塑化劑者,例如可列舉:聚酯系塑化劑、甘油系塑化劑、多元羧酸酯系塑化劑、聚伸烷基二醇系塑化劑及環氧系塑化劑等。該等成分亦可於將本發明之難燃劑組合物調配至合成樹脂中時調配於合成樹脂中。含有塑化劑之情形時之塑化劑之含量相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份,較佳為1~100質量份,更佳為3~80質量份。 此外,可於無損本發明之效果之範圍內,於本發明之難燃劑組合物中視需要調配通常合成樹脂所使用之添加劑,例如交聯劑、抗靜電劑、金屬皂、填充劑、防霧劑、抗析出(plate out)劑、表面處理劑、螢光劑、防黴劑、殺菌劑、發泡劑、金屬減活劑、脫模劑、顏料、丙烯酸系加工助劑以外之加工助劑等。該等成分亦可於將本發明之難燃劑組合物調配至合成樹脂中時調配於合成樹脂中。 為了獲得本發明之難燃劑組合物,只要將必需成分之(A)~(C)成分、視需要之(D)成分、進而視需要之其他任意成分混合即可,混合可使用各種混合機。混合時亦可加熱。若列舉可使用之混合機之例,則可列舉滾筒混合機、亨舍爾混合機、帶式混合機、V型混合機、W型混合機、高速混合機、諾塔混合機等。 本發明之難燃劑組合物對合成樹脂之難燃化有效,較佳為調配於合成樹脂中用作難燃性合成樹脂組合物(以下,亦稱為本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物)。 作為藉由本發明之難燃劑組合物而難燃化之合成樹脂,可列舉各種熱塑性樹脂及熱硬化性樹脂。具體而言,作為熱塑性樹脂,可列舉:聚烯烴系樹脂、含鹵素樹脂、芳香族聚酯樹脂、直鏈聚酯樹脂、分解性脂肪族、聚醯胺樹脂、纖維素酯系樹脂;聚碳酸酯樹脂、聚胺基甲酸乙酯等熱塑性樹脂及該等之摻和合物。另一方面,作為熱硬化性樹脂,可列舉酚系樹脂、尿素樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、環氧樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂等。 作為藉由本發明之難燃劑組合物而難燃化之其他合成樹脂,亦可列舉:烯烴系熱塑性彈性體、苯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體、聚酯系熱塑性彈性體、腈系熱塑性彈性體、尼龍系熱塑性彈性體、氯乙烯系熱塑性彈性體、聚醯胺系熱塑性彈性體、聚胺基甲酸乙酯系熱塑性彈性體等。 該等合成樹脂可使用1種,亦可使用2種以上。又,合成樹脂亦可經合金化。 本發明所使用之合成樹脂無論分子量、聚合度、密度、軟化點、於溶劑中之不溶物之比率、立體規則性之程度、觸媒殘渣之有無、成為原料之單體之種類或調配比率、聚合觸媒之種類(例如齊格勒觸媒、茂金屬觸媒等)等如何,均可使用。於合成樹脂為熱塑性樹脂之情形時,就加工性及難燃性之方面而言,較佳為依據JIS K7210而測得之負載2.16 kg、溫度230℃下之熔體流動速率(MFR,Melt Flow Rate)為2.0~80 g/10 min者,更佳為8.0~60 g/10 min者。 以上之各種合成樹脂之中,就能夠賦予優異之難燃性之方面而言,較佳為聚烯烴系樹脂。作為聚烯烴系樹脂,例如可列舉:聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、均聚丙烯、無規共聚物聚丙烯、嵌段共聚物聚丙烯、衝擊共聚物聚丙烯、耐衝擊共聚物聚丙烯、同排聚丙烯、對排聚丙烯、半對排聚丙烯、馬來酸酐改性聚丙烯、聚丁烯、環烯烴聚合物、立構嵌段聚丙烯、聚3-甲基-1-丁烯、聚3-甲基-1-戊烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯等α-烯烴聚合體、乙烯/丙烯嵌段或無規共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等α-烯烴共聚物等。 於本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物中,合成樹脂之含量較佳為90~50質量%,更佳為80~60質量%。又,難燃劑組合物之含量較佳為10~40質量%,更佳為20~30質量%。藉由將難燃劑組合物之含量設定為10質量%以上,可發揮充分之難燃性,藉由將難燃劑組合物之含量設定為40質量%以下,而不易損害樹脂本來之物性。 藉由使本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物成形,可獲得難燃性優異之成形品。成形方法並無特別限定,可列舉擠壓加工、壓延加工、射出成形、輥壓、壓縮成形、吹塑成形等,可製造樹脂板、片材、膜、異形品等各種形狀之成形品。 本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物可用於電動汽車、機械、電氣、電子設備、OA設備(Office Automation Equipment,辦公自動化設備)等之外殼(框、殼體、外罩、外裝)或零件、汽車內外裝飾材料等,可用於需要UL94 5VA之標準之用途。 本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物及其成形體可用於電氣、電子、通信、農林水產、礦業、建設、食品、纖維、衣服、醫療、煤、石油、橡膠、皮革、汽車、精密設備、木材、建材、土木、傢俱、印刷、樂器等廣泛之產業領域。更具體而言,可用於印表機、電腦、文字處理機、鍵盤、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,小型資訊終端機)、電話機、影印機、傳真機、ECR(Electronic Cash Register,電子式收銀機)、計算器、電子記事本、卡、支架、文具等商務、OA設備、洗衣機、冰箱、吸塵器、微波爐、照明器具、遊戲機、熨燙機、被爐等家電設備、TV(Television,電視)、VTR(video tape recorder,磁帶錄影機)、攝錄影機、收錄機、錄音機、迷你磁碟、CD(Compact Disc,光碟)播放器、揚聲器、液晶顯示器等AV設備、連接器、繼電器、電容器、開關、印刷基板、繞線管、半導體密封材料、LED(Light Emitting Diode,發光二極體)密封材料、電線、電纜、變壓器、偏轉磁軛、分電盤、鐘錶等電氣、電子零件及通信設備、OA設備等之外殼(框、殼體、外罩、外裝)或零件、汽車內外裝飾材料之用途。 進而,本發明之難燃性合成樹脂組合物及其成形體被用於座位(填充物、面料等)、安全帶、頂蓋、可轉換式車頂、扶手、門飾板、後窗台、地毯、墊、遮陽板、軸外罩、墊罩、安全氣囊、絕緣材、吊繩、吊繩帶、電線被覆材、電絕緣材、塗料、塗佈材、頂層材、地板材、角壁、地毯、壁紙、壁裝材、外裝材、內裝材、屋頂材、蓋板材、壁材、柱材、底板、圍牆之材料、骨架及造型、窗及門形材、薄木板、板壁、曬台、露台、隔音板、隔熱板、窗材等之汽車、油電混合車、電動汽車、車輛、船舶、航空飛機、建築物、住宅及建築用材料或土木材料、衣物、窗簾、床單、合板、合成纖維板、絨毯、玄關墊、片、水桶、軟管、容器、眼鏡、皮包、箱子、風鏡、滑雪板、球拍、帳篷、樂器等生活用品、運動用品等各種用途。 [實施例] 以下,藉由實施例對本發明進行詳細說明。但是,本發明並不受以下之實施例之任何限制。以下之表1中之數值之單位為質量份,表2及3中之數值之單位分別為質量%。 [實施例1~5及比較例1~3] 根據表1記載之調配,製備本發明之難燃劑組合物及比較之難燃劑組合物。 [表1]
[實施例6~16及比較例4~9] 於60質量份之聚丙烯(依據JIS K7210測得之負載2.16 kg、230℃下之熔體流動速率=8 g/10 min)中,調配硬脂酸鈣(有機系結晶成核劑)0.1質量份、四[3-(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸甲酯]甲烷(酚系抗氧化劑)0.1質量份、亞磷酸三(2,4-二第三丁基苯基)酯(磷系抗氧化劑)0.1質量份、甘油單硬脂酸酯(潤滑劑)0.3質量份,而獲得聚丙烯樹脂組合物,對於該聚丙烯樹脂組合物,分別以表2或3記載之調配比率(質量%)添加實施例1~5及比較例1~3所獲得之難燃性組合物,而獲得實施例6~16之難燃性合成樹脂組合物及比較例4~9之難燃性合成樹脂組合物。難燃劑組合物係將實施例1所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為難燃劑組合物-1,將實施例2所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為難燃劑組合物-2,將實施例3所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為難燃劑組合物-3,將實施例4所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為難燃劑組合物-4,將實施例5所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為難燃劑組合物-5,又,將比較例1所獲得之難燃劑組合物作為比較難燃劑組合物-1,將比較例2所獲得之難燃性組合物作為比較難燃劑組合物-2,將比較例3所獲得之難燃性組合物作為比較難燃劑組合物-3。 將所獲得之難燃性合成樹脂組合物於220℃、5~15 MPa之條件下壓製15分鐘,藉此,獲得長度127 mm、寬度12.7 mm、厚度1.6 mm之難燃性試驗評價用試驗片。使用該試驗片,藉由下述試驗方法對難燃性進行評價。將結果示於表2及表3。 又,將上述難燃性合成樹脂組合物於220℃、5~15 MPa之條件下壓製15分鐘,藉此,獲得長度60 mm、寬度30 mm、厚度2 mm之著色性評價用試驗片。使用該試驗片,藉由下述試驗方法進行著色性之評價。將結果示於表2及表3。 <難燃性評價方法(UL-94V標準)> 使長度127 mm、寬度12.7 mm、厚度1.6 mm之試驗片保持垂直,使下端接觸燃燒器之火10秒鐘之後,撤去火焰,對試驗片所燃著之火熄滅之時間進行測定。其次,與火熄滅同時地進行10秒鐘之第2次火焰接觸,以與第1次相同之方式對燃著之火熄滅之時間進行測定。又,亦同時對落下之火種是否會導致試驗片下方之棉著火進行評價。根據第1次及第2次之燃燒時間、棉有無著火等,按照UL-94V標準確定燃燒等級。燃燒等級中V-0為最高者,由於成為V-1、V-2,故而難燃性降低。 <著色性評價方法(Y.I.(b*
))> 針對長度60 mm、寬度30 mm、厚度2 mm之試驗片,使用Suga Test Instruments股份有限公司製造之SC-P,對Y.I.(黃色度)及b*

由表2及表3所示之結果判斷出,若使用包含上述式(1)所表示之化合物((C)成分)之難燃劑組合物(本發明品),則與使用不含該組合物之難燃劑組合物之情形相比,以較少之添加量便提昇合成樹脂之難燃性,並且耐著色性亦提昇。例如,若將實施例11與比較例8進行對比,則兩者使用除有無含有上述式(1)所表示之化合物((C)成分)以外組成均大致相同之難燃劑組合物,結果,實施例11儘管與比較例8相比難燃劑組合物之添加量更少,但顯示出與比較例8同等或其以上之難燃性及耐著色性。 [產業上之利用可能性] 根據本發明,可提供一種即便添加量較少,難燃性及耐著色性亦優異之難燃劑組合物及難燃性合成樹脂組合物。
Claims (5)
- 一種難燃劑組合物,其含有下述(A)成分20~50質量份、下述(B)成分50~80質量份(其中,(A)成分與(B)成分之合計為100質量份)及下述(C)成分1~50質量份; (A)成分:選自由正磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺及聚磷酸三聚氰胺所組成之群中之至少1種三聚氰胺鹽, (B)成分:選自由正磷酸哌、焦磷酸哌及聚磷酸哌所組成之群中之至少1種哌鹽, (C)成分:下述通式(1)所表示之化合物, [化1](R1 表示脂肪族單羧酸殘基或芳香族單羧酸殘基)。
- 如請求項1之難燃劑組合物,其含有相對於上述(A)成分與(B)成分之合計100質量份為1.0~10質量份之氧化鋅作為(D)成分。
- 一種難燃性合成樹脂組合物,其含有合成樹脂及如請求項1或2之難燃劑組合物。
- 如請求項3之難燃性合成樹脂組合物,其中上述合成樹脂為聚烯烴系樹脂。
- 一種成形體,其係如請求項3或4之難燃性合成樹脂組合物之成形體。
