Description
發明領域 本發明涉及一種撥水劑組成物及使用該撥水劑組成物的附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法。
發明背景 賦予物品(纖維製品等)表面撥水性之方法,周知有使用撥水劑組成物來處理物品之方法,且該撥水劑組成物係使以具有具多氟烷基之單體為主體之構成單元的共聚物分散於介質而成。
為了賦予經撥水劑組成物處理之物品(運動服飾等纖維製品)釋放因身體流汗所帶來的水蒸氣機能及防止雨水滲入機能,會於表面設置透濕防水膜(專利文獻1)。附透濕防水膜之物品譬如可將含有聚胺甲酸乙酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂等之塗佈液,塗佈於經撥水劑組成物處理之物品表面上而製得。附透濕防水膜之物品講求透濕防水膜不被輕易剝離。
具有抑制已塗佈樹脂剝離之效果的撥水劑組成物,譬如有下列(1)或(2)之撥水劑組成物之提議。 (1)一種水分散型氟系共聚物組成物,含有:具有以具多氟烷基之單體為主體的構成單元及以不具多氟烷基與羧基之單體為主體的構成單元之共聚物;及於側鏈具有胺基或銨鹽基之多胺共聚物(專利文獻2)。 (2)一種以實質上由下列構成單元所構成之共聚物為必要成分的撥水撥油劑組成物:以具有多氟烷基且無源自均聚物之多氟烷基的微結晶熔點或源自均聚物之多氟烷基的微結晶熔點為50℃以下之單體為主體的構成單元;及以具有多氟烷基以外之有機基且源自均聚物之有機基的微結晶熔點為30℃以上之單體為主體的構成單元(專利文獻3)。

發明概要 發明欲解決之課題 就附透濕防水膜之物品(運動服飾等纖維製品)而言,透濕防水膜就算僅從物品表面稍微浮起,依舊會產生問題。所以,近年針對抑制透濕防水膜剝離的要求變得相當嚴格。 但,經由上述(1)、(2)之撥水劑組成物處理的物品無法充分滿足這等嚴苛的要求。
本發明提供一種可獲得透濕防水膜不易從經撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離的附透濕防水膜之物品的撥水劑組成物,及附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法。
用以解決課題之手段 本發明具有下述態樣。 <1>一種撥水劑組成物,其特徵在於含有:共聚物(A)、聚合物(B)(惟,與前述共聚物(A)相同者除外)及水性介質,前述共聚物(A)具有以下述單體(a)為主體之構成單元及以下述單體(b)為主體之構成單元,前述聚合物(B)於側基具有胺基、銨鹽基或醯胺基。 單體(a):下式(m1)所示化合物; RF

發明效果 根據本發明之撥水劑組成物,可獲得一種透濕防水膜不易從經撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離的附透濕防水膜之物品。根據本發明之附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法,可獲得一種透濕防水膜不易從經撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離的附透濕防水膜之物品。
用以實施發明之形態 本說明書中,下列用語及其使用法分述如下。 「式(m1)所示化合物」表記為「化合物(m1)」。以其他式表示之化合物亦據以表記。 「式(u1)所示構成單元」表記為「構成單元(u1)」。以其他式表示之構成單元亦據以表記。 「(甲基)丙烯酸酯」為丙烯酸酯及甲基丙烯酸酯之總稱。 「多氟烷基」意指烷基之氫原子的一部分或全部被氟原子取代之基。 「全氟烷基」意指烷基之氫原子全部被氟原子取代之基。 聚合物之「質量平均分子量」係利用凝膠滲透層析(GPC)法,以聚苯乙烯換算求得之值。
<撥水劑組成物> 本發明之撥水劑組成物含有前述共聚物(A)、前述聚合物(B)及水性介質,且應需求含有界面活性劑及其他添加劑。
(共聚物(A)) 共聚物(A)具有以下述單體(a)為主體之構成單元及以下述單體(b)為主體之構成單元。共聚物(A)宜進一步具有以後述單體(c)為主體之構成單元及以後述單體(d)為主體之構成單元中任一者或兩者。共聚物(A)亦可應需求具有以後述單體(e)為主體之構成單元。共聚物(A)可單獨使用1種,亦可將種類或比例等不同之2種以上構成單元併用。

單體(b): 單體(b)為不具多氟烷基且具有碳數12~22之烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。 共聚物(A)藉由具有以單體(b)為主體之構成單元,透濕防水膜便不易從經使用含有該共聚物(A)之撥水劑組成物處理的物品剝離。 上述烷基之碳數若為12以上,透濕防水膜便不易從經使用撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離。烷基之碳數若為22以下,聚合操作上即容易處理,可以良好產率獲得共聚物。上述烷基可為直鏈狀亦可為分枝狀且以直鏈狀為佳,其碳數宜為16~22,18~22較佳。 單體(b)宜為(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯或(甲基)丙烯酸二十二烷酯,(甲基)丙烯酸二十二烷酯較佳,丙烯酸二十二烷酯更佳。
單體(c): 單體(c)為鹵化烯烴。 藉由組合以單體(c)為主體之構成單元與以單體(b)為主體之構成單元,可提升共聚物(A)與物品之密著性,所以能提升經使用撥水劑組成物處理之物品的耐久性(洗滌耐久撥水性及豪雨撥水性)。又,透濕防水膜更不易從經使用撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離。 鹵化烯烴宜為氯化烯烴或氟化烯烴,具體上可舉如氯乙烯、二氯亞乙烯、四氟乙烯、二氟亞乙烯。從抑制透濕防水膜剝離之觀點來看,氯乙烯或二氯亞乙烯較佳,氯乙烯尤佳。
單體(d): 單體(d)為具有可交聯之官能基的單體(惟,與單體(a)相同者除外)。藉由共聚物(A)具有以單體(d)為主體之構成單元,可提升經使用撥水劑組成物處理之物品的耐久性(洗滌耐久撥水性及豪雨撥水性)。又,透濕防水膜更不易從經使用撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離。
可交聯之官能基宜為具有共價鍵、離子鍵或氫鍵中至少1種以上鍵結的官能基,或可藉由該鍵結之相互作用形成交聯結構的官能基。該官能基宜為異氰酸基、封端異氰酸基、烷氧矽基、胺基、烷氧甲基醯胺基、羥甲基醯胺基、矽烷醇基、銨鹽基、醯胺基、環氧基、羥基、唑啉基、羧基、烯基、磺酸基等。尤宜為環氧基、羥基、封端異氰酸基、烷氧矽基、胺基、烷氧甲基醯胺基、羥甲基醯胺基或羧基。
單體(d)宜為(甲基)丙烯酸酯類、丙烯醯胺類、乙烯基醚類或乙烯酯類。 單體(d)之具體例可列舉下列化合物。 2-異氰酸基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、3-異氰酸基丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、4-異氰酸基丁基(甲基)丙烯酸酯及該等單體中之異氰酸基變成封端異氰酸基之單體。封端異氰酸基之封端化劑可舉如2-丁酮肟、吡唑、3,5-二甲基吡唑、3-甲基吡唑、ε-己內醯胺。

本發明之撥水劑組成物之固體成分濃度在撥水劑組成物(100質量%)中宜佔10~40質量%,15~35質量%較佳。 本發明之撥水劑組成物之處理液固體成分濃度在撥水劑組成物(100質量%)中宜佔0.1~8質量%,0.2~5質量%較佳。 在此,撥水劑組成物之固體成分濃度意指不揮發成分在撥水劑組成物中所佔比率。不揮發成分可舉如共聚物(A)、聚合物(B)、界面活性劑等。固體成分濃度可從以120℃之對流式乾燥機將撥水劑組成物加熱4小時後之質量與加熱前之質量來計算。
(撥水劑組成物之製造方法) 本發明之撥水劑組成物譬如可以下述方法(α)或方法(β)製得。 (方法(α)) 方法(α)宜為具有下列步驟(i)及步驟(ii)之方法。 步驟(i),係在界面活性劑及聚合引發劑存在下,於水性介質中使含有下述單體之單體聚合而獲得含有共聚物(A)之乳膠的步驟,前述單體含有單體(a)及單體(b)以及應需求之選自於由單體(c)、單體(d)及單體(e)所構成群組中之1種以上。亦可因應需求調整含有共聚物(A)之乳膠的固體成分濃度。 步驟(ii),係將含有共聚物(A)之乳膠與聚合物(B)混合以調製撥水劑組成物的步驟。 此時,撥水劑組成物之處理液宜將(ii)中所得撥水劑組成物與水、其他介質及其他添加劑等混合來調製。
聚合法可舉如分散聚合法、乳化聚合法、懸浮聚合法等,且以乳化聚合法為宜。從提升共聚物(A)的產率觀點來看,宜在乳化聚合前使由單體成分、界面活性劑及水性介質所構成之混合物預乳化。譬如以均質攪拌機或高壓乳化機將由單體成分、界面活性劑及水性介質所構成之混合物混合分散。
聚合引發劑可舉如熱聚合引發劑、光聚合引發劑、放射線、自由基聚合引發劑、離子性聚合引發劑等,且以自由基聚合引發劑為宜。 自由基聚合引發劑可應聚合溫度使用偶氮系化合物、過氧化物、氧還系引發劑等通用的引發劑。自由基聚合引發劑宜為偶氮系引發劑,水溶性偶氮系引發劑較佳。水溶性偶氮系引發劑之具體例可舉如2,2’-偶氮雙(4-甲氧基-2,4-二甲基戊腈)、2,2’-偶氮雙(2,4-二甲基戊腈)、二甲基2,2’-偶氮雙(2-甲基丙酸酯)、2,2’-偶氮雙(2-甲基丁腈)、2,2’-偶氮雙(2-甲基丙醯胺)二鹽酸鹽、2,2'-偶氮雙[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷]二硫酸鹽、2,2'-偶氮雙[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷]二鹽酸鹽、2,2'-偶氮雙[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷]乙酸鹽、2,2’-偶氮雙[N-(2-羧乙基)2-甲基丙脒]水合物、2,2’-偶氮雙(1-亞胺基-1-吡咯啶基-2-甲基丙烷)二鹽酸鹽等。聚合引發劑之10小時半衰期溫度宜為20~150℃,20~100℃較佳。
單體聚合時亦可使用分子量調整劑。分子量調整劑宜為芳香族系化合物、巰醇類或硫醇類,烷基硫醇類尤佳。分子量調整劑可舉如巰乙醇、正辛硫醇、正十二基硫醇、三級十二基硫醇、硬脂醯硫醇、α-甲基苯乙烯二聚物(CH2

(方法(β)) 方法(β)宜為具有下列步驟(iii)之方法。 步驟(iii),係在聚合物(B)、界面活性劑及聚合引發劑存在下,於水性介質中使下述單體成分聚合而獲得含有共聚物(A)之乳膠的步驟,前述單體成分含有單體(a)及單體(b)以及應需求之選自於由單體(c)、單體(d)及單體(e)所構成群組中之1種以上。亦可因應需求調整含有共聚物(A)之乳膠的固體成分濃度。 此時,撥水劑組成物之處理液宜將(iii)中所得撥水劑組成物與水、其他介質及其他添加劑等混合來調製。 聚合法可使用前述方法,且以乳化聚合法為宜。聚合引發劑、分子量調整劑可使用前述物。
若從聚合後幾乎不會檢測出單體殘留的觀點來看,單體(a)~(e)之比率分別與以上述單體(a)~(e)為主體之構成單元的比率相同。 本發明之撥水劑組成物以共聚物(A)以粒子分散在水性介質中為宜。共聚物(A)之平均粒徑宜為10~1000nm,10~300nm較佳,10~200nm尤佳。平均粒徑若為該範圍,即無須使用多量的界面活性劑等,撥水性佳,且分散粒子可穩定存在於水性介質中,不會沉降。共聚物(A)之平均粒徑可利用動態光散射裝置、電子顯微鏡等測定。
以上說明之本發明之撥水劑組成物含有具有以單體(a)為主體之構成單元的共聚物(A),所以使用該撥水劑組成物來處理物品可獲得撥水性佳的物品。 又因為含有具有以單體(a)為主體之構成單元及以單體(b)為主體之構成單元的共聚物(A)以及於側基具有胺基、銨鹽基或醯胺基的聚合物(B),所以可獲得透濕防水膜不易從經撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離的附透濕防水膜之物品。尤其,共聚物(A)不具多氟烷基且具有以具有特定碳數之烷基之(甲基)丙烯酸酯的單體(b)為主體之構成單元,所以透濕防水膜不易從經撥水劑組成物處理之物品剝離的效果顯著。 過去經由含有共聚物(A)以外之氟系共聚物(以下稱共聚物(C))與聚合物(B)的撥水劑組成物、或是含有共聚物(A)且不含聚合物(B)的撥水劑組成物處理過的物品,無法滿足近期針對抑制透濕防水膜剝離的嚴苛要求。然而,藉由將共聚物(A)及聚合物(B)併用,反而獲得了意料外的效果,即可獲得能充分滿足近期嚴苛要求的附透濕防水膜之物品。
又,就本發明之撥水劑組成物而言,因為共聚物(A)不具有以具有碳數7以上之全氟烷基之單體為主體的構成單元,所以因會影響環境而為人詬病的全氟辛酸(PFOA)或全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)及其前驅物、類似物之含量在檢測極限以下。在此,該含量係以固體成分濃度20%為基準,以國際公開第2009/081822號中記載之LC-MS/MS的分析值做檢測。
<附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法> 本發明之附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法係先利用撥水劑組成物來處理物品,再於經撥水劑組成物處理之物品表面形成透濕防水膜的方法。 (利用撥水劑組成物之處理) 可以本發明之撥水劑組成物處理的物品可舉如纖維(天然纖維、合成纖維、混紡纖維等)、各種纖維製品、不織布、樹脂、紙、皮革、木材、金屬、石、混凝土、石膏、玻璃等。若從可設透濕防水膜的觀點來看,可以撥水劑組成物處理之物品宜為運動服飾等纖維製品等。 利用撥水劑組成物之處理方法可舉如利用公知的塗覆方法將撥水劑組成物塗佈或浸潤至物品後予以乾燥之方法。
(形成透濕防水膜) 透濕防水膜可舉如微孔質聚胺甲酸乙酯樹脂膜等。透濕防水膜譬如可於經撥水劑組成物處理之物品一表面塗佈塗佈液後靜放一段預定時間,接著浸漬於水中一段預定時間,除去溶劑後予以乾燥而形成。塗佈方法可採用刮刀塗佈、輥襯刮刀塗佈(knife over roll coating)、反輥式塗佈(reverse roll coating)等各種塗佈方法。
塗佈液含有透濕防水膜之材料、溶劑等。 透濕防水膜之材料可採用使聚異氰酸酯成分與多元醇成分反應而獲得之習知公知的聚胺甲酸乙酯樹脂。聚異氰酸酯成分可單獨或混合使用芳香族二異氰酸酯、脂肪族二異氰酸酯、脂環族二異氰酸酯等。具體上,可使用2,4-二異氰酸甲苯酯、4,4'-二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯、1,6-己烷二異氰酸酯、1,4-環己烷二異氰酸酯等作為主成分,並可應需求使用3官能以上之聚異氰酸酯。多元醇成分可使用聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇等。聚醚多元醇可使用聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四乙二醇等。聚酯多元醇可使用乙二醇、丙二醇等二元醇與己二酸、癸二酸等二元酸之反應生成物或己內酯等開環聚合物,當然亦可使用含氧酸單體或其預聚物之聚合物。
溶劑宜使用極性有機溶劑,可舉如N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、二甲亞碸、N-甲基吡咯啶酮、六亞甲基膦醯胺等。亦可於聚胺甲酸乙酯樹脂溶液中添加助劑,譬如氟系撥水劑或交聯劑。
實施例 以下,以實施例詳細說明本發明,惟本發明不受該等限定。 例1-1~1-11、2-2~2-5、2-7~2-10、3-1~3-3為實施例,例2-1、2-6、4-1~4-3為比較例。
<評估方法> (撥水性) 針對試驗布,依照JIS L 1092-2009之噴霧試驗來評估撥水性。撥水性係以1~5之5階等級表現。點數愈大表示撥水性愈佳。3-以上之等級者視為撥水性獲施展者。於等級附有符號+(-)者係表示與該等級標準物相較下,各性質略佳(差)。又,等級上以譬如「3-4」標記者,係表示位於3與4中間。
(剝離強度) 於試驗布之透濕防水膜上層合熱熔膠帶,以熱壓(燙衣機、溫度:150℃、壓力:24.5N、時間:30秒鐘)將其部分壓接,使其歷時硬化一晩(約15小時)。再以一端部殘留有非壓接部的方式將附膠帶之試驗布裁切成8cm×2.5cm而獲得試驗片。準備Tensilon萬能試驗機(島津製作所公司製、AGS-X),以試驗機之其中一夾具夾持試驗片之非壓接部側端部的熱熔膠帶,並以試驗機之另一夾具夾持試驗片之壓接部側端部。在拉伸速度:10cm/分鐘、距離:5cm之條件下進行拉伸試驗,測定熱熔膠帶剝離時的受力(剝離強度)。合計進行3次測定,求出剝離強度之平均值。剝離強度愈大,表示以塗佈液形成之透濕防水膜愈難剝離。
(固體成分濃度) 以鋁杯精秤出撥水劑組成物1g。將之放於對流式乾燥機內在120℃下乾燥4小時。然後從對流式乾燥機取出鋁杯,再予以精秤。以(乾燥後之撥水劑組成物質量)/(所採取之撥水劑組成物質量)計算固體成分濃度,並以百分率表示。

(界面活性劑) E350:聚氧乙烯硬脂醯基醚(EMULGEN(花王公司商品名)350、環氧乙烷約50莫耳之加成物)、 E420:聚氧乙烯油基醚(EMULGEN(花王公司商品名)420、環氧乙烷約13莫耳之加成物)、 E430:聚氧乙烯油基醚(EMULGEN(花王公司商品名)430、環氧乙烷約30莫耳之加成物)、 LIPOQUAD 18:硬脂醯基三甲銨氯化物(Lion Specialty Chemicals Co., Ltd.商品名、LIPOQUAD 18-63)、 P204:環氧乙烷環氧丙烷聚合物(日本油脂公司商品名、Plonon 204、環氧乙烷比率為40質量%)、 SFY485:2,4,7,9-四甲基-5-癸炔-4,7-二元醇環氧乙烷加成物(日信化學工業公司商品名、Surfynol 485、環氧乙烷加成莫耳數30)。
(分子量調整劑) StSH:硬脂醯硫醇、DoSH:正十二基硫醇。 (聚合引發劑) VA061A:2,2’-偶氮雙[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷](和光純藥工業公司商品名、VA-061)之乙酸鹽。 VA061:2,2’-偶氮雙[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷](和光純藥工業公司商品名、VA-061)。 (其他) AcOH:乙酸、水:去離子水、DPG:二丙二醇。
<聚合物(B)> 聚合物(B-1):烯丙胺鹽酸鹽聚合物(NITTOBO MEDICAL CO., LTD.商品名、PAA-HCL-01、質量平均分子量:1,600)、 聚合物(B-2):烯丙胺鹽酸鹽聚合物(NITTOBO MEDICAL CO., LTD.商品名、PAA-HCL-3L、質量平均分子量:15,000)、 聚合物(B-3):烯丙胺鹽酸鹽聚合物(NITTOBO MEDICAL CO., LTD.商品名、PAA-HCL-10L、質量平均分子量:150,000)、 聚合物(B-4):甲基二烯丙胺鹽酸鹽聚合物(NITTOBO MEDICAL CO., LTD.商品名、PAS-M-1、質量平均分子量:20,000)、 聚合物(B-5):二烯丙基二甲銨氯化物聚合物(NITTOBO MEDICAL CO., LTD.商品名、PAS-H-5L、質量平均分子量:30,000)。
<製造共聚物(A)及其他氟系共聚物> (共聚物(A-1)) 於玻璃製燒杯放入C6FMA 30質量份、BeA 50質量份、N-MAM 1質量份、E350 2質量份、E420 2質量份、LIPOQUAD18 1質量份、StSH 0.5質量份g、水156.67質量份及DPG 30質量份並在60℃下加溫30分鐘後,以均質攪拌機(日本精機製作所公司製、Bio Mixer)混合而獲得混合液。
將上述混合液保持在60℃下並以高壓乳化機(APV Rannie Co.製、Minilab)在40MPa下處理而獲得乳化液。將該乳化液放入不鏽鋼製反應器內進行冷卻直至40℃以下。於其中加入VA061A 0.5質量份,並將氣相予以氮取代後,導入VCl 19質量份,攪拌的同時在60℃下進行聚合反應15小時而獲得共聚物(A-1)之乳膠。固體成分濃度為35質量%。各原料之饋入量列於表1。以各單體為主體之構成單元比率及共聚物之質量平均分子量則列於表2。
(共聚物(A-2)~(A-7)、(共聚物(C))) 除了改成表1所示饋入比率以外,以與共聚物(A-1)同樣方式獲得了共聚物(A-2)~(A-7)、(共聚物(C))之乳膠。另,VA061A、VA061、AcOH及VCl以外之饋入係用在調製混合液時。乳膠之固體成分濃度為35質量%。以各單體為主體之構成單元比率及共聚物之質量平均分子量則列於表2。

<調製撥水劑組成物及製造物品> (例1-1~1-11) 將表3所示共聚物(A)之乳膠及聚合物(B)以固體成分質量比((A)/(B))如表3所示的方式混合,而獲得撥水劑組成物。以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(A)之固體成分濃度調整成1.5質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將聚酯塔夫塔綢、聚酯羊毛狀塔夫塔綢或尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量分別為28質量%、70質量%、50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成撥水性試驗用試驗布。撥水性列於表3。
又,以水將上述撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(A)之固體成分濃度調整成1.2質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將聚酯塔夫塔綢或尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量分別為28質量%、50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成剝離強度試驗用試驗布。
將胺甲酸乙酯預聚物(大日精化工業公司製、RESAMINE CU-4700)100g、交聯劑(Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd.製、Coronate HL)1g、著色劑(大日精化工業公司製、SEIKASEVEN ALT#8000)2g、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺30g混合,靜放一晩(約15小時)後而獲得塗佈液。 使用灑施器(RK Print Coat Instruments Ltd.),以乾燥後厚度為40μm的方式在塗佈速度:0.1m/秒、塗佈液溫度:35℃之條件下,將塗佈液塗佈於剝離強度試驗用試驗布表面。塗佈後將試驗布靜放30秒鐘後,浸漬於20℃之水中2分鐘,接著浸漬於40℃之水中2分鐘。在150℃下乾燥90秒鐘後使其歷時硬化一晩(約15小時)而獲得附透濕防水膜之試驗布。剝離強度列於表3。

(例2-1~2-10) 將表4所示共聚物(A)之乳膠及聚合物(B)以固體成分質量比((A)/(B))成為表4所示質量比的方式混合而獲得撥水劑組成物。以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(A)之固體成分濃度調整成1.2質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將聚酯塔夫塔綢或尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量分別為28質量%、50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成撥水性試驗用試驗布。撥水性列於表4。
以與噴霧試驗用試驗布同樣的方式獲得了剝離強度試驗用試驗布。以與例1-1~1-10同樣的方式獲得了例2-1~2-10之附透濕防水膜之試驗布。剝離強度列於表4。

(例3-1~3-3) 表5所示共聚物(A)之乳膠係在聚合物(B)存在下使單體聚合所得,且預先含有聚合物(B)。所以,將表5所示共聚物(A)之乳膠直接當作撥水劑組成物。以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(A)之固體成分濃度調整成0.5質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量為50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成撥水性試驗用試驗布。撥水性列於表5。
以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(A)之固體成分濃度調整成1.2質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量為50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成剝離強度試驗用試驗布。 以與例1-1~1-10同樣的方式獲得了例3-1~3-3之附透濕防水膜之試驗布。剝離強度列於表5。

(例4-1~4-3) 將表6所示共聚物(C)之乳膠及聚合物(B)以固體成分質量比((C)/(B))成為表6所示質量比的方式混合而獲得撥水劑組成物。以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(C)之固體成分濃度調整成5質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將聚酯塔夫塔綢或尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量分別為28質量%、50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成撥水性試驗用試驗布。撥水性列於表6。
以水將撥水劑組成物稀釋,將共聚物(C)之固體成分濃度調整成4質量%而獲得處理液。 利用填充法將聚酯塔夫塔綢、聚酯羊毛狀塔夫塔綢或尼龍高密度塔夫塔綢浸漬於處理液後,以浸吸量分別為28質量%、70質量%、50質量%的方式加以擰乾。將該等在170℃下加熱60秒鐘後,在25℃、濕度60%之室內歷時硬化一晩後,做成剝離強度試驗用試驗布。 以與例1-1~1-10同樣的方式獲得了例4-1~4-3之附透濕防水膜之試驗布。剝離強度列於表6。

經例1-1~1-10、2-2~2-5、2-7~2-10、3-1~3-3之含有共聚物(A)及聚合物(B)之撥水劑組成物處理所得的試驗布有展現撥水性。又,透濕防水膜不易從試驗布剝離。 經例2-1、2-6之含有共聚物(A)且不含聚合物(B)之撥水劑組成物處理所得的試驗布,則是透濕防水膜容易從試驗布剝離。 經例4-1~4-3之含有共聚物(A)以外之氟系共聚物之共聚物(C)之撥水劑組成物處理所得的試驗布,則是透濕防水膜容易從試驗布剝離。
產業上之可利用性 本發明之撥水劑組成物可有效作為布帛(織物、編物、不織布等)、各種纖維製品(衣料物品(運動服飾、大衣、束腰夾克、工作服衣料、制服等)、手提包、產業資材等)等之撥水劑。 另外,在此係援引已於2016年4月15日提申之日本專利申請案2016-082000號之說明書、申請專利範圍、圖式及摘要之全部內容並納入作為本發明說明書之揭示。

Claims (15)
- 一種撥水劑組成物,其特徵在於含有:共聚物(A)、聚合物(B)(惟,與前述共聚物(A)相同者除外)及水性介質,前述共聚物(A)具有以下述單體(a)為主體之構成單元及以下述單體(b)為主體之構成單元,前述聚合物(B)於側基具有胺基、銨鹽基或醯胺基; 單體(a):下式(m1)所示化合物; RF -Q-Z-C(O)C(R)=CH2 ・・・(m1) (惟,RF 為碳數4~6之全氟烷基,Q為不具氟原子之2價烴基或單鍵,Z為-O-或NH-,R為氫原子、甲基或氯原子); 單體(b):不具多氟烷基且具有碳數12~22之烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
- 如請求項1之撥水劑組成物,其中前述共聚物(A)與前述聚合物(B)之質量比((A)/(B))為100/0.01~100/10。
- 如請求項1或2之撥水劑組成物,其中以構成前述共聚物(A)之所有單體為主體的構成單元(100質量%)中,以前述單體(a)為主體之構成單元的比率為5~95質量%。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中以構成前述共聚物(A)之所有單體為主體的構成單元(100質量%)中,以前述單體(b)為主體之構成單元的比率為5~95質量%。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述聚合物(A)之質量平均分子量為1,000~500,000。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述聚合物(B)之質量平均分子量為1,000~200,000。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述單體(a)為F(CF2 )6 CH2 CH2 OC(O)C(CH3 )=CH2 。
- 如請求項1至7中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述單體(b)為(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯或(甲基)丙烯酸二十二烷酯。
- 如請求項1至8中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述共聚物(A)更具有以鹵化烯烴之單體(c)為主體的構成單元及以具有可交聯之官能基之單體(d)為主體的構成單元。
- 如請求項1至9中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其含有非離子性界面活性劑及陽離子性界面活性劑。
- 如請求項1至10中任一項之撥水劑組成物,其中前述水性介質為水或水與水溶性體之混合介質。
- 如請求項1至11中任一項之撥水劑組成物,該撥水劑組成物(100質量%)中含有10~40質量%之固體成分。
- 一種撥水劑組成物之處理液,係對如請求項1至12中任一項之撥水劑組成物混合有水或其他介質者。
- 如請求項13之撥水劑組成物,該撥水劑組成物(100質量%)中含有0.1~8質量%之固體成分。
- 一種附透濕防水膜之物品之製造方法,係利用如請求項1至12中任一項之撥水劑組成物來處理物品,而於該物品表面形成透濕防水膜。
